As per the directions from riders motors alappuzha, i made full payment for gunmetal gray 350 classic (Rs. 182225/-) on 2nd may 2019. They assured delvery within 4days. But not delivered yet. When i contacted, they didn't repond in a positive way. They casually talk that delivery may takes 20days more.in april i made the booking and april 29th riders motors demanded the balance payment as the vehicle arrived. It was a great disappointment for me and lost faith. Do something judiciously.

    I bought my new desert strom 500 on
    21-09-17. On 24-04-18 the fuel pump broked and again now 08-04-19 broked
    Why its happening i don't know to buy that each piece ₹14, 000 change like that how many times i should pay to company ok first time i got warranty, but now something is wrong because it is breaking
    For before 1 year why like that upto 2016
    They used metal for fuel pump
    Company should answer to this.

      I have purchased a bike on 27th of april 2019 on the name of simranjeet kaur. Today 12 days has gone. Till date 0 response from sant motors ludhiana regarding number plates in other dealer after purchasing a vehicle after 4 days hsrp (High security number plates) received by customer even today i had conversation executive of sant motors still he is not guiding me properly. Take it on serious note otherwise i have to highlight this matter on media. Even received challan today in city due to not having number plates on vehicle. That is lacking from company end. But dealers are not giving response on it.

      Recently done my servicing at authorized showroom chennapuram Hyderabad I have spent 5000 for the same.
      The problem was not rectified .
      I'm not satisfied and I'm thinking that it would be better elsewhere I could have been done my servicing even at unauthorized showroom.

        I booked standard 350 on 10th april and the showroom executive told me that vehicle would available on last april. Then when i called him on 30 th he told me it will be delayed two three days and vehicle will be given to me before 8 may and when i call them yesterday they told me that load didn't come and it will come tomorrow and vehicle will delay 2 3 days more, and j called them and they told me that load didn't come and load will arrive on saturday and vehicle will be given to me next week, what should i do? I am going to cancel the order. The showroom is too pathetic and fake full. The showroom is javeens royal enfield showroom kottayam

          Hello! I bought my enfield classic 350 on the 1 may 2019, & i found some problems about my steering it is loose the steering isn't fit, and after that the tank also had a dent & i contact the manager about the tank so they promise me that they will change.. After 2 days the speedometer is not working.. So the manager suggested me to inform a complaint here and ask for a new tiger head as in the studds also are not working to fit the steering it has been broken i've shown it to the manager also so kindly please help me for this issue. I don't want my new bike to have all these problems & for that too i trust that royal enfield is a good company

            Hi, i stay in mumbai as i work there. I had purchased flat in pune and my parents shifted there. I have my parent's flat in mumbai which is currently rented. I stay in other property in mumbai. I frequently visit my house in pune on weekends. I had booked royal enfield inerceptor 650 on 'feb 1 2019' from kings auto, baner, pune. Two weeks back i got a call to get in contact with showroom for payment process as bike would be coming in a week. So i went to kings auto and gave them documents for registering bike. I was told my documents wouldnt be accepted as address on my electricity bill was of pune house but address on adhar was of mumbai - (My parents house). So i explained them the situation and asked them to cooperate as i have house in pune in my ownership and adhar card was created long back. I was told i have to change address on adhar card. I went to jawa showroom to check if such rto norms are required. I was told it is not required. I have waited for 3-4 months for this bike.in worst case i would change my address on adhar card. But i would like to know what is the problem in here as one company is fine to register on the current documents and one doesnt

              Bullet has sound problem from engine.. Comapny has checked problem but no solution is provided.. Bullet is left in company. No support is provided to solve the problem. I need replacement of item or whole new engine. It has sound problem gear. Team from chennai inspected but no solution is provided. They only replaced clutch assembly. But problem was same.

                I have purchased a bullet 350 from re showroom jhandewalan
                Since the inception, the above mentioned bullet has not been in a proper working condition and has been giving me tough time due to various reasons. The bullet is not functioning properly.

                I have even visited your workshop on numerous occasions, but those visits have been of no use to me.

                It is pertinent to mention here that within a short span of 2 months, the engine of the bullet has already been opened and repaired but that too, has not been of any help and use to me.

