Worst sevice by pankaj. P [protected]
Sri venkateswara bike zone who neither picks up customer calls nor does he have the responsibility to ibform the status of service for the given bike.

Very laid back attitude and lathargic response really irritates the customer. One of the worst sevice center

Hieghts of it when reached out to service head sriram [protected] who provides even more unacceptable response statingg he has no clues as when the bike will be ready. If the service head cannot provide and eta you can imagine how his team would be. This kind of irresponsible people and his team only spoil the reputation of good brands.

I would like to really know if royal enfield is not bothered about their brand.

Hats of the entire team of sevice team how effective they work and response to the customers query

    This is to bring in to your notice that i brought a vehicle at gonikoppal abhyuday motors showroom vehicle number. While i was travelling i met with a accident and vehicle had damaged and i had given the vehicle to the gonikoppal service center in the month of dec on 31st. I spoke to the insurane company and the insurance was delayed. The insurance was approved on jan... But the vehicle is taken to the kushalnagar service center, i have waited for 2 long months but i have not receaved the vehicle yet its so frustrating that i have waited for such a long time listening to what ever they say... Initially they said that they have all the parts but later they said that they do not have the parts and they have ordered for parts... These people are so irresponsible because even after getting the spare parts they say that the order or the billing is not ready.. Inspite of me waiting for so long now they come back with the answer stating that the tank is not come and waiting for the tank... Am i being fooled here is this the customer service which i am getting is this type of pethetic service... I spoke to service manager harish and also sales manager aron last friday.. They told me that within 2 days they will deliver the vehicle its been so many days but they have not delivered the vehicle... I m shocked and surprise that if this is a local showroom or really a service center... I m so fraustrated n decided to write this mail to the head office hoping that i get a answer from the head office... If you are not able to deliver the vehicle let us know but don't fool us... I work for army n have a short time n vacation and i am being fooled.. Hopefully i get my vehicle asap... Waiting for a reply... And please ensure that we get good service...

      I purchased a royal enfield bullet classic 350 cc on 16 march 2018 under invoice no spl439 from jm/s jayee cee motor's corporation unit 2 new amritsar. I visited time to time agency for services as per
      Company norm. But last few days same problem in self start or engine. Then i contact to company but they refused for repairing bike under warranty. I asked it is under warranty and purchased it less than one year. But the answer given by your company representative is not supportive. I request to you please look into the matter and resolve it earliest. Speedy action will be highly appriciated.

        I have made the booking for Interceptor 650 on Nov 15, at Rudra motors (Anna nagar) ie the very next day you launched the bike. I ordered custom version Bakers Express. I was told that the bike would be delivered in January first week. With out any hesitation I went a head with the booking. Believing this I even sold my old Bullet 500. After January they told Feb

        Now that I was told that my bike would be delivered on march. In a group of 20 members 5 of them booked bike those where standard but in different showrooms. They are been delivered. What about mine ?? being a RE Enthusiast I am left with no bike and travelling to office by public transport. And those who booked after me even the custom model so called Ravish Red is also been delivered. I have all the proof and conversation had with support, Dealer and audio recordings.

        Is this the way you would like to treat your customer. I am very much fed up.

        If RE wants to make a public stunt and display billboards about this issuer i can do that. And even go legally with enough evidence.

        Kindly look in to this matter seriously before its too late.

          Hello,

          I am owner of a royal enfield bullet standard 500cc 2017 model.

          I needed few spare parts for my motorcycle mainly chain-sprocket kit. I went to barabanki, uttar pradesh dealership of royal enfield to buy my requirements. They denied me to give the required spare parts. There argument was they do not entertain counter-sales for the spare parts. A customer can only buy a spare part if he is getting a service from their unit, else they wont sell any of the spare parts.

          Motor bike details:
          Vehicle registration no. - up 62 bd 8182
          Model - bullet standard bsiv 2017

          I met mr. Anand (Concerned person at the time) and called mr. Gurashish singh (Owner of the dealership). They both denied me the required service.

          Please suggest me where can i get the spare parts of royal enfield if not from the dealership itself.

