At 29 september i was going through third service of my royal enfield 350 classic at bikaner royal enfield service centre
Service not done properly even they didn’t touched air cleaner, chain service.
Even they didn’t touched bolts of stands of bike
They stole some part
Parts are missing after serving and another are replaced.
Can i go fill a case in a legal way
Either do a way to make my bike serviceable

    I have a classic chrome 500 cc which i bought in 2014. I recently came to know that the chassis has broken bear the side stand beside keeping it we'll maintained. My bike has always been timely serviced and is single handed ie no one has ever driven my bike except me. I contacted royal enfield by many ways twitter mail and directly to service centre and always they said they won't do anything because it is a 4 years old vehicle. My question to them is whether the life of a rider is so cheap that they are making sub standard products which might take someone's life.
    Chassis has to be the strongest part of a vehicle and no matter vehicle is 10 years old, it cannot break in any chance.
    Right now i am in bangalore and when i saw the crack i was in mysore. I immediately got it welded because i had to return to bangalore and can't ride with a broken chassis.
    Re has lost its charm of making the quality product and is just making profit by making sub standard products.
    My love for re has changed to hatred. But i will fight for my rights. If i am paying 2 lakhs for a good product i except the same.

    Soon after this complaint was filed, royal Enfield area manager and area service manager contacted me . They assured me that the chassis will be replaced free of cost within 15 days . To a surprise, the company fulfilled there commitment and that too withing 15 days . Special thanks to CVS motors who took this matter with utmost priority and and repaired the bike beyond my expectations .

    How can a bike like Royal Enfield come without Leg Guard. They provide a compulsory helmets but unlike most other manufacturers, the bullet comes without a legguard. Why is that? How can a bike manufacturer be allowed to sell bikes of this capacity without basic safety measures like a legguard?

      Sir i was trying to find the driving chain of royal enfield classic 350cc of my near by agency named syv motors laheriasarai darbhanga bihar 846001 from last 25 days but still the agency is saying that it is not available.
      I am facing lots of difficulties due to this. If the company dont want to avail the spare parts then why he sales the product.

        Hi team,
        This is chandra from hyderabad.

        I had a bad experience at re company service center, sanath nagar, hyderabad.
        I gave my thunderbird 350 bike for servicing on 21st september (Friday) with some repair work and part changes.
        I got an estimate of 3k and i expected another 3k for rear disc change. The contact person informed me for clutch plate and few more parts changes.
        I expected the final bill to be around 9k.
        I collected my bike on 23rd september (Sunday). To my surprise the actual bill was 17k. This included various parts changes and charges. The major one being rear caliper change for 6k. Which was not informed to me.

        Even the bike delivered to me was not washed, dont know about servicing if they did or not. When i asked, the person informed me that there was some problem with washing pipe set due to which they did not do the washing.
        I am attaching a copy of invoice and some of the bike pictures.

        Though i paid full amount but would definitely not accept such a high bill. Could you look into it and refund the extra amount paid.
        Attached is the invoice copy.
        I reached out to re customer support and responded that they will look into it, its been 11 days now, have not heard anything from them.

          I complaint about jerk and tak tak sound in rear chain sprocket assembly but service center told me it's not a serious issue. It was my third service. Then again i asked them to resolve the same issue on 4th service but no solution. I thought they may be correct but again on 5th service same problem. Now after fifth service they told me your sprocket assembly needs to be changed which will cost around rs 4000. My question is that i drive my bike very carefully and drive only on plain road which is a highway in chennai, then why this problem came so early. I went for every service before time because they kept calling again and again for servicing, my fifth servie was done at 8000 kms only on 21/09/18, which means i m going servicing my bike before time.. Still problems are there and they are blaming me for this damage. It is not my fault at all but low quality parts of royal enfield. I want to complaint against this issue. I want resolution for this issue. I hope my issue will be take care of in time. Otherwise i have to talk to my lawyer to file a case against them.

