Dear sir,

I have purchased bike 18th march 2018 in ess aar motors kotla south ext.
I am face in problem the in bike start in like missing, smog continuesly, & meter light not working purchase the bike.
Still suffering the problem bike permanent break down in 3 time on riding & exhaust bend pipe with silensor burn very bad conditions & i touching the bike by crane in 03 times on a month.
Right now my bike in service centre (Ess aar motors, neb sarai, ignue road, new delhi) on dated 13.03.2019.
But still i didn't receive any call by service center by confirmation.
My mail communication for the matter since above the month, but still this not resolved.

Please help us.

Hi,

Bike is in under warranty problem for royal Enfield, & thay are not working properly the service centre And we are suffering that types the problem.
I am suffer in a more than 06 months the same missing issue, some time I little bit save the accident because the bike pickup authomatically fast & slow, some time we suffer in traffic bike suddenly switch off the engine.
I can't be expected the problem in a brand.

Dear sir,

Today is 23rd march 2019 & I have received the bike in service station (neb Sarai, Saket, new delhi) in 20th march 2019. The bike is in 15 days trial period.
Now my complaint is still, it's not resolved in properly. After Receiving the bike 02 days later I am suffer the same problem on riding & still I am not comfortable for the product right now.
I am on risk the riding for still missing condition & submit the bike in service station neb Sarai New Delhi dated 23rd march 2019 at evening 07:00 pm.
I don't taken the bike is running the defect.
This is really harassment to me & my family.

Please help us for refund back against the product because I am facing the problem more then months but it's not resolved the royal Enfield.

    I am nazim multani, i am the customer of royal enfield. I purchase the royal enfield 350 classic chest nut red. During the purchasing time in agency the behavior is very poor from the agency employees. I requested to meet from the senior authority of the agency, but the employees say's we are the superior of the agency. The employees of agency is not supportive and helpful for the customer and charge the wrong amount of the extra accessories.
    Al purchase the 8000 accessories including the leg-guard (Bumpar), the leg-guard original price is fixed from the 2250 in simple leg-guard but the agency employees charge of this leg-guard is 4500 after that i am shouting in the agency. Then the agency employees given me booklet of bumper's and in the booklet the original price of the leg-guard is 2250.

    Very poor response.

    After 1 month i again go for servicing of my bike. Too take of time for servicing the bike 6-7 hours complete the service of my bike.
    In now current time my bike is creat the problem. Late starting and missing is created after the service.
    No facility is given to the customer from the agency site.

    It is not good sign. For the royal enfield company. Aryaman enterprises of royal enfield is created bed image in mathura and mine mind.

    I am very disappointed from the agency services and i am not reffered to purchase the bike royal enfield from the aryaman enterprises.

      I went for a servicing today my turn was in 4 i was in market when they called and told servicing is done so, i went to get my bike and after payment they gave me gate pass and i gave that gate pass to the person in servicing center and they brought out my bike after checking thoroughly i saw scratches in silencer pipe and when i informed about it they put a black spray so, i am totally disappointed with them and i'm in delima about my next servicing

        Sir i purchase thunderbird model in june 2018 from chittaurgarh rajasthan. From last day its self not working after that my silencer bacame red hot when bike was running. Now bike is not starting i informed showroom but they not give positve response. Bike is 30 km far from showroom (Manglam showroom chittaurgarh). I call two time in showroom plz provide emergency service

          I had given my thunderbird 350 for service at lamba service centre near subhas nagar metro station to mr abhishek the advisor at 3.30 pm on 14/3/19.
          During the conversation mr abhishek was trying to increase the total bill by every way.
          They took 350 rs for grease one part itself.
          The front disc and plate were changed with my permission but the results were not satisfied, they changed the front bearing also for the same reason.
          After 7.30 around they gave me a dirty bike and meter not working after the test drive was done, to which abhishek replied it says due to excessive washing. I told him to respond to same which he did.
          They dried the area around the battery with the air pressure and the meter started once again... But hardly i had reached 500 metre due to red light i closed the bike and after which the bike meter never started.
          After the service done the bike was not washed properly which i again told abhishek.
          Today that 15/3/19 is i again brought my bike to rectify the fault of meter and front disc problem. After checking today they said the guy who took test drive today, he looks like he is hired for joy ride only, it's 2.5 yrs old the meter need to be replaced, i was shocked and the manger sitting at their said we wash 100 bikes everyday and this fault is not their, and i can do whatever i like and they are not responsible for the fault occurred.
          On 14/3 also one guy was complaining at the cashier counter the part mentioned in the bill are not changed and price is written there, mr abhishek was standing there.
          This service station is very pathetic in response and rectification of faults.
          Very disgusting.

