Hi,

This is kiran i am using thunderbird 350 from past 5 years. I am experiencing worst services day by day by svr service center. If i give my bike for servicing they are creating new problems and asking us to pay for that. This is almost 5 or 6th time i am experiencing the same from them.

They are not trying to repair the item but asking us to replace the complete part and they are also creating more problems so that we will again go to them replace the part.

Need a immediate action on this and i demand a explanation and reasons for doing this.

    In sep2016 i was book royal enfield classic 350 at ostwal auto dwrka nashik for that i pay rs 5000 but due to my edical issue i was cancelled my booking and goes to showroom i submitted my original receipt their and they told me come in next week we will serve u cheque but when next i goes to showroom they not served me cheque or said where is ur recpt so plz look in matter otherwise i will complaint in consumer court

      I have purchased royal enfield thunder bird bike on 09 jan 2019 and i got a defective piece from brand store.

      They put only 2 litres of petrol and told me to refill it in near by bharat petroleum and i did. I took my wife and 3 year baby with me and just escaped from the accident and i came back on same day and told them that bike is giving jerks and turned off automatically in road.
      On second day store the representative got the same issue and he took it to service centre and told that petrol is not flowing properly and they had clean the carbonator as well and they the told issue has been fixed. But i got the same issue and told them to pick in highway road and they told that me that they need to do bike inspection and i’ve agreed for that too.
      They called me third day of morning and told bike is fine there are no issues. Again i went to store on third day and took mr. Rajesh kumar p with me to chennai one highway road and bike started giving jerks and they told again that they did wrong wiring on petrol tank and it is corrected now and told me to go to service centre again to tell the problem. I am really pissed off with these people.

      I am waiting from last four hours to meet the manager mr. Vivek but no luck.

      I have asked for replacement or cash back but i didn't get any response from store representative.

      Will upload a bike video if i have that option too.

      Please help me in sorting out this issue, i shall be very grateful to you.

        I have 350 royal enfield classic from last 5 months i am facing problems with engine noise, on complaining they just service the bullet mobil change thats all again the noise comes.
        Avik the service manager in austin kolkata outlet doesnot take things seriously after complaining thrice.
        My bullet was kept for 12 days still issue not resolved.
        Kinldy look into this as soon as possible as this time also they have kept my bullet for 5days but i am not paying single penny.

            Dear sir,
            My name is satish chandra tiwari, i had purchased the royalenfield classic 350 black, chassis no - me3u3s5c2jh253105, engine no-u3s5c2jh219329 from royal enfield erragadda, hyderabad in the year oct, 2018. Since that time i have been facing same problems of low pickup and battery not functioning properly due to negligency of authorised service center. Please note below mentioned problems.

            Pick-up:-
            Byke doesnot run properly just after 10 days from purchase date. It vibrates above 40kph speed and increase simultaneously to the speed. Gears doesnot insert properly. To resolve this problem, i took my bike to service station, sanath nagar which is nearest to me just after 20 days from purchase for first free service and informed them same problem on[protected]Invoice attached where problem stated by me can be checked). They did service and gave me my bike saying that "problem was with clutch plates and we have changed it it will be fine now". But i am not sure what they have done because just after 7-10 days again same problem started and i managed for some 6-7 days but i was stuck again and could not manage one day when i was driving so i called road side assistance number (Screenshot attached). Technician from road side assistance came and he informed me that problem is with clutch plate and he just somehow adjusted it and asked me to take my bike again to service center. Regarding same i informed to my service center also but due to some urgent work i had to go out of city so i was able to take my bike for service again after i return back and same time i took second free service as suggested by service center guys stating same problem on[protected]. Even i took again help of road side assistance to take my bike to service center on this day (Attached screenshot). During second free service, service center denied to fix my problem free of cost saying that already bike is driven 1300 km so it cannot be replaced free. They charged me amount for the same problem which was even raised by me from day one and was not resolved due to their negligence. I have paid 3000/- for my second free service to replace again clutch plate. But the problem is still same and even after repair still it is not working and i am stuck since last 2 days when suddenly it got stopped on[protected]. I called again road side assistance (Case no.- ti25298. Image attached) and they dropped my vehicle to ms go green royal enfield service center gachibowli as they said they cannot drop to nearest service station even i informed them that it is repaired just 1 week back from sanath nagar service station but they shown me that as per our rsa policy we will drop it to nearest service station only. From[protected] i am just following up with service station sanath nagar and ms. Go green service station but still my bike is not yet repaired till now and i am just roaming here and there to get it repaired. I want my amount which is charged during free service period and my bike to be repaired soon.
            So please advise what should i do and to whom i should contact?
            I am blank and unable to decide the way forward as just within 3 months from purchase i took 3 times road side assistance, 2 free service i used, paid almost 4500/- but still my same problem is not getting resolved. Please advice on this.

