I am feching a problem on starting ihave given complaint many a time in jorhat service station but they couldnot solve my problem at present my bike is in jorhat service station but now also they coulnot solve my problem. And they told me to take my bibe and my bike doesnot have any problem. They didnot get any problem but i am sufering from problem. So i request u to solve my problem

    This is my frustrating complaint about my worst experience i had with royal enfield service center, sri velavan motors, greams road, chennai.

    On 07th feb 2019, i went to royal enfield service center which was a part of sri velvan motors (Greams road branch). I am the very first person to enter the service center as it was 07 am in the morning (They usually have that slot available). I waited for 15-20 minutes and then finally service guy inspected my vehicle and it was my 5th paid service. I stressed them around 5 times that i will be going to bangalore for a ride by friday early morning. He agreed for everything and informed that i can take my bike by 3 pm. My bike had lots of complaints as well as bike color got faded. I am little afraid about taking my bike to bangalore with the present working condition. I stressed it again and again. After all the inspection, i was told that service would cost around 3500 rs. I was waiting for the service center till 3 30 pm for bike delivery, but didnt get. I again called the guy who gave his number to check for update. He said that he will pass along the update in next 10 minutes. Its almost 05 30 pm, but didnt get any call. I was travelling all the way from nanganallur which is nearly 18 kms from service center. Amidst of heavy traffic, i managed to go there by 6 and enquired about my bike.

    The reply and attitude towards me is very shocking. They didnt do anything on my bike and finally they revealed it by 7 pm. Is that fair? Do they think we are fool to accept their filthy excuses? Worst reply and even after escalting to customer relationship manager, but no use. I was able to see that few customers were also shouting for the same concern.

    At first thing, why they are accepting the service commitment if they cannot meet it? Is money more important or customer satisfaction. I cannot simply leave it as it is. Its a matter of 2.10 lakhs and 6 months waiting period. For them, its just another bike. But for me, its my one and only one and i cannot tolerate if a authorised service center handles a customer bike with no real care and they cannot live upto the mark for what we are paying for. I have gatepass copy, in time, bill and cant leave just like that. I took my office day off for this and they ruined my day and tempered me to the core.

    Behavior: rude, unprofessional and money minded.

    What else i can provide to stop this happening to another customer?

      I had purchased royal enfield bullet 500 in the month of nov, 2018 in chennai from the dealer sri venkateshwara bike zone. Being such a famous & trusted brand, i was shocked that before completion of 1 year the self starter failed and i was said by the service people that it would take a week to get the new self starter because the same is covered under warranty. For 1 week i was totally handicapped without my bike. After that the things went on fine only for few months after which on servicing i was informed that the battery is weak and need to be replaced and as the battery is also under warranty it will take another 1 week to get it replaced. Now again for 1 week i am helpless without my bike. Even after taking so much care of my bullet and regularly servicing once in 1.5 months time i have to face such inconvenience in my day to day life without my bullet now i feel that i had taken a wrong decision by buying a world class famous bike. I am shocked that like all other normal brands royal enfield too has started cheating its customers with low quality bike parts.

        I got my motorcycle serviced from okhla workshop d block. The front wheel was not moving properly and even the brakes were not effective. I requested the person to check the brake but he didn't bothered. I have earlier reported this in nov 2018 as well. But still no mail, nobody even bothered to call me. This was such a pathetic service. I intend to sell my bike if this kind of behaviour continues. I have even tried sending an email for the same but still no response from the concerned team. Hoping to hear from you.

          From shiva riders. On that day m not satisfied about washing & billing. Then today 10 february i went to shiva riders for my vehicle first service they damaged my vehicle pass button there no good washing many times i said please clean properly my vehicle but they can’t listen me my first experience for royal enfield is very poor....

          The service point at vizianagaram (Ap) is poor. The response from the management is bad. Today i visited by 11.40am and asked for my motorcycle re airborne blue free service as per eligible. The service manager rejects as 10 mi late. I requested to consider but strongly rejected and said you can complaint as u like. Immediately informed to customer care and made s complaint regarding the issue.