                Dear sir/madam.. This is john moses p. Two days back i've purchased my latest brand new royal enfield from the chennai thirumullaivoyal dino motors showroom which is a authorised royal enfield outlet.. While displaying the model, they've said that they will be providing the vehicle color helmet which is a complementary product... Later they r refusing to give me that and just throwing away a normal low model helmet.. When i asked them, they r behaving rude and said i[censored] need u collect or else no helmet for u.. I've been a series hurt from that showroom. So i request you to pls take necessary action against the showroom and make me provide the desired helmet for that bike which i purchased..

                  I have been driving other bikes for last 15+ years but as this is my first royal enfield bullet so i was not aware about the bullet engine's genuine sound. When i listen the sound on the first day, i thought that will be ok after few kms. But when my friends who have been using bullet for a long time listened the engine's sound they shocked and ask me to throw back this bullet in the showroom as there was very bad crank noise in the engine on the very first day.

                  Next day on the way to my office i felt the front wheel was bubbling, i thought due to low air pressure but when the tyre mechanic checked he told me that the front wheel alignment is very bad and it's breaks are not friction-free, they need to be replaced or repaired because it may cause an accident. I was out of the town so i had to pay and get the front wheel's breaks repaired there at a pvt. Bullet mechanic, as he was an experienced bullet mechanic (20+ year experience of repairing bullets) he listened the engine noise and told me the same thing as my friend suggested that there was engine's crank noise which is not a good sign.

                  Before purchasing this bullet i was dreaming that i would drive like a royal man as royal enfield has huge respect in the world as a solid a perfact bike but everything went wrong with this particular peace. Sometime's it takes 8-10 kicks to get start and its battery meter never goes into green line (Charging) always kept in middle while driving also, i don't know if the battery is defective of it works like this?

                  I am highly disappointed with the performance of your bullet (Particularly this as i am huge fan of royal enfield bullet and i want to drive bullet only but not this type of defective peace).

                  The meter is just crossed only 500 kms and it's first service is about to be done but i am getting problem like a 20+ years old bike.

                  1) front wheel alignment problem can be repaired no issue.
                  2) if the battery is defective can be replaced, no issue.
                  3) bike kick starting problem can be solved after replacing the battery, no issue.
                  4) the bikes pickup & mileage is ok as i am still driving 50-55 km/hr as suggested by the showroom's delivery man at the time of delivery.
                  5) gear shifting problem while gearing down from 3rd to 2nd, 2nd to 1st and it also stuck between neutral to 1st. It's a serious problem as this is a new bullet will get suggestion from your engg. At the time of visit.
                  6) there is very little oil signs on the engine may be serious issue.

                  But

                  7) what about the new engine's abnormal crank noise?

                  Neither i'll accept this defective engine nor repairing of this engine at any cost.

                  How could anybody get the engine repaired just within first 500 kms of his vehicle?

                  I want this defective engine must be replaced with a new genuine bullet engine after checking the real royal enfield sound.

                  I purchased royal enfield and i want the same feel while driving on road, not like a trackter or deaser engine of a generator.

                  I love royal enfield bullet from my childhood and wants to drive the same perfect new bullet soon. I will forget all the issues if the company listen my problems like a genuine brand and solve them as per customer's satisfaction.

                  I believe that the world's best bike company "royal enfield" will take the matter seriously and get it solved very soon before an escalation.

                  Waiting for a positive, quick and favorable action from royal enfield.

                  Dear Team,

                  Very sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the behavior of service staff at "Solitair Automative service center, Sector-63, Noida" and the first service given to my bullet just after 20 days of purchased a new "Royal Enfield Bullet".

                  Front wheel alignment problem is solved, front break problem is solved.
                  Bike starting problem is solved.

                  But

                  my measure concern was about "the weird noise of the Engine" which is not rectified and now it is sounding much worse as compare to the sound before this first service.

                  When I went there for the 1st service 4 days before, there card boy & the mechanic who repaired the bike listened the abnormal sound in the engine and assured me that "Haan Engine Mein awaaz h par tension mat lo thodi si setting karne ke baad ye bilkul thik ho jaegi". Same words repeated by there Floor Manager Mr. Rakesh and both of them promised me that will be ok after first service and few settings inside the side panel.

