amar auto service center

I have my 500cc bullet 3rd service done at amar royal enfield service center jhilmil delhi. But when i reached to this service center for 4th service i came to know that my bike had filled with 1.25 extra engine oil, which has been drained at 4th service. It is the standard maintained by royal enfield. On complaining to manager, he was instead imposing on us....

This is rajesh. G from thanjavur. I have booked royal enfield classic 500cc stealth black in jaf associates thanjavur on 30.08.2018 and they promised to deliver bike before 1st week of october 2018. Then i went to showroom on october 1st week they simply said bike will come after 1 month. So i booked in madurai gg motors and got my bike on that week itself.
Then i cancelled my booked vehicle on 03.10.2018 in jaf associate till date am not received my booking amount of rs.5000. I visited showroom more than 10 times but they are not ready to give my cheque. Whenever i go they said it takes 1 more week. I dont know why they are not ready to give my money. They are cheating to use customer money. Kindly take corrective action against that agency.

I have handover my bike on 29th Nov 2018 now it had past one week still no proper response from team.. Mr harshad saying that part is coming from Chennai it will one week time. Being it's a paid service plus Royal Enfield but service is really poor.. really very disappointed with service..

    I purchased ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350(GUNMETAL GRAY) in end of may 2018.
     I registered a complaint on september regarding fuel leaking issue on my classic 350 gunmetal gray purchased from kaalikaambaal motors Vellore.

    after that they changed the tank and canister.
    but now after two months the same problem persists.

    Then i went to the service center they said again need to change the tank and canister but they don't have stock now it will take nearly 10 days to get the stocks.

    I am very highly thinking that Royal enfiled royal enfield products are very good but now i am really disappointed and i have doubts on the quality and service of ROYAL ENFIELD.

    I purchased my dream bike to ride on the road but nowadays i am supposed to let my bike on service center for complaint after complaint occurs in my bike.

    From my first service to going for 4th service now i have clutch noice issue but still the problem isn't solved .

    I am thinking now why i purchased a product from Royal Enfield with full of problems and complaints.

    WORST EXPERIENCE AND BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IN MY LIFE FOR PURCHASING A ROYAL ENFIELD BIKE.

    Till date no response from Royal enfield my second complaint regarding the same issue.

      When i got my bike @6 april 2018.
      Bike was only hav gone upto speed100 then i hv complaint about it at RE servicing center they said it will be increase after 3 -4 servicings
      But recently i hv send my bike to RE service station the bile was not reaching its correct speed
      I hv driven the demo model of it and speed reached upto 125
      My bike is still not serviced and the authority is saying that bike is in good condition and they have given their 100% to fullfill ot and my bike will only run upto 100-110 only
      And this is not the only issues pickup problem is there also and the engine sound is also a major issue if it goes on like this i will make sure to complaint a case against you in consumer forum if my issue not resolved
      Either replace it or resolve it

        Dear sir,

        1. I undersigned wish to bring it to your kind notice that i own a re bike (Bullet 350cc) having registration no g2 upd977 with chassis/engine no 154977.
        2. On 19 aug 2018, the said bike was taken to workshop of suri sales pvt ltd ranibagh, haldwani for some minor works like "starting problem". Being defense personnel, i had requested the workshop manager to get the needful done at his earliest as my leave was going to be elapsed. Inspite of repeated requests and callings i was not delivered the bike in due course of time, however the bike was delivered to me by their mechanic on 06 oct 2018 i. E after 47 days.
        3. The bike was tested by my son as i was away on duty. I was really shocked to come to know by my son about the pathetic condition of my bike really worst that before, the following faults were noticed :-
        (A) oil was leaking from rocker cover (B) smoke was emitting from
        Piston head (C) nuts were loosely fitted (D) poor wiring works
        4. I soon called workshop head and got noted down all the problems, he assured me that he would get my bike collected from my residence. But till date the bike was not found collected so i am compelled to lodge a complaint. I do possess all recordings with the staff.
        5. Please issue necessary instructions and do the needful earliest.

          I Bought a RE classic 350 Gun Mattel Gray 5 Month ago and begin with good experience, But now i Hate that, Because now it's giving unwanted chain sound and vibration, Clutch stuck, Break sound, Service person also not cleared that issue, simply they giving common reason, ''This is regular for every RE'' Bikers know about the sound variation and handling feel, But they try to convince me as "it's a actual'' I feel Bad now ... Also my bike spoiling my All Pants Because the Tank Side Rubber Giving Black stain in every time, now i had 5 useless left over pants, Dark Colors i can manage but 5 is a light color how can i use it .

