I purchased a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x in the month of May 2018.Some of the parts of the bike are rusted like silencer, Handle Nut, chassi rust which is approved for replacement by the company.However my Tank color has dis appeared because of seat friction and the company said that they won't approve it.I have sent them emails multiple times however as I speak to the representative from First Mumbai service centre they say that company has rejected the tank replacement it has happened due to company fault and my request is to get it replaced as per warranty.Bike also got spark from engine however they just check the rubber and reversed the rubber on the other side of engine so that the spark can't be seen.There is no proper research and development done as to why there's a spark.I want my bike's tank and other parts to get replaced and the engine spark issue fixed or I have to take it to consumer court.I am sending you all email conversations and what's app conversation from Mumbai store Royal Enfield being such a big brand responses to consumers via what's app and not emails.Its real shame.

I am really upset with the service royal Enfiled 1st Mumbai store service centre is providing as I almost met in an accident however there was no car behind me on the highway the silencer came out of the bent pipe I just pushed my bike as I was 100 mts away from my residence.I have already spoken to the road side assistance people.This is the 2nd escalation I am making as my bike was just serviced on 22nd December'18 I don't know what the techincians check or they are even skilled enough to work on the bike or do the servicing properly.
On my 4th service I was told the oil quality is good and need not to be changed till 5th service please look into this.I was also charged for the spark pulg fault were I escalated it on the 1st service.They said that the rubber is not changed in warranty. Please give me a quick response.

Why under age 18 boys doing service in Royal Enfield service station. Royal Enfield don't have professional service engineers. Totally disappointed with Royal Enfield service.

    I purchased RE classic 350 in nov 2017. The 1 year has been the worst experience with my bike. Regular faults are coming in my bike right from first day. I have done every servicing on timely. I have bought my RE Classic 350 from GUJARAT, DIST BHAVNAGAR. My bike number is GJ 04 JH 9986. In this one year I have changed my bike chain as it was damaged. Today I came to know that some bearings have been damaged in my bike and it cost around Rs:2500/. Inspite of regular serving why am I facing these problems in my bike. Am I responsible for it or the service centre. It’s the service centres mistake then why shoult I pay for that.

    Chose RE with a trust, don’t make me regret it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

        I regret to inform you that my royal enfield 350 classic bearing reg no wb 38 ag 2761 having balancing problem on front wheel. I regularly serviced my vehicle at s. G. Automobile service center asansol which is your authorised as per institution of the said service center. I serviced my vehicle and paid. Still the problem has not been rectified.
        I am an unsatisfied customer of royal enfield service. I hope that customer service of royal enfield take my griviance sincerely.

          Sir, i am very much interested to join re family and on 05.11.18 i have booked a bike by paying advance. On 12.11.2018 i have approached the above showroom for completing payment and delivery of bike. But, unfortunately no assistance was received to me from the above showroom executives who were very much keen at the time of canvasing and booking of bike... I have spent more than 1 hour for getting responses from executives even for payment. It's really painful to inform you about poor customer treatment from the above showroom. Seems to be ptactice more customer friendly approches by the sharpline showroom, thalassery... Thanks...

            I bought the motor cycle from marikar motorsltd. Thiruvananthapuram on[protected]. I was not allowed a test ride before delivering the vehicle. On the very first riding i experienced a right side pulling and feel that it is not safe to ride the vehicle.
            I returned the vehicle to marikar motors and asked for a replacement. They took the vehicle to service center and repaired. But still the defect is there. I want a replacement or return of the money i paid.

              Workers were partial they said it would take 90 min but it too nearly 2.5 hours then when the time came to wash my bike they just half washed it and pulled it out to wash another bike who came after me and then they gave lame excuses i want u to contact me asap on my number [protected] really disappointed and i swere i will never ever again will go there rather i would get it repaired by a local serviceman n it was my first service and and the poorest ever experienced

                Dear sir,
                Today 05/11/18 on the auspicious occassion of dhanterus i went to purchase royal enfield classic 350 chesnut from m/s shreya autoworld private limited, alambagh lucknow. All payment regarding bike i have already made by 03/11/2018. Today i went to take delivery of bike 3 o clock with my dad who is 58 year old. The bike was a gift for my dad from me. At 5:30 pm they have given the bike after all the paperwork which was having damaged tank and rear tyre guard was also bend. When we raise the complain to the showroom manager the manger has changed the bike given the ash white colour which at the time of giving they have not filled fuel tank also after running for 300 metre it suddenly stop. Again we complain the show room manager then they have send the mechanice to fill half litre of petrol. Then we have taken the bike to petrol pump and filled full tank. Then i took the bike to temple for prayer there we saw the fuel is leaking from the bike. Then again i complain to showroom manager he is telling no staff is available take the bike home tommorrow i will send the mechanic. Somhow i managed and brought bike to home.