                I will be highly obliged if you consider my complaint as despite being a loyal customer of royal enfield, and spending a hefty amount of more than rupees one lakh, i have been in great troubles due to the improper functioning of the said bullet.

                  I owened my re classic gunmetal on april-2018 from intrepid works palakkad. Itz silencer filled with full rust and some parts broken inside. And unusual and irritating sound from the silencer. The worst case is these faults came without completing one year of purchase. I informed the service centre and they assured to replace the silencer, but till now (More than one month) i didn’t get any support. So iam going to approach the consumer court palakkad for my support. Then i remind you again the worst customer service of the above said service centre. This message is for your kind information.

                    Since last service i went out of town and during service there was issue with fuel leaking from my Chrome 500..my bike is in warranty please provide replaced fuel pump as this has been problem since inception. When i bought the bike twice on service from service centre it was fixed somehow howvevr still suffering please help.
                    I have been regularenfield customer for 10 years and have never faced problem and this time i have been trying and waiting to get this resolved for 5 months unable to use my bike at all

                      My vechile got damaged and sent to Royal enfield service center hosper(sanjeevini Automobiles) for repair. I claimed for insurece and all procedures completed by claim surveyor but showroom is not ready to repair the vehicle they keep postponing days. Actuality I have the vehicle on 22nd April for repair and all claim procedure completed on 24th april. Till date vehicle is not touched for repair. Please give me the solution

                        On April 16, 2019 .MY BIKE(Royal Enfield350 classic)(TSO3EQ2732) caught fire in running due to use of sub standard material.
                        we purchased the costly bike but it is unsafe
                        i ran away without any human loss.
                        i need my bike to be replaced with the new one.
                        your tie up insurance TATA AIG is not responding.
                        If i did not get justice
                        i am compelled to file file in the court of law with live pics, videos & TV clips.

                          This bike is bullet classic 350 cc 2011 model. Inspite of repeated complaints the conpany has not done anything about the faulty frame which in my case also has given up. Frame (Chasis) is the most fundamental structure of the bike on which engine and everything else is built. Moreover the frame has given up at the wielding joint which is indicative of manufacturing defect. Without any offroading or road accident its giving up. This is totally not acceptable. As of today the frame costs inr 12k and the manufacturer should bear it not the customer. Plz refer the photo.

                              I am a proud owner of a royal enfield classic 350 black color and being a rider by heart i have always loved the machine and its durability. This is my recent experience with the authorized service center as i always take my bike to the showroom only, within my 2 years of ownership i have driven the bike 45100 kms and i have got my engine oil changed in every 1500 kms which is always done at a authorized showroom. Since past 6 months i have only visited the sector 63 noida showroom as well as they have all the records of the service history. Since past few months my bike started consuming the engine oil in a huge amount and i got the engine oil changed on the below mentioned dates and respective kilometers:-

                              14th nov 2018 @ 39521 kms

                              11th dec 2018 @ 39953 kms

                              21st jan 2019 @ 41468 kms

                              15th feb 2019 @ 42400 kms

                              27th mar 2019 @ 44132 kms

                              (All the records mentioned can be cross checked with the showroom)

                              Even after getting the new original engine oil every time, the bike would return to the showroom without any engine oil left in the engine and the service adviser never informed me that the engine required a complete change of engine piston and crank. They always told that this is not a major issue and getting the clutch plate replaced will work fine in the bike. Even after getting the clutch plate replaced with the 500cc clutch plate the engine oil consumption issue was still there. However, i still kept on sending the bike for re-work to the service center again and again and they never informed me. However, they always assured me that my engine was healthy and there were no possible issues that could occur in the bike in future. On 27th march i got the bike ready for my kasaul trip scheduled on 16th april. Again i was unsure about the engine oil so i have again got the engine oil changed on 14th april and as soon as i reached kasaul i started hearing weird sounds from the engine and i took it to a nearby mechanic who told me that there was no engine oil left in the engine again. I contacted the service adviser and informed him that the oil has been consumed again in just 850 kms and he told me to get the engine oil replaced locally and get the bike to the service center for inspection. I got the new original engine oil and brought the bike back to noida. After that i again took the bike to the noida sector 63 service center and they told me that again due to no engine oil (Which means the bike consumed the engine oil again during my return from kasaul) the crank and the piston have been damaged and will cost approx. 22000 inr to get them changed.

