Hi myself vinit bhayani

I have booked vehicle from royal enfeild with unison automobile borivali outlet on 24/02/17 in the name of shwetali mulik (Bhayani) amt rs 5000
But due to some circumstances i am not able to buy the bike and later i shifted to aurangabad.
Employee name parikshit told me it will take 1 month to get refund.
I have applied for refund on 12/12/18 it almost more than 2 month now.
I started follow ups then said talk to owner brijesh pandey and he got free.
I started follow up brijesh pandey from last 1 month but this man stopped picking up phone
I register a complaint to [protected]@royalenfield.com
They have send me complaint no ccshoc[protected]. On 3/2/2019 but till date there is no response from royal enfeild i resend the mail asking them status they have sent auto-generated message will get back to you.

I hope indian consumer will help me getting my money

    I am out station my bike has been ride only 700 km and the owner want me to do my 3rd servicing which sud be taken on 6000 km and if i don’t do it they will cancel my free servicing. Are we buying a 10 k product no we are spending almost 2 lakh above and this is the service we get even we don’t hav our time for free service i[censored] don’t want to do then ok i wil not do free servicing and never goin to buy a re product nor gonna suggest any1 dis kind of service is disgusting

      Not update yet, i got mails saying that area manager will contact me. Since 1week the same update and they have not contacted me yet.

      Everyone should think about their service, even a washing machine bought for rs:10k has better customer support and a guarantee for 2 to 5 years. This is really horrible, don't think that only rich need to own this bike by spending money unnecessary for such filfty issues.

        I purchased my royal enfield gun metal grey abs 2018 model on january 7th 2019 through royal enfield authorized dealer (Sanamahi motors, singjamei, imphal west). I bought it by cash and there was hardly no choice of the bike since number of ordered bikes were limited and i was given only a particular bike on their own convinience but i was satisfied until i went for my 1st servicing and just after that fuel indicator stopped working, i called to the respective service centre and asked to bring out a solution and they told me to visit their service centre and according i did the same. Here started the real hectic, non-cooperation behavior, i told my problem to every mechanic as well as service supervisor. My problem was that the fuel indicator which is suppose to indicate the fuel before reaching to reserve and after reaching to reserve level but it didn't show since the led was neither blinking or showing any light even my fuel is as low as it should be within reserve level.
        Those mechanic there didn't get what i said and so i had to narrate full detail of it in my best possible means. Finally they seemed to get what the problem is but again they said it is a common problem and hardly have any solution. I told them clearly that fuel indicator not working that too when my bike is just a month old is really a thing to be concerned. They told again that may be the led bulb might have went off and we can check that im case the problem is there. So they checked it and found to be ok with led.
        Finally i told them to empty my fuel whatever left in the tank and see whether the indicator is working or not. And accordingly they did so and accepted my claim that the fuel indicator is not working at all.
        The ironical part is that being a mechanic they can't see a solution even to check whether a part of the bike is working or not. It took around 2 hrs to fit a new fuel guage wire attached to the tank that is supposed to measure and tell thru the led
        About the amount of fuel left in the tank.
        They took out the part that was not working and packed for sending and claiming warranty.
        They finally got my bike ready and i went for my office and on my way i found my rider seat a little bit floated and i felt like visiting the service centre again. Since i had to go for office work i had no choice of revisiting. After my office work i directly went to the same servicing centre and complained about the seat problem since they dismantle the seat n took out the oil tank and refitted in morning.
        It is found that my oil tank was improperly fit and seat was also improperly screwed.
        A new mechanic tied and scewed properly and i left the service centre at a cost of my time and unnecessary anger incidents

          My bike which is in under warranty period, is now having battery issue. Actually i bought my re classic 350 with rear disc brake from kerala, and now its in pune, maharastra, rbike having amaron battery which have 2yr warranty as kerala record, and i have enquired here pune re service centre. Now they are telling battery will have only 1yr warranty, after enquiring and dicussing our kerala service centre, now they are telling the bike which is deliverd after september 2018 is only have 2yr warranty.

            I have been fleeced with 3 years of bike purchasing around more than 1 lakh in the name of service. They intentionally make crucial things worst after service so that unnoa dhandha chalta rahe. Mayapuri service centre in delhi and lamba service centre in tilak nagar industrial area. Both are organised gang. My service bill is like this after my 4 free service was over, all are approx. 6000, 8000, 14000, 2500, 9000, 1032, 7000, these are my last 6-7 service record, while in three year i had to go to service centre around 20 times which is too much. So can't recall precise detail but approx this was the cost. There mo is this if paid service customer comes they show so many problems in the bike and even for changing head light bulb they will charge labour charge more then the cost of bulb. I hate royal enfield, i have bought a white elephant, i wish your company die in hell.in three years my chain set was broken 3 times, engine crucial part itself was damaged. Break shoe stops working after 15 days of service, front break servicing requires according to them to change the complete setup of around 2500. What thehell 40 rs oil change in front break and they ask 2500 to change it completely. Bloody leachers. Adding a video where they can't even start my bike after full 7000 rs service. I hate u royal. I bought ur bike with so much hope and dream.

