I have just baught royal enfiled bike classic 350 on 16-dec-2018 from the kalol, gandhinagar gujarat showroom.

On the very first day of bike purchase, i had filled up the petrol tank and bike getting frequently shut down due to not having proper petrol and air flow and i had gone to showroom, mechanic told me the air is not getting circulated in petrol tank so we have to replace the tank.

Please help me out to get rid out of this.

Is there any possibility to exchange with new bike

    Guys it's nothing personal. I took my thunder x 350 cc from 2nd mile, pratap market, siliguri. My first impression was too bad coz they took so much of time, it took 2days and on 2nd day also they finally gave me the bike round 8pm so there wasn't a chance to look at it properly. Bike started giving some kinda problem on day one. First it started well but almost three times suddenly engine started missing and it got stopped. I called showroom first and they gave me the rsa's no and i called them, they showed me some directions and finally it started and i thought it's the only problem but again after half an hour the same problem happened but since i was given direction and in that way i reached home. After that, i had to go kalimpong to meet my daughter. I went well till i reached kalimpong and after an hour and so i come back, it was okay but on the way from melli checkpost to jorethang the roads are under construction and even its muddy and slippery too. Because of construction work there was heavy jam where i have to use clutch very often, that is quite obvious. After half an hour of jam finally i got good roads so i was going smoothly but suddenly the clutch stopped working, bike wasn't moving further. At that time also i asked for help to rsa but since it was 5.30 or 6pm they told me it's not possible to come and help me out. There was only one option left i. E to call my friend along with a bike fitter. Finally, they came and with the help of fitter i made it to home. Since you guys or even rsa told not to go to local bike fitter to fix up things. Keeping that things in my mind i called rsa and they send me the vechile which carried my bike to the showroom. That vechile also started coming to my place by 10am and finally reached here by 6pm. From here we can figure what kind of service u r providing. Interesting thing i wanted to tell u is they told me within 100kms range u don't have to pay a single rupees but they were telling me to give 1500rs. I'm telling u very honestly that i didn't have that money to give and as per their instruction it's free of cost, it made me so embarrassing. Anyways i didn't give them money. The next day i got a call with no decency at all, since it's a renouned company i didn't expect this kinda respond. The guy told me that my bikes clutch plate is completely gone n along with that other things also they need to fix and that cost me round 3500 rs. I dunno whether the guy is telling me the truth or not, and in a rude way too, like aap ka yeh huwa hain aur aap banwana chahengey ya nahin. Now i have no option. Listen, i dunno anything abt this and i thought it's almost like a mobile company's service centre where they even give new phones if it's sets problem. I too, i haven't done it intentionally and since re is a big motorbike company n most probably do the same. But i was really pissed with the kinda service re is providing to their customer whose bike is just 10 days old. I was really pissed off and i thought that i will write this experience in face book page and even i'll post in utube too. But i didn't coz i have enough decency. I thought it's not a matter of joke, we are paying this hefty amount of money too n i[censored] see the services, it's ridiculous. I'm not at satisfied at all. I'll definitely come to get it and i'll pay also but i'll do what i think of and further i'm not going to service centre for any problem rather i'll prefer to visit my nearest bike fitter to do anything. Really it's a very bad experience n very bad impression from ur side. Look i'm posting it for such a huge bike company and bcoz of this kinda experience the companies dignity goes down. I love enfield and i'm a fan of it. Earlier i had machismo too and that was hell of a nice bike. I told u that kinda neglegency will ruin the company's name and fame.

      Sir, i have booked a classic 350 black motor cycle through csd at pvr wheels palakkad, kerala on 20 sep 18 (Receipt no1265). As i have requested to deliver motor cycle middle of december 2018 dealer agreed for it subject to availability. After getting confirmation from gm the availability of the same i have reached office at palakkad reached 17 dec 18. However, gm was reluctant and did not deliver motor cycle for me saying some excuse. Unpleasant behavior form mr rajkumar made me disappointed me. Most of staff are not aware of purchase procedures through csd except one lady salesperson. This is not expected for customers. Please intervene the matter.

