Hi i have taken himalayan bike from taurus show room in vanasthalipuram hyderabad. They are very careless about the customers and very rude too.
They are not providing any details of bike who have taken. And also they are always speaks on phone calls not responding properly. Because of of they negligence i have to pay second bike tax chalen for government. It takes 10000 rupes. Please take action against them and provide good working people for work don't time passers

    Hello,
    I booked a interceptor chrome on November 22-2018
    It’s almost been 150 days and I still dint get the bike delivery nor any update from showroom.
    To is too sad to see Royalenfield Doing this, dealership have been crossing there promised dates for like more than five times., dealership don’t call and come up with any updates,
    Being a Royalenfield existing customer myself now is a very stocking drawback to me, ,
    I thought Royalenfield has special concern towards female riders like us who rides for pure passion but people who booked after me are getting the bikes and not me. The respect on Royalenfield is fading away!
    We are being forced and let with only one option of cancelling the booking!

      I've taken my bike for service on 8.04.2019, they told me for back wheel shaking we have to change some special parts & need some service.. So i said yes.. After that they called me evng, & i took the bike within a day while im braking the bike skids me because of the back wheel shaking, if your people cannot solve this they should have told me.. This is a common man's life, you dont have rights on my life, but u got the bill for servicing without doing it properly.. Please do my bike clear with it.. My invoice no: sli[protected] & job card no: rjc[protected], please do not repeat this for any other customers

        मी माझी classic 350 ब्लॅक mh 14 el 2751 गेली 3 वर्षे आपल्या रॉयल एनफिल्ड च्या नारायणगाव मधील athorise शोरूम मध्ये सर्व्हिसिंग करत असतो.पण प्रत्येक वेळेस servising करून आल्यावर त्यामध्ये काही न काही त्रुटी राहतात आणि मला नाहक हेलपाटे मारावे लागतात. 2 दिवसांपूर्वी�... मी गाडी सर्व्हिसिंग करून आलो आल्यानंतर माझ्या असे लक्षात आले की गाडी butten वर स्टार्ट होत नाहीये आणि गाडीच्या headlight शेजारील बल्ब नवीन टाकूनही पैसे पेड करूनही चालत नाहीये. कृपया माझी तक्रार घेऊन तीच लवकरात लवकर निरसन करावे अन्यथा यापुढे मी व माझे मित्र कधीही सर्व्हिसिंग साठी शोरूम ला न जाता local फिटर कडे जाऊन चांगल्या प्रकारे सर्व्हिसिंग करून घेऊ.

          I have cancelled my booking amount of himalanyan ie 5000rs and then bought my himalayan from another showroom due to the lag its almost 4months i have cancelled but still they have not refunded my money i have just got a message ur request processed and from then one month passed still no money...
          I cancelled my booking from kodugalloor pinnacle showroom and bought from kazien motors vytilla... Wat to do???

            I have taken my bike before 1month ago sand dust classic 350 i have given the bike for 1st servicing and the servicing was done but im seeing the hell of the problems in bike main problem is air lock bike getting air lock and it's getting suddenly off itself many times i went to the service center no proper response from the team at uppal x road hyderabad kindly clear it as possible soon

              Hi i am from sikkim (Namchi south sikkim) i have booked re interceptor 650 from siliguri sevoke royal enfield showroom. At booking time they said delivery will take not more than two month but not a singal sign of response from dealer of siliguri. Waiting period is to long as i am a rider, and next month is my ladakh tour and i think if this delivery will take long time, resulting in cancelling my ride with my club 🙏🏻🙏🏻...

              Dear sir,
              I ravi kiran s purchased royal enfield 350 classic on dated[protected] at sri sai sadguru motors nelamangal showroom, i noticed that the new vehicle fuel tank is repainted since i have taken delivery at night time, i could not able to notice the painting issue and i have not used the vehicle for long time, when i left the vehicle for servicing they are saying fuel tank is repainted, even after knowing also service people are careless about the vehicle servicing. I have left the vehicle for servicing at same showroom until and unless the issue is rectified i will not take the vehicle delivery..
              Kindly do the needful.

