Hi Purchase new Bullet 350 on 10th December and just within 500 Km bike colapas with his cultch Plate and i stuck in the night in delhi and i live in gurgaon i spend night in hotel and in morning give call to the customer care of royal enfield they send crane to tow the bike and they drop me gurgaon Brwan Service agency in mata Sheetla road they said to me we will do it no problem first service is free you have to Pay 1100- RS and i agreed on that but after half an hour later i get call from the head of the Brach Rahul Tiwari and said you open the bike part outside so you have to pay 5000 rs because the cultch plate is not in Gauranty, When i went their they said you keep to some other mecanic out side the bullet showroom but i didn't show my bike to any one becaus ei know my bike is on Warrent if i do this i loss warenty and aparty from this cultch plate issue one of the two light in the fog light is not working and siliencer is not fit properly it change its colour become Red just because its not fit properly. After sometime i have come to know that they want to take money from me and take insurance part to the company and take part free from their and the person Rahul Tiwari who is the head of service agency in Brwan Sheetla mata mandir road gurgaon i have word with him he is playing the word constantly they are changing their word sometimes they say out of the showrrom you showed this bike to mecanic sometime they say culth will not come in warrenty. First time went to Bullet service Center this is very pathatic. And the stuff so well trained to make fool of the customer and i am not only the one many other customer is alos suffering from same issue also they said to me you are blessed that your culth plat get shucked on before first service and between 50 Km here many bike came that loss the cultch plate in between 100Km and you are taking bullet so this is nomal. They said these kind of word openly in front of Many customer. Kindly help if any one can do. Thay all are theif people who is working in the Brawn Service Center in Sheetla mata road gurgaon 122001 (HR). Very pathatic i will never suggested to anyone of my relative and friend to go with Royel Enfield.

    I have booked a royal enfield interceptor (Red and black) on 18 november 2018. My booking reference no. Is bkng[protected] from the worli showroom in mumbai. The dealer promised delivery on 27 january 2019 and today over call they are informing me that they have no visibility over the delivery of the bike and are continuously differing the delivery. I am willing to make an upfront payment as well. However the dealer is just being very ambiguous about the delivery of the bike. Request your help in procuring the delivery of the bike as soon as possible. I really wish that a brand like royal enfield caters to its set of bike lovers and do not compel me to move on to java.

      I was facing the tapping sound since my free servicing. When i was giving my bike for servicing, i always asking them to fix tapping sound which occurs frequently. But they didn't fixed it till now.

        I have so much disappointed about royal enfield classic 350 ka 04 jr 8657
        Because of its battery problem and also service center and company. No one will be response properly. I had worst service centre experience ever. No one person have proper response and care less about customers. For the same battery problem i had given 3 times my bike to service station in a month jan. And today also i am giving my bike to service station for the same problem. Every time they kept bike in service station minimum 4 days. Then also they dint solve the problem, and they dont want to change battery? And when i gave first service they damaged front seat, i told them to change seat, after complete 2nd service they dint change it. Every time they told we ordered new seat, after coming will inform you, i dont know why such a big company doing like this? This is my first complaint if i dont get any response from this complaint then i will go forward other step..

          I am not given my bike number for a month now, the re showroom is just delaying my process, i had taken my bike on 19th dec 2018 and today is
          23-jan-2019 more than on month and still no number, the issue is that the showroom is not releasing funds to the rto.

          We Came At Jaycee Motors Corporation Unit 2 for 4th Service and they did the regular process as earlier services when we were about to check out we realised that speedometer is not working properly as it was under warranty so it was to be replaced and they tried to put up the standard 350 speedometer as our model was classic 350 .

            Hello re myself vikas singh n i have to say that i brought my re 350 from chaudhari brother agency bhopal n there is multiple complain in my bike that i have reported to chaudhari service center but my problem hasn't resolve yet now and i continuous in trouble and my problem hasn't resolved, staff is coperatabel but my problem has not resolve there is multiple problem is product is defected than kindly give replacement or give perfect solution for this because my time n fuel both spent on going repeatedly to service center kindly help rather i will sellout my bike with unhappiness expirience with your company

              Here im sharing my weird experience with royal enfield bullet 350.I bought a royal enfiled bike before 7 months . In this short period, i hav been several problems experienced with my bike. The major problem is breaking spokes of rear wheel . this is the third time its getting broken about 4 spokes in rear wheel . I know this is because of poor build quality and very bad assemply . So i[censored] guys want customers happy, do something for me .or ill sell this bike . Waiting fr u guys repley

                I give yesterday my thunderbird 350x first service, they tell overall service amount 1220 i paid all amount including water washing but they no water wash i check under mudguard, seat cover, dust and moisture remain they cheating me we already fully water wash sir so please refund my water wash amount 70 rupees or given free water wash with polish next time when i give to service. Matras motor madurai anna nagar 625020 opposite to sundaram park.