        Sir, i had given my bullet for service at unnoonny motors kottarakara, kerala on 19 dec 2018 @ 9 morning for second service. I received a sms at 12:18pm. I reached the service center for taking delivery at 17:30hrs my bike was in parking lot were i left in the same condition even washing was not done. I enquired about this to service manager he told there is shortage of man power billing was done earlier that's why you got the message. Immediately he make arrangement for washing and told me to pay 250 rs and after payment he gave me the gatepass. I don't understand that second service is only washing. Again i contacted the service executive then he is telling lubbing of chain will be done. Well done royal enfield

          I had a major starting trouble with my gun metal gray.. Its still 4k ran vehicle and gets stoped in between road, as usaul registered a case in road side assistantance, technician came en couldn't able to fix the issue on the spot. As he requested me to call the towning i callled road side assistance for arranging townig to the nearest service center.. After calling multiple times and so many taking follow ups
          Townig person reached me 4hours later from the case registered time.. Because he was coming from 40km far..
          The distance from the service center to the spot where i was stuck is only 3km.
          I asked the concern team again to arrange towing from the nearest place.. He started telling stories.. If the vendors have lack of towing vehicle and the technicians thats their fault..
          They cant make the customer to wait for long as they wish..
          Totally unhappy with the service..!

            Details : royal enfield classic 350 (2016 dec model). Mileage : ~ 7500kms
            Issue : neutral light 'on' even after taking out the key.
            Cause (Suspected by service provider - velavan motors chennai):
            1. Amp meter wiring stuck between handle bar rotation
            2. Wiring internal damage (Not acceptable) 3. Damage due to sunlight. (Not acceptable)
            Solution recommended : change amp meter (600rs) & entire wiring (4000rs)
            Status : warranty expired since it is crossed 1 year.
            Complaint : for a wiring design & routing problem like this, why customer should pay for replacement?
            Request : concern in charge kindly escalate or reply responsibly on this issue & take improvement to avoid these type of issues.

              I bought RE gloves of size L from whitefield showroom of price 2000 Rs on 15/12/2018. They gave me warranty for 6 months, they said if any problems will be there in quality we will exchange it. On very next day i.e 16/12/2018 not even 24 hr got over, I went in the showroom to exchange that with size xl. I was not feeling comfortable with the glove, got pain in my palm whenever I wear that, but they refused to exchange it. They said there is no stitching problem so, I won't exchange it. They refused to take it. After having 15 to 20 minutes of arguing with the sales guy and manager, I throwed that gloves there only and asked that sales guy to keep it and sell it, it's useless for me.

              Very disappointed with this act. I bought my bike from there only 4 months back, then also they didn't show me their good gestures. Hate this. Sorry to tell this not going to that showroom again and I will not refer anyone to go there.

              I need refund now. I don't want gloves now.

              Bike is having heavy missing complaint even from the first day of delivery. Its already the 4th time I am giving my bike to the service centre for the same complaint. Even its only 2 months from delivery. Very Bad experience from St marys Service Center Chittoor road, Ernakulam, Kerala, India

                I purchased my re350 on 20sep18 the first servicing is due on first 500 kmart or one month whichever is erlier. On 02 dec 18 i visited re service centre outer delhi showroom their service is very poor they didn't change engineoil but charged 600rs but they didn't. After servicing a different noise coming from engine but earlier there was no noise coming. They make re customers fool and charges are too much. Please do something

                  I brought a bike in reml, they said one helmat free, but there is no availability of size only l and xl available.. Not comfortable for me. I have asked m size, they said m size not available, i added, how long it will take to get m size, they said i can't be give commitment.. Whether it will come or not, i don't know.. They said.. Finally they convinced to take l size. I am not satisfied with reml service. I want m size helmet, there is no proper answer from reml. Even in helmet reml won't satisfy the customers requirements. Then how we will support reml. I didn't expect these from you people. I need the solution for this as soon as possible. If i didn't get any result, i will highlight the issue to higher authority.

                    I had purchased re350 classic on[protected] my re is totally rusted from every area and tappet are making so much noise no service center is taking action evry month i have to visit service center i am totally harrased from re vehicle.
                    It is just 1 year above from purchased and rusting started in many portion of the bike life seat spring rear shocker silensor near engine outlet side
                    And the tapit noise is also so irritating
                    And main thing is that i have to visit service station in every 1.5 month i am totally fed up with the after sale service given by re

                    Plz found some sloution for this the company is not giving any response over call and over mail
                    I had sent mail to company and area manager on 9 dec 2018 and today 14 is over and i havent recieved any mail from either comapny or arear manager

Since march 2018 each month there is some problem carried out in my engine and chain gear box, every next day of service engine filter are break and oil are flowing down. I faced so many problem from starting after paid so much money.in a month after service maximum 7 days bike is running good after the same condition happened.
                      Please solve my problem or change my bike as i think this is a defected bike or some technical issue in bike

                        My royal enfield standard 350 is having problem with crankshaft bearing. Royal enfield service centre thaliparamba (Vibrant) is asking 20000 for servicing the same. My bike is just 3 years old and done 35000kms... It's definitely a manufacturing defect from royal enfield. How does a iconic brand is using such a low quality products in their bikes!? Feeling shame on royal enfield... Please consider it as a manufacturing defect and do the need full orelse i'm going to dump this #... Such a worst quality product!!!