                  Now the Engine is sounding worse and now they are saying that "Ye awaaz to New Bullets mein aati hi h, 2 saal ki guaranty h, aap chalao, koi dikkat nahi aayegi". While I have checked other new and old Bullets, there engine sound really nice as compare to mine.

                  The gear shifting problem is still persisting while driving, shifting down from 2-1 gear, it stuck there but the service engg. who repaired it said "Splendor ki tarah aaram se mat badlo, jor se per maro ye Bullet h"
                  while before service I told them the same problem.

                  I am sure there is not a single certified "Royal Enfield Service Enggineer". They all are local mechanics only have experience of repairing local bikes not Bullets.
                  Rather than listening their customer's problem genuinely and solving them honestly, they are imposing there thinking on the customer and trying to close the complaint as soon as possible. If they can't solve the problem there must be a certified and well experienced mechanic behind them to solved the problem and if this is manufacturing fault and cannot be repaired it must be replaced with a new engine to keep the reputation of "Royal Enfield" as it sounds by name.

                  Even from your side my complaint no. CCSHOC[protected] DATED 10.4.2018 is closed without my permission while the bike was in the service center at that time, even nobody informed me, just received a msg from your end that the complaint is closed.

                  I have been using Maruti car, Bajaj & Hero bikes and there staff and mechanics are much polite and experienced as compare to yours. More than 50 times I got my other vehicle serviced from their Authorized service centers and every time I got full satisfaction against my problems but here with "Royal Enfield" from back-end to front end everybody is making me fool. They all behave like frustrated Govt. Employees.

                  Nobody cares how the customer is suffering even after spending Rs. 1.5 Lakhs from his hard earning money.
                  After this very first "Royal Enfield" service experience in my life I realized my mistake of purchasing a "Royal Enfield" bike.
                  It is just a waste of my money.
                  Waste of time & mental harassment for me now and interesting thing is that its all happening within the first month of new Bullet even when I didn't get the Registration no. of the vehicle.

                  On 24/04/2018 I purchased a motor vehicle from Aditi Motors, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Royal Enfield Bullet 350 /2018/RJ14WH3710). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is blow by it may be engine seize..so pls help

                    Vehicle no mh03 cw 7928, don't use royal name when using cheap poor pitiful garbage quality parts in new bullet 350. Putting royal name doesn't make you royal is big slap on royal name. I have bought so called royal enfield 350 its just 8-9 months within six months clutch plate got scraped, engine polished gone, silencer got rusted.
                    And sakinaka royal enfield service center never pick call still bullet is in service center. Know a days built quality is really bad, plz don't buy royal enfield bullet its big scam, you will fill miserable after seeing after sale service and parts quality. No hard filling only truth speaking.

                    Just know in royal Enfield service center Sakinaka, they are saying clutch plate got scrapped just two months ago new clutch plate installed from this service center again clutch plate gone pathetic quality Royal Enfield

                      My name is arun, i have royal enfild cllasic 350 up15 br 2094. I had purchase new royal enfild classic 350 silver in 2015, but some battery charging & engine oil leakage issue in my bike last 3 month. Then i got bike service in nutech motors but the problem remained the same. Service center (Nutech motors llp 28 west rithani delhi road meerut) told me that issue in battery and we had replace new battery 3 time but since last 1 month my bike electric self not proper working and engine oil leak is similar. I had visit at (Nutech motors) in september on 30th but service center engineer told me that this issue in battery. Then i told them that we have changed three new batteries in 3 months. Then we gave our bike for the service and wrote all the problems to them and talked to them to solve all problems. Finally today we went to take our bike on delivery time (3-oct-18) and we found that the bike is still the same old problem.in the meanwhile we never received any call or message. After this we met with the nutech motors service manager and asked him why our bike was not right and if there was any problem then why was not we told? He had no any answer. After much debate, then he called his engineer and asked why the bike has not been repaired and he told that the engine will have to be opened to stop engine oil leakage and and the battery is getting worse because the bike alternator is faulty. Then we said that why not open the engine and what is the meaning of service charge. After a very long discussion, we asked him to change the alternator, he said that we do not have spare parts available, it will take time to arrive. This time both problems with my bike are intact. I am very disappointed for his work process and service.
                      So please help us. Kindly do the appropriate action against nutech motors meerut.

