Honorable sir, my name is muhasin. I booked royal enfield himalayan sleet from royal enfield showroom kunnamangalam showroom calicut on 24th june. On june 27 my loan total passed and the cash total entered into the royal enfield account the same day. The executive told me to get my bike down within 15 days after the full paymentafter 15 days, i received no notification from the local branch, they told me many dates and i didn't get my bike, finally they told me to get off the bike for sure on july 26th, but i still didn't get a bike, if you can do something about it, do it quickly loan due date is over, they behave very irresponsibly, they are deliberately misleading they are deliberately cheating customers by not bringing them out of the showroom after paying the full amount, if you can do something about it, do it quickly

    I have sent too many mails, calls and tweets but Royal Enfield support team ignoring everything..

    I bought a RE signals 350 stormrider on 8th of May from RE showroom Najafgarh Delhi with complete cash payment at once. At time of delivery, i found that there was a scratch on front mud gaurd and i refused to take delivery but your sales executive told me that “i’ll replace the mud gaurd after few days as there’s no spare available at the moment and stormrider’s helmet is also not available at the moment so either you can take a black helmet or you have to wait for few days and once i get that, i’ll call you and you can pick up your helmet and new mud gaurd“ and he has provided both points in written.

    It’s been 2 months, i called him many times but he just kept repeating the same thing again and again.

    I had paid extra for the stormrider color otherwise i could’ve bought gun metal which comes with all same features and price is also lower than signals. So why would i take black helmet..?? even though i have seen gun metal riders are wearing storm rider’s helmet in my area but I didn’t get one.

    Please tell me the solution to these issues asap as it’s already been 2 months.

      Fuel pump crack / break down yes! (Plastic chip material???)

      Indeed the company "royal enfield" should take the matter seriously i too own a royal enfield desert storm 28/7/2017 make" and i have the same problem with the so called plastic fuel pump, my fuel pump has broken down second time without any interference... The nozzle has a crack.. I usually use the bike on weekends and hardly drive it 30 to 40 kms a week... It's always in my garage.. Yet the pump cracks without any reason.. Such a delicate and fragile part...

      I have called the service station near to me i. E. Shah distributor and am gonna take the issue seriously... How could the company supply such a important spare part made of plastic material... It's not a joke to replace the fuel pump costing @ rs.8000/- every now and then.. I'v had this problem 2nd time within 1 year...

        Dear Royal Enfield team,

        Am writing regarding an issue with my bike, a classic 350.

        I bought the bike (TN37 CW3619) on Nov 2015 and had a major accident which made major damage to the bike.

        The bike was returned to Royal Enfield showroom at peelamedu, Coimbatore for service. A rework had been done on the chassis without actual procedures (they welded it instead of replacing the damaged part) without clear notification to me.

        Yesterday, while am driving in peak traffic, the welding broke and the whole chassis got detached from the bike. I avoided a life-threatening accident as I was below the speed limit.

        when I took the bike for service at your showroom at medavakkam, Chennai, I came to know that instead of replacing the chassis, previously they welded it. moreover, they mentioned that I cannot claim insurance for this damage.

        Since the cost of replacement is too high, I am forced to claim insurance as my only option. The previous showroom which serviced the bike did not respond well to my surprise.

        Being a premium bike customer, I feel surprised by the poor customer service and options that you give when your customers run into trouble. These incidents demotivate me to suggest royal Enfield bikes to my friends and family.

        Am expecting the service center to take full responsibility for this mishaps and replace the chassis under an insurance claim. I will attach some pictures as evidence for my claim.

        I have one more picture in which they have welded the frame and still in miserable state

        Kindly take this issue as a priority and do the necessary as soon as possible.

          Hi team,
          I am deepak from bangalore. Last week i had given my bike for servicing. I had inform them that the wire connection did last to last time was not correct and i had to get it done outside again.

          I informed this issue again i. E.., last week while giving servicing. Unfortunately today morning (22july) i had to change it outside because my bike wasn’t starting.

          For wiring they charged 400₹ i. E, for fuse and labour charge around 200₹

          To change the clutch plates, the labour charge they multiplied it with 2.2. For eg. Labour charge is 400₹ then total bill was 400*2.2=880. Similarly they did for all parts they had worked on.

          Feedback manager or some relationship manager called me nothing came out of it. Though my feedback was poor.

          Looting the money in the name of servicing.