              Bought my himalayan, 2019 model from marikar motors trivandrum, kerala on 18th january 2019. From the day of delivery onwards, it was just a burdain for me.. The bike never stood on a pdi ramp, which was clear. No first aid kit, no cleaning process.. Nothing... Somehow i managed my feelings on the delivery day. After riding it for almost 3-4 kms on a long stretch road, i was feeling pain on my arms., which was due to bended t-stem. It's clearly visible that the t-stem is out of harmony with the chassis. First "free" service is over and they are not accepting the fact of bended t-stem. And the "free" service costed me around 1200 inr, in which they replaced semi synthetic engine oil with normal engine oil and the bike is running worst in its most. Chain adjusting, cleaning and lubing, according to re doesn't comes under "general service".. Yes the chain is a distinctive part of a motorcycle which need additional care of 250inr every service😏. Now, the major problem... Re has increased the price saying that the model is dual channel abs equipped one.. Of course its equipped.. I paid 2.16inr on-road for this # and today, on my way to office, at 60kmph speed the rear tyre got locked whole i spammed on my brakes..."abs" equipped...😏.
              Now, iam not at all satisfied with the re himalayan.. Nor with the service.. Neither with the quality they offered for my 2.16 lakhs.
              Dear re, please do act for my above mentioned problem's. I need my bike to run in the most efficient and reliable way. My issues must be resolved😠

              For servicing bike it takes 3days in SHRI JAYALAXMI AUTOMOBILES, jagannakaypur, kakinada 533001.east godavari Andra Pradesh.3 days for normal servicing upsets me a lot .pls do something as in other service centre like that of Honda take only one day I means if we give on 8am they will return bike on the same day by 6pm.

                I bought 500cc classic chrome from hsr pre owned on 21september done 5150 kms... Very disappointed with battery issue with in 1month got it replaced... Running post to piller... After first service rear wheel bearings noise... Got it done... After a long drive... About 1 k kms again bearing noise in the rear wheel... Check and found play in rear wheel hub... Bike done 7 k and so many issues... Quality???...

                  I have been charged a sum of rupess 3, 300
                  I have placed my order on january 20th 2019, I have not recieved any order details or tracking details, while ordering it showed it will be delivered within 10 working days, I have not received my order nor any order details, I have called the customer care more than 7 times, the gear support manager just SUNNY KAPOOR is helpless, they donot know how to resolve issue, the biggest mistake i have done is placing my order on Royal Enfield website, I keep on calling them daily but zero help, the customer support doesnt know how to resolve this issue, this is very ridiculous !
                  Please resolve this ASAP, dont make people lose trust on RENFIELD. I am already proceeding legally! People please dont get fooled around this website

                    My classic 500 and it has scratches everywhere on all buttons even there are some paint fades on tank and very noticable paint fade on air filter box and fuse box. They told me that it will go but, its still there after wash and eveything.
                    And now, they give me xl size helmet and it literally flying away from my head. And i m trying to call them then they first ignores your calls and after picking up they told me that we have already registered your helmet and they can't change it now.

                        Hi team,

                        I am very upset with the himalayan bike,

                        I bought my himalayan in the month of july (Sleet gray) from aadith motors, mysore. Initially i was very happy but after few days, i noticed some noise (Service center people said its a head sound and there was also some wired sound) in the engine. They said nothing to worry about it, it can be resolved. After the service they said issue has been resolved and now its fine but the issue is not yet resolved.

                        Its been 5 months and also 2 services has been completed but still the issue is not resolved yet. When ever i give for service, they says experts will come from company and resolve and they keep bike for more than a week in the service center itself and they return it back with no resolution. I am hearing the same thing from the day i noticed this issue and spoke to service center. I am very upset with the quality of the bike as well as service.

                        To royal enfield: being a reputed motorcycle company, please consider this issue and provide solution.