            Service ke bawjood bhi rear disk break jaam ho ja rahe hain aur meter ki problem h jabki naya meter company dwara lagaya gya tha insurance ke tahat fir bhi. Jo original meter pahle tha bs3 2016 ka modle wala usme meter bhi mention hota tha is wale meter m aisa kuch bhi nhi. Mujhe itna paisa laga kr bhi main royal enfield thunderbird 350 ki service se satisfy nhi hun. Jabki m genuine parts ka hi use kiya h. Engine vabration & heating problem hain. Inka samadhan na hone pr maine yeh online complaint darz ki h.

              Have sent 15 mails to company and md mr. Siddartha lal but till now no one has responded nor resolved nor repaired my bullet.

              I have been forced to write such a mail to your esteemed and respected organization only due to untrained, unorganized, nonprofessional and disgusted service center in the country m/s v v c automobiles which you are associated with.

              Gist of the case.

              Have brought stranded bullet 350cc in the month of feb 2017 from (M/s v v c automobiles banjarahills hyderabad) with excitement to drive the oldest motorcycle brand in the world but same next day could hear some noise in the engine and complained the same at showroom representative said engine will become smooth after running for 1000 kms and again after first service the noise got reduced but frequently was getting repeated after driving for 40 kms, once again service center staff said after second service the noise will come down, but to my surprise it was continuing likewise even after 5 services the sound was still continuing and in the entire tenure i have complained the same issue several times to v v c automobiles jubilee hills road no 45 hyderabad service center managers (Could meet 5 different managers who got changed in last 1 and half years period) which itself is self-explanatory for your dealer or your organization… finally before my warranty gets expired i had requested everyone in the service center to address the issue as post which i cannot claim warranty but still they have just reduced the noise to some extent and said they will take care of the problem if it repeats and finally when i approached them last time for the same complain they said the committed person left the organization and your warranty period is completed so they cannot help.

              Now yesterday i have again approached the same service center and asked them to help me out for the same issue and raised complain through phone and registered the the same and till now no one has called nor trying to resolve the issue …. Since it seems to be a big concern am escalating it to you sir…


              Note: my bullet is with service center (V v c automobiles jubleehills hyderabad telangana)
              Kms driven 14000 only, engine noise is existing since second day of purchase.
              Bullet got serviced only with above mentioned service center since i brought.
              No one takes the responsibility of the concerns nor addresses the issues.
              Work shop reviews are still pathetic

              Expectation: organization should accept the manufacturing defect and need to resolve without taxing me for defected engine and also need to monitor closely the dealer efficiency and take a call for replacement. Request a senior management intervention to see the dealer work shop which has no proper entry, nor place to sit, nor air to breath……

                I have done regular service from manmohan motors royal enfield showroom on 12000 km run. But after 1000 km run my standard bullet 350 's chain set is damaged. So what is checked by showroom's mechanics during service this is not possible chain set is damaged in 1000 km run. I paid 2500 rs for service and 2528 rs for chain set in only one month i have bills too. I think they change my bike's chain set with older chain set. Also staff's behavior with me is very rood. I already give feedback but no one hear my voice.

                  In these royal enfield authourized service center i was going there tell them to change my rusted seat of royal enfield std350 bullet at the time of my warranty period. They tell that there is no stock for changing seat for warraty vehicles. If i paid cash for seat they will change. At that time they have seat. They tell lie that there is no seat for warrantied vehicles

                    Sir,
                    I have purchased a royal enfield electra model bike from v. P motors, 108h/106 i, vengatesapuram, perambalur, perambalur dt, tamil nadu. Tiruchirappalli 621212 mobile: [protected] showroom on 08.03.2019 at ariyalur and get registered from rto office ariyalur. After registration i have taken my bike to my native of muthur near erode. While riding the bike it is not smooth, and the engine got over heat. There was frequently misfire of petrol while riding. At once i contacted the showroom who advised to inform the customer care. From the guidance of the customer care a mechanic from senthil murugan auto agencies of erode attended the bike. He tried his best to identify the problem, and informed that the coil and electric circuit is not functioning well. He advised to take the bike to the nearest showroom.

