I was about to get a refund of 1381 on the amount i paid for the bike. They made we wait 2 month or a good 4 visits to get the cheque which bounched offcoarse. Now i live a tleast 50 kms away from the place and it's really difficult to go visit the showrrom every other day for such a small amount. Icontacted them and asked them to make the payment directly to my account since the cheque they provided me bounched. But they are refusing to and asking me to collect my cheque in physical which considering the circumstances is difficult. It's been quite a harrasment i have been made to face by the showroom. The people i contact in the showroom are least willing to help.

    I sujoy bose. A user of royal enfield 350 was very much dissapointed with my second serviceing at siliguri, sevoke road, oyal enfield showroom. They changed my bikes engine oil, but during my journey back home i saw that that engine oil is leaking, because the left the drain nut loosened.

      I have started using bike from 2015. It's almost 4 years bike. I did service as per schedule at re authorized center only. Daily usage of my bike is less than 25kms. From day 1, i have noticed engine sound and complained with re mechanic in chennai/bangalore & anantapur also but they used to say that no problem. From past 1 month engine sound become more so i gave in service center. Now they are saying that engine problem need to replace some parts. It will cost around 15/20k. I just shocked by hearing that number.

      It's very pathetic. Worst engines from re.

        I have booked the bike at worli showroom on 19th october by paying 5000 as booking amount on only one term that i want the delivery on 1st day of diwali which is 6th november. The onraod price was 243000/-. Took the finance from hdfc and got it approved. On friday 26th october i have paid the down payment of 45000/- and again confirmed the on road price and the delivery date where the representative said that 243000 is on road prices and i will get the delivery on 6th november.
        On saturday, they gave me a call and said that now the bike is coming with the abs and we need to pay 17000/- more.

        My complain is :
        1. When i did booking no one told me that if any upgradation is coming in the model we need to pay the differential amount
        2. I have booked the model with out abs then give me with out abs.
        3. Even at the time of making the down payment of 45k no one in the showroom informed us about the change in the price including the manager which was co-ordinating with us at that time.

        This is very disappointing and annoying.

        I am not going to pay a single penny to royal enfield.

        I want my bike on first day of diwali which is 6th november with or without abs within the same price.

        Else i will approach this matter to consumer court.

          To whom it may concern… wrong choice – royal enfield!?!

          I’m one of the customer waited few months and bought the royal enfield – classic 350 cc on last year.

          Post the first service had always additional interaction’s to get complete the services…but till date i felt vibration is more and while ride there’s no support for foot rest… juddering back wheel.

          Topical familiarities :-

          I had serviced the bike at 12979 kms on 5th oct and explained that all my concerns are carried out & diagnosed all the problems, but within a week time i started developed a serious problems really the vehicle is unfit to drive also exasperated with the “traditional brand” / company like royal enfield.

          Aging i given the bike as complaint basis where they put job card on 25th oct and taken back on 26th oct 2018… without any charges they returned my bike without cleaning and more scratches on front mudguard, the worst part is not cleaned my bike where they kept at service centre more than a day time.

          I really felt very bad and the poor quality of “royal enfield – as a premier brand name in today’s two wheeler market” where the top level team is working hardly to bring the brand name to be top in the global market, but locally where it’s completely destroying their hard works as a challenging the task!!!

          My real concern is whether the quality of “royal enfield” came down or the authorised service centre partners are pulling down placing may not replacing / cheating the real customers and placing subservience of parts by royal enfield / authorised service centres.

          Now i’m literally post and start selling the bike and to be relive / recover from the bad experience from the “great – popular” brand company bike since had multiband bikes where ever never faced such serious issues.

          I writing this to the top managements to look in their customer issues post sale else again the name should to be rummaged on forthcoming dualistic arcade, so please understand the seriousness and start retain the real riders.

            I got thunderbird 350 x but the manufacturer made a mistake in that because it’s mudguard is too small and we can go in muddy place the bike gets fully mud even a rider too so i request u to change that in your new product for customer satisfaction and i also need to change from your side as soon as possible otherwise i should go to higher authority

              Myself prafful and i own a himalayan (2016 model - mh04hp8545). Purchased the bike on sept 2016 and completed around 22k kms. I have changed the cone set 3 times over the period and now the service center is asking to change the rear wheel sprocket... Sprocket change at such is early stage and that to for an adventure tourer bike is not a good thing for the brand royal enfield and the cone set i have changed thrice again raising questions on the quality of the parts used by royal enfield..
              Kindly do something as i don't want to regret my decision of getting associated with the brand...

