Very sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the behavior of service staff at "Solitair Automative service center, Sector-63, Noida" and the first service given to my bullet just after 20 days of purchased a new "Royal Enfield Bullet".
Front wheel alignment problem is solved, front break problem is solved.
Bike starting problem is solved.
But
my measure concern was about "the weird noise of the Engine" which is not rectified and now it is sounding much worse as compare to the sound before this first service.
When I went there for the 1st service 4 days before, there card boy & the mechanic who repaired the bike listened the abnormal sound in the engine and assured me that "Haan Engine Mein awaaz h par tension mat lo thodi si setting karne ke baad ye bilkul thik ho jaegi". Same words repeated by there Floor Manager Mr. Rakesh and both of them promised me that will be ok after first service and few settings inside the side panel.
Now the Engine is sounding worse and now they are saying that "Ye awaaz to New Bullets mein aati hi h, 2 saal ki guaranty h, aap chalao, koi dikkat nahi aayegi". While I have checked other new and old Bullets, there engine sound really nice as compare to mine.
The gear shifting problem is still persisting while driving, shifting down from 2-1 gear, it stuck there but the service engg. who repaired it said "Splendor ki tarah aaram se mat badlo, jor se per maro ye Bullet h"
while before service I told them the same problem.
I am sure there is not a single certified "Royal Enfield Service Enggineer". They all are local mechanics only have experience of repairing local bikes not Bullets.
Rather than listening their customer's problem genuinely and solving them honestly, they are imposing there thinking on the customer and trying to close the complaint as soon as possible. If they can't solve the problem there must be a certified and well experienced mechanic behind them to solved the problem and if this is manufacturing fault and cannot be repaired it must be replaced with a new engine to keep the reputation of "Royal Enfield" as it sounds by name.
Even from your side my complaint no. CCSHOC[protected] DATED 10.4.2018 is closed without my permission while the bike was in the service center at that time, even nobody informed me, just received a msg from your end that the complaint is closed.
I have been using Maruti car, Bajaj & Hero bikes and there staff and mechanics are much polite and experienced as compare to yours. More than 50 times I got my other vehicle serviced from their Authorized service centers and every time I got full satisfaction against my problems but here with "Royal Enfield" from back-end to front end everybody is making me fool. They all behave like frustrated Govt. Employees.
Nobody cares how the customer is suffering even after spending Rs. 1.5 Lakhs from his hard earning money.
After this very first "Royal Enfield" service experience in my life I realized my mistake of purchasing a "Royal Enfield" bike.
It is just a waste of my money.
Waste of time & mental harassment for me now and interesting thing is that its all happening within the first month of new Bullet even when I didn't get the Registration no. of the vehicle.
