This is to inform royal enfield that i had purchsed my bullet classic 350 gun metal grey from prathik motors vashi 4 months back and the seller experience was good.

I had decided for a ride from mumbai to pune on my way at panvel my battery got some problem and was not working i took it paratik motors panvel service center and they said the battery has some manufacturing problm and has to be replaced and i had put it for replacement under warranty at servuce center

After some 15 days i got call from service center that the battery has been replaced u can collect it from service center.

When i went to take the replaced battery i found that the replacement was of a old battery not the new one and i rejected to take.

And complained this matter to all higher authorities including asm navi mumbai region from royal enfield.

But there was no proper response from any one and they asking me to collect the old battery as replacement.

As of now the prathik motors has been closed by royal enfield and i dont have any alternative to get my battery

    Hi am chirag from mumbai borivali. I purchased classic 350 chestnut from ur kandivali west sv road voyage showroom in the month of feb 2018 from mr. Rakesh dede (Sales representative). M very upset & sorry to say that the service is pathetic. I have an issue with the amazon battery which is not getting charge regularly & i have to start my bike manually which result in swallow my leg & its badly pains bcoz of that. I went several time to showroom & service center for replacement as it is under warranty but they says that it will take 15 to 20 days or it may take 1 month to replace but they don't have alternate battery in spare. How can we mange so long period without battery? From last 15 days m chasing behind it but no response from anyone o[censored]r department. Kindly suggest what can b done in this situation.

        Regarding for services complaints.

        Today my vehicle faced 2nd complaint.

        My vehicle model classic 350 black

        Below my issues mentioned, how to they are people treated..!

        My vehicle getting monthy check up on general service.

        I have contact service center chennai,
        Yesterday i got appointment and today i given to service center

        Serivice center hade send msg on afternoon 02.44pm your vehicle has been ready.

        Once i had confirmation to call service centwr my vehicle right now ready or not?
        They people spoke with me your vehicle has services done.

        I'm reach out service center in the evening around 7.30pm.

        Total bill amount paid, after my vehicle checked my vehicle tail glass has been broked, all complaints still there not rectified.

        #bad_service_maintenance

        1. Worst of handling. No customer support.

        2. Very bad service maintenance.

        3. I said some complaints in my bike. But why these people changing all spare spare parts newlyy?
        My original spares not yet reworked they technical team.

        They people's are ready to change new spare parts only...,

        4. They didn't take my complaint as an issue.

        5. They all changed my bike spare parts, after that my problems not rectified.

        6. They didn't update any status and no proper response from them. I have try to call they people's ignore my calls.

        7. No respect to customers. Is the way you treat customers.? I

        After that they people's are contacting my vehicle ready is serviced. And is ready for delivery; the bill amount

        8. I paid the bill amount. But i want to know y it's lagging. I have vehicle delivery (Gatepass)

        Note : (I have all proof & records & statements)

        9. Till i didn't get my vehicle after paying full amount.
        Worst maintenance.

        Now i am using my own transportation back to work.

        What about vehicle status i won't see my bike that service issues. They people said lot of storyline...

        And notify that if you are not responding within 24 hrs then i will sure file a case against you and your company on consumer court on monday..

          This is to inform you that we visit the showroom to order a bike
          On 8th-nov-2018-standard bullet 500cc-forest green-with abs. Hence day 1
          The sales representatives unable to explain any of the model in proper language, secondly even we shown pictures & color & model even the representative unable to record the details in order slip. Even they dont know the abs upgrade for 500cc standard varient.

          We want the showroom should provide proper catalogue with pricing and specific model names or numbers etc - and the customare care support team should able to speak in official languages in showroom & on telephone as well - and should provide working contact telephone no's in showroom details.

            As we all are in joy of the new product launch interceptor and gt. Iam too in joy so i decided to book one and took a walk to showroom to book interceptor 650 standard model orange model. As i noticed the amount they briefed x showroom price is low as 234164 and a road tax 47387 this amount confused me. Where iam staying in bangalore with a tax slab of 18 percentage how this much difference willl come when i enquired they mis informing all the customer that tax percentage is 20 percent. After all the effort the re taking to get the benefit for end customers still its bad to say some people are taking advantage of it. I want to bring this to notice. Given below are the show room singasandra electronic city and most of them located in bangalore city. Attached the price chart.