            I have done service and all clear until i was in india
            That time i noticed that my fuel tank inside is rusting little bit wen i complained about it to showroom they said its normal among royal enfield if anything happen they will change
            Now the tank full got heavy rust and have carburetor float value damage
            Now they says the warranty period is over we cant do anything

              Iam Dheeraj T (contact: [protected]), I have RE_himalayan (KL.02.BE.9986) with Road side assistance. I called for road side assistance (on19/02/2019) and denied the assistance and told me to bring the bike next day to Royal Enfield service station. The bike was not starting, and they told me to start the bike using kicker, where Himalayan doesn't have a kick start.! They told me that after 6.30pm they can't provide road side assistance, which is clear indication of violation of agreement that Road side assistance is 24x7. Please help me sir for getting my money back and take back their bike. Please help me sir.

                Me being one of the very 1st customer to book the motorcycle “interceptor 650 twin” on 14 november 2018 in the region of vasai-virar, palghar, maharashtra, from s. P wheels the dealership says they havent recived the colour i asked for (Glitter and dust) as it is a custom colour i accepted that when the delivery started.. I waited and waited then i came across some posts across india and found the same colour bike running on roads, and me like a fool am still waiting and i mailed to royal enfield support about the same and recived a reply saying that the demand is unexpected from people. And i was assured to get the bike in the time period of 16th feb 2019 to 22nd feb 2019 and now i get a call saying that the bike wud b recived in march
                Why is this discrimination between regions and customers am i not an important customer to receive the assured vehicle on time???

                  Sir i owned a gun metal gray classic 350 from tourus motors vanasthalipuram. At the time of first service when i am taking return my vehicle i found a black big spot on silencer bend pipe there by i raised a complaint against the black spot then the service centre manager said that they will replace the pipe by next service now three services have completed there is no proper responce so that i am requesting you to consider my complaint.                   Battery is not getting load so shelf starter not working. I reach neatest service center Suri WB with my problem, they reply that they can't do anything according to battery. They advised me to meet nearest amaron care. Here my question is I purchased things from RE show room, when we face problem where will we go.

                    Post interacting with your sales person, i have booked a royal enfield thunderbird bike 350 stone on 23rd january in velavan motors (Nandanam). Sales person over there promised that he can deliver the bike in max 7 days post which i paid a token advance of inr 5000/-. After four days, sales person called me to pay the remaining amount so that i can take delivery in 3 days. Now it is almost 27 days crossed, still i didn’t receive the vehicle. At the time of booking i clearly informed to the sales person that my current vehicle is not working and i can manage for one week without vehicle. If you can deliver the vehicle in one week then i will book the bike here or else i will book the vehicle in adyar showroom as they have stock ready. He contacted the manager and confirmed there is tb 350 in stock in another branch & he can deliver the vehicle in one week for sure.
                    From them on, i keep on following up without any resolution. I am really unsatisfied and saddened with the showroom.
                    They have to compensate for the delay in delivery as well the inconvenience i am facing without a vehicle. It is my hard earned money which would have fetched me interest if i kept it with me. Adding to this, i commute every day to office by cab / auto rickshaw which is an additional expense. This is intolerable with whatever justification they convey but in the end as a customer i am facing the consequence!
                    I am very depressed and affecting my health.

                    Please take action against them and help me deliver my vehicle soon and also arrange for the compensation.

                      They already changed clutch hub and chain set but there is a problem in bike chain set, clutch hub. And i paid for that chainset. But problem still remain same after 2nd and 3rd service. Today is 25th day from the date of complaint. I constantly call the related service centre but no one reply us with solution. I take this step because i fed up from company poor service.

                      I am also havinga bs3 july 2016 himilayan. My bike suddenly got off for no reasons tday. While i vhecked the petrol it was more than half. I tried many times to start it got start for few metres and agian i got the same missing and engine geeting off.. please suggest a why this is happending?

                        Hi myself vinit bhayani

                        I have booked vehicle from royal enfeild with unison automobile borivali outlet on 24/02/17 in the name of shwetali mulik (Bhayani) amt rs 5000
                        But due to some circumstances i am not able to buy the bike and later i shifted to aurangabad.
                        Employee name parikshit told me it will take 1 month to get refund.
                        I have applied for refund on 12/12/18 it almost more than 2 month now.
                        I started follow ups then said talk to owner brijesh pandey and he got free.
                        I started follow up brijesh pandey from last 1 month but this man stopped picking up phone
                        I register a complaint to [protected]@royalenfield.com
                        They have send me complaint no ccshoc[protected]. On 3/2/2019 but till date there is no response from royal enfeild i resend the mail asking them status they have sent auto-generated message will get back to you.