                Today was the auspicious day for me. I wanted to gift the bike to my day but royal enfield and there franchise m/s shreya autoworld private ltd has ruin by day and given me defective bike two times.

                It is a worst experience for me from royal enfiled i will never suggest anyone my side to purchase royal enfield. They are cheating the customer and torchering. The franchise owner are only worried about money once they received the money they don’t worried about the customer and supplied defective items to them. Today also m/s shreya autoworld pvt ltd have done the same thing we were in need of the bike and all the payment i have made already so they have supplied the defective bike to us because today i cannot go to other showroom for bike. Really bad day for me and the happiness i wanted to see in my dad face i was not able to see.

                My Name is Pravinsinh shinora i bought a new great royal enfield 350 cc bike product from Ambe motors at harni, vadodara. and i got sms registration number plate from RTO 20 days before but theirs no proper responce and metarilise work of my bike number from dealer so pls doo some solution for my complaint.

                  I have bought royal enfield classic 350 on may/2018 from abc motors perinthalmanna. Now 5800km travelled and completed first two services on time. Now several sprocket of the chain drive have been brocken. I have lubed the chain every 300km properly. Never crossed 60km/h speed on my bike. The front brake stuck, rear brake hitting on road while taking smooth curves are the other two issues with the same bike.

                  I have bought a royal enfield Classic 350 and is due for secound services but the office from chennai have ban the Merin's Royal Enfield workshop in Shillong, Meghalaya without any prior arrangement for the customer. Who will take the responsible for this.
                  I have visited two times for the issue of brake noise gear shifting noise gear stuck issue clutch zuddering issue but the service center raghuram auto service not rectified my problem.

                    I was about to get a refund of 1381 on the amount i paid for the bike. They made we wait 2 month or a good 4 visits to get the cheque which bounched offcoarse. Now i live a tleast 50 kms away from the place and it's really difficult to go visit the showrrom every other day for such a small amount. Icontacted them and asked them to make the payment directly to my account since the cheque they provided me bounched. But they are refusing to and asking me to collect my cheque in physical which considering the circumstances is difficult. It's been quite a harrasment i have been made to face by the showroom. The people i contact in the showroom are least willing to help.

                      I sujoy bose. A user of royal enfield 350 was very much dissapointed with my second serviceing at siliguri, sevoke road, oyal enfield showroom. They changed my bikes engine oil, but during my journey back home i saw that that engine oil is leaking, because the left the drain nut loosened.

                        I have started using bike from 2015. It's almost 4 years bike. I did service as per schedule at re authorized center only. Daily usage of my bike is less than 25kms. From day 1, i have noticed engine sound and complained with re mechanic in chennai/bangalore & anantapur also but they used to say that no problem. From past 1 month engine sound become more so i gave in service center. Now they are saying that engine problem need to replace some parts. It will cost around 15/20k. I just shocked by hearing that number.

                        It's very pathetic. Worst engines from re.

                          I have booked the bike at worli showroom on 19th october by paying 5000 as booking amount on only one term that i want the delivery on 1st day of diwali which is 6th november. The onraod price was 243000/-. Took the finance from hdfc and got it approved. On friday 26th october i have paid the down payment of 45000/- and again confirmed the on road price and the delivery date where the representative said that 243000 is on road prices and i will get the delivery on 6th november.
                          On saturday, they gave me a call and said that now the bike is coming with the abs and we need to pay 17000/- more.

                          My complain is :
                          1. When i did booking no one told me that if any upgradation is coming in the model we need to pay the differential amount
                          2. I have booked the model with out abs then give me with out abs.
                          3. Even at the time of making the down payment of 45k no one in the showroom informed us about the change in the price including the manager which was co-ordinating with us at that time.

                          This is very disappointing and annoying.

                          I am not going to pay a single penny to royal enfield.

                          I want my bike on first day of diwali which is 6th november with or without abs within the same price.

                          Else i will approach this matter to consumer court.

                            To whom it may concern… wrong choice – royal enfield!?!

                            I’m one of the customer waited few months and bought the royal enfield – classic 350 cc on last year.

                            Post the first service had always additional interaction’s to get complete the services…but till date i felt vibration is more and while ride there’s no support for foot rest… juddering back wheel.

