Iam writing a mail regarding the issue happened with me in the uppal royal enfield service center. Near rta office nagole road uppal.

Iam not able to find the vehicle from more than one hour. Vehicle details are as follow

Royal enfield 350 reddict red. Tr number 5600.

I have given a vehicle for my 3rd service in the morning 9:00am today. (23rd feb2019). Still the time is 2:32pm but still my vehicle is not found by the service manger. Plz take an immediate action. If not i will log a complaint in the police station.

Dear royal engineers

This is not the correct reply which you have provided me in the below mail. I need the clarification why my vehicle is missed...?? And why your service provider & manager and your management not able to give me a clarification on site on the same day...??

Why there is no proper entry in the registers if any one takes the vehicles out side the security gate...??

Iam not talking about any technical issues in my vehicle which is not solved by your team. I have already mentioned the issue which was happened with me on 23rd feb and also i have been asking the same thing more than 20 times on the same day.

That - where is my vehicle...?? Where is my vehicle...?? From 1:45pm to 3:00pm...??

Why your people will use customer vehicles for their personal work...??

Why you people have not able to provide me a valid reason...??

And also note:- from the date of my service it is almost 4 days completed but iam still not satisfied with the service - because daily iam facing a new problems - like gears are not properly working (It is very noisy). Self is not working.in the engine there is some sound and also in the chain. - experienced a bad thing from your end.

I have many questions in my mind which was not answerable by your team - still need a clarification on that.

Please provide as soon as possible.

And also note that the money - you have charged is not issue here - you can also understand what was mine situation on that time.

Please provide me the clarification & also attach the invoice - i will make the payment 1, 500rs.

    Sir i own an ace classic 350 royal enfield (White) bike which comes without rear disc.
    Recently, i went in the showroom from where i purchased it to repair the silencer but what they did is, they replaced the silencer from a bike which comes with rear disc.

    Therefore now the silencer is hitting in the rear brake's rod.

    I lodged my complaint on 23rd of february and they said they'll be solving it within 24 hours but it has been 4 days and they still haven't solved it.
    Kindly take action regarding this.

      Dear sir,

      I would like to highlight the concern regarding cheating with a customer at royal enfield workshops in pune. I recently gave my royal enfield classic 350 for servicing and some major parts replacements (Like chainspocet replacement, swing arm replacement and front wheel bearing replacement etc).

      But what happened with me, they charged full money for parts but the didn’t replace that (Chainspoket front wheel which is inside rh side cover). After 4/5 days when i realised that part is not changed, i visited the workshop and asked the manager regarding this. After some dispute, they agree to replace that part.

      But during this incident their mechanic has done some wrong thing with my bike, that results in a major problem with rear drum after 1 month. What he has done, he placed the bearing of rear wheel wrongly which results in an imbalance of drum and now entire drum needs to replace because of there revenge taking attitude.

      My vehicle has completed around 19800 km and issues with a drum at this reading are not digestible.

      My humble request to you as a responsible authority of royal enfield please look into this and help me in this regards, because i am suffering due to there revenge taking attitude and this results into expense around 2600/- inr to this work and for this there workshop members are responsible.

        I own a royal enfield stormrider sand 350 signals. I recently fell in a gutter resulting in damages to the front mud guard and the petrol tank. It has been 24 days since i left the bike for service, still the bike is not repaired. The customer service manager claiming that there is some kind of delay in the shipping of the parts. Please do the necessary and resolve the problem asap

          I had completed three free services at rudra motors, chennai. At the time of delivery 11/07/2018, bike was very good, soon after my first service, bike riding quality was very bad. I don't think my bike was serviced properly. My list of complaints was not solved. I'm completely dissatisfied, i found new scratches on front mudguard after service & front shock absorber is not working

            I had given my royal enfield classic 350 gun metal grey for servicing on 5th feb. Next day when i came for returning my bike the service manager of pinnacle royal enfeild, kizhakkeveettil building, ground floor survey no 20/447 a, nh 17 methala, kodungallur, kerala 680664, was saying that chassis was broken. Bike did not meet with any accident so there is no chance to get broken. It was either the mistake of manufacturing or mistake happened by the service center. Anyway bike was under guaranty period so the manger registered for the new chassis under guaranty. It was done by 6th feb, but till now i did not get any intimation from company side. Daily i was riding almost 60 km up and down, with out bike reaching office on time is very difficult. I am working as a teacher in a reputed entrance coaching centre kochi and i could not reach the classes on time due to this. I need a solution very soon

              I gave my bike for service in Sri velavan motors located at thousand lights chennai. The service was horrible and the customers are not treated properly. Despite of complaining to front office manager and CRM the issues were not resolved. I have sent an email to service head three weeks back and no one as responded for that email. I have attached the email sent to CRM and service head in the attachment pane. I request you to help me in taking severe action on the franchise.

