Myself Dinesh and I have Classic 350 Black purchased on OCT 2016 in Bangalore. All my free services were done in Bangalore and the bike condition is very good at that time. Later I switched to Visakhapatnam and I gave my bike for normal service in HB COLONY SEETHAMMADARA ROYAL ENFIELD SERVICE.
Bike engine problems started after a normal service. These Mechanics degrade the bike pickup, proper chain adjustment is not perfect, I gave for wheel alignment and brake shoe replacement. But they didn't check properly and delivered the bike with only a water wash. Means just for wash, oil change, and replacements, they looting our money.
After the service was done I go for a trip, the bike rear and front body completely shook and heavy sound from chain socket even after the replacement. A lot of vibration from the bull and body bolts were not tightened properly after bush replacement.
These reckless mechanics don't even don't know how to hold a wrench but they used to service around 50 bikes daily. Its very pathetic situation and the service advisors also didn't perform proper checkup before delivery to customers. It's our sincere request to look into this problem by Royal Enfield and should take proper action on this Service center. Below is the details of the service center