                        I hope indian consumer will help me getting my money

                          I am out station my bike has been ride only 700 km and the owner want me to do my 3rd servicing which sud be taken on 6000 km and if i don’t do it they will cancel my free servicing. Are we buying a 10 k product no we are spending almost 2 lakh above and this is the service we get even we don’t hav our time for free service i[censored] don’t want to do then ok i wil not do free servicing and never goin to buy a re product nor gonna suggest any1 dis kind of service is disgusting

                            Not update yet, i got mails saying that area manager will contact me. Since 1week the same update and they have not contacted me yet.

                            Everyone should think about their service, even a washing machine bought for rs:10k has better customer support and a guarantee for 2 to 5 years. This is really horrible, don't think that only rich need to own this bike by spending money unnecessary for such filfty issues.

                              I purchased my royal enfield gun metal grey abs 2018 model on january 7th 2019 through royal enfield authorized dealer (Sanamahi motors, singjamei, imphal west). I bought it by cash and there was hardly no choice of the bike since number of ordered bikes were limited and i was given only a particular bike on their own convinience but i was satisfied until i went for my 1st servicing and just after that fuel indicator stopped working, i called to the respective service centre and asked to bring out a solution and they told me to visit their service centre and according i did the same. Here started the real hectic, non-cooperation behavior, i told my problem to every mechanic as well as service supervisor. My problem was that the fuel indicator which is suppose to indicate the fuel before reaching to reserve and after reaching to reserve level but it didn't show since the led was neither blinking or showing any light even my fuel is as low as it should be within reserve level.
                              Those mechanic there didn't get what i said and so i had to narrate full detail of it in my best possible means. Finally they seemed to get what the problem is but again they said it is a common problem and hardly have any solution. I told them clearly that fuel indicator not working that too when my bike is just a month old is really a thing to be concerned. They told again that may be the led bulb might have went off and we can check that im case the problem is there. So they checked it and found to be ok with led.
                              Finally i told them to empty my fuel whatever left in the tank and see whether the indicator is working or not. And accordingly they did so and accepted my claim that the fuel indicator is not working at all.
                              The ironical part is that being a mechanic they can't see a solution even to check whether a part of the bike is working or not. It took around 2 hrs to fit a new fuel guage wire attached to the tank that is supposed to measure and tell thru the led
                              About the amount of fuel left in the tank.
                              They took out the part that was not working and packed for sending and claiming warranty.
                              They finally got my bike ready and i went for my office and on my way i found my rider seat a little bit floated and i felt like visiting the service centre again. Since i had to go for office work i had no choice of revisiting. After my office work i directly went to the same servicing centre and complained about the seat problem since they dismantle the seat n took out the oil tank and refitted in morning.
                              It is found that my oil tank was improperly fit and seat was also improperly screwed.
                              A new mechanic tied and scewed properly and i left the service centre at a cost of my time and unnecessary anger incidents

                                My bike which is in under warranty period, is now having battery issue. Actually i bought my re classic 350 with rear disc brake from kerala, and now its in pune, maharastra, rbike having amaron battery which have 2yr warranty as kerala record, and i have enquired here pune re service centre. Now they are telling battery will have only 1yr warranty, after enquiring and dicussing our kerala service centre, now they are telling the bike which is deliverd after september 2018 is only have 2yr warranty.

                                  I have been fleeced with 3 years of bike purchasing around more than 1 lakh in the name of service. They intentionally make crucial things worst after service so that unnoa dhandha chalta rahe. Mayapuri service centre in delhi and lamba service centre in tilak nagar industrial area. Both are organised gang. My service bill is like this after my 4 free service was over, all are approx. 6000, 8000, 14000, 2500, 9000, 1032, 7000, these are my last 6-7 service record, while in three year i had to go to service centre around 20 times which is too much. So can't recall precise detail but approx this was the cost. There mo is this if paid service customer comes they show so many problems in the bike and even for changing head light bulb they will charge labour charge more then the cost of bulb. I hate royal enfield, i have bought a white elephant, i wish your company die in hell.in three years my chain set was broken 3 times, engine crucial part itself was damaged. Break shoe stops working after 15 days of service, front break servicing requires according to them to change the complete setup of around 2500. What thehell 40 rs oil change in front break and they ask 2500 to change it completely. Bloody leachers. Adding a video where they can't even start my bike after full 7000 rs service. I hate u royal. I bought ur bike with so much hope and dream.