          I think My all above issue is a Manufacturing Defect, Kindly Responds me and check or Replace my Bike .

            I purchased the bike on 16th october 2018, rj19bq0708, at the time of visit at showroom i. E. Modern motor bikes jodhpur, i met with their sales head prince borana, and at the time of discussions he never said that abs is about to launch in royal enfield, i also asked him when abs will be installed as per the morth notification about abs compulsion from 1st april 2018. But he said the company is not making abs and it will take time.

            On 26th october 2018 royal enfield launched abs segment.

            Royal enfield and its dealers has cheated us and done 420 work for bikers like us.

            If at all royal enfield would have provided details on abs then i would have purchased abs and now i am feeling cheated and disappointed with royal enfield.

            I emailed their support team in which they emailed me that their area sales manager is looking in this matter and will get back to me. But till date no revert from them.

            Kindly guide me what should i do in such scenario.

            Worst service and worst mechanics Dont go for servicing there. Majority of the employees are students whom are not skilled in there works and their work is not supervised by any senior Mechanic or incharge two more time same issues no solve my complient, missing and automatically turn off engine running time

              My bike royal endfield classic 350 cc 2018 b's 4 model i am facing so problems 1. Missing fairing mixer 2 taping sound 3 my bike pickup. Is very slow then b's 3 and chaine sound i am perfectly use royal enfield cheine lubricant but when ran bike sounding very much.                 I have bought my royal enfield 350 classic from chawla riders faizabad i have paid all amount at the time of purchase but they send file of temporary number after 2 week so now i have to pay rs1500 extra as a plenty... So its cheap service of chawla riders and employ of chawla is not behaving properly so i would request to take action against chawla riders faizabad and make my money refund to me...                   Dear sir/ma'am
                  The next day after buy this bike next day when i cleaning bike i saw a capital r and scratch on the bottom of right side of engine on cromer cover and i got very disappointed for that. Than i complained about that to dealer. To change my cover it's not my fault to founding scratch on new bike or you think at that time should i wear sun glasses and check for scratches on whole bike at time of buying i thought it's whole new bike so as good nature of mine i don't search for any scratch and get my bike to home and next day at time of cleaning up i found that scratch when i told whole story to one of dealers boy he said our whole bike are coming to showroom from our service work shop behind the next road so it may be done by any co worker or technician..
                  And at last i understand this scratch on my bike is not in intenseliy it's part of intensely done because of a capital r scratched by a sharp pointed instrument.
                  I request you please see my this problem and short out as soon as possible.

                    I have used my re thunderbird 350 for about 2500 kms in the 1 year since purchasing the bike. I was told there are compulsory replacement of all rubberised parts and other spare parts of the vehicle, despite the minimal usage of the bike. When questioned why replacements are required when none of it is worn out, the response was "as per policy, you will lose your right to claim any warranty if not done".
                    I believe it is not even relevant for changing any part of my bike for the warranty to be invalidated, considering the level o[censored]sage.
                    This is in connection with the first paid service (5th service overall) as per the owner's manual.

                    Problem in fuel pump .I complain to shri munishwar motors pvt.ltd.they change the fuel pump cl-500 they didn't repair it.I am asking that it only change not repair .I have old problem fuel pump is there any claim for it or somthing alse

                      I have royal enfield stealth black 500cc bullet. Last day i gave my bullet for 3rd service but they brought extra money of 176rs because i bring my bullet after 17 days. It is not fair it's my wish when should i service my bike not their. So i want know is it rule of royal enfield. How can they do these think of activities. I think this company is lose their royal culture and do anything for money

                        Then just one week back i seen a rest on my fly up section i say that complaint at service centre then that time mechanic say this not consider in warranty then he is just touch a paint on the rest area that's vary boar i am not satisfied on your service

                          I am writing to you in good faith and hoping you will be able to provide the solution about below reported issue which i am facing with my royal enfield gmg 350cc.

                          Vehicle details:

                          Number of services completed on time till date : 3
                          Service center address : address: no 772, 100 ft rd, hal 2nd stage, indiranagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560038

                          Issue details:
                          My rear disk is creating noise and getting spoiled, it has been replaced under warranty twice and still not functioning properly.

                          Sequence of event:
                          1) i reported the issue with in 10 days of after purchase that the space between disc place and holder is not equal, and thats why it is creating notice. I went to service center and they did adjustment. Please note even after the space was not equal both side.