              Hello this is mohammed shahaan owner of royal enfield interceptor 650cc orange crush. Received the bike on 28/1/2019 from teknik motors indiranagar bangalore. Have done about 490 kms and i am facing major issues in the bike. There is a clinking sound coming from the engine of the bike from 300kms. I had reported the issue to the showroom but the staff told me that it will be rectified in the first 500km service. Its been 5days since my bike had been given for service but the fault has not been rectified. They are testing my bike like a rabbit is done experiment in the lab. I don't want this bike as the engine has been opened and you promise a 40000 km engine warranty. I'm not going and taking the delivery of the bike as i am very unhappy with the service your people have provided. Never expected such pathetic service from you people. I have lost all my trust in royal enfield as i have owned 2 re`s before but this is the last bike i'll own from you. Please return my hard earned 3 lakhs or replace my bike. As i will not take the existing bike as the engine has been opened and the warranty has been void. Please look in to this issue as soon as possible. Thnaking you mohammed shahaan

                With due respect as being the employee namely Farhan jan of authorised dealer of royal enfield under the name of PCS Automobiles nai sarak habba kadal sgr from past 4 yrs under a surprising low salary because being an orphan I was compelled to work on such a low salary. Now the matter of the concern is that its been four months since i left my job on a very good note but the managing director of that entity namely Mr Prince fayaz wani is not letting me withdraw me my provident fund as he is showing some very ill colours of humanity, at first instance he was insisting his other employees to call me and is bothering me a lot.
                I called mr prince fayaz wani many times regarding this but he is putting so many lame conditions before Me, he is saying I should show him accounts of all the things then only he will sign the withdraw form. I ask him have I signed any agreement or has he given me joining letter etc that before leaving my job I will be liable to give him accounts of everything, for that he can consult his service managers or accounts manager because I was there only a DMS operator nothing more than that then why is he bothering a girl orphan so much.even after all this illegal behaviour from PCs automobiles I called mr fayaz wani and his accounts manager regarding all this but of no use they didn't gave me any response in spite they talked so Ill to me. In addition to mr fayaz wani asked me to contact mr sameer butt n insurance agencies because as per him a DMS operator is liable to answer outsiders.i want to ask him was i any recognised employee in his firm ?was i any service manager? He's just talking so Ill.I want to ask is this the behaviour of royal enfield towards their employees, i guess Royal Enfield hasn't got any rules and regulations towards their employees. I have heard MR sidharth lal saying in many concerts that if I wish royal enfield should flourish I wish my employees should flourish but I guess it's just looks good in just saying but not in real life. request your good self in letting me withdraw me my provident fund as I am an orphan and this small amount of money means world to me as I am going to marry soon.

                    My order no. Is #39528, they told me deliverd in 10 days. They gave me a tracking link, which shows my order reached my city, but next day order was return.. I complaint abt this to royal enfield they gave me complaint id but still not a single msg/call from royal enfield..

                    Pathetic service from royal enfiled, plz dont buy online.. Really poor service!!

                    After which now both my headlights upper and dipper are gone and perhaps the rectifier is not working well.
                    Cheap and unsatisfactory products are being delivered throughtout the country.

                      I brought royal enfield standard 350 on january 2018 at rovers motors, kayamkulam, alappuzha, kerala. It has been one year from now. The engine of my vehicle is not appropriate it has engine complaint. I apporoch my showroom the next day i have purchased and told my issues, they doesn't accept the issues. And told me will be ok after 1st service. One of my neighbor who has purchased the same type vehicle before 2 months, but he has no engine issues i drive these two bikes. But my bike has major issues.. Day by day i reach servicestation and they doesn't accept. Only those words will be ok after service. I tell my issues to worker, supervisor, service manager, manager etc... At last i sent a mail to royal enfield.
                      They were cheating me, because the warranty of the vehicle is two year and they only accept the engine complaint when the warranty is over. And stolen my money. Please give me a new engine that works good.. The noise of the engine is too bad. One of my neighbor who has many years of experience in enfield work shop, he rated my engine bad as 20/100. Now 4 th service is over but the issues remaining... Please give me a new engine. That works better.

                          To whomever see this,
                          This is my frustrating complaint about my worst experience i had with royal enfield service center, sri velavan motors, greams road, chennai.

                          On 07th feb 2019, i went to royal enfield service center which was a part of sri velvan motors (Greams road branch). I am the very first person to enter the service center as it was 07 am in the morning (They usually have that slot available). I waited for 15-20 minutes and then finally service guy inspected my vehicle and it was my 5th paid service. I stressed them around 5 times that i will be going to bangalore for a ride by friday early morning. He agreed for everything and informed that i can take my bike by 3 pm. My bike had lots of complaints as well as bike color got faded. I am little afraid about taking my bike to bangalore with the present working condition. I stressed it again and again. After all the inspection, i was told that service would cost around 3500 rs. I was waiting for the service center till 3 30 pm for bike delivery, but didnt get. I again called the guy who gave his number to check for update. He said that he will pass along the update in next 10 minutes. Its almost 05 30 pm, but didnt get any call. I was travelling all the way from nanganallur which is nearly 18 kms from service center. Amidst of heavy traffic, i managed to go there by 6 and enquired about my bike.

