This is s. Karthick selva kumar. I purchased royal enfield thunder bird 350 cc on may 2018 from nagarbhavi k. R. Motors (Bangalore). I have been facing so many troubles daily in r e thunder bird bike. 1. Kick start and self start was not working whenever i'm trying to start the bike. 2. I felt vibration is more while driving. 3. Neutral is not comming properly. I informed to k. R motors show room (My dealer) they said simply no issue in that bike after that i hand over my bike to kengeri show room. They also not rectified the issue. Same problem happened again and again. Please change and give another bike.

Dear Sir,
I had owned new classic 350 in 2016. The vehicle had runned only 21000kms. Now the engine crank bearing had been worn out and heavy tapped noise. I am not getting proper service from the showroom I got the vehicle delivered. Kindly suggest me to get a proper service from your side to overcome this problem.

    I gave my bike, royal enfield classic 350 redditch green with registration number dl8scc5478, for service on 27/08/2018 at royal enfield service station, naraina, new delhi. The service advisor mr. Harjeet singh received the vehicle and did not mention if there was any scratch on the petrol tank and if the paint was torn off during the time of receiving the bike for service because there was no scratch on it. When i received the bike after service i noticed the paint was taken off from the petrol tank, but mr harjeet singh was not available at the time of delivery after service. Mr. Kuljit singh was the advisor who delivered the bike to me and he was trying to convince me that the paint was already off when i gave the bike for service, but when i confronted him, he made me talk to mr. Harjeet singh, who received my bike for service and he agreed on the phone that when he received the bike for service the paint on the tank was completely fine but after washing, when the bike was getting cleaned, the paint from the tank was scratched by the cleaner. He asked kuljit singh who was present at the service station to click the pictures of the bike registration and of the scratched paint on the tank so as an email could be sent to royal enfield head office, so that they could guide properly that what could be done further to resolve this issue. Mr harjeet said that it usually takes more than a month but the company gets the tank changed so i agreed to it and asked him to please do the needful but today mr harjeet singh called me again in the morning and asked me to get my bike again to the service station as the pictures clicked yesterday were not very clear. When i went in the morning with my bike, he checked it again and said that a lot of similar complaints are being received from customers nowadays and changed his views on it and said that mostly the company does not give any reply to these issues and the cases remain pending. I asked to provide me with the complaint number so i can follow up with it, but he said that it is not possible as the complaints are made through computer generated process only. While the advisor was clicking the pictures i also wanted to click the pictures so i could keep it as proof but another advisor stopped me from clicking the pictures of my own bike, and i agreed to him. I am writing this email as to know how soon can this be resolved. I am even enclosing the pictures of the service receipt with the date mentioned and also of the scratch on my bike. I want to get the issue resolved soon because right now the scratch is a small one but by time, it would increase as the paint has been taken off and it is easy to scratch it even with fingers be it intentionally of by chance.
    Would request to provide me with a positive outcome of the compliant.

      This is to notify that our two wheeler has undergone continuous starting problem from the next day of purchase (15th august 2018). When we took it to the service station dated (24th august 2018), it was repaired by cleaning the carburetor and we were informed due to that fuel is not injected.

      But it didn't give us a permanent solution to the problem, since we faced the same issue yesterday (8/26/2018) and we suspect it is a manufacturing error.

      We are so regretted to have this problem very frequently and still didn't reach any solution. We request your help/immediate action in this regard to get this issue rectified.

        I’ve just bought a new royal enfield classic 350 from an authorised dealer. Its been 4 months and has covered a distance around just 3000 kms. Serviced twice as per the user’s manual directions and has never gone under any accidental or faulty situation. The chain was continuously making sound from past 3-4 weeks and since i visited the service station i’ve been told that i’ve to replace the chain on my own.
        How am i supposed to pay for a fault that has not been made by me.

          I bought new re redditch red last friday. Sales department never guide me as to maintain below 60kmph till 500km (First drive). Now my bike reaches 650km, how to i recover my engine? They don't even inform many kind of maintenance instructions. Even one tvs xl heavy duty sales personality guide his customer to ride below 50kmph till first service. This is worst sales department i've ever seen in my life. Take any action on this regard.

          I have serviced my RE Classic 350 Reditch Red on 15080 KM from Sherya Auto World Alambagh Lucknow UP. after that my kick is too loose and engine sound tic tic and when throttle up its sound horrible. when i go for complain they said that's genuine RE voice and not response .