                                    Hello this is mohammed shahaan owner of royal enfield interceptor 650cc orange crush. Received the bike on 28/1/2019 from teknik motors indiranagar bangalore. Have done about 490 kms and i am facing major issues in the bike. There is a clinking sound coming from the engine of the bike from 300kms. I had reported the issue to the showroom but the staff told me that it will be rectified in the first 500km service. Its been 5days since my bike had been given for service but the fault has not been rectified. They are testing my bike like a rabbit is done experiment in the lab. I don't want this bike as the engine has been opened and you promise a 40000 km engine warranty. I'm not going and taking the delivery of the bike as i am very unhappy with the service your people have provided. Never expected such pathetic service from you people. I have lost all my trust in royal enfield as i have owned 2 re`s before but this is the last bike i'll own from you. Please return my hard earned 3 lakhs or replace my bike. As i will not take the existing bike as the engine has been opened and the warranty has been void. Please look in to this issue as soon as possible. Thnaking you mohammed shahaan

                                      Dear sir or madam,
                                      With due respect as being the employee namely Farhan jan of authorised dealer of royal enfield under the name of PCS Automobiles nai sarak habba kadal sgr from past 4 yrs under a surprising low salary because being an orphan I was compelled to work on such a low salary. Now the matter of the concern is that its been four months since i left my job on a very good note but the managing director of that entity namely Mr Prince fayaz wani is not letting me withdraw me my provident fund as he is showing some very ill colours of humanity, at first instance he was insisting his other employees to call me and is bothering me a lot.
                                      I called mr prince fayaz wani many times regarding this but he is putting so many lame conditions before Me, he is saying I should show him accounts of all the things then only he will sign the withdraw form. I ask him have I signed any agreement or has he given me joining letter etc that before leaving my job I will be liable to give him accounts of everything, for that he can consult his service managers or accounts manager because I was there only a DMS operator nothing more than that then why is he bothering a girl orphan so much.even after all this illegal behaviour from PCs automobiles I called mr fayaz wani and his accounts manager regarding all this but of no use they didn't gave me any response in spite they talked so Ill to me. In addition to mr fayaz wani asked me to contact mr sameer butt n insurance agencies because as per him a DMS operator is liable to answer outsiders.i want to ask him was i any recognised employee in his firm ?was i any service manager? He's just talking so Ill.I want to ask is this the behaviour of royal enfield towards their employees, i guess Royal Enfield hasn't got any rules and regulations towards their employees. I have heard MR sidharth lal saying in many concerts that if I wish royal enfield should flourish I wish my employees should flourish but I guess it's just looks good in just saying but not in real life. request your good self in letting me withdraw me my provident fund as I am an orphan and this small amount of money means world to me as I am going to marry soon.

                                      Dear sir or madam,
                                      With due respect as being the employee namely Farhan jan of authorised dealer of royal enfield under the name of PCS Automobiles nai sarak habba kadal sgr from past 4 yrs under a surprising low salary because being an orphan I was compelled to work on such a low salary. Now the matter of the concern is that its been four months since i left my job on a very good note but the managing director of that entity namely Mr Prince fayaz wani is not letting me withdraw me my provident fund as he is showing some very ill colours of humanity, at first instance he was insisting his other employees to call me and is bothering me a lot.
                                      I called mr prince fayaz wani many times regarding this but he is putting so many lame conditions before Me, he is saying I should show him accounts of all the things then only he will sign the withdraw form. I ask him have I signed any agreement or has he given me joining letter etc that before leaving my job I will be liable to give him accounts of everything, for that he can consult his service managers or accounts manager because I was there only a DMS operator nothing more than that then why is he bothering a girl orphan so much.even after all this illegal behaviour from PCs automobiles I called mr fayaz wani and his accounts manager regarding all this but of no use they didn't gave me any response in spite they talked so Ill to me. In addition to mr fayaz wani asked me to contact mr sameer butt n insurance agencies because as per him a DMS operator is liable to answer outsiders.i want to ask him was i any recognised employee in his firm ?was i any service manager? He's just talking so Ill.I want to ask is this the behaviour of royal enfield towards their employees, i guess Royal Enfield hasn't got any rules and regulations towards their employees.                                         Without getting approval parts replace done do not show old parts also very very worst service i can not talk much about that tn42 aa2153 said do not do washing they do that worst washing they not said deliver time and bill amount do inform estimation amount delay deliver very sad gave service for biker service do not go to that showroom i only take deliver they can not give