                          2) later on i reported this again, this time my disc plate was burned due to the same issue, and this time service team kept my bike for 4 days, they informed issue is fix. I tried again the noise was not their and i was hoping that it will not come. But the space around the dick and holder was not equal.

                          3) again, third time i was facing the same issue this time i also informed service team that you have put incorrect disc because i can see the gap between disc and screws (Even though they were completely tight). They ack'd it and replace the disc again. This time they also grind the holder to provide the space. This was not anticipated because the holder plate was design for all the gmg bike in same fashion and increasing the space would risk the malfunction. I still accepted it, hoping issue will not come but again it is appearing.

                          Please note all these time i was paying for break pads, which was getting spoiled because of manufacturing defect, my only two wheeler vehicle was in service center each time for 3-4 days minimum.

                          I could not ride more as i went abroad for 2 months, now when i am back, my disc is sounding again, silver coating burned and pad is also gone. Space around the disk and holder are not equal, please have a look at the photos.

                          Attaching various images, detailing the problem, let me know if you need more images and videos which i captured.

                          Ps: could you please let me know what should i do with the vehicle, its under warranty, service team is just replaced disc which is temporary solution and causing both you and me time and money. Seems no one is able to identify the actual cause yet.

G), oil leakage still remains, they assured me to deliver my bike today by latest 8 p. M but their service advisor asked me one more day to resolve my issue.                               Some months ago i have purchased royal enfield classic gunmetal grey. While driving this bike for about after 15 minutes it started to make some creepy noise from its engine. We complained about this fault from the service person and the manager but they did not accepted that the bike's engine is faulty and said the noise will end after 2 or 3 services but this did not happened! After 3 to 4 services the creepy noise did not end then we again complaint about it. Now this time they taken the bike and said they will try to fix it but the noise did not end after their endless efforts and then they sent the bike to lucknow from banda. The people there at lucknow try to solve the issue but they were not able to because the bike's engine was faulty and they sent the bike back to banda and said to us on a phone call that there was no fault in the bike told us to go to the service station pick up the bike. When we arrived at service station this time the bike was making more creepy and bad noises from its engine! The people at the service station did not solved the issue and forcing us to pick up the bike!

                                I have send my bike on the 23rd of friday for my first service they did not do the servicing properly and there was a noise on the engine side so had to resend it on the 27th of tuesday which they picked up the bike in the morning and give me by late evening still the bike is not performing good and the washing and servicing was not been satisfied as they delivered the bike to me i called and told them that the servicing and washing was not done properly the service advisor name was aviraj panchal and his contact number is [protected]

                                  I went for servicing of my bullet yesterday at bhilai (C. G)... I have issues related with oil leakage, other parts were working fine.. After servicing the problem still remains same and my problem got worst when its chain spocket starts knocking... I am pretty disappointed with servicing... Also they have earlier estimated cost of around 400 and made final bill of 1035 inr.. They take whole day for servicing and didn't resolve my problems.. Kindly process my request and provide me resolution regarding this... Waiting for your reply...

                                    This is to inform royal enfield that i had purchsed my bullet classic 350 gun metal grey from prathik motors vashi 4 months back and the seller experience was good.

                                    I had decided for a ride from mumbai to pune on my way at panvel my battery got some problem and was not working i took it paratik motors panvel service center and they said the battery has some manufacturing problm and has to be replaced and i had put it for replacement under warranty at servuce center

                                    After some 15 days i got call from service center that the battery has been replaced u can collect it from service center.

                                    When i went to take the replaced battery i found that the replacement was of a old battery not the new one and i rejected to take.

                                    And complained this matter to all higher authorities including asm navi mumbai region from royal enfield.

                                    But there was no proper response from any one and they asking me to collect the old battery as replacement.

                                    As of now the prathik motors has been closed by royal enfield and i dont have any alternative to get my battery

                                      Hi am chirag from mumbai borivali. I purchased classic 350 chestnut from ur kandivali west sv road voyage showroom in the month of feb 2018 from mr. Rakesh dede (Sales representative). M very upset & sorry to say that the service is pathetic. I have an issue with the amazon battery which is not getting charge regularly & i have to start my bike manually which result in swallow my leg & its badly pains bcoz of that. I went several time to showroom & service center for replacement as it is under warranty but they says that it will take 15 to 20 days or it may take 1 month to replace but they don't have alternate battery in spare. How can we mange so long period without battery? From last 15 days m chasing behind it but no response from anyone o[censored]r department. Kindly suggest what can b done in this situation.