                Sir i purchased royal enfield gunmatel model margao goa show room in the month of august 18. This problem was faced before 2nd servicing also so many times just escape. Motorcycle just about to fall.in 2nd servicing i informed to margao service centre technician themselves experienced. They said rear wheel scoop problem. They tighten. For some time it was ok but again i am experiencing the same skid problem. I purchased bullet to avoid skid problem compare with other vehicle.
                It is requested to resolve this problem to avoid some mishapping.

                  Dear all,
                  It feel so bad to tell that royal enfield has one of the worst service in india. The customer satisfaction is nil. Most of the time i feel like they really don't care for there people. It's been since 6months i purchanced my thunderbird 350x. From the day of booking itself i feel so insecurd. All those service people's are money suckers once the payment is done then they are least bothered of your stuff. My personal experience is from sr motors nagarbhavi, bangalore. I just hate my showroom. Recently i had met with an accident and had given vehicle for repair the insurance approved in just 24hrs but its been more than 17days there is no proper response from the service centre. Either they answer my call or speak something useful.

                  I personally feel like this company have made a big name in the country where people are mad behind then so now they don't need anything.

                  Atlast royal enfield please try to understand your customers and be kind to them.

                    Sri venkateswara bike zone who neither picks up customer calls nor does he have the responsibility to ibform the status of service for the given bike.

                    Very laid back attitude and lathargic response really irritates the customer. One of the worst sevice center

                    Hieghts of it when reached out to service head sriram [protected] who provides even more unacceptable response statingg he has no clues as when the bike will be ready. If the service head cannot provide and eta you can imagine how his team would be. This kind of irresponsible people and his team only spoil the reputation of good brands.

                    I would like to really know if royal enfield is not bothered about their brand.

                    Hats of the entire team of sevice team how effective they work and response to the customers query

                      This is to bring in to your notice that i brought a vehicle at gonikoppal abhyuday motors showroom vehicle number. While i was travelling i met with a accident and vehicle had damaged and i had given the vehicle to the gonikoppal service center in the month of dec on 31st. I spoke to the insurane company and the insurance was delayed. The insurance was approved on jan... But the vehicle is taken to the kushalnagar service center, i have waited for 2 long months but i have not receaved the vehicle yet its so frustrating that i have waited for such a long time listening to what ever they say... Initially they said that they have all the parts but later they said that they do not have the parts and they have ordered for parts... These people are so irresponsible because even after getting the spare parts they say that the order or the billing is not ready.. Inspite of me waiting for so long now they come back with the answer stating that the tank is not come and waiting for the tank... Am i being fooled here is this the customer service which i am getting is this type of pethetic service... I spoke to service manager harish and also sales manager aron last friday.. They told me that within 2 days they will deliver the vehicle its been so many days but they have not delivered the vehicle... I m shocked and surprise that if this is a local showroom or really a service center... I m so fraustrated n decided to write this mail to the head office hoping that i get a answer from the head office... If you are not able to deliver the vehicle let us know but don't fool us... I work for army n have a short time n vacation and i am being fooled.. Hopefully i get my vehicle asap... Waiting for a reply... And please ensure that we get good service...

                        I purchased a royal enfield bullet classic 350 cc on 16 march 2018 under invoice no spl439 from jm/s jayee cee motor's corporation unit 2 new amritsar. I visited time to time agency for services as per
                        Company norm. But last few days same problem in self start or engine. Then i contact to company but they refused for repairing bike under warranty. I asked it is under warranty and purchased it less than one year. But the answer given by your company representative is not supportive. I request to you please look into the matter and resolve it earliest. Speedy action will be highly appriciated.

                          I have made the booking for Interceptor 650 on Nov 15, at Rudra motors (Anna nagar) ie the very next day you launched the bike. I ordered custom version Bakers Express. I was told that the bike would be delivered in January first week. With out any hesitation I went a head with the booking. Believing this I even sold my old Bullet 500. After January they told Feb

                          Now that I was told that my bike would be delivered on march. In a group of 20 members 5 of them booked bike those where standard but in different showrooms. They are been delivered. What about mine ?? being a RE Enthusiast I am left with no bike and travelling to office by public transport. And those who booked after me even the custom model so called Ravish Red is also been delivered. I have all the proof and conversation had with support, Dealer and audio recordings.