            Respected sir,

            This is vaibhav singh from nallasopara west district palghar, maharashtra, i had purchased newly launched bullet trails 350 reg no mh48 bp 0053 on 25th april 2019, with the hp to hdfc bank ltd coincidentally i met with an accident on 6th july 2019, on same day road assist helped me to drop my bike to service centre (Dealers from where i purchased this bike) “s p wheels” insurance company had sent their representatives to survey the vehicle and they have successfully surveyed but waiting for estimates to process claim, which they have yet not provided to insurance company, post that the brand royal enfield doesn’t have availability of the damaged parts at chennai as the dealer said, it’s being now 15days i am traveling without bike, i use to beg bikes from my friends to travel as i am doing field work, this is what i am facing after spending 2 lacs..?, really i have got frustrated now so writing my complaint here. As i had been tired now by following these people, after lots of follow ups and arguments one guy called me yesterday to inform me that we had given estimates to insurance company and had ordered the parts so that in week time i’ll get my bike, but when i had crossed checked with the surveyor he said still he hadn’t received any estimates upon he said he is personally following them to provide the same as this case is open into his responsibilities, see how easily they are making fool of customers today i had visited to service centre my bike is thrown into corner.

            Now i don’t want that bike to be repaired as if i take this model i’m gonna face same issue in future, i want my registration to be transferred to another model which is successful running in market or i want total refund with interest which i paid to bank.

            I got a bad service experience from ramanattu motor corps service centre cherthala, Alappuzha kerala.they didn't check my royal enfield signals 350 ABS, i have seen many complaints after the all services done.kindly take action against them.they are cheating customers...

              I bought royal enfield Thunderbird 350 BS4 in March 2017...since then i had to change clutch plates thrice...such is the pathetic quality of their spare parts that do not last atall...The price i have paid to maintain my byke in these two & half years is twice or thrice the price of what I would have paid for Car maintenance. I think I would have afforded to maintain an elephant rather than this black piece of ### royal enfield

                Here is my unforgettable thunderbird story

                I purchased this bike in 2013. After running it for 1000 kms within 2 months i started having the first problem which the electrical lines were bad and when i parked the vehicle on a rainy day it didn't start after it. So i called the below service center for them to look at it.
                They fixed the electrical issue and after a week i brought the bike back and ride it for few weeks and after that it stopped working. Means it will run for a minute and then it stops immediately. So again the service center took the bike and found the battery is gone bad and the odo meter also not working. So now they kept the bike for almost 4-5 weeks and brought the bike back with a spare battery saying now it will work but since the odo meter is not working i cannot ride the bike since i do not come to know how many kilometers i ran to give it for service. So took the bike back to them and told them to keep the bike until it is getting fixed. It is been almost 2-3 months they took to get the part to get it fixed. After spending almost 1.5 lakhs rupees on a bike i couldn't able to use it even for couple of weeks continuously. And there is no good response on the problem also.

                Again it ran for 1 year without any problem (I don't ride too many kilometers). After 1.5 years again the following problem happened.

                1. The backwheel was shaking (Checked the alignment and it was good. Except there is a bush that was having some issues is what they found)
                2. Hearing lot of noise on the chain (They said it is because the chain has lost itz temper. But i don't understand how come within 2 years it can go bad)
                3. The silencer and it's associated parts getting rusted (I do keep it clean without any moisture after i do water wash and my neighbours having the same model doesn't have this issue)
                4. The odo meter got cracked (Without any reason it started getting crack on the edges. It was replaced with new one after i had issue with my original one 1 year back)

                These were ok since i was able to ride the bike. But after that i got a some major issues which made me think if this will ever stop or what. When i ride inside city, couple of times it stopped in the middle of the road. And finally found the fuse were going bad. After replacing then it was running ok.

                Then the final one struck, where i was not at all able to start even after replacing multiple fuses. A roadside assistance service person from enfield came and looked that the wiring was too bad that it is short circuit the whole thing. (I had similar issue in the past a year and half back and what they mentioned at that time it was that it has some broken wires which got fixed.)
                So now i have to tow my bike to the service station and left the bike for service.

                And after replacing the battery and the complete wiring (Which i had to pay since it is out of warranty) it started working ok. But it didn't last for long. Sometime while i'm on the road if i apply the back brake it doesn't apply at all (Not even 1%) i had to manage only with the front brake. Luckily i was going very slowly. I complained about that but they couldn't find anything wrong. They said everything is perfect.

                Then somehow managed to run the vehicle for some time.

                I have driven the bike only for 12000 kms. I do the regular maintenance service as suggested every 3000 kms. And last week i went for the 12000 km service and had a surprising list of the issues which was listed by the service center worth around 6700 rs.