                  I travelled 60 kms to service my bike to javeens re kottayam. They serviced it, on my way back home weird sounds started coming from the back of the vehicle. I contacted the service centre and they seem to be unresponsive and rude. Now they are saying that the vehicle had complaint. Which is a new bike and haven't even completed 2000 kms. The staff is now customer friend i suggest no one take their bikes to service with them.

                    My name is muhammed navas im a royal enfield user more than 10 years. Im writing this letter regarding the royal enfield showroom bad experiance. Sir i met an accident in bangalore on november 4th and i leave the bike in accelerate motors kengeri 560060. The bike was in police statation and after all the settlement. I contacted the the showroom people and they told me their toe people will be late. U can bring the bike here. Its nt far only 400mters nly. The bike front mudguard is full gone the bike not moving speedly. So i ask help from showroom (Accelerate motors kengeri) they send one servicer with me and we both went to near the police station and we roomed mudguard. He removed both the mud guard and crash guard (Leg guard). And me and servicer take the both the mud guard and crash guard along with the bike we went to showroom. The manager came and he told me wat all items gone. He told me tht estimated amount. He dint tell me to change crash guard and i knw it was good. I asked him shouid i kept or u will kept crash guard soo he told me u can leave all the thngs here dnt worry. The guy who removed the thngs i gave himm all the thngs and i left ther. Thn i was calling and keep updating abt my bike they told it will take around one month. Thn after one month i got a message from royal enfield compny abt amount and all. I went to showroom at tht time only i noticed abt my cash guard (Leg guard). Tht day the manager was on leave befr delivery i called him and asked. He told its ther on showroom and he told me to come on after two days. I tusted his words and i paid the bill amount. Thn aftr two days i went he told he dint get its in scrap. I was thnking who gave him prmission to keep my thngs in scrap i was very angry bt i dint tell anythng him and he told me cme after 5 days. I only buy the crash who s that guy to keep my thngs to scrap its my money knw. The manager name is victer jayanth. Thn i came after 6 days thn he tellng the same thngs. Thn i leave he told me to cme after two days. Thn i came after two days he was repating the same thngs. Im a docter and i working in bangalore. I cant keep going and ask him tht thng i told him tht tn he assurd me tht u will get next week packaa. I was very scared to ride without crash guard i was riding daily abt 50km to clinic and home. After one week i told himm all the thngs thn he was tellng he dnt knw abt my leg guard. He told at tht time another manager was ther he dnt knw anythng (Victer jayanth). I told him i gave to ur responsible manager only nt to anybody. Thn iaaked that labour cme with me to remove the stuff. He accepted and he told he kept sme place he showed. I asked the manager he was agreeing tht he knw abt my leg gurd thn why u r nt accepting it. I asked him to check cctv footage im damn sure abt it. He was nt checking that also. I thnk if he check he shouid give me. I went ther more than 10times. First two or three time i thought he give me thn i understood he was playing. I told him im busy and i cant keep cmng ang going thn he was taiking little rude and harh. I knw in my side i did nthng wrong and im damn sure. The labour accept also bt he dnt understanding. I dont why he doing ths im frm kerala fr tht reason i dnt knw why he doing ths to me. Nw i have sme other vehicles and ths is my first worst experiance in showroom other showroom people are very coprative and good behavier. Even i knw royal enfield showroom frm kerala they were very friendly. Nw i dnt knw what i will do actuaally i can buy new leg guard no problem. Bt he played with me thts the reason i was running bhind ths. Sir pls dont do to any custmers. Sir every one will buy the bike and accessories with their hadwork and money no one will waste theier money simply sir. Soo i thnk u will do needful thnngs to me.

                      Sir,
                      I have done 7 services completely. But my last paid service (8th) the guys in edappilly service centre they told chain sprocket was damaged then i asked to replace them and gave 4000inr for 8th service. After on the returning way missing on acceleration was noted and horn and indicator was not working before the service horn and indicator was properly working. Then i contact service centre at that time those guys and crm of edappilly service centre told that the electric kit was damaged 10000 inr required to replace the kit. No issues are found before the service entry the guys where loss my money. They lossed my electric kit and carberatur kit. They are not professionals. They have no cares my bike. After service many scraches can see. I not satisfyed on the service. Very very bad royal enfield. Don't service in service centers.

                      The guys who in edappilly services center who loss my money more than 15000 INR [ service +damage kit+electric switch ] they damage my bike in every parts. No one cares my bike. Tank and parts full of scraches. Edappilly service center very bad. I want compensation or repair and replace those parts. I want compensation.