            Sir,

            I booked a thunderbird 350 x on 11th may 2018 (Bkng[protected] from intrepid works, 6/647, koppan arcade mele pattambi, palakkad road, pattambi - 679306. They promised me to deliver my bike with in 90 days approximately and for now it just crossed 101 days. Even today the dealer has no clue on the expected delivery date. For the last few days the dealer not attending or picking my calls. As a new product we can accept the delay in delivery but not the way you handle your customers.

            I do not understand what kind of service is provided when you cannot keep up your promise or can't reply to your customers. Is taking money is just the
            Preference of re???

              I was shocked at service centre for 6th paid service for classic 350 that at 14000 km's approx there is need for sprocket kit change. Teeths were damaged. Yeah i ride it rough, but this machine is made for rough and tough. Why it is called bull!! Just for kidding ourselves?? Totally disappointed. I had passion plus for 10 years and not even once there was need for changing the sprocket kit. Why can't re design these things with modern technology. Why can't they change wheels to alloy saving users from puncture. Because we ourselves are blindly buying re bikes overlooking all its cons. And they don't care till there sales are high...

                My bike has stopped working for the 4th time after giving it to service centre for 3 times in 4 months. After replacing the old battery with new just 2 months ago, the bike is showing the same ever existing problem of not self starting and showing the battery low sign even after riding it for long distance without headlights on. The battery is new so it was not the batteries fault but it is the bikes fault and the service centres fault for not fixing the problem. I paid 2500rs for new battery installation as service center guys suggested but it seems that was not the problem and my money was wasted. I feel it is the company's fault for making a defective bike. I had to towe the bike all the way to worli from powai as it stopped in the middle of the road again for the 4th time in 4months.
                I'm irritated fedup and tired with maintaining this royal enfield himalayan as it has been towed more then i have ridden it.
                I want the company to take this defective bike back and give back my money.

                    I m from pune. I have taken 2 nd servicing on 17aug in siddh auto.
                    I visited the servicing centre near 12 :30pm and submitted the vehicle. I asked them to change engine oil also. I came back by 6pm to collect my vehicle.
                    I found they my bike was standing and servicing was not yet started. Neither they cahnge engine oil nor they chean chain for which i paid total 1310/-
                    This is the worst service of royal enfield. Without giving service how they charged 1310/-
                    My. Vehicle was in the same condition when i submitted.
                    Not even they wash the vehicle nor any servicing procedure was done.
                    This is completely fraud case..
                    After finding vehicle in the worst condition, when i asked them how they charged me money, they don't even listen and bother to reply, they were running here and there.
                    Never expected... From royal enfield.
                    It's like they only want to fool people by collecting money on the false name of servicing.
                    I need my money... For which zero service received.

                      It's now 10months since i buyed classic 350, it's having problem of engine noise since 1st service.
                      The workshop members told me they'll solve my issue but they are not resolving my issue. It's a very big issue, they kept my bike for 5days and did nothing, the noise is same as before.
                      Please help me to overcome from this situation as soon as possible.

                        I bought royal enfield classic 350 black 2 month back (5 july 2018) from registered dealer of re (Heighten automotive pvt ltd., misp code: ab-mre000036) in faridabad. Product specifications are mentioned below:
                        Name of bike holder: rahul mishra
                        Engine no.: u355c2113646
                        Chassis no.: me3u3ssc2jd152279
                        Registration number: hr51 bt 9060
                        In the above bike i have observed heavy red rust on rear shocker, silencer, front and back wheel rim, gear & connecting rods. Same issue verified by dealer executive and manager (Mr. Dinesh) from height automotive faridabad. I have already shared the mail to royal enfield team and dealer team, but they are denying for replacement of defective parts.

                        I. E conneting rod are come under the safety and it directly support to wheel and red rust provoke the pitting and breakage of parts and may danger the human life. So kindly look into the same and provide the us the justice.

                          I had recently given my Thunderbird 500X for service in Royal Enfield whitefield motors Bangalore & while they returned i noticed multiple scratches in my tank. New bike costing 2.5L and such a poor customer service. Now when i asked the service manager he said he will check and get back but i have not received any call, its almost 5 days now and no update from the RE team. Even i tried multiple time either they dont pick my call or give me reasons saying they are in training / eating and will call back which i have never received. The service guys is saying he will check and let me know what possible can be done but its been so many days i have not received any call / update from the RE team. I have taken all proof of my job card while giving the bike for service & no scratches was mentioned, video & scratched tank. It is more like someone has wantedly hit the tank with some thing and like a dent.