                      Very very bad service & process to bad, no have any guideline of bike service or checkpoint. Very shameful for royal enfield.

                        Problems

                        1. Self-switch getting stuck and causing a problem.

                        The question raised to your delivery executive

                        The solution provided:- your executive said its just fine due to dust you can fix this during the first service they will apply spray

                        Result - after 1st t service problem reduced but not fixed still it gets stuck. No response from your
                        Service center
                        2. Bike was lagging bit to right same was questioned.
                        The question raised to your delivery executive after a day of ride.

                        The solution provided:- it is due to the fork cork must be tight after riding for a few days it will be fixed in the first service

                        Result - same has explained too service guy on the first service and the problem is not fixed after the first service. Along with it after first service the silence was not fixed properly, still i didn't understand why did they touch silencer during the first service when there was no complaint raised by me on it, i doubt is new silencer replaced during service.

                        After all these issues the worst part was yesterday on 1 st oct on my long bike ride with my biker members.
                        I was traveling to coimbatore from bangalore, it was after 27 m from krishnagiri and i was traveling around 70 km/hr speed suddenly the bike started wobbling and that increased where i almost lost the control in that highway. It took 50 to 80 mts to get the bike in control somehow and saved my life from that big trucks behind me. Somehow i managed to get a bike in control, then i tried to understand what went wrong it was a flat tire, can i believe this 25 days old bike smoothly used bike no nail no stone damage nothing suddenly if i lose control in the middle of that highway can you imagine the scene how can i trust this bike and go anymore.
                        After all these incidents no royal enfield service centers in dharmapuri, krishnagiri and salem have royal enfield es bike wheel tube - size 19, would you believe this and even no service center helped us we left the bike there itself continued our journey, planned to fix while return. After all searches in above-mentioned places including mrf, jkr tyre manufacturers we failed to get this tube, after 4-5 hours of search by me and my friends we found some local tube in small shop @ dharmapuri, i am still wondering royal enfield being such a brand how could all this negligence happen.

                        I have an image of the tube it was so worst and i never saw the tube with no brand name on it, garage people says its some local tube, how can such a brand name vehicle use such tubes by charging that much amount on the vehicle.

                        After all, somehow i managed to fix it in my return and still the wheel wobbling is there i can't ride my bike more than 60km/hr.
                        I am fed up with the irresponsible answers from both showroom and service centers.

                        Overall all that i am requesting from your team, kindly replace my bike with properly tested one or refund, i lost faith on this bike what i have now and i can't trust him and go on roads
                        I never thought i will get such feel on this bike just for 1110 km ride and 30 days old till day.

                        If required all the images videos are available with me and i am looking forward to the better assistance or i will be forced to go legally against a company, showroom, service center, and tyre tube manufacturers, all these would coast my life as well my friends.

                          Worst service ever.. This is my bike’s 3rd service. And already done the entry in the morning by 8:30. Sup given me the time frame of 3 hrs.. But when i came after 4 hrs. My bike was parked outside without any work.. It was just a oil change, air filter and oil filter change. Which didnt happen on time.. I was roamed here and there and all rep said that you need to speak to the advisor.. Is this kind of service cx really want?