                          I have purchased bike yesterday and the same day night i got a problem with it. It stopped suddenly and i could not start it. Road side assistance came and checked the bike and told there is issue with battery and rr unit. Worst experience i ever had. Purchasing a new bike and having an major issue on the same day.

                            I am the user of re350cc. This thread is about worst ever service by sheriff motors saibaba colony coimbatore showroom of royal enfield. I have purchased re last year. Its been not even 11 months battery is out. It was under warranty. I gave rc book copy. No response from them. After one week, i visited again asked about it. They said missed my rc copy. So, i gave one more copy to them. I didn’t receive any call or intimation of what happening & when i myself gone to asked about complaint. No response from them. Then i decided to move compliant to branch managing director mr. Imran. After that they replaced standby battery for temporary. They charged 400rs for this. That standby battery also out within a month. For every time i need to visit twice or thrice to the re branch. Still my problem is not resolved. They don’t know to handle customers. I called re customer support but no response. I need an immediate action to be taken or i will move with norms and conditions within regulations.

                              First and last time to service my classic 350 at fateh autos jalandhar (Punjab). After the complete service they using chain spray and that chain spray is so bad that whole back portion of bike is totally black. After that i complaint for that the service manager called me that company provide that spray and you should complaint the royal enfield company.

                                I had bought classic 350 from voyage motor kandivali 6 month ago, as per the service due date have done all services on time and am complaining regarding 1 issue to service center guy from the very 1st service that while riding bike i am feeling a jerk and engine keeps getting off,

                                In last service i was told that the pertol flow is not proper that is the reason this thing is happening but still after the service i am facing the issue.

                                It says free service but in each and every service in was charged more than 1500 so what was free in it? And inspite of paying # amt still the problems are not getting solved.

                                In last service i had given the bike in service center with almost 4 liter petrol in in and when i got the bike back from service center the bike was in reserve,

                                  I am the user of RE350cc.. I have purchased vehicle on last march 2018..
                                  just 12000 km decent city limit drove, now mechanic form Bangalore lalbagh road HSR service centre says the chain sprocket has problem and its not comes under warranty, and asking 3500/- for replacing the same, is this true. if yes then for what components 30000 km warranty is applicable..

                                    I am having classic 350 since 2 years and bike has been drive only around 11000 kms in these two years. Now my chain sprocket is broken but i neither ride my bike harsh nor i take it to hills and i maintain my bike properly and serviced as per company instructed in company owned service center since the day i purchased and never ever have visited any outside mechanic. I would like to book a serious complaint against this for providing low quality products for bike and also sometimes i can hear cam shaft noise from my engine. I complained about that noise all the times while giving to servicing but they didn't consider this as a serious issue. I also get noise while gear changing.

                                    Considering the big trustworthy name of royal enfield i don't think i should get such a cheap quality parts which get damaged within two years and that too withing 11k kms of driving. Now the service center people are asking me for complete chain sprocket change with chain also which is costing me too much and that without driving enough of my bike and on time servicing.

                                    I am just coming from the service center after giving my bike for servicing dated[protected]. Above all i always visited this particular authorized service center for every servicing i availed so far for my bike.

                                    Being a customer of such a reputable bike company i don't think should expect such a terrible experience.

                                    Please look into it and provide me justifiable resolution.

                                      This is mohammed shuja uddin, i'm using classic 350 8 months old, my bike battery got down so i've called to service centre vvc motors.
                                      They told me that in an hour they will get an extra battery to resolve the issue but still service people not responding properly from last one week vehicle left idle am fa ing issue for traveling. Is this is the way to respond to customer. Please do needful

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am filing this complaint with almost sadness that my RE classic 500 is having a complaint on it's crank shaft. The vehicle was purchased on 7th November 2016 ( exact 25 months), have only driven 13500 km, never in this 25 months have skipped or delayed a service, even never clocked above 90kmph. Still my RE which I purchased for above 2 lakh rs is facing a huge engine complaint just after the warranty period. The showroom service manager has given me an estimate of above rs25000 for the repair. I never expected my RE to have a complaint as I have taken care of the vehicle more than any one else. I surely think that this is a quality issue. I want the company to intervein in the matter and include the repair in the vehicle warranty. Please do the needful.