                        My royal enfield bullet classic 350cc black. (Chasisno:me3u3s5c1gm026152) that i had bought as my dream bike now i am facing a problem in my bullet after a kilometers of around 17000km i spotted some rustholes in the silencer of my bullet. I am extremely sad to see the condition of my bullet. The bullet was purchased on 17/11/2016 from m/s. Pinnacle motors thrissur. Kindly take steps to replace the silencer or repair the same as this is due to the poor quality of steel used for the manufacture of the silencer.
                        My nearest enfield showroom is pvr enfield at palakkad.
                        Awaiting for your early response in this regard.

                            Hi team,

                            I own a royal enfield since 2009 which my father bought me. I have a very serious complaint as i was being cheated and humiliated by the royal enfield service center manager (Harish) and consultant (Deva). Please find the whole story what happened and provide the best customer service and also take necessary action on the case -

                            I gave my classic 350 for service and also to check few other faults to the service center in madinaguda. Below is the complete address -

                            Plot no 8 & 9, survey number 225, madinaguda, hyderabad - 500050.

                            Here is the betrayal story of the service center -
                            I have battery replaced and other maintenance, paid bill of 10000. I have got the the bill invoice and battery warranty card. Within 3 days acid started leaking out from the battery and i got my bike to the service center, deva checked the battery and said this can be replaced under warranty as it has been 1 week the battery got installed. I gave him the bill and went away from there. After 2 days he called me and said the battery replacement is in progress and he asked me for the warranty card, i informed him that i have lost the warranty card and deva informed that he will get the battery replaced anyways and also confirmed with me that the warranty card can't found any more. There he played smart he called me the next day and said the battery couldn't be replaced as it is old model, i was shocked to hear as the battery replaced by the service center themselves. They said that i have changed the battery.

                            I went to the service center and started talking to the floor manager (Harish) and the engineer (Deva), both started laughing at me in a sarcastic way and started calling me a theif. I felt humiliated. They definitely did replace the battery from a different bike and used my waranty to prove i am wrong. I have requested them to check with the dealer with the number of batteries they have ordered and number of batteries you installed in that week, they denied doing it. Finally i have bought a new battery and got it placed into my bike as it was more than 2 weeks they kept my bike with them.

                            Please do the needful on the same. I have attached the pictures also of the old battery they have put in my bike which they claim that i have changed it. I am being cheated by your service center.

                            Points to be noted -

                            They (Deva) did this for sure once he confirmed with me that i have completely lost my warranty card and no way i can retrieve it. He (Deva) and harish tried to prove that i am the thief who changed the battery with the 2016 model and hide the new battery some where and trying to play with them. This is insane.

                            Please do the needful. It is my request. I may have to put the same stuff online in customer royal enfield forums and online. Please do understand, i am a genuine customer and i am not a thief.

                            One more thing that i can see some oil leakage in my bike after twice repair done by their service center. Anyways, i am not going to that service center any more. Please do the needful for the battery thing.

                            Never go to this service center especially for battery replacement. I am following with the Royal Enfield customer service and they have closed the case. I am still following up with them. If some higher authority from Royal Enfield sees this, please call me on [protected]

                            Guys This is the worst customer service center. Please don't give your bikes to this service center especially when you are giving it for battery replacement. I have got my new battery stolen/misplaced in the service center and they are blaming me instead and their response is pathetic. Guys if you are one of them who gave your bike for servicing/battery maintenance stuff, please check your battery serial number before and after, take pictures. Also, if anyone has recently got their bike serviced, check the battery and if you have gotten new battery without your concern, please call me on [protected]. Don't trust these guys!!! They have betrayed me with my new battery by taking confirmation that I lost my warranty card. Again, Harish and Deva are least bothered about the customer. They never investigate and take things for granted. Be careful guys. They are ruining Enfield's trustworthy brand name
                            Hi..I have been complaining about my Royal Enfield tank issue for a month..and they don't respond...they don't even care about it..Bad service by Royal Enfield service provider..and my bike stays unused for a month.

                              I had booked a royal enfield classic 350reddick red. Due to several reasons from re the delievery was delayed due to which i changed my mind and decided to cancel the booking. After many request i got a cheque for refund which i paid at the time of booking. However the name printed on that was wrong hence i had to return it. Now it has almost been more than 6 months and still i haven't recieved my cheque. The dealer tells me that it is in process, the account team is not getting back to us hence we don't have an answer for you at this minute. Can you please let me know how can i proceed.                                 I bought a royal enfield classic 500 stealth black from one of the franchise of royal enfield i. E pratik motors, vashi navi mumbai.
                                This was pre-booked in the month of february 2018 and the delivery was taken on june 9th, 2018.

                                Incident 1: pre-delivery formalities
                                Interface with: mr. Aashish (Pratik royal enfield-vashi)

                                This sales guy possesses the worst attitude that i have ever seen. He thinks he is on upper hand than the customer himself. He misguided me on ever single path of my pre sales formalities. The way this person spoke to me on whatsapp, while i had asked him updates, was just pathetic. He took more than 14 days to get the bike cleared through rto formalities. And since then i have been asking him the tax invoice of my bike and till date i havent received it.