              Sir,

              Following points for your consideration & i need your help in this matter:-

              1. The bike delivered to me on 31st march, 2018. My gstn not updated in the invoice after repeated verbal reminder. The proof of gst rc/challan already provided (Invoice attached.)
              2. The insurance policy provided. But name of financier tata capital financial service ltd. Wrongly entered instead of hdfc bank.
              3. The rc of my vehicle not provided till the date.
              4. The copy of road tax receipt not provided to me.
              5. The four emi of rs. 4993/- i had paid since june, 2018
              6. The repayment schedule of hdfc bank not provided.
              7. Others mandatory documents except above is still pending with the dealer.

              The sangam royal field staff not giving concrete information, every commitment since april, 2017 resultant false.

              I request to you please help me in this matter.

                  Yesterday i faced a problem with my bike, the engine used to go off in running.
                  I though might be due to some dust particle or water in the petrol tank.
                  I gave my bike to the nearby royal enfield service centre (Brahma motors, wakdewadi, pune), where the service advisor told that he will clean the tank & the carburetor. While doing the service the service advisor found that the purge valve has got damaged/dead, i was told to replace it with a new one. While picking up my vehicle from the service centre, i asked the service advisor for how the purge valve got damaged/dead, he replied that you have filled the petrol tank full because of which the purge valve got damaged/dead and this problem is with all the classic enfields, if this problem is with the company why cant they resolve it & why are they charging money for the same.

                    I have royal enfield bike. The model of bike is standard bullet 350cc and 2011 model. The inner side paint of petrol tank removed and mix with petrol every day due to this filter choke problem occured also carvator of bike is damaged because of paint dustmix with petrol. We contact with royal enfield agency in shri muktsar sahib but they didn't help us.

                      I had given my royal enfield 500cc bike for service and they had given me appointment timing at 10:00 o'clock everything was done good with changed parts as they told to changed and changed silencers into stock one and i was happy with it doing my service of my bike and they delivered my bike at 6:30 but the next day when i took my bike for out i noticed fuel was licking and i immediately took my bike to show in royal enfield service station they said fuel pump is got spoil and it got small crak now i don't no what they did, what they doing. Sir i dout they change bike parts from one bike to other bike and long time to do a bike service i think they do theft thing while they doing service and main point no body is allow to see what going in service room everything is packed to block what they r doing

                        I purchased a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x in the month of May 2018.Some of the parts of the bike are rusted like silencer, Handle Nut, chassi rust which is approved for replacement by the company.However my Tank color has dis appeared because of seat friction and the company said that they won't approve it.I have sent them emails multiple times however as I speak to the representative from First Mumbai service centre they say that company has rejected the tank replacement it has happened due to company fault and my request is to get it replaced as per warranty.Bike also got spark from engine however they just check the rubber and reversed the rubber on the other side of engine so that the spark can't be seen.There is no proper research and development done as to why there's a spark.I want my bike's tank and other parts to get replaced and the engine spark issue fixed or I have to take it to consumer court.I am sending you all email conversations and what's app conversation from Mumbai store Royal Enfield being such a big brand responses to consumers via what's app and not emails.Its real shame.

                        I am really upset with the service royal Enfiled 1st Mumbai store service centre is providing as I almost met in an accident however there was no car behind me on the highway the silencer came out of the bent pipe I just pushed my bike as I was 100 mts away from my residence.I have already spoken to the road side assistance people.This is the 2nd escalation I am making as my bike was just serviced on 22nd December'18 I don't know what the techincians check or they are even skilled enough to work on the bike or do the servicing properly.
                        On my 4th service I was told the oil quality is good and need not to be changed till 5th service please look into this.I was also charged for the spark pulg fault were I escalated it on the 1st service.They said that the rubber is not changed in warranty. Please give me a quick response.

                        Why under age 18 boys doing service in Royal Enfield service station. Royal Enfield don't have professional service engineers. Totally disappointed with Royal Enfield service.

                          I purchased RE classic 350 in nov 2017. The 1 year has been the worst experience with my bike. Regular faults are coming in my bike right from first day. I have done every servicing on timely. I have bought my RE Classic 350 from GUJARAT, DIST BHAVNAGAR. My bike number is GJ 04 JH 9986. In this one year I have changed my bike chain as it was damaged. Today I came to know that some bearings have been damaged in my bike and it cost around Rs:2500/. Inspite of regular serving why am I facing these problems in my bike. Am I responsible for it or the service centre. It’s the service centres mistake then why shoult I pay for that.