                1. Fork oil change both legs
                2. Master cylinder assembly front disc nt lever
                3. Major kit rear caliper
                4. Disc brake overhauling

                After the service here's the condition of the the bike.in addition to that the bike stopped in the middle of the road with the battery down completely even thought the battery is very new (Around 1 year old). I have changed the complete wiring since i had lot of breakdowns in the past. Changed couple of times the battery. The odo meter was defective. Rusting all over the body. Skidding of tyres. Etc

                And this is the quality of the material and service you are giving to the customers. I bought this bike with the passion but now i really regret why i bought this. I have been complaining since i bought the vehicle (From the first 6 months onwards). And still the problem continues. I'm really really tired of all these things and raising my concern again and again.

                Now again it stopped working. Meaning i cannot start. What they tell the reasons are. Don't use side stand. Don't start the bike with button start. Don't leave the bike without starting for more than a day. Like that lot of don'ts i don't know if they are making a bike or some toy. Even with the bikes costs 40000 rs are working fine how come such a huge cost bike with reputed name can have problem like these.

                Now i really really gave up. I don't know where to complain and what to do. This is a pathetic problem of a normal customer in india when they buy item with their hard earneed money.
                I'm really really really disappointed with royal enfiled. For sure i can see the fortune of enfield going forward it it goes like this

                At the time of booking, Classic 350 they told to deliver me with MRF Tyres, but at the time of delivery they have given with CEAT Tyres, i need to change the tyres and deliver me the new vehicle

                  I have completed 9000 kms on my royal enfield classic 500 and in this time i have changed the fuel pump twice costly me 16000 rs. The company is not producing an alternative product and is still selling this cheap quality garbage. I am fed up of this machine and trying to get rid of it as soon as possible. Royal enfield has disappointed me and other customers who had this same problem.

                    I bought a new premium chrome continental 650 gt on 31st may 2019 and i noticed it has unbearable heating problem in the first 100 kms of drive because of which i am not satisfied with the motorcycle and i reached out re showroom in the next 5 days but they are unable to help me in taking back the new motorcycle. I am completely not satisfied with the motorcycle and i want to return the bike and need full refund.

                      I have purchase a new classics 350 signals jun 20. From the delivery i got problem. There is not proper response from the sales side. They provided the purchase invoice in whats app, they assets me till the payment after that there is no proper response from the showroom. For registration they too vehicle 4 times after so much problem they did it. Now coming to service first service has been done. Nothing has been done and ask me to pay without bill. If i asked for bill while delivery they said they will whats app its a response from the service side. This will affect the royal enfield name its a bad remark for re.

                        I bought 500cc royal enfield squadron blue on june 2017, fuel pump was exploded while riding on august 2018. I was immediately claimed the above issue to the royal enfield service centre located at omr, chennai. They replaced the new fuel pump on august 2018 with free of cost. Here i informed you that again the same fuel leakage problem occurred at the fuel pump on july 2019. So just within 11 months the fuel pump problem again occurred (Cost is very expensive 12k to 15k) here i want to ask the team that is, do i supposed to change the expensive fuel pump every year? How can i ride my vehicle safely in that condition? Why this fuel pump problem occurred again and again? Can you give me the assurance that i will not face any problem in the future if again i changed the fuel pump?? What are the trouble shoot you have taken? I want the permanent solution. I have handover my vehicle to the service centre at omr, chennai. Take the necessary action to sort out my problem.

                          I purchased bullet 350 in November 2018, in my bike rear brake voice always irritating me at riding I complain at service Center but they not resolve my problem now racing problem start after 4th service I go over there that time they resolve but after one day that problem again occurred.                           I purchased a royal Enfield standard reg number DL10SW5390. ON 22/10/18. I have visited authority office 2 twice and gave them the postage and envelope. This is causing a lot of problem in driving my bike.

                            due to corrosion or rust in the end of silencer getting tired off

                            I purchased a royal enfield – 350 classic bike for my son and it was delivered on 17th may, 2017 from tecnic motors agara, ring road, bangalore. Now from jan -2019 we noticed rust type of thing at the end of silencer and now almost it looks like as if it is tored (Punctured) at two spots.
                            Today, i went to dealer and asked why it has happened to our bike only or is it regular with all the re – 350 classic bikes. His explanation,...