              Your bike has a class in the market but due to some reckless guys your reputation is hampered a lot. It's because of the loud sound. It's now going beyond the acceptable limit.Make sure that no one can change the silencer of their wish and get that big loud sound out of it..

                On 20th of october i dropped my bike off at “authorised royal enfiled servive center” that is brahmi motors in udupi, karnataka for the 6th paid service.

                While dropping off i mentiond several issues like the slight valve tappet noice, vibration noice from headlight, chain banging noices and rear break squeek. Out of these all mentioned, only the general service was done.

                No other repair was even attempted and when i asked the manager about it, his reply to every problem was “this is comman in royal enfield motorcycles”

                So much for authorised service centers, i could have goot it serviced at a good garage nearby me who at least would try to solve the problems i mentiond.

                Another ignorance by the servicemen,
                Break light switch spring for rear break was left un connected and thank god i mentioned it there itself.

                Please improve you service outlets. Even the employees dont give a #. I waited 15 mins outside the showroom while the service representative was busy talking on his phone instead of taking service notes and completely ignoring me even after seeing me.

                  Dear sir,
                  I had purchased this royal enfield bike 350std blk [kl-07-cl-120] on 03/06/18 from royal enfield brand stores no 25/85a, koonamthai, edappally, kochi, kerala,. At idle the engine start to produce a unusual vibration and loud sound after first service. This was reported to re customer care manager and their team. They had serviced accordingly. But after again the engine noisy sound has become more louder than the previous time. During that time i had contacted the show room staff but they were not helpful. I am not using this vehicle for the last few months as it is very noisy. Presently, i am on a visit to kuwait and will be back in december this year. I want my royal enfield ready for ride by then. As you are aware the vehicle is still under warranty period. I could not go for a single ride satisfactorily till now.
                  Therefore, this is my humble request to you to interfere in the matter and direct the concerned staff to rectify the system of my re.

                  I hope you may take necessary action in this regard.

                    Hello re,
                    I have been owning classic 350 bs iv from 16/01/2018 [kl-59-r-3845]. At idle the engine start to produce a unusual vibration and loud sound after first service when riding above 40km/hr speed. This problem was informed to service centre officials on every time of service. But they are not ready to solve that issue.
                    When i consult workshop from outside who is expert in repairing re bullet, they told that loud sound from engine is due to the problem crank shaft, shaft bearing, connecting rod bearing, camshaft, rocker arm. They can solve the issue if i seek help. So i request re to solve my issue or give my expense of the repairing done from outside workshop or replacing my motorcycle by issuing a new one
                    After 4th service i kept my bike in the re service centre thaliparamba
                    (Kannur district, kerala). It's been 3 weeks, service centre officials not contacted me yet. Service centre is providing bad service, i am not satisfied it.
                    I need a proper reply from re company. I hope that i will get a reply soon

                      I m suresh patil currently employed as deputy superintendent of police in maharashtra state. The service provided to me by the gadhinglaj branch dealer (Pin code : 416502) was of extremely poor quality. Their response was arrogant and showed lack of hospitality. Such kind of service is not expected from a brand like royal enfield. To speak the truth i have lost the passion to ride that bike due to such service. The kind of training that is provided to the employees in such showrooms raises questions in our mind. I hope proper action is taken on the owner of that showroom.

                        Last week i have received a delivery of re standard 350 from south west moto rcorp india pvt ltd, kasaragod, kerala showroom. Before reaching home i felt an extra sound from the engine on 4th gear through rough road and vehicle pulls toward right automatically when we take hand from handle. So i called the sales team and said the complaint that day itself. But they told that they are done the test drive about 4 km and did not found any complaint. So if you have complaint please visit us on next working day. So as per there voice i toke the vehicle to showroom next day itself. But they did not resolve the complaint yet and did not accept there mistake. T is the fault of the sails department they could check the vehicle before delivery, but they didn't check. Now it's the 3rd day vehicle is in showroom, so what should i do?