                          Chose RE with a trust, don’t make me regret it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I regret to inform you that my royal enfield 350 classic bearing reg no wb 38 ag 2761 having balancing problem on front wheel. I regularly serviced my vehicle at s. G. Automobile service center asansol which is your authorised as per institution of the said service center. I serviced my vehicle and paid. Still the problem has not been rectified.
                              I am an unsatisfied customer of royal enfield service. I hope that customer service of royal enfield take my griviance sincerely.

                                Sir, i am very much interested to join re family and on 05.11.18 i have booked a bike by paying advance. On 12.11.2018 i have approached the above showroom for completing payment and delivery of bike. But, unfortunately no assistance was received to me from the above showroom executives who were very much keen at the time of canvasing and booking of bike... I have spent more than 1 hour for getting responses from executives even for payment. It's really painful to inform you about poor customer treatment from the above showroom. Seems to be ptactice more customer friendly approches by the sharpline showroom, thalassery... Thanks...

                                  I bought the motor cycle from marikar motorsltd. Thiruvananthapuram on[protected]. I was not allowed a test ride before delivering the vehicle. On the very first riding i experienced a right side pulling and feel that it is not safe to ride the vehicle.
                                  I returned the vehicle to marikar motors and asked for a replacement. They took the vehicle to service center and repaired. But still the defect is there. I want a replacement or return of the money i paid.

                                    Workers were partial they said it would take 90 min but it too nearly 2.5 hours then when the time came to wash my bike they just half washed it and pulled it out to wash another bike who came after me and then they gave lame excuses i want u to contact me asap on my number [protected] really disappointed and i swere i will never ever again will go there rather i would get it repaired by a local serviceman n it was my first service and and the poorest ever experienced

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Today 05/11/18 on the auspicious occassion of dhanterus i went to purchase royal enfield classic 350 chesnut from m/s shreya autoworld private limited, alambagh lucknow. All payment regarding bike i have already made by 03/11/2018. Today i went to take delivery of bike 3 o clock with my dad who is 58 year old. The bike was a gift for my dad from me. At 5:30 pm they have given the bike after all the paperwork which was having damaged tank and rear tyre guard was also bend. When we raise the complain to the showroom manager the manger has changed the bike given the ash white colour which at the time of giving they have not filled fuel tank also after running for 300 metre it suddenly stop. Again we complain the show room manager then they have send the mechanice to fill half litre of petrol. Then we have taken the bike to petrol pump and filled full tank. Then i took the bike to temple for prayer there we saw the fuel is leaking from the bike. Then again i complain to showroom manager he is telling no staff is available take the bike home tommorrow i will send the mechanic. Somhow i managed and brought bike to home.

                                      Today was the auspicious day for me. I wanted to gift the bike to my day but royal enfield and there franchise m/s shreya autoworld private ltd has ruin by day and given me defective bike two times.

                                      It is a worst experience for me from royal enfiled i will never suggest anyone my side to purchase royal enfield. They are cheating the customer and torchering. The franchise owner are only worried about money once they received the money they don’t worried about the customer and supplied defective items to them. Today also m/s shreya autoworld pvt ltd have done the same thing we were in need of the bike and all the payment i have made already so they have supplied the defective bike to us because today i cannot go to other showroom for bike. Really bad day for me and the happiness i wanted to see in my dad face i was not able to see.

                                      My Name is Pravinsinh shinora i bought a new great royal enfield 350 cc bike product from Ambe motors at harni, vadodara. and i got sms registration number plate from RTO 20 days before but theirs no proper responce and metarilise work of my bike number from dealer so pls doo some solution for my complaint.

                                        I have bought royal enfield classic 350 on may/2018 from abc motors perinthalmanna. Now 5800km travelled and completed first two services on time. Now several sprocket of the chain drive have been brocken. I have lubed the chain every 300km properly. Never crossed 60km/h speed on my bike. The front brake stuck, rear brake hitting on road while taking smooth curves are the other two issues with the same bike.

                                        I have bought a royal enfield Classic 350 and is due for secound services but the office from chennai have ban the Merin's Royal Enfield workshop in Shillong, Meghalaya without any prior arrangement for the customer. Who will take the responsible for this.
                                        I have visited two times for the issue of brake noise gear shifting noise gear stuck issue clutch zuddering issue but the service center raghuram auto service not rectified my problem.