                            I purchased classic 350 black on 09/jan/2018

                            Till now i am getting problem of rear alloy wheel whenever i visited your work shop they always fix that problem but in 2 or 3 days it started again i am really fed up from your services and there false commitment. When i purchased bike from your dealer that is manmohan auto store chandigarh i made the payment in one go of 1 lakh 60 thousand i did not ask for any discount from them and alloy wheels are also included in that till now my rear wheel is making so much noise and today morning my rear wheel stucked and not moving ahead. Yesterday when i visited the work shop they said "its fine now sir you will not face any problem like" always they use to say like this but they did not mean it. Every time i go they ask me to pay for bearing that is not done. I purchased insurance also of 1 year from your store and alloys insurance also at same time when i puchased my bike from manmohan auto chandigarh.

                            This is how you treat customers.

                            Please take bike from my home and refund me my whole amount that is 1lakh, 60 thousand.

                            I am really fed up now kindly take my bike and refund me all of my money.

                            Other wise i have to take legal action against you guys.

                              I have left the vehicle for service in ecity motor in kudlu gate center on 27.9.18 after taking delivery the vehicle fountain that noise in rear wheel again i came for service center to show they told that there is an issue with wheel bearing and i told to go ahead but now they r telling that there is an issue in rear wheel hub saying that it has been broken and i visited to workshop to see that found that they have been hitter it by hammer while servicing resulting got damage in rear wheel hub i contacted to branch manager but there was no proper response and saying that u can complain anywhere else.
                              Now i need a replacement of the part

                                Sir,
                                Apologies for bothering you again. My bike with reg. No.-dl5sbp8000, which was serviced at amar automobile (Jhilmil). I was told that by the service manager that my bike's carburetor was not working properly that's why the changed it without having my permission, i paid them. Even then the problem is still there and now they are not making any efforts to solve it. I requested the manager the mr. Manoj but he misbehaved with me. Then i went to (T. S. M) mr. Sachin kumar, even he didn't acknowledge it. He said "we don't need every customer tobe satisfied, i have my 90% satisfied customers". Also he asked us to leave and go to consumer court as he (Mr. Sachin) believes royal enfield has a team of lawyers for handling these cases.
                                It's an request please give me a contact no. Or email id of someone senior to mr. Sachin who can handle my complaint.

                                  I m sachinkumar gajjar, i have royal enfield bike 350cc vehicle no gj27 bq 8380

                                  Noise level of bike is higher compared to normal royal enfield, more than five to six times complaint in service centre at royal enfield sarabhai motor ghodasar ahmedabad gujarat.

                                  They told me everything is ok, but actually not like that. I m surprised and shocked by their answer.

                                  My humble request to you please solve my issues asap.

                                    This is a very bed experience in sarabhai motors ahmedabad for my clasic 350 service, when i show my bike to service adviser for servicing at that time he gives me a quotation around 7000 inr and he ask me you can collact your bike at 3pm but actually he call me at 11am an tell me you need you need to change a clutch assembly and 12000 km kit and disk - break servicing and engine oil leak gasket, etc.. Then your bike was work fine and your all the problem was solved than i said ok you can do as per your talk after that when i ask him for the delivery he ask me just 30 min. He ask me more than 5 times and he gives me delivery at 7pm and i check my bike i see my bike was not completed washing very bad, clutch wire grommet missing, break lite not working properly, oil leak problem are not solved but hi gives me bill and you need to pay and if you need to solve this problem you can came tomorrow. What the hell... I am very disappointed but actually i have some emergency at that time so i left and i complain in about this issue in sarabhai motors but its doesn't solved.

                                      I have purchased gun metal gray bike on november 2017 in athapur show room, hyderabad. Since a month i am facing an issue with my bike rare disk.in a month i have given my bike for service with rare disk. Still the issue is not resolved. Even two days back i met with an accident due to disk problem.
                                      I need a solution from about this.

                                        Meri new bick hai meny kafi bar jis show room se li thi bick waha dikhaya but waha se mujhy kuch fayda ni huwa. Meri bick self start ni hoti. Kabhi kabhi light bhi apny app hi off hojati hai. Meri bick ki Betty problem hai abhi 3 mahiny bhi pury ni huwy meri bullet classic 350 hai. Me chahta hu ki meri bick ki ye problem thik ki jay.