                          I bought the thunderbird x 15 days ago, and since last 10 days i am getting trouble with it. It is having a battery problem, the company said they replaced it, but still after 2 time replacement i am getting this problem. Also bike doesn’t get start each and every day, they said there is problem with the air but after thier service it all started again. Niether company is providing a good service nor the showroom. Sometimes bike’s engine stop working while riding. So there is possibility of accident. When i went to showroom to show them they just fooled me that they have resolve the problem and said that the serive will be charged. Though i have bought bike only 15 days ago, and it has travelled only 200 kms, and they are charging me for something which is companies defect and also not providing a good quality service. They have opened the bike’s engine so now i don’t want to have that bike. Because once the engine get opened the bike gets fully destroyed. I want company to replace that bike and give me new bike with no defects.

                            Team, i had given by bike for servicing in royal enfield itpl road service station. When the bike was given for servicing the amp meter light was working and when the service was done it wasn't. When informed the employee in service station started defending and later on it was replaced by another buld. Now within a week the buld is not working again.. I paid rupees 7 thousand for service and still i was disappointed.

                              Kind attention to my complaint, I feel very guilty in use of my royal Enfield std 350 cc because of very poor running condition that is feeling missing in riding and no satisfied service against my complaint in service showroom.
                              When iam riding my bike with more fuel, i feel off the engine spontaneously. It is very shameful as bike get off .and difficult to start with kicker.im complaint many times at my service center
                              Bt no satisfied respond from Center.only saying it will ready soon .bt still complaint is feeling .

                                On 25 i came for a service at porur service station for my thunderbird 7149. The person first said on every fourth service we should change the fork oil and then i said ok. I preferred to change my handle bar to 350x. He said i can pick it up on 27 since 26 is a govt holiday so as i agreed. I came on sunday evening and collect the vehicle when i drove for a while a sound came by applying the front disc …… when i hit a pit another strong sound came ….. A bolt from clutch came in hand automatically... Later when i took a long ride and when reached 80 there was lot of sound occurring and in above 60 the vibrations take place when it used to happen on or above 100...… seeing all this the next day i took it back to the service center and informed them about the issue... They immediately rectified the bolt by applying a washer which does not seem according to the standards of re...

                                Usually i do my service at rudara service station anna nagar… the service is much better compared to this porur station. Felt that i should not come again to re service stations...

                                  My enfield 500 bike registration no mh 04 jp 5820 speedometer digital kms reading are malfunctioning since 1st free service. However your thane service center, near mumbai, maharashtra is postponing to correct the malfunctioning of speedometer, without no reason, we request you to kindly advise your thane service center to either rectify or replace it as it is covered under warranty, anticipating your prompt action.

                                  The only thing that has been done is to pick up a bike or to have two services, but the Sunshine Automobile could not afford it, Malfunction gear shifting hard use and Jumping handle sound.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I got struck in on road due to breaking of accelerating wire while on running,
                                    This is the second time happened to me. Why it is happening like this, its a very serious issue when the vehicle is running, it leads minor to major accidents. Who will bear the cost if something happening. What the people are doing while on service, is this the way of providing the service for the customers and persons of road assistance are charging 800 to 1000rs for repairing of vehicle. The cost of the acceleration wire is just 250 rs. You people have to provide free service while attempting the road assistance. Need the explanation and solution for this kind of issues

                                      I bought my royal enfield bike on may 2017 and covered a distance of 9000kms. I found that the teeth are broken for rear sprocket. I do my bike service with all recommended procedures as per manual.
                                      Why should they provide a low quality items for a bike which cost around 1.80 lakh... Low cost bikes even has better standard...

                                      Even the kick start lever system is faulty, i am not sure how they can spoil the name of a legend company by providing sub_standard products.

                                      I recommend others to not buy re, i was a core fan of re and bought it even if the cost was high. The service center is not good and they don't care about our complaints as they have many vehicles in queue for servicing. The response is too bad and they handle our bike carelessly.
