Sir

I have purchased one royal enfield model thunderbird 350 x (Roving red) on 28/08/2018 from st. Marys motors (Rajaji junction, chittoor road, cochin-682035, kerala, ernakulam). After the first service of vehicle i have found rust coming out from the silencer, same is reported to the dealer during second service. Then dealers replaced the silencer. But issue is not resolved. Again issue reported to the dealer. Then also the silencer is replaced with new one. Still the issue is not resolved. The dealer is saying that this model having similar issue and they will replace the silencer in the warranty period. After warranty it will be a paid replacement. When i inquired what i found is this model have no issue like this. Issue explaining photos are attached.

Did not receive any solution, Royal enfield team is not supporting well, 3rd silencer demanded for replace.
The team saying they have no solution for this issue.
Fed-up with royal enfield. Don't bye this vehicle anybody.
Waste of time and waste of money...

    I have purchased 350 royal enfield on 09.10.2018. Observing the products is not in order with a reason of following facts-
    1. Within a very short period in a span of 4-5 month.. The clutch plate of the royal exhausted
    2. Only 5000+ km the royal and the precious for free services exhausted
    3. Manual's provided having nothing and valid details of past service records
    4. The service centres as well as the company seems professional to the extent of money only @ cost of consumer though the company only is responsible against product complain

      I have purchased royal enfield 350x in month of oct sept 2018 after second service i have taken bike to home while riding i realize there was a oil leakage from the bottom screw of the engine which was not fitted properly and oil was falling down on road. After this incident i logged complaint at ishna wheels goregaon however nobody turned up for 2 days person visited when i called them 3rd time and it was not the end, after 2 days again noise started from silencer and we found only 1 screw at the fitting instead two, same screw was fitted by me from local vendor after fitting second screw again noise started from silncer on the other side where we have 3rd screw fitted near leg rest

      Mileage - getting less mileage and same was informed to advisor arshad while giving bike for second service. He informed me bike will start giving good mileage after running of 5000 km it seems this is statement was given to avoid the query and issue however after second service still i am getting mileage of 28 - 30

      Suspension noice - at time of second service same was informed and service center charged me for the same, however the fault was not repair and noise is still there

      Clutch play - same was informed on the second service there was a play in clutch and started giving noise. I called up at service center to informed the same and the asked me to visit service center i have visited the service center and met manager he suggested to change clutch cable and cost for the same i need bear. (Whats the use of spending rs 187000/-) for the bike which started giving problem immediately after purchasing so many problems at a time i bought this bike because of reputation of the company in the market now i feel i made a big mistake and should inform friend and colleagues not to make this mistake i will broadcast this message soon if will not get resolution on all problems

      Vibration - bike starts vibrating after running of 40-50 kms and engine gets hot

        I gave my classis 350 for regular quarterly servicing at authorized jogeswari east service center, there was no problem in bike, just asked for regular service and check.

        They charged me 3260 rupees for service they provide, i was fine with charges but fine working bike was now out of order...

        It took hell of effort to reach home on my bike

        They charged me to ruin my bike...

          I purchased bike in 2017. I go to in royal enfield showroon in (Sirsa) haryana due to service regarding. My two free sevice is pending but service man says its a paid service. Sir i dont know its days count if i know about days count i really go to in service center. No calls or email regarding service to know to me... Pls. Help me sir free service to me.. I will very thankfu to you.

            Dear team,

            This is to bring to uour notice that myself daniel christy left my bullet vehicle with registration no tn07 cp 7779 at the sri venkateswara bike zone –pallikaranai - chennai dealership for fifth service dated 22.03.2019. I was charged for my oil change, but when i received my vehicle and checked the quality of oil, it was black in colour, i wonder how a newly changed looks black, supposed to be in gold color, i conveyed my complaint to the mr. Hari and mr. Naveenkumar then senior executive mr. Sriram, he send me a footage of my vehicle getting serviced, but its not satisfactory as the view of changing oil is not clear, either they have not drained the oil and topped up the oil, or might be any reasons, but iam totally disappointed with the quality of oil changed in my vehicle and therefore requesting to take immediate action to change my vehicle oil. Hope, i get a positive response from your team, which is the reason, why we as a customer trust the brand and service our vehicle at authorised service centre, rather than leaving at a local service centre.

              I had done a booking for royal enfield interceptor 650 paying rs. 5000 and 21days ago i cancelled the booking filling their form for cancelling it.
              Now when i called the store in mumbai called first mumbai store their sales person akhil 1st recieved the call then after a while doesn't recieve my call.
              I called up the store directly then and the people there say that the account team isnt there today.
              While taking in the booking how did their accounts team be there to recieve. The booking amount then?