                              My question to the showroom is "why they have not informed me for the possible issues in my bike during the past services?". I rightfully demanded free of cost service from the service center and while having a word with the general manager of the service center, he told me that royal enfield engines do not have a life of more than[protected] kms. Yess!!! This statement was given by the general manager of the service center himself.

                              We all riders know that royal enfield engine requires oil change in every 2000 kms and even after having a maintained service record with the service center only. They say that this is completely my responsibility to check the crank and piston of the engine. My another question is "can royal enfields only run[protected] kms??" if yes, according to the general manager, then my rider friends i am really scared that we have invested our money on a bike which only has a life of 50000 kms.

                              This is my request to the authorities to revert me back as this kind of pathetic service can never be imagined by royal enfield. If my problem does not gets addressed within 24 hours, i will file a legal complain against the service center who have not informed me and have not followed any of the commitments that are displayed in the service center just to make fool of their so called valued customers. I have also attached a picture of the commitment list displayed in the showroom. This is such a shame for a brand like royal enfield to hide the root problems and extract money from its customers. Also the employees have got the authority to shout on the customers face saying that the royal enfield mechanics do not have the responsibility of informing about any possible issues while standing below the commitments banner of royal enfield.

                                Sangam motor fraud with his customer to sell defective bike and then lots of time eyewash with customer and untrained engineers are taking bike services with wrong manner. They can’t check & resolve engine sound and also not provide to customer a valid reason for any complaint. Sangam motors force customer to close his complaint forcefully. And owner of this showroom mr. Rohit narula very irresponsible person with his guidance no any worker work properly and when customer ask the issue resolution then mr. Narula said this was company norms but here we ask to him sir have u proper testing room like dark room to test engine sound and other so he was saying this will happen in any where, moreover here we can say sangam motor is getting fraud with his customer and not delivered good services and behavior and for this all manufacturer image lose.. Dear royal enfield if you are giving this agency on behalf of bribes then withdrew this agency from sangam motor.

                                  I have bought re thunderbird from this showroom. They have suggested a company crash guard. Within one week my bike got a dent on the front mudguard due to wrong crash guard. I asked the showroom to replace it with new one, for which surprisingly manager didn't accept but sales boy accepted. They kept my bike for almost 3 weeks for replacing. Finally end of 3rd week they called and told that you can come and take your bike. When i went to showroom, new mudguard is fixed but bcoz of someone opened the caliber in a wrong way, the piston got blocked in caliber. So they said tomorrow 10 am they will give me. I went back next day at 10:30 am and got to know that nobody has touched my bike at all and the showroom and service center guys said that the same day 3 pm they will call and deliver the bike. I waited for their call, nobody called me so i only called them at 4 pm. The response i got is still the vehicle is not ready, it takes more time and they have given time again 3 pm today to collect the bike. I am totally disappointed with the customer service this showroom provide. I have never seen this kind of irresponsible behaviour in any service sector. I have my re with me just for 1 week, after that from past 3 weeks till date it is in showroom only. The manager of this showroom response very wierdly. His response for any question is that he is new to showroom and he don't know any thing. I m seriously writing this review to take serious action against this showroom people.

                                      On 23/04/19 with job card no-10503, i had given my vehicle for paid service at srinagar, gajuwaka service center for general service and some minor problem with chain and gear box and also asked them to change engine oil for that they have charged 1709 and did nothing not even cleaned the vehicle. What they did just some minor adjustment with chain and sprinkled some ltrs of water on my bike. My issue has not resolved, still iam facing problem with chain and gear box, and additionally they returned me bike with new problem in selfstart.
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am mayank bhargav from indore, i bought royal enfield classic signals, storm rider from krishna motors, indore on 23rd of january 2019, after 20 days of purchase, the color of the byke started coming out, then i complained to the service center, then they changed the parts from there hands, but company has rejected complaint.

                                        After some days when color of my petrol tank and mask turned out, then again i visit service center, he refused and told the reason that the company has rejected the compliant! Please tell me why even after taking so much money from the customer, when customer is facing problem such type of answer given by your personnel's, within two months the color turned out.
                                        I request you to take a cognizance of it and make the appropriate action by replacing my parts.

                                        Other wise i have to take serious action on it.
