I purchase bike on 2 feb, 1019. My first servicing was done on 27 feb which was according to rule was right.
1). Now they regularly call me for 2nd service and force me to do that before 23 april. But rule is 90 +- 15 days or within 3000 km. Which is not complete on 23 april. Actual date should be 3may +- 15 days. But they are not correcting on their system and say your 2nd...

My bike no is od 02ay 6536. This is my 3rd free servicing at re service station, tankapani road, bhubaneswar, odisha. My job card no is 03. But the service manager mr asit kumar ram instructed his service engineers to service the other vehicle whose job card was even not done.
While asking the reason of such illegal act, he is one of my friend and i have to serve him first.
Then he did not respond to my queries at all and asked...

The service provider of Royal Enfield in Rourkela damaged the inside thread of the engine of drain bolt area during the free servicing time dat means in warrenty period. i have complaint about it in Royal Enfield customer care...After that the service manager has taken my bike to a lathe machine and arranged a temporary solution of it..but i am facing again and again the oil leaking problem..as my bike is in Warrenty period and they damaged...

Iam buy a himalayan bs4 abs version at south west motocorp kanhangad. At delivery time the vehicle is not conditioned as brand new, some parts are damaged. They ask to me the complaint accessories are replace in next week. Still 1 month they will not solve my issue. The vehicle documents not ready for delivery time, still not given vehcle documents. Please solve my issue at earliest....

I went to lovish automobiles. And i told them i m facing pickup peoblem in my 500 classic desert storm. They okay we xhech it sir
They replaced..
1. Air filter element
2. Oneway valve
3. Clutch plate kit
4. Oil filter
5. Suction filter
6. Engine oli
Still my bike have same issue.
At the end they said we have done as much as we can.

This feedback is in regards to the horrible service provided by royal enfield cvs motors service station - horamavu branch, bangalore.

I own a re classic 350cc, i got my 4th service done on 30/03/2019. I mentioned the advisor at the time of service that i think that the chain is loose & looks like it needs to be tightened as it makes noise while driving.

Respected sir/mam I am very much disappointed by your staff behaviour today when I went to one of the showroom name as sahila Royal Enfield .. I went there to persue a riding gear which is going on a discount of 25% as per companies portal .. but the staff refused and argued with us saying that it is not applicable anymore i[censored] want to take u can or else leave it.. I give my bullet for 3rd service in two times at veliyathu motors thodupuzha. They said they have no time for free servicing. Yesterday finish 3rd service date.in my bullet has only 6 month old but the head light lamp is not working and two small light in the two side of the meter is not working. I own a bullent 500 standard kl-52k-3684- (Make 2016), regular service the vehile at authorized showroom where i purchased the vehicle which is concept bikes - kazhakuttom - trivandrum-kerala.
The last paid service i made was on feb 28th 2019.
Recently i hear a tap sound coming out of the engine and when i took the vehicle to th showroom, was informed that the crank has gone faulty and needs to be replaced.br...

I have bought this bike last year and it is giving odd engine noise and heating problem, i have gone to service centre more than 5 times but they are unable to sort out the problem, the engine is making cranky noises and burning kind smell is coming when the bike is heated up, very disappointed,
Thus company gives a warranty of engine for 2 years but after buying this bike engine started making noise within a month....

I purchased my royal enfield thunderbird -350 from marikar motors trivandrum during may 2018.
Kl 01 cc 330.
Within 7 months paint from oil filter starts disappearing. During free service on 3rd feb 2019, i told marikar motors about the complaint. Then they told spare parts not available. I purchased royal enfield classic 350 on 30/october/2018 from jaycee motors amritsar. And till 08/april/2019 i didn't get my original rc from the showroom. They said rto taxes are increases that's why delayed in the rc. I am paying emi of my bike without using it because provisional rc validity is only for 1 month. Every time i called they replied 2 months, 1 month, 15 days, 7 days more required to get the rc....

There is a worst company because my bike as struked when i'm driving and again it turns 20times more i'm complaining to showroom service they serviced 4times as same problem but didn't ready they change some volve something but the complaint come again and again this is worst showroom and worst service that showroom at krishnagiri, tamilnadu, 635001...

I have purchased royal enfield thunderbird 350x in september end. After 1st service i have problem in engine noise. I am hearing metal noise once engine got heat i hearing heavy noise. Now i have crossed 7000 km. But from service center they trying to convince me this is the engine sound. They have sent a mail certified that the engine sound is normal.
They was measuring noise by decimal meters. Meter will shows the noise lavel only....

I gave my bike to kings autoriders one of your royal enfield dealder in pune for service. But after service my rear disk break is making a very bad noise. I complaint to the service center 5 time. Each time they called me and after some time told its done. But till today i am suffering from the problem. And now they are not helping me....

I gave my bike for servicing on friday morning arount 12-1 pm and i was informed that i would get it done by the same day evening or max next day morning i. E. Saturday morning. When i reached service centre saturday afternoon to take my bike, i was informed that service centre was closed for two days and i could get the bike only on monday morning. #!!! Why did they not informed me about these holidays at the time of taking bike for servicing?...

I have serviced my bike at royal enfield service centre nagaon, Bajrang motors but there service manager is disgustingly bad as he didnot provide me spare parts which is under warranty as my bike is 11 months old and only 10000 kms run.My bike carborator has become bad and it is under warranty. Neither of your support staff or customer service operator helped me regarding this. Its totally worthless buying a Royal enfield. Totally disappointed....

I have booked a bullet on directly[protected]. But i have not yet been a vehicle delivery. When your dealership came into the jeeps' enfield, they responded very badly. They ask you to tell anyone or book them directly. That's why the dealer says he's staying in the vehicle. And now i have passed the loan and it's a month now. I have to pay emi now without getting a vehicle. We would like to take this momentum immediately....