                My bike was re classic 350 black model2018.. It's my first paid service (5th service).. After service my bike was issues & mechanical problems... Before service not like that my bike...
                Somany customers has adviced me not to service there.. Bcz they were not properly make company service.. Pls upgrade & enquiry their mechanical service

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  Myself m. Rajeev varma recently availed royal enfield himalayan snow from chandra motors, nagercoil tamil nadu on[protected].
                  During purchase, i was told that there is a complimentary helmet form the company, but i requested to give any other item instead of helmet as i have already purchased other one. As there is no such option from them, i convinced.
                  When i went to showroom for helmet to pillion rider (My wife). Staff of the showroom denied to offer helmet of appropriate size. I. E, small (S). Adding to that they forced us to take the helmet which is not suitable, and warned us to write a letter mentioning that we have opted out helmet if we don't take the helmet. However we managed leaving the showroom safely without writing any letter
                  They've even challenged us to raise a complaint.
                  As a customer we have not expected such behavior from royal enfield. We only expected to use the complimentary in the best possible way rather than shelving it.
                  So i kindly request you to arrange a complimentary helmet of small (S) size and provide better customer experience. Thanks for taking time to read this.

                    I got a new royal Enfield gunmetal in the month of October 2018 due to some problem my break were damage. I don't know what was the problem when i went to the service centre every mechanic told something different to me and couldn't give me the correct information about what was wrong.Atlast one of there mechanic showed me what went wrong and told me that disc wire has to be changed as it has been damage. I told them that it is a new bike how it can get damage after little conversation i told them to change it. They told that they don't have the stock and told ne that they will order it.After 12 days I called the manager he told me to come after 2 days after 2 days when i again called the manager he said that he will check the warehouse and inform me whether the product has come or not.He told me that he will inform me after 1 hr.After 2 hrs i called the manager he didn't picked up the phone. Till now my vehicle has not been repaired.I request you take action against them and solve my problem.

                      My name is m. Deenadayalan i purchased a royal enfield thunderbird in sri venkateswara bike zone

                      Buying a thunderbird is my dream but now shame to buy the royal enfield bike

                      Now a days thunderbird name is changed to sound bird, noise bird, irritating bird

                      When i given my bike for first service i mentioned the engine noise but service center people said the noise is mandatatory

                      This word is acceptable or not for 175000cost bike if the noise in the silencer is acceptable but the noise in engine like share auto noise

                      Some people changed the beat silencer after the noise is little bit reduced if it is true why the company not able to change the silencer at factory level.

                      List of complaints mentioned

                      1. Gear shifting noise
                      2. Gear slipping noise
                      3. Chain noise
                      4. Air leakage in tube (Cheaking air level for every two days)
                      5. Engine noise
                      6. Silencer rusted
                      7. Sticker not pasted in key
                      8. More petrol consumption
                      9. Waste quality in foot roast

                        I’m naveen monteiro, i’m reaching out to you regarding a very bad experience that i had got from “whitefield motors” services centre

                        I’ll really appreciate if you could help me resolve the dispute.

                        Below i’m drafting my experience in detail.

                        25-jan-2019 - my vehicle (Royal enfield silver colour reg number: ka17 ej 9444) broke down and i had reached out to “whitefield motors” for help in towing my vehicle.
                        It was so good of them that they accepted my request and came down to pick my vehicle.

                        We reached the service center at around 11 am
                        And i told them about the problem in my bike

                        Problem: vehicle battery getting drained, and vehicle wouldn’t start with self start.

                        Service centre had the vehicle with them for 3 days and following was the diagnosis done.

                        Diagnosis: battery current was leaking because the wiring was old.

                        28-jan-2019:

                        Got a call from whitefield motors saying the vehicle is serviced and ready for pickup

                        Bill amount: 4178

                        Below are the replacement done to fix the concern

                        1) cl350&ele wiring harness
                        2) three phase rr unit
                        3) strap battery
                        4) black cable strap.

                        Customer experience after the service.

                        The concern was not addressed.

                        28-feb-2019

                        Experience this feedback i had reached out to exide battery company for replacement of the battery as the battery was relatively new.

                        Response from exide:
                        “battery charged, tested and found to be okay”

                        17-mar-2019:
                        Then later after i got this feedback from exide i got back to the “whitefield motors” saying my issue was not resolved and the battery is still getting drained and i have got the certification from exide that the battery is fine.

                        Manager (Whitefield motors): accepted my concern and said he will have a look at the bike and keep it under observation for 2 days and will get back if it’s a concern with the battery.
                        And also he committed saying he will provide me a letter stating the battery is not fine and i could submit this to exide company for replacement.

                        21-mar2019:

                        I got a call from whitefield motors saying my bike is serviced and is ready for pickup.

                        I reached the service center at around 4:30pm for pickup
                        During the delivery time they had charged me again ₹1938
                        And when enquiring about the service done and if the issue was fixed. The service advisor mentioned the issue still exists and he put the blame back on the battery. Hearing this i approached the manager.