                                Incident 2: delivery
                                Defect: rusted silencers and parts of engine, speedometer.

                                On the day of delivery, i observed the silencer to be with complete rust from inside. I made sure that i take mr. Aashish was notified about the same. The very response which i got from him was, "sir, monsoon season hai.. Rust toh hona hai". Imagine i paid 2.20lakh for rust. The mechanic at the showroom insisted of giving money to him as a goodwill while taking out my first new bike. Whereas he was bothered to make sure that the speedometer was in working condition.

                                Incident 3: first free servicing
                                Defect: over heating, improper invoice, poor servicing quality and charging on labour whilst free servicing.

                                Now when the time came for my first "free servicing" tenure, i had instructed the service analyst mr. Datta about the over heating and rust complaints. While i went back to take my bike after servicing, datta said, over heating has been resolved and an invoice was given to me which had labour charge mentioned on it. I questioned them and asked for the service manager or the branch head to speak with. But nobody bothered to attend me. Then i called up the sales guy to understand the fact,. Here, mr. Ashish said, "sir aapko pata hai na free to sirf naam k liye hota hai". Also, i was given two different invoices ie. One tax invoice and one "katcha bill of some other vendor" whereas i had paid the entire amount to one single entity.

                                Incident 4: royal enfield customer care unit

                                I had raised a complaint regarding the same to their customer care unit. However, the complaint was closed in the system by pratik royal enfield by themselves without concerning me at any point. Also, the over heating problem was still existing.

                                Incident 5: battery drained out

                                Just 5 month after the date of purchase, the battery of the brand new battery was drained out completely and the bike was dead. When i took it to the service center, mr. Vicky who is the service manager said, "sir, it is normal these days".
                                I shelled my savings not to hear these issues as normal. I bought re because i trusted the brand. They took more than 14 days to replace the battery and give back my bike. I got it back on 24th november. The over heating issue was still not resolved. To which mr. Datta said, "engine over heats because you are driving in city areas. And one more thing sir. I know i work with re. But frankly speaking, re has turned out to be a pathetic company". This i completely agree with him.

                                Incident 6: battery drained out
                                Just within one month of the battery replacement, the new battery again got drained out and now i had no option to complain because"pratik re" had shutdown their franchisee & service center at vashi.

                                This sort of experience even after paying a good amount to royal enfield was least expected by a consumer like me. These defective parts is wwhat i am carrying from june 2018 and nobody cares to resolve things. Despite of me putting the complaints at various social networking sites, nobody bothered to take a concern from me. And now my bike is lying at the service center (Ram motorcycle) on whom now i have started trusting,

                                I request the consumer forums to take necessary actions against pratik re and its employees. I have been facing a mental harrassment since 9th june 2018.

                                  Today i am going to service centre shreya autowrold alambagh, telipuliya lko. And meet to service advisor consult to my problem but he say engine sound is same to other vehicle but i know sound is change, so service advisor creat job card and says check then delevrd. Sevice centre deliverd my vehicle after 3 hours and says sir sound is ok.
                                  But i am not satisfied because i heard engine abnormal sound..

                                    I had an issue in my thunderbird x350, and i visited the showroom three times for the same issue (In morning the motorcycle doesn’t remain regular start, after starting it gets off and off and than goes for missing) same at the noon and the evening, i have complained three time for the same issue but the engineers failed to sort it out, that make me suffer a lot, plz it’s ma last humble request either sort the issue or i will raise the issue in consumer court.

                                    Last two month chain problem my bike till the date so I would resolve this problem immediately.

                                      I m shreekrishna kongi, my bike delivery on sep 9 2018. I m suffering lots of problems in your company.
                                      1st problem is gear, when bike is in running mode that time is gear come from very hard, and bike evarage is very low, when i m going to 1 st service i tell hole problem to ur comply service manager, but no one given correct service in rohan service bijapur. Service is not good, please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        Myself suraj s j. I just bought a thunderbird 350x motorcycle in the last month within days a metalic part above the engine was rusted. Royal enfield was not bothered about the value of customers money.

                                        Second issue

                                        Siri am continuesly facing a serious issue in the front side of the motorcycle that is when the front wheel shock become active while hitting th gutter in the road there producing a hitting sound from the shockabsorber. It is very difficult to ride in this condition. We just informed to the showroom for clearing the defects but not yet cleared. The issue is becoming worst daybyday. There is no value for money which customers are paying to the company. Kindly take this as a serious issue and resolve this as soon as possible

                                        Nb: if this problem is not resolved fastly i will do further procedures like consumercourt, media attentions etc.