                    At last i came to know that there is some defect while manufacturing, here by i need to replace the bike along with registration charges at once.

                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      I have placed an order for a shirt through the official royal enfield online store and its more than a month and is not yet delivered. The order no is #39243 and was placed in january 25th. I have mailed regarding this to [protected]@royalenfield.com but, absolutely no reply from their side. I've been doing online shopping for more than 5 years now and never have i experienced a situation like this. Pathetic customer service by royal enfield

                        Based on the last few services (Paid) i am sharing my experiences for my vehicle which was done by royal enfield authorized service centers.

                        When people don't know how to add seat cover properly, how do they call as service engineers, service managers, bla, bla, bla,... Here is the thing!

                        I approached one of the service center which was located in sanath nagar (Royal enfield service center), at that time they didn't tell me anything about changing or replacing service parts, they were telling vehicle condition was good, no need of changing anything except top-up of engine oil. They done with add up of that engine oil, and basic fittings of vehicle, and handovered vehicle. After one week of servicing, vehicle started making noises from back side of vehicle (From chain sprocket) side, i called these used-to-be authorized professionals, and explained about this noise, and other issues, they said bring vehicle to service center and we will look into the problem! Yeah i did the same by bringing vehicle to their service center, the reason they was telling for that noise was hilarious! That's the worst moment i heard from these service engineers! They said, the noise used-to-be very common for vehicle which are 3 or above years old. What non-sense is this, i seriously don't know! We spend thousands of rupees just because not to hear those noises only right! If it's just changing of engine oil, changing chain lubes, we also can do by ourselves! This is not a rocket science! Just to change these things you guys call it as service professionals / engineers / managers! Bull #!!!

                        Exactly after one month of servicing my vehicle from sanath nagar (Hyderabad) service center, i went to service vehicle to the great royal engineers (Used-to-be authorized & genuine service center) located in uppal (Besides nagole metro). Here is the embarrassing situation i faced! The service engineer said to replace lots of things like : sir, chain sprocket got damaged (Has to change), handle bearings (Has to change), engine oil have to change, etc... Yeah i said ok boss, do whatever you can to make vehicle smooth running! I don't know whether they did changed all these things are not! My vehicle was good before service, but after serviced the vehicle situation was horrible! I am not at all feeling i am riding royal enfiled! Even though recently i changed a new battery, again they charged the battery, and they charged my account with extra money, i asked these people why you guys charged vehicle battery again even though it's new one, they said, sir it's common practice to charge all vehicle batteries whoever comes to servicing their vehicle! What is this #, only these great service experts will know about it! Just because of this #, vehicle got stopping in middle of roads at signals automatically, and self start would not work at that time, i have to move vehicle, and start with kick rod! Moreover, the vehicle is making more noise after servicing!

                        I called these royal engineers, and told them, sir what kind of service you done to vehicle, they said again the same #ty reason, bring back vehicle to service center, we will look into it!

                        What the hell in this world you guys are thinking about us! Do you guys thinking we don't have any other works by always roaming around your service centers by #ty reasons! If you guys are unable to service vehicles, just stop bluffing customers! Why to waste thousands of hard earned money, and pouring all that money into your pockets!

                        At the end i realized, instead of going to these great used-to-be authorized service centers, better to go to road side mechanics where at least you can get good service for your vehicle!

                        If this # continues, royal enfield is going to screwed up soon! Just telling and boasting yourselves as legends is foolish! Please look after sales too! Because sale can happen one time in life, people will come to you again and again for their vehicle services! If you don't do this # properly just close all #ty and used-to-be authorized and genuine service centers, let third party people handle it!

                        This is my experience! I am sure, there are thousands of people feeling the same, but they might be stopping to express their experiences!

                        I purchased thunderbird 350 from modern motor bikes Jodhpur Rajasthan. I complaint lot of times that the average is 14kmpl but their service engineers had not resolved it...Before the engine did not start whenever water sprinkled on it during washing or during rain...