                          The reply and attitude towards me is very shocking. They didnt do anything on my bike and finally they revealed it by 7 pm. Is that fair? Do they think we are fool to accept their filthy excuses? Worst reply and even after escalting to customer relationship manager, but no use. I was able to see that few customers were also shouting for the same concern.

                          At first thing, why they are accepting the service commitment if they cannot meet it? Is money more important or customer satisfaction. I cannot simply leave it as it is. Its a matter of 2.10 lakhs and 6 months waiting period. For them, its just another bike. But for me, its my one and only one and i cannot tolerate if a authorised service center handles a customer bike with no real care and they cannot live upto the mark for what we are paying for. I have gatepass copy, in time, bill and cant leave just like that. I took my office day off for this and they ruined my day and tempered me to the core.

                          Idle time: nearly 12 hours without any update.
                          Behavior: rude, unprofessional and money minded.

                          What else i can provide to stop this happening to another customer?

                            I had purchased royal enfield bullet 500 in the month of nov, 2018 in chennai from the dealer sri venkateshwara bike zone. Being such a famous & trusted brand, i was shocked that before completion of 1 year the self starter failed and i was said by the service people that it would take a week to get the new self starter because the same is covered under warranty. For 1 week i was totally handicapped without my bike. After that the things went on fine only for few months after which on servicing i was informed that the battery is weak and need to be replaced and as the battery is also under warranty it will take another 1 week to get it replaced. Now again for 1 week i am helpless without my bike. Even after taking so much care of my bullet and regularly servicing once in 1.5 months time i have to face such inconvenience in my day to day life without my bullet now i feel that i had taken a wrong decision by buying a world class famous bike. I am shocked that like all other normal brands royal enfield too has started cheating its customers with low quality bike parts.

                              I got my motorcycle serviced from okhla workshop d block. The front wheel was not moving properly and even the brakes were not effective. I requested the person to check the brake but he didn't bothered. I have earlier reported this in nov 2018 as well. But still no mail, nobody even bothered to call me. This was such a pathetic service. I intend to sell my bike if this kind of behaviour continues. I have even tried sending an email for the same but still no response from the concerned team. Hoping to hear from you.

                                From shiva riders. On that day m not satisfied about washing & billing. Then today 10 february i went to shiva riders for my vehicle first service they damaged my vehicle pass button there no good washing many times i said please clean properly my vehicle but they can’t listen me my first experience for royal enfield is very poor....

                                The service point at vizianagaram (Ap) is poor. The response from the management is bad. Today i visited by 11.40am and asked for my motorcycle re airborne blue free service as per eligible. The service manager rejects as 10 mi late. I requested to consider but strongly rejected and said you can complaint as u like. Immediately informed to customer care and made s complaint regarding the issue.

                                    Bought my himalayan, 2019 model from marikar motors trivandrum, kerala on 18th january 2019. From the day of delivery onwards, it was just a burdain for me.. The bike never stood on a pdi ramp, which was clear. No first aid kit, no cleaning process.. Nothing... Somehow i managed my feelings on the delivery day. After riding it for almost 3-4 kms on a long stretch road, i was feeling pain on my arms., which was due to bended t-stem. It's clearly visible that the t-stem is out of harmony with the chassis. First "free" service is over and they are not accepting the fact of bended t-stem. And the "free" service costed me around 1200 inr, in which they replaced semi synthetic engine oil with normal engine oil and the bike is running worst in its most. Chain adjusting, cleaning and lubing, according to re doesn't comes under "general service".. Yes the chain is a distinctive part of a motorcycle which need additional care of 250inr every service😏. Now, the major problem... Re has increased the price saying that the model is dual channel abs equipped one.. Of course its equipped.. I paid 2.16inr on-road for this # and today, on my way to office, at 60kmph speed the rear tyre got locked whole i spammed on my brakes..."abs" equipped...😏.
                                    Now, iam not at all satisfied with the re himalayan.. Nor with the service.. Neither with the quality they offered for my 2.16 lakhs.
                                    Dear re, please do act for my above mentioned problem's. I need my bike to run in the most efficient and reliable way. My issues must be resolved😠

                                    For servicing bike it takes 3days in SHRI JAYALAXMI AUTOMOBILES, jagannakaypur, kakinada 533001.east godavari Andra Pradesh.3 days for normal servicing upsets me a lot .pls do something as in other service centre like that of Honda take only one day I means if we give on 8am they will return bike on the same day by 6pm.

                                      I bought 500cc classic chrome from hsr pre owned on 21september done 5150 kms... Very disappointed with battery issue with in 1month got it replaced... Running post to piller... After first service rear wheel bearings noise... Got it done... After a long drive... About 1 k kms again bearing noise in the rear wheel... Check and found play in rear wheel hub... Bike done 7 k and so many issues... Quality???...