                            मी जेव्हा क्लाच पकडतो तेव्हा इंजिन चा खूप नोईस यायला आणि पुढच्या शॉक ऑब्सोर चा लहान खड्यात गेला तरी नोईस येतो लाईक खट खट मी ५ वेळा याची तक्रार सर्व्हिस सेंटर ला केली तरी मला समाधान कारक उपाय भेटला नाही ते असा बोलून टला टल करत आहेत की सर्वांनाच हा प्रोबल येतो पण मी काही गाड्या चेक करून पहिल्या त्यांना सांगितलं आणि दाखवला पण त्यांचा उत्तर तेच होता शिवाय अचानक माझी दिमर लाईट बंद झाली आणि speedo मिटर ही मी ही गाडी २३-११-२०१८ दिवशी घेतीली आहे ७ महिने पण नाही झाले ankhin तरी गाडी खूप प्रॉब्लेम काढत आहे कंपनी नुसार ४५ /लिटर गाडी चालायला पाहिजे पण माझ्या अनुभव नुसार मे mecanik काढून चेक ही केला ३०/लिटर गाडी चालत आहे १५ किमी चा फरक पडत आहे

                            My rear brakes jammed while riding at a speed of 60 kmp on a highway in sydney. I was almost hit by a car, luckily nothing happened to me. I am really concerned about the safety of this motorbike. I only have 16 k km on my account. I have attached some pics showing how bad it is.

                              Hiiiii no doubt the royel enfield one the best royel product but about royel enfield service centre in himachal pradesh shogi shimla is very bad. I claimed my bike insurance to be there and when i went there i met with nitu assistant manager there and he told i changed your break cylinders but after investigation i got it was not changed. Headlight also not gunmetal it’s different and mutgard pech was not proper set. I am so disappointed with service and nitu assistant manager. About product no issues but service centre and staffing so bad experience. I have also pending my 2 service but after saw this i don’t want to go.

Just 10-12 days after purchasing my bike it got punctured so i give a call to royal enfield road side assistance, one mechanic came and repaired it, i asked the reason of puncture as i was expecting any nail or so but he honestly told me that there is no nail get impaled but the reason was my own spokes in my wheel, because of some manufacturing defect one spoke was not aligned properly and it pierced in my tube and got the puncture. One or two days later i noticed a noise from my rear wheel and checked with my friend (A very old royal enfield owner) he told me that may be the fitting of disc brake is not proper that’s why the noise is coming.
                                I explained every thing to manzil motors gurgaon service centre guys on my first service but they said that everything is alright, it may be the noise of your chain but if its from your disc it will be fixed by its own, once metal will be rubbed and after driving 2k-3k kms everything will be settled.
                                I returned back to my home but the noise continues, i again checked with my friend and he advised me to visit the service centre again. This time a experienced mechanic minutely checked and told me that disc plate is bent, he reached the service centre manager with me but the service centre guy was really arrogant and he was not ready to listen anything he was simply saying - “it seems an accidental issue and there are scratches in your disc plate so it won’t be covered under your warranty.” he asked the mechanic to somehow fit the plate and that’s it.
                                I wanted to enjoy the legacy and trust of royal enfield so i purchased the brand but these type of incident really discourages a guy.

                                You please give your judgement, i did everything correct but why i have to suffer, i always ride my bike between 50-60 kmph, took only the help of re genuine guys but where is my fault??? The first mechanic bent my plate while repairing a minor puncture which happened due to a manufacturing defect but now the service centre guys are saying - “we are not liable for these type of issues”.
                                I am very dissatisfied with this type of service and bad behaviour. I do not know to whom i have to reach to get it resolved.

                                  I have a royal enfield motorcycle. I have purchased the motorcycle from s s automobile, baihata chariali on 06.02.2019. After purchase the motorcycle i have found fule tank defects. They have replaced my tanky. After change the tank i have found clatch disc burn. I change the clatch disc. After change the clatch disc again two times burn my clatch disc in last 4 month.
                                  I have complain about my problem in your authorised showroom. There are no solution about my problem.
                                  I want to know about my problem. How to permanently solve my problem. If you can't solve my problem i will go to consumer foram.

                                    Royal enfield motorcycles are making more noise pollution which is making a terrible nuisance to the public. How the police and ministry of environment is allowing such type of vehicles?
                                    Even diesel autos with 7 seater capacity of various make are more terrible on roads. The police are charging fines for not wearing helmets even on slow moving roads but how can they permit and allow such noisy vehicles to ride on roads.

                                    1)brake shoes damaged
                                    2)clutch plates wornout
                                    3)carburator damaged.

                                      Sir, i have purchased my bullet in feb 2018 from gurgaon through csd. Sir I am facing self starting problem as some times it starts smoothly but some times it creates crinkling noise and get starts after two three self and sound of engine changes. I feel that self is required to replaced. Now I am in suratgarh in sri ganganagar district. Here there is no service center in suratgarh.
