I have purchased a royal enfield electra model bike from v. P motors, 108h/106 i, vengatesapuram, perambalur, perambalur dt, tamil nadu. Tiruchirappalli 621212 mobile: [protected] showroom on 08.03.2019 at ariyalur and get registered from rto office ariyalur. After registration i have taken my bike to my native of muthur near erode. While riding the bike it is not smooth, and the engine got over heat. There was frequently misfire...

I have placed an order for a shirt through the official royal enfield online store and its more than a month and is not yet delivered. The order no is #39243 and was placed in january 25th. Facing problem... After riding 5-7 kms it use to get stop... If i open the oil tank cap... It will start again...
Again again facing the same problem... After 2 servicing from ahowroom not getting any solution.
If i open the oil cap the gas use to come out...

I purchased a new bullet from lamba sales tilak nagar on 30th of jan 2019. After first service, my bike started making a noise of crank and engine notice was increased. Then i checked the oil level, it was just just 20 percent visible from the oil level indicator. I added 1 liter oil then the engine sound is gone but crank noise is still not going. Dear Sir I purchased bullet standard 350 from sant motors Ludhiana.The date of purchased is 23 February 2018. I am going many time in agency and give the complaint about paint problem. I am having problem in my himalayan speedometer which is functioning abnormally.. Sometimes it shows the vehicle running at 160kms/hr nd sometimes 0km/hr.. Nd this keeps up between these two limits.. I tried contacting the dealer gm associates for the warantty replacement of the mentioned part as my vehicle is not even a year old but i guess that they have not even registered my complaint... First day issue with classic 350. Engine starting trouble and miss fire on highways. As per dealer comment problem resolve after 1 service but same problem still pending. I faced issue date of purchase and only 10 days ago purchase.
We recived bike after run 20 km.
Please help for supporting with resolved issue.

Bought a new thunderbird 350 x and from the first day i got the problem
- shock absorber oil started leaking
- the vehicle was not starting
- petrol tank was getting pressurized and lid use to thrown away when the lid was opened
- engine powder coating getting peeled off
- no customer service even after registering a complaint in customer care...

March1 6-8pm, i came 2 know that my 1.25 month old himalayan got a flat tyre (Rear) & called rsa for helping me out, as its night they said will send a engineer on saturday morning, (Early morning as request). He took the tyre 2 local shop & fixed it. Today march5, got another puncture same tyre. I called rsa again to look into. Engineer came with a new tube for emergency. We (I & him) found out that there was spanner in between the tube...

Myself vishnu vijayan from alappuzha, kerala bought a royal enfield classic 350 - gun metal grey from your roverz motors kayamkulam dealer. I bought the vehicle just six months ago with lot of expectation but i dissappointed very badly because of my classic 350 is not in running condition now, it lost its back brake (Disc) due to one of the tube had broken inside the disc brake system. Myself rajinder singh and i had bought m/c on 24th feb 2019 from m/s jaycee motor corps amritsar through canteen stores department. After csd ls order, i had paid rs 17129/- for insurance and registration certificate. After payment, when i asked about payment receipt, they had provided me rs 15870/- (Rs 6982 for rc & rs 8888/- for insurance) receipts only. When i asked about balance money receipt, they told me that is a handling charges....