                        Manager:
                        Sir, this is the problem with the battery and i need to check with the battery company for replacement.

                        Naveen: i then asked the manager to provide a written letter stating the battery has issues and i could send it to the battery company as a proof for replacement.

                        Manager:
                        Sir, we don’t provide a letter if the battery is purchased outside.

                        Naveen: i asked him why did he change so many things in the bike if the problem was in the battery. He just denied to give any justification and just walked out.

                        So i asked them to remove all the changes that was done, and then they agreed to do that.

                        This service center is almost 17 kms away from my home and i had opted this service center as my vehicle had broke down close to this service center. And now i’ve already visited this service center more than 4 times now with no results and my vehicle also is not properly operational from 25th jan 2019. I’ve faced lot of discomfort coz of this issue.

                        This is the experience i had with this service center, we reach out to authorised service center having a belief that the bike is in good hands and the issue will be resolved. But when such experiences happen we lose complete trust on the company and become helpless.

                        I hope that royal enfield takes my concern seriously and fix my concern.

                        Hoping to get a response from you or else i would have to reach out to the consumer court to settle this issue.

                          I have booked a Royal Enfield classic 350 from GULZAR MOTOR AGENCIES SIRSA by invoice booking order no.1524 dated[protected]
                          The bike delivery was expected to[protected] but agency failed to deliver it till[protected].After they fail to full fill their commitments I have cancelled my booking and ask them to refund my booking amount of RS.3000
                          But till today they have not refunded my booking amount .I am totally frustrated by the behaviour of agency's person .
                          I am writing you this letter in this hope that you may understand my problem and I requested you please look into this matter

I m getting engine noise in my bike and while getting the bike showroom people had told me that any kind of engine service will come under good will warranty.

                              I have a thunderbird 350cc bike, this is 23 months old, now i face my speedometer glass is cracked inside, so i need to claim that part, all the free and cost service are did regularly, i ask the usilampatti royal enfield service center they said that part is out of stock to complaint through mail for the immediate action i have only 9 days to go end of warranty so please make it fast, [protected] this is my mobile no for any further enquiry

                                  While riding royal enfield (Its night time), in one of the down area, silencer has been broken/loosen and fallen down (Its all near pandavapura-chinakurali road), its was completely dark no light, after some distance i noticed a big sound came and thought may silencer has been loosen, i came to one of street light pole and checked by stopping vehicle. Silencer itself not there, i went back its was almost a kilometer., i could not find it and i lost it.
                                  Its is manufacture defect if something fallen down like this without observation, how can i protect vehicle. Please help on this to reimburse. Thanks in advance.

                                    I have purchased Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X roving RED model in sep.18 (MH03CZ9916)
                                    I have not ride it too long, but on Saturday 16th March 2019, I have went to Pune, and while returning, some abnormal noise I heard, but I found nothing after some KM gone, my bike silencer got detached from its fasting part.

                                    for same I have to tie this by metal wire, pic. is for reff attached.

                                    I have done by bike 3rd servicing on 2nd March2019, in same M/s . MOTOKRAFT chembur service personnel told me that all part will get tighten, but after that also I face this issue,
                                    again I have to spend 1190 / - amount to reservice it.

                                    on servicing date i.e. 2 MARCH 2019, I have spend extra 416/- rs to only get cut wire insulated, the cost of insulation tape is 12 Rs. and they have charged me 416/-

                                    I bought royal Enfield 350 signals from JAF ASSOCIATES THANJAVUR on 11 March 2019 .. my vehicle doesn't started on the next day morning...There is a problem in horn and headlight also ...kindly response

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked interceptor 650 ravishing red on dec 16th 2018 from electronic city motors hosur main road bangalore. The promised date was 90 days from the date of booking. As on today 90 days are over and when contacted over mail the reply is that i may get it on may end. Then too there is no surety they will delivery as since it's said you may get. I am really disappointed with their careless behaviour and not keeping the committed dates with the customer. Hence i need to register a case for this kind of negligence and avoidance from customer care.

                                      I too have booked the interceptor 650 on December 15, 2018 from Concept Bikes Nedumangad (Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala) and am still waiting with no idea why. I have called them and asked about the status multiple times with no straight reply and with vague assumptions about the delivery status. I am not sure if this is because I have opted for a finance option rather than a full cash payment, but whatever the case I dont think a customer should be treated this way.

                                        I bought a royal enfield classic 350. After two years of mild usage i noticed that the chasis of the bike was cracked. Ive not ridden the bike ever since as the company suggests that i will have to bourne all expenses approx 12000 for the chassis and 5000 labour. I believe my life is more important than this expense. But why pay for an expense which the company should take responsibility for i tried taking an insurance claim but that also got rejected. Im clueless what to do and thus requesting for help.