                I've replaced my fuel tank in shivsolai motors royal enfield service centre chengalpattu, they've replaced me a faulty fuel tank and for that they've took 2 and a half months, i've not noticed it at first later when i've noticed i've taken my vehicle again there for replace the faulty tank. Now they've taken three months and now also the vehicle tank is not genuine. And my vehicle seat spoiled totally and i've been waiting for it almost 6 months. I would like to request you to support me to get back my vehicle in original condition and with all genuine spares with the lesson to the service dealer (Shivsolai motors) for not to cheat other consumers.

                  I purchased royal enfield thunderbird 350x two months back only. Within first month i faced lot of problems like misfiring, very low pickup etc. After first service within next day my bike won`t run properly, it kept on stopping in between later when checked out there`s pressure building up in the tank due to which petrol is not going to the engine properly. I gave the bike to a certified royal enfield showroom and they rectified the problem by changing the whole tank because there was manufacturing defect. After the replacement of the tank i used the bike for only 3 days and again i am facing the same problem. The bike is causing misfiring due to which it stops in between again and again.
                  This is a very serious issue as not even 2 months after the purchase i have to face so many problems and have to spend so much money due to this.

Can you help us or I have to forget as usual in your deteriorated after sales and servives. I had completed all free services which comes u der warranty period. Please remember I had experienced the most 3rd class service in past including your official responsible behaviour. So if you can help me out then only take this issue or you can bluntly say "no".

I had purchased classic 350 gun metal gray motor cycle at on jan 2019 from aaditya riders pvt ltd (Shop no 1, darwha road, yavatmal, 445001) dealers sell me local accessories parts form authorized showroom they had cumpolsarily sold me a defective helmet and leg guard (Picture enclosed) kindly took up the issue resolve it.                       cheating in the name of vehicle service

                      I have been using squadrons blue for the past four years and generally i service my bike at sr automobiles kerala. They have rendered tremendous service. Since i have moved to my native place chennai, i have given my bike for general service at sri venkateswara bike zone pallikaranai two days back. Today i went back to collect my bike and i have paid the bill amount of 3090 rs. After that the service guy just left the bike and walked away....

                      I have purchase thunderbird 350 from krishna wheels naroda ahmedabad on my bday. Before 4 months ago. Now it's two services are completed but in second service they are not doing proper service of my byk due to that day was sunday. And today on 5th jan i'll come at service center before day ago my byk right side footrest was broken suddenly on way when i m comeback from ofc. And these case i have explained at service center they are not believe and taki charge for that part and i m agree parts is chargeable they are take 150 rs feeting changes of that part. And mr. Satish he is i charge of these service center asking me it's automatic set labour charg base on parts. So i think this is to much charge to feeting any parts and my was just 4 months old not more then that so i think compare to royal enfield my activa 2nd generation footrest are better because it's never broken in last 10 years when it's got multiple time accident on road. And also i bet to royal enfield compare to your parts splender, activa, passion, this byk's parts os strong and better. Also everyone was lying to customer.

                        Royal enfield hanumangarh is a fraud person they cheayed my by changing my bike parts nd also they dont have cctv cameras in thier workshop so that no one can caught them. Instead of serving they put the same oil not changing it .they also changed my chain set to a brokenone said me that its broken. Just after service bike chain is extremely loose .its a big request to put strict action towards udai moter (ROYAL ENFIELD) HANUMANGARH. After servicing the bike they havent cleaned it and brake which were changed by me was only 7 days nd 60 km earlier and they said brake leather are needed to be changed nd when i ask them to show my previous brack leather they declined to show.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike on Dec 2013 and have clocked 26000kms. Today I noticed that there is a crack near the side stand in chasis, where the side is stand is connected to the main chassis and Engine is mounted on with a bolt. When I started browsing about this issue, came to know that this is a defect in Enfield Bikes. If you browse you will find N numbers of complaints posted online. Some are rectified by showrooms when the Bikes are in warranty and without warranty what we have to do.
                          A bike of Rs.1, 40, 000 is having such a cheap material in its manufacturing, which may take life of customers. Company is just thinking of making money, but not about safety of Riders who buy them with there hard earned money. Just for 25000km or five years if the chassis have a crack in a bike which is only used on well maintained roads. This is not acceptable. I am going to service centre and they will surely give us negative answer saying that we have to replace the chassis for a big amount say between Rs.[protected]. Is this is the business Enfield company practicing.

                          Attached the images for clarity in the complaint that I am making.

                          I will mention one more incident with my bike for which service centre guys were giving nonsense stories. After I brought my bike, with in first service there was strange sound on left side of engine ( near gear box ) when I use self start. When I reported in the first service itself, they said it is common and sent me home. The sound continued. One of the mechanic, just hearing the sound said there is a problem with sprag clutch and I have to replace it. Now I went to service centre and asked for replacement, they said warranty has expired and I have to pay Rs. 5000 for that sprag clutch and service charge. As I had my previous service reports ( first service ) in which I had mentioned that problem and after long talks with regional manager, they agreed to replace the part. But I had to pay Some Rs.500 as service charge. Now the point is service people know the problem, but they won't tell customers untill warranty get expires. This is a cunning way of making money by Enfield company.

