I did my enfield paid service today, however i was informed that the clutch was in a bad shape and the housing needs yo be replaced. Later i saw the old housing and it was good without any trouble. I drove only 14000 km. I am cheated for 3500 rupees.

They responded that "i called and told you". However, i am not a clutch expert. If it was needed to replace it should have been. But i dont see the old clutch housing having any...

Mp09qx5550 on 24th feb 19. Servicing was not up to the standard., one bolt left unscrewed remained blank the point. They replaced clutch oil but in transparent glass it is touching bottom. Without checking took permission to replace engine oil. After asking the manager behave was rude. When i reached home from next day it is not getting start. I am an army person and loosing faith in enfield.

Sir i own an ace classic 350 royal enfield (White) bike which comes without rear disc.
Recently, i went in the showroom from where i purchased it to repair the silencer but what they did is, they replaced the silencer from a bike which comes with rear disc.

Therefore now the silencer is hitting in the rear brake's rod.

I own a royal enfield stormrider sand 350 signals. I recently fell in a gutter resulting in damages to the front mud guard and the petrol tank. It has been 24 days since i left the bike for service, still the bike is not repaired. The customer service manager claiming that there is some kind of delay in the shipping of the parts. It feel so bad to tell that royal enfield has one of the worst service in india. The customer satisfaction is nil. Most of the time i feel like they really don't care for there people. It's been since 6months i purchanced my thunderbird 350x. From the day of booking itself i feel so insecurd.