                I purchased a royal enfield 350es bike on 12th of april, 2019. After 4 days i went for my first free servicing at jorhat, assam, acharya singh dealer. Fuel was leaking from the carborator, and their servicing was very unpleasant which led to complete damage and they sent the bike putting on some fevi quick on it.
                How can i replace my damaged carborator as i purchased the bike from shahila exposition, v. I. P road, sixmile, chandan nagar, ghy-22.
                Kindly respond to my problem as soon as possible it's urgent.

                  I purchase bike on 2 feb, 1019. My first servicing was done on 27 feb which was according to rule was right.
                  1). Now they regularly call me for 2nd service and force me to do that before 23 april. But rule is 90 +- 15 days or within 3000 km. Which is not complete on 23 april. Actual date should be 3may +- 15 days. But they are not correcting on their system and say your 2nd service will lapse.
                  2) it's 2 and half month over they didn't apply for rc (Registration certificate) and bike number.

                    My bike no is od 02ay 6536. This is my 3rd free servicing at re service station, tankapani road, bhubaneswar, odisha. My job card no is 03. But the service manager mr asit kumar ram instructed his service engineers to service the other vehicle whose job card was even not done.
                    While asking the reason of such illegal act, he is one of my friend and i have to serve him first.
                    Then he did not respond to my queries at all and asked me to go back if you have some problem.

                    It is the worst service i have ever seen. Absolutely below standards.
                    You are requested to please take up this issue on priority and revert to my registered email id or call me.
                    If no response is received on the issue, proper action will be taken from our end.

                    I purchased a classic 350 bike in RR motors Kochadai Madurai, within a fourth service bike chain sprocket has fully damaged. I can’t drive to any nearest place I trust bullet and bought but it occurs damage in a year so I need a change that, accept my complaint and exchange as soon as possible...

                      The service provider of Royal Enfield in Rourkela damaged the inside thread of the engine of drain bolt area during the free servicing time dat means in warrenty period. i have complaint about it in Royal Enfield customer care...After that the service manager has taken my bike to a lathe machine and arranged a temporary solution of it..but i am facing again and again the oil leaking problem..as my bike is in Warrenty period and they damaged it, so in that way they have to replace the engine but they don't want to do it..plz help me out from this as i can't afford the maintenance price bcuz of that problem in regular basis. Plz kindly helo me

                      Hi my name is bansi pagire I have bullet 350 classic. It's gonna 3 days I didn't got my bike yet. And no one is looking fr the bike. I had talk to advisor he is telling I ll b doing soon. It's been a long time sitting here. worst service I had ever seen in my lyf. After this service need to sell the bike. Because of servicing.
                      Iam not at all satisfied with the bike I have got. Monthly monthly problem. Every customer gives a bad comment about the bike. I have bought the bike 6months ago and till now 5months service. Every month it costs nearly 2000rupess. Not at all satisfied with the bike. So some arrangements to be met with the bike.

                        Iam buy a himalayan bs4 abs version at south west motocorp kanhangad. At delivery time the vehicle is not conditioned as brand new, some parts are damaged. They ask to me the complaint accessories are replace in next week. Still 1 month they will not solve my issue. The vehicle documents not ready for delivery time, still not given vehcle documents. Please solve my issue at earliest.

                        Royal Enfield service centre anantnag J&K is not providing service to my bike purchased last month from same showroom. According to service centre manager my bike is company defected and they are not going to fix it. Bike is in warranty as well.

                          I went to lovish automobiles. And i told them i m facing pickup peoblem in my 500 classic desert storm. They okay we xhech it sir
                          They replaced..
                          1. Air filter element
                          2. Oneway valve
                          3. Clutch plate kit
                          4. Oil filter
                          5. Suction filter
                          6. Engine oli
                          Still my bike have same issue.
                          At the end they said we have done as much as we can.
                          Its better for u to become abitual of this pickup
                          ..

                          Royal enfield.. Do you really think people will purchase ur next bike... Ur damaging ur own brand... Please learn something from jawa bike and their service.. At least visit their showroom.

                            Hi team,

                            This feedback is in regards to the horrible service provided by royal enfield cvs motors service station - horamavu branch, bangalore.