                          Hi my name is raghavendra im from bangalore im a proud owner of a royal enfield himalayan and royal enfield thunderbird and was a owner of royal enfield classic im a customer of acclerate motors, r r nagar, bangalore i was insulted in watsapp group created by accelerate motors as per royal enfield advice. This guys removed me from the group claiming im spreading negetive about them. They dont have proper evidence and i dont earn anything by spreading negetive about them. Mr. Pavan from acclerate motors is angry because we have our own riding group he himself is a part of some other group. So for this reason he as claimed a false statement against me this guys doesnt know i can file a complaint against this based on section 66a for insulting me in social media but i dont wanna do that since im a big fan of re i hope re reponds to this

                            I would like to complaint about the incomplete service offers to me by the service center in vasai, bike number,
                            Mh48 am 8236
                            The advisor was more interested in selling the amc services rather helping the customers, had very fake attitude,
                            Incomplete service as my tank is rusted, the tank was flushed out but the petrol nob was not cleaned and were ever there is rust they haven’t even tried to spray the anti rust and after the service was completed the bike was washed but not rubbed before the delivery, i had to ask them to rub it.
                            Very disappointing for a brand like this is offering such bad service to the customers.

                                Dear sir,
                                My vehicle purchase from kpm motors rk circle udaipur rajasthan and regularly visiting for service asper schedule. My 4th service done at 9000km that time break shoe replaced. Approx oct 2018 nd at 15000km my vehicle was accidental from front side and given for repair that time it was checked that rear sprocket drive teeth are broken and to be replace in cash not in warranty. Sprocket teeth are broken not wear out and it is informed by technician of your company i was not aware of broken teeth. This is the manufacturing fault of the company and if it is not a manufacturing fault, then give me the reason how the sprocket teeth is broken. Now i request to replace in warranty sprocket and break shoe also telling to replace where as break shoe replaced at 9000km and schedule is 12000km kindly look in to the matter for customer satisfaction thanks and hoping to action on this vehicle is at work shop no taken awaiting your decision as this id is mention in workshop and manager number is [protected]..

                                  Facing problem... After riding 5-7 kms it use to get stop... If i open the oil tank cap... It will start again...
                                  Again again facing the same problem... After 2 servicing from ahowroom not getting any solution.
                                  If i open the oil cap the gas use to come out...
                                  While get stop my bike... It does not get start until i open the oil tank cap.
                                  During a journey facing a serious problem

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I recently purchased 2 bikes of royale infield 350x in the name of mrs. Basiran dayer and mrs, lovey gambhir …. From soni automobiles bhilwara owner. Mr. Sanwar mal soni …has delivered. Me the bikes ……i was discussed with owner for 2019 model and he delivered me 2018 model with cheat me ….. I shocked when aware,,, i found my bikes is 2018…... I have purchased. Both bikes in cash,,, but i’m not satisfied with owner and whole staff they treat me very rouldy ……and after some of i have found an problem in my bikes horn …i was goto the showroom the owner treats with me very roudly and told me leave the bike for 2 days they can open whole the bikes wiring and check the isseue,, if horn could not play sound
                                    And if any thing happens wrong or accident with me …. Royale infield is libel for this,, i humble request you i cannot open my new bike …. Its not a satisfactory reply for me,,,, after that i will go there for take my invoice the owner miss behaves with me
                                    And cannot give me satisfactory reply sir plz help me

                                    Plz reply as soon as possible and take action against

                                    If i cnnot got satisfactory reply or cannot take action against my email, immediate,,, i was go on consumer court

                                      Hi team,

                                      I need to draw you attention towards a miserable service given to me for my third service at synergy royal enfield service center, sakinaka, mumbai - 400072.

                                      I own a royal enfield standard 500cc bought on september 13th, 2018. The problems are from the date of delivery.

                                      I was delivered a bullet with partially charged battery where on the second day i had to visit the showroom again to charge the battery.
                                      Reason they gave me was - "sir aap ghaay kar rahe the isliye humne aisa kia". I was called by a sales representative on the date of delivery asking me to come down at the showroom for delivery by 3 in the afternoon. I went by 4 and was waiting for the bike until 8 in the night and what happened is i was delivered with a partially charged battery bike.

                                      I am surprised by royalt enfield services.

                                      Here is wat happened, due to which i am writing this email to you.