                            Topical familiarities :-

                            I had serviced the bike at 12979 kms on 5th oct and explained that all my concerns are carried out & diagnosed all the problems, but within a week time i started developed a serious problems really the vehicle is unfit to drive also exasperated with the “traditional brand” / company like royal enfield.

                            Aging i given the bike as complaint basis where they put job card on 25th oct and taken back on 26th oct 2018… without any charges they returned my bike without cleaning and more scratches on front mudguard, the worst part is not cleaned my bike where they kept at service centre more than a day time.

                            I really felt very bad and the poor quality of “royal enfield – as a premier brand name in today’s two wheeler market” where the top level team is working hardly to bring the brand name to be top in the global market, but locally where it’s completely destroying their hard works as a challenging the task!!!

                            My real concern is whether the quality of “royal enfield” came down or the authorised service centre partners are pulling down placing may not replacing / cheating the real customers and placing subservience of parts by royal enfield / authorised service centres.

                            Now i’m literally post and start selling the bike and to be relive / recover from the bad experience from the “great – popular” brand company bike since had multiband bikes where ever never faced such serious issues.

                            I writing this to the top managements to look in their customer issues post sale else again the name should to be rummaged on forthcoming dualistic arcade, so please understand the seriousness and start retain the real riders.

                              I got thunderbird 350 x but the manufacturer made a mistake in that because it’s mudguard is too small and we can go in muddy place the bike gets fully mud even a rider too so i request u to change that in your new product for customer satisfaction and i also need to change from your side as soon as possible otherwise i should go to higher authority

                                Myself prafful and i own a himalayan (2016 model - mh04hp8545). Purchased the bike on sept 2016 and completed around 22k kms. I have changed the cone set 3 times over the period and now the service center is asking to change the rear wheel sprocket... Sprocket change at such is early stage and that to for an adventure tourer bike is not a good thing for the brand royal enfield and the cone set i have changed thrice again raising questions on the quality of the parts used by royal enfield..
                                Kindly do something as i don't want to regret my decision of getting associated with the brand...

                                Your bike has a class in the market but due to some reckless guys your reputation is hampered a lot. It's because of the loud sound. It's now going beyond the acceptable limit.Make sure that no one can change the silencer of their wish and get that big loud sound out of it..

                                  On 20th of october i dropped my bike off at “authorised royal enfiled servive center” that is brahmi motors in udupi, karnataka for the 6th paid service.

                                  While dropping off i mentiond several issues like the slight valve tappet noice, vibration noice from headlight, chain banging noices and rear break squeek. Out of these all mentioned, only the general service was done.

                                  No other repair was even attempted and when i asked the manager about it, his reply to every problem was “this is comman in royal enfield motorcycles”

                                  So much for authorised service centers, i could have goot it serviced at a good garage nearby me who at least would try to solve the problems i mentiond.

                                  Another ignorance by the servicemen,
                                  Break light switch spring for rear break was left un connected and thank god i mentioned it there itself.

                                  Please improve you service outlets. Even the employees dont give a #. I waited 15 mins outside the showroom while the service representative was busy talking on his phone instead of taking service notes and completely ignoring me even after seeing me.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I had purchased this royal enfield bike 350std blk [kl-07-cl-120] on 03/06/18 from royal enfield brand stores no 25/85a, koonamthai, edappally, kochi, kerala,. At idle the engine start to produce a unusual vibration and loud sound after first service. This was reported to re customer care manager and their team. They had serviced accordingly. But after again the engine noisy sound has become more louder than the previous time. During that time i had contacted the show room staff but they were not helpful. I am not using this vehicle for the last few months as it is very noisy. Presently, i am on a visit to kuwait and will be back in december this year. I want my royal enfield ready for ride by then. As you are aware the vehicle is still under warranty period. I could not go for a single ride satisfactorily till now.
                                    Therefore, this is my humble request to you to interfere in the matter and direct the concerned staff to rectify the system of my re.

                                    I hope you may take necessary action in this regard.

                                      louder sound from engine classic 350

                                      I have been owning classic 350 bs iv from 16/01/2018 [kl-59-r-3845]. At idle the engine start to produce a unusual vibration and loud sound after first service when riding above 40km/hr speed.                                       Respected sir,
                                      I m suresh patil currently employed as deputy superintendent of police in maharashtra state. The service provided to me by the gadhinglaj branch dealer (Pin code : 416502) was of extremely poor quality. Their response was arrogant and showed lack of hospitality. Such kind of service is not expected from a brand like royal enfield. To speak the truth i have lost the passion to ride that bike due to such service. The kind of training that is provided to the employees in such showrooms raises questions in our mind. I hope proper action is taken on the owner of that showroom.
