Regarding for services complaints.
Today my vehicle faced 2nd complaint.
My vehicle model classic 350 black
Tn 48 ac 5456
Job card no : rjc[protected]
Invoice no : sli[protected]
Invoice date :[protected]
Below my issues mentioned, how to they are people treated..!
My vehicle getting monthy check up on general service.
I have contact service center chennai,
Yesterday i got appointment and today i given to service center
Serivice center hade send msg on afternoon 02.44pm your vehicle has been ready.
Once i had confirmation to call service centwr my vehicle right now ready or not?
They people spoke with me your vehicle has services done.
I'm reach out service center in the evening around 7.30pm.
Total bill amount paid, after my vehicle checked my vehicle tail glass has been broked, all complaints still there not rectified.

1. Worst of handling. No customer support.
2. Very bad service maintenance.
3. I said some complaints in my bike. But why these people changing all spare spare parts newlyy?
My original spares not yet reworked they technical team.
They people's are ready to change new spare parts only...,
4. They didn't take my complaint as an issue.
5. They all changed my bike spare parts, after that my problems not rectified.
6. They didn't update any status and no proper response from them. I have try to call they people's ignore my calls.
7. No respect to customers. Is the way you treat customers.? I
After that they people's are contacting my vehicle ready is serviced. And is ready for delivery; the bill amount
8. I paid the bill amount. But i want to know y it's lagging. I have vehicle delivery (Gatepass)
Note : (I have all proof & records & statements)
9. Till i didn't get my vehicle after paying full amount.
Worst maintenance.
Now i am using my own transportation back to work.
What about vehicle status i won't see my bike that service issues. They people said lot of storyline...
And notify that if you are not responding within 24 hrs then i will sure file a case against you and your company on consumer court on monday..