I reached showroom today evening... They gave my bike but my new bike looks very dirty and damage i was very disappointed... Very poor service they not gave proper response... Finally they said...                             I have purchased my new bike from Whitefield Motors, Bangalore on 20th Mar 2018. Since then my bike is more in service centre than me. The engine is making so much of noise and i took to the same service centre so many times. Every time they will take the bike for 10 days and after that the same issue is repeating again and again with in a day. I told them, there is a defect in the bike since day one but they are not ready to replace the bike or at least the engine. Now also my bike is in service centre only. I need a permanent solution for this issue by replacing the bike. I am so much dis pointed with the bike after buying with so much exited. I need some ones help to get my new bike with replacement. Please let me know if any further information required from my side.

                            I have purchased a royal Enfield standard 350 cc bike on 20/03/2018 from WhiteField Motors, Bangalore . But I had very bad experience about quality of bike in one month only. Some bad and very loud noise like tik tik tik is coming from Engine. Which is very odd and felt shame to ride in the city. I have checked from workshop also . Other bikes are not showing the same noise . This bike has some problems in manufacturing. The company is not checking quality control before selling. I can not recommend others to purchase the royal Enfield . My problem can be resolved at earliest by replacing the bike or engine. Till now i went to WhiteField Motors, Bangalore service centre more than 15 times. Most of the times they took 10 days to check the issue but handover the bike without proper correction. Now i got fed-up with their service. I need my money back or replacement of new bike. Please advice me.

                              Hi..I purchased a Royal Enfield desertstorm 500 a year back...the crash guard which came along with the bike started rusting and I got it replaced from the company itself...the 2nd crash guard broke into half within a week..got it replaced ..the 3rd crash guard also broke at the same place...I complained regarding the poor material quality and asked for a replacement...I didn't get any..they r being very irresponsible..I complained many time to customer care..no actions were taken..yet...I regret buying this bike every day of my life..

                                I am very regret to inform you that your gautam service centre in muzaffarpur having very pathetic conditions.
                                As you know we spend much money to buy a royal enfield at the same time expect good service from your side but here situations are very different. The staff of service centre is not even bothering about your brand and also not keeping time which they written in receipt even not to inform customers about the delay and reason
                                They have practised to delay the customer and only wash the bike and handed over to the customer so that they are not able to identify whether sevicing is done or not. This is my fourth servicing and always i got same results
                                Please investigate the matter otherwise i will take a legal action

                                I have bought a Thunderbird 350x on last 14 sep. But till today the showroom did not delivery my bike. Bike registration done on last week. They told that leg guard is not available. So the didn't delivery my bike. The salesman are so much misbehaving and cheating with customer.

                                  Royal enfield; an international brand for bikes which is expected to provide the best of everything to their customers has drowned our expectations and trust towards the company.
                                  We have paid them the asked price on time but in return the company is not providing with the promised services.
                                  Also hospitality that is expected from the company was not shown. Behaviour of employees was not respectable and was quite harsh. I am really disappointed by overall services of the company.
                                  I really doubt it’s existence as a competitive company in the international market in the near future if same goes on.

                                    I have my re chestnut 350 for servicing in i speed motors service center purasavakam. They charged me 4000 rupees and said that they have change the rear break shoe and the charged me 300 for that. But within two days the break spring got cut and started giving an irritating sound along with vibration. Also i informed them that there are dust particles in the front disc caliber. But they ignored that as well. Very poor level of service. Did i pay 4000 to come back aging with a complaint in my bike with one day loss of pay to my office.

                                      I purchased my royal enefield himalayan bike in june and everything was fine then.
                                      3 months later i come to know about the himalayan with abs that was hidden from all royal enfield customers.
                                      Now i have started to have problems with my bike as it makes lots of noise and the brake makes a lot of noise as well.
                                      My tube of the back tyre has torn as well just within 3 months and i had to pay to get that repaired as well.
                                      As a owner of a royal enfield i expect much more and not this kind of service that i have got and the most annoying part is that the details of the abs version also was hidden from the customers.
                                      I could have waited if that was informed to me.
                                      Really disappointed.
                                      I would like to be compensated for this in some way as i am really unhappy right now.

                                        It's the most third class efi unit and it's fuel injector block in every 3 months and after 6 months it has to changed... Pls update it in carb version... Efi versionis worst you give... I bought it in 2015... And i am suffering it like most ever fault i does.. Pls indian government take some action... They are fooling their customer... Only making new models and fooling customer
                                        Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        How can a bike like Royal Enfield come without Leg Guard. They provide a compulsory helmets but unlike most other manufacturers, the bullet comes without a legguard. Why is that? How can a bike manufacturer be allowed to sell bikes of this capacity without basic safety measures like a legguard?