                            I own a re classic 350cc, i got my 4th service done on 30/03/2019. I mentioned the advisor at the time of service that i think that the chain is loose & looks like it needs to be tightened as it makes noise while driving.

                            I really did not know what they did at the time of service. After the service i did not use the bike for 5 days, because i travel to work by company cab. When i was riding the bike on 06/04/2019, the sound from the chain was worse when compared to before. I had taken the bike to the service station on 09/04/2019, one of the senior technician there said that the chain is bent & the complete chain sprocket needs to be replaced which is worth ₹3500 & this was 'not' told by the advisor at the time of service or at the time of delivery nor was the same mentioned in the invoice copy.

                            Today, your customer relations team had called up for the feedback & i mentioned the same & took the vehicle to the service station. When i took the bike to the service station, the advisor started arguing stating that he mentioned & when i asked where is the written statement, he had no words.

                            The job card was checked by the floor supervisor & manager where the technician has mentioned the chain sprocket needs to be replaced & they apologized for the same not being informed. Also, your records no where mentions that it was informed to me.

                            Now they are telling that i have to pay for the part & they will get the chain sprocket replaced.

                            The advisor only called me to inform that the vehicle was ready for delivery & no other additional information was provided.

                            My point here is, if the same was mentioned at the time of service/delivery i would have paid for it. Now it's your company's mistake for not informing me about this nor there was any written statement given to let me know about it & why should i be penalized for this?? I will not pay anything for the company's mistake. Penalize your company people for it.

                            There is so many other feedback about this service station & the above is just one of them.

                                Dear sir I visit the your dealer for purchase the royal enfield bike. But not response to see the bike model etc not arrenge ment the clean water I want to test drive but he asked me ki showroom par petrol nahi h aap ko wait karna padega i wait 45 minutes par vo koi bhi arrengement nahi kar paye jab mene pucha ki aur kitna time lagega to uneno kaha ki abhi nahi ho sakti to customerka time kyu kharab Kate ho to sales man ka behaviour itna kharab tha ki mene showroom se hi 9/4/19 ko helpline par complaint kare. 10/4/19ko phone aya ki aap showroom par visit karo.

                                  Respected sir/mam I am very much disappointed by your staff behaviour today when I went to one of the showroom name as sahila Royal Enfield .. I went there to persue a riding gear which is going on a discount of 25% as per companies portal .. but the staff refused and argued with us saying that it is not applicable anymore i[censored] want to take u can or else leave it.. I want to bring it into your knowledge is it the way to talk to a customer like this who is a regular customer of Royal Enfield since 2 years .. so I want you all to take necessary action against him.. he detailed himself as the assistant manager of the company as said by him.. kindly take necessary against him to avoid a bad impression ... Which will take your company to a step back..

                                    I give my bullet for 3rd service in two times at veliyathu motors thodupuzha. They said they have no time for free servicing. Yesterday finish 3rd service date.in my bullet has only 6 month old but the head light lamp is not working and two small light in the two side of the meter is not working. I run 100 km in a day but i get only 25 km mileage. Now i believe royal enfield cheating public. What remedy from the part of royal enfeild reg no kl 17s 7189

                                      Team,

                                      I own a bullent 500 standard kl-52k-3684- (Make 2016), regular service the vehile at authorized showroom where i purchased the vehicle which is concept bikes - kazhakuttom - trivandrum-kerala.
                                      The last paid service i made was on feb 28th 2019.
                                      Recently i hear a tap sound coming out of the engine and when i took the vehicle to th showroom, was informed that the crank has gone faulty and needs to be replaced.

                                      I asked why this occurred as the vehicle do undergo periodic regular service, the bike has only run 17250 kms and is single owned. I have not received any reply instead they asked to replace it where it costs 15000 for new one.

                                      I need this to be covered under my bike warranty for the following reasons.

                                      Newly purchased vehicle and do undergo periodic service - why this was not checked initially by the technician team as the periodic paid service do accrue bills wherein parts are replaced, but it ended up vehicle having major engine failure which was ignore by the technician at workshop and led to this major problem.
                                      Vehicle has only run 17250 kms.