                          Is this the way you would like to treat your customer. I am very much fed up.

                          If RE wants to make a public stunt and display billboards about this issuer i can do that. And even go legally with enough evidence.

                          Kindly look in to this matter seriously before its too late.

                            I am owner of a royal enfield bullet standard 500cc 2017 model.

                            I needed few spare parts for my motorcycle mainly chain-sprocket kit. I went to barabanki, uttar pradesh dealership of royal enfield to buy my requirements. They denied me to give the required spare parts. There argument was they do not entertain counter-sales for the spare parts. A customer can only buy a spare part if he is getting a service from their unit, else they wont sell any of the spare parts.

                            Motor bike details:
                            Vehicle registration no. - up 62 bd 8182
                            Model - bullet standard bsiv 2017

                            I met mr. Anand (Concerned person at the time) and called mr. Gurashish singh (Owner of the dealership). They both denied me the required service.

                            Please suggest me where can i get the spare parts of royal enfield if not from the dealership itself.

                              I have done service and all clear until i was in india
                              That time i noticed that my fuel tank inside is rusting little bit wen i complained about it to showroom they said its normal among royal enfield if anything happen they will change
                              Now the tank full got heavy rust and have carburetor float value damage
                              Now they says the warranty period is over we cant do anything

                                Iam Dheeraj T (contact: [protected]), I have RE_himalayan (KL.02.BE.9986) with Road side assistance. I called for road side assistance (on19/02/2019) and denied the assistance and told me to bring the bike next day to Royal Enfield service station. The bike was not starting, and they told me to start the bike using kicker, where Himalayan doesn't have a kick start.! They told me that after 6.30pm they can't provide road side assistance, which is clear indication of violation of agreement that Road side assistance is 24x7. Please help me sir for getting my money back and take back their bike. Please help me sir.

                                  Me being one of the very 1st customer to book the motorcycle “interceptor 650 twin” on 14 november 2018 in the region of vasai-virar, palghar, maharashtra, from s. P wheels the dealership says they havent recived the colour i asked for (Glitter and dust) as it is a custom colour i accepted that when the delivery started.. I waited and waited then i came across some posts across india and found the same colour bike running on roads, and me like a fool am still waiting and i mailed to royal enfield support about the same and recived a reply saying that the demand is unexpected from people. And i was assured to get the bike in the time period of 16th feb 2019 to 22nd feb 2019 and now i get a call saying that the bike wud b recived in march
                                  Why is this discrimination between regions and customers am i not an important customer to receive the assured vehicle on time???

At the time of first service when i am taking return my vehicle i found a black big spot on silencer bend pipe there by i raised a complaint against the black spot then the service centre manager said that they will replace the pipe by next service now three services have completed there is no proper responce so that i am requesting you to consider my complaint.                                       Post interacting with your sales person, i have booked a royal enfield thunderbird bike 350 stone on 23rd january in velavan motors (Nandanam). Sales person over there promised that he can deliver the bike in max 7 days post which i paid a token advance of inr 5000/-. After four days, sales person called me to pay the remaining amount so that i can take delivery in 3 days. Now it is almost 27 days crossed, still i didn’t receive the vehicle. At the time of booking i clearly informed to the sales person that my current vehicle is not working and i can manage for one week without vehicle. If you can deliver the vehicle in one week then i will book the bike here or else i will book the vehicle in adyar showroom as they have stock ready. He contacted the manager and confirmed there is tb 350 in stock in another branch & he can deliver the vehicle in one week for sure.
                                      From them on, i keep on following up without any resolution. I am really unsatisfied and saddened with the showroom.
                                      They have to compensate for the delay in delivery as well the inconvenience i am facing without a vehicle. It is my hard earned money which would have fetched me interest if i kept it with me. Adding to this, i commute every day to office by cab / auto rickshaw which is an additional expense. This is intolerable with whatever justification they convey but in the end as a customer i am facing the consequence!
                                      I am very depressed and affecting my health.

                                      Please take action against them and help me deliver my vehicle soon and also arrange for the compensation.

                                        They already changed clutch hub and chain set but there is a problem in bike chain set, clutch hub. And i paid for that chainset. But problem still remain same after 2nd and 3rd service. Today is 25th day from the date of complaint. I constantly call the related service centre but no one reply us with solution. I take this step because i fed up from company poor service.

                                        I am also havinga bs3 july 2016 himilayan. My bike suddenly got off for no reasons tday. While i vhecked the petrol it was more than half. I tried many times to start it got start for few metres and agian i got the same missing and engine geeting off.. please suggest a why this is happending?