                                      I had dropped off my bullet for third service on tuesday 5th around 4 in the evening. The staff informed me that the service center is going to shut down in few hours. I asked them to keep the bike there and asked to give it by the next day. Note: i had an appointment too booked for the third service. The staff did mention that he will ring me if there's a need to which i agreed.

                                      When i visited the service center on wednesday at 4 in the evening (The time the staff member asked me to come) the bike is kept at the same place where i left the previous day. When they were questioned none of them had an answer for it. The vehicle was given for an entire day, so that the work can be done properly and with ease. However i had to walk off with my bike on that day with a disappointment. The staff did ask me to stay back and fix the problem within 2 hours.

                                      So here is my question:- how are you gonna fix the problem in just 2 hours when the bike is standing the entire time at the workshop.

                                      The vehicle was diagnosed and then i was given my costing. It's only been 6-7months after the purchase i had many issues with the bike.

                                      Firstly i had my stock silencer leaning down more than the regular parallel position. I did visit them and they fixed it saying it won't happen again. Where in it did loosen up when i'm on a daily commute.
                                      I had to literally stop and tighten the nuts and then proceed at a lower speed.
                                      Hence i decided to change the silencer and the problem is fixed.

                                      Second i was scammed by one of the staff member, who gave me a front guard which is not in shape and looks different from both the sides. Later when i realized that it's the wrong one i informed them and they did ask me to come after 10 days as their senior staff member is on a holiday. So that's still pending!

                                      Third my gasket is giving me a problem, oil is leaking out. I hope this should be done for free under warranty as its been only 6-7 months after the purchase.
                                      Should i be charged for it?
                                      That's a no - i shouldn't be charged for it.

                                      I had to literally just handover my enfield my bike to a local mechanic who is a ex - employee of the synergy service center. Am i supposed to do this?

                                      Royal enfield it was my dream from childhood to own it. Didn't expect this kinda service from you'll.

                                      I'm sorry if i was harsh with my words. I hope you can connect me and understand my feelings how it feels when u have been fooled many a times. I have no trust with you guys anymore.

                                      I have no idea what you guys going to do to fix this issues.
                                      Please do not fool people or give false promises.

                                        I never ever thought i will have to write this sort of a mail to royal enfield

                                        This is regarding my issues with the himalayan. So far i had been to this service center a lot of times and i've got no proper satisfactory results. Issue here is there was this one part of my bike which i told them to claim warranty for it's been almost 4 month's have recieved no call's or any message from their respected desk now today willingly when i went to their service centre to my surprise i was told my part was arrived at thier store but because i wasn't present there they have used my clamed warranty part on some other individuals bike which i find this is totally bs. The point here is i had recieved no call's or messages from them for total of 4 months so how the hell am i going to get to know if my part was arrived or not now they're saying they can't replace my part anymore becos your bike no longer comes under warranty they clearly want to dupe money from me, totally fed up with your poor service towards customer's the service advisor on other hand was trying to escalate the topic stating i never asked them to replace my rear mudguard eventually after arguing for a bit he agreed there was one spare part request which was placed earlier now we know how your so called reputed company employes speak blatant lie!

                                        Thirdly i am freaking pissed about the way my himalayan has been performing ever since i bought it.

                                        It has gone to the workshop for so many problems so many times that i have lost count even the service centre are not helpful at all and one of the worst service centre i've ever been to

                                        Within a month or so of buying it, it's magnetic coil burned off! Then after a couple of months i was facing an issue with my clutch assembly still the problem is not solved all this between 3/6 months or maybe less i'm not at all satisfied with the quality of your product the issue's i'm facing are down below

                                        1- heavy engine grinding noise and tappet noise

                                        2- hard gear shift

                                        3- front portion of handlebar and headlight assembly is very loose makes weird noise on bumpy roads

                                        4- re service is pathetic and the worst i have experienced
                                        A. Poor technical service. The same problems repeats a few days after service for e. G. Engine noise, gear change issue and so on...
                                        B. Poor customer treatment

                                        5- front t-stem is slightly tight

                                        6- rear disk brakes are not working

                                        7- there were few part's which had to be replaced under warranty such part's were never replaced in my bike and i was never called for the recall

                                        8- drastic drop in pickup and power

                                        9- rear mudguard is broken because of the potholes in road's

                                        *i'm writing you this email with one last hope thinking the issues might get resolved.*