                          Please give us justice. We do not want to loose our lives by giving our hard earned money to buy these bikes, with cheap materials used to make them.

                            I am totally frustrated with Royal enfield's Pegasus Edition (C50155).

                            Hi here I am starting the story I booked Pegasus bike very ambitiously.
                            Even hearing very bad stories about it.
                            I keep trusting Royal enfield will save me in this bad situation.
                            Don't worry I am not giving your vehicle to municipality garbage collection.
                            I put chappal in my lovable pegasus and ride every day in Chennai roads. Why because I just avoid hearing negative stories about pegasus and ride my first prestigious bike.
                            I just give my bike to first service to SVBZ chennai medavakkam showroom where i got delivery of my bike.
                            I clearly instruct them dont touch anything bcz bike is nice except overheating problem.
                            They are not resolve it.eventhough I am not showing any reaction. I received call from show room owner and he asked me about the vehicle. He asked me if you are not interested with your bike go with vintage bikes. I said still I trust RE that pegasus will be a golden product in upcoming days.
                            He gave instruction to service manager NAVEEN SVBZ.
                            I give my bike and he also tested and agree that vehicle is getting over heated.
                            I received the vehicle and I ride the bike am not happy its not my pegasus sounds very bad.
                            And stopped the vehicle after 2km ride.
                            See how hopefully I touched it you know but again RE cheated me and burnt my hand and more heat and its emitting fire.
                            Now I am totally frustrated.
                            What's your dealers plan want some more money from my pocket.
                            Take it and don't come back to me.
                            I am going to burn my vehicle in a fine day.

Again i ask them same question etc, etc...then they changed oil and make video that everything is fine.but it's not done in front of me. still problem continuous.
                            ******* After second service i am un happy with SRI VENKATESHWARA BIKE ZONE VELACHERY CHENNAI, so i send mail regarding this to RE, that they again fix a representative to solve this,
                            this time little okay but problem what i listed in the first service not resolved instead they give explanation and wait for next 1000 km, then this problem will automatically resolved.
                            ****NOW MY VEHICLE CROSSED 5000KM WITH 3 SERVICE HISTORY WITH LOT OF COMPLAINTS..AT THIS STAGE MY VEHICLE STOPPED WHILE RUNNING AND NOT ABLE TO START, HORN NOT WORKING, CANT ABLE TO PUSH KICKER.I DROP THE VEHICLE TO VENKATESHWARA BIKE ZONE VELACHERY CHENNAI, WHICH IS CLOSE TO ME.THEY START ASKING ME ABOUT THE VEHICLE CONDITION AGAIN..I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE.
                            THEY CALLED ME AND TELL DIFFERENT ISSUE THAT CLUTCH ASSEMBLY IS CORRUPTED, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE NEWLY BILL AMOUNT WILL BE 4000 INR .

                            * I COMPLAINT FROM THE 1ST SERVICE ITSELF.
                            * PERFORMANCE IS TOO BAD,
                            * SAFETY IS VERY WORST (BRAKE BOLT 2 TIMES BROKEN)
                            * EVERY TIME TRY TO COMPROMISE INSTEAD RESOLVE.
                            * 5000 KM CLUTCH ASSEMBLY TO BE CHANGE
                            * BIKE RHYTHM IS LIKE 2 STROKE BIKE.
                            * MILEAGE IS LESS THAN 20KMS.

                            VEHICLE RATE IS 2.5LAKHS ..

                              I have bought this bike on 15th december, 2018. Just done with the first service due to daily run of 70 kms. It's been just 2 weeks and i faced one of the biggest issues of engine down even after continuous ride of 20kms. I called road assistance and the mechanic told me that there is an air in the fuel tank, so needed to open a fuel tube and it will work! The bike almost cost of 2 lakhs... Is facing such issue!!!                               Service on 30/12/2018, in royal enfield service center in whitefield banglore, after service i found that on my fuel tank scratched and its paint completely damaged. I returned to service center given a complaint, but they said, they cant do anything, and they said go another place and do repaint. Its made me very disappointed. So kindly do find a solution for me. Advice me what should i do, and where should i go for the solution.

                                I am the most unsatisfied customer of royal enfield thunderbird 350 model. I have purchased thunderbird 350 in september 2017. And since the first day it giving to much trouble everyday.in last 1 year my bike standing maximum at home rather than running on road. Already complaint for many time and in each servicing. But battery issue not solved yet. If possible i requesting for exchange the model.

                                  Sir, i'm to inform that i've purchased classic 350 cc from akon ajency thiruvannamalai,, dated jan 2018,
                                  Last month i got my front tyre punctured and when i tried to fix it i noted that my front rim is defective that the inner lining is projected which on pressure cutting the tube, which is a manufacturing fault, i reported at cuddalore rooster re showroom, the incharge dinakaran took photos and promised to replace but later neglected when contacted over phone, i'm so much upset that what's the meaning in giving warranty. Im a long distance re rider that i found it unsafe to go long distance that at anytime my front tube may get punctured, so kindly fix the same at the earliest, m. Elanthiraiyan, tn 91 d 4950