                            From the purchase of new desert storm, i am having issue in doing electric start, at the time of servicing i have complained that battery charging is failing due to wiring problem, relying only on kickstart. They have replaced the battery with a reason that battery failure and in exchange, they have given new exide battery. After some days, the same issue surfaced due to same wiring problem and again they have taken the current battery for testing and charging and given the service battery for use. But they have not solved root cause wiring problem. This is a serious issue as i've encountered multiple customers with such issue, it clearly puts question on the reliability of 2 lack product. Please do needful.

                              Hi team,

                              I want to logged the complaint to my dealer as i have purchase new bike 350 classic in 29 jun 2018 and from day one i am facing the issue with dealer earlier also i logged the complain but no action has been taken. Earlier also he assured me to sorted all the issues but now he declined to give support on the same. Now again i have faced issue with my first service as he declined for first service and twice a time i have requested to their end executive for my first service need to extend for first week of aug 18 due to my bike is running totally 60 km and i am visiting outside india and they have agreed at the same time but today when i have visited to service center for service. He refused for first service. Till now no accessories, number plate and any promotional offers has been provided by them. This is really surprising as being as part of royal enfiled family. At the time of delivery, there was small scratched on front leg guard on my bike which they handover to me. I have shown them but he insist me they will clear the spot at the time of first service but no action has been taken. And i have already clear on my first complaint. This is very bad, i have paid 1.67lks to being part of royal infield family and i have faced such issues. Now this time i want solution to fix this issue otherwise dealer will continue this kind attitude/approach to all customers.
                              Please look into this issue on priority and do the needful.

I have issues in front fork of my bike from the moment I purchased this bike. there is sound whenever the soccer plays while riding and its getting deeper as well. complaint a lot to my service center whenever I went for servicing but have not got resolved yet

                                I gave my bike (Dessert storm) to the grande service centre trichy. I just gave my with a complaint of petrol leakage through the over flow tube. They explained that it was a technical fault. They also said that they help me by climbing it's warranty. But since 5 weeks were passed they failed to deliver my bike. Even they can't abletogavean accuratedate.

                                  I purchase my royal enfield thunderbird on 2 feb 2018
                                  From very one day bike issues occurring one by one
                                  First was seats isnt fixed in his frame
                                  Fuel meter isnt showing proper fueling display it goes some time automatically up and down
                                  Horn was not working properly i fixed it from out side mechanic service center didn't fixed it
                                  Leg guard dents on mudguard regularly when it goes to holes or hard breaking this is very disturbing service center not takes action upon this
                                  Bike always sounds somewhere

                                  I am very depressed and harass about service center work and behave, if i stick upon my complaint they said you can do any thing i never do this because of these all thing are chargeable
                                  And my bike stand on service center from more than one week
                                  They not giving response
                                  I love my bike and dont want any scratch or any harm upon my bike if i found any thing upon my bike i never take it back
                                  Kindly tell me what to do

                                    My bullet es-350 problem started in july last week. Bike wouldn't even start (Seems like sparg plug damage). Called nearby service centre (Sc) dealer, where i bought bike from 1 yr back (The sc would be merely 1-2 km away from my residence). Promised of service the next day (To send technicians home as the bike wouldn't even start to be taken to the sc) and thereafter kept on delaying it for another day citing either paucity of technicians or adm managers not present or most of the technicians had gone for training etc. Today is 11.08.2018 two - weeks gone by no redressal to my complaint nor is the sc diligent enough to feel the harassment felt by me. I want the swift action at the earliest in this regard or else i will be forced to approach appropriate forum..

                                    By the way I am from Guwahati Assam..And the dealer I am complaint is Saraighat Riders NH 37, Garalia, Sarusajai, Sawkuchi, Assam 781034. It's in Guwahati

                                      Sir/ma'am.

                                      Iam eby from kerala. I have a bad experience with the service from rovers moters kayamkulam. Last sunday they give me the appointment for the second service of my 350 classic. After the whole general checkup they charged 1146 rs and they don't wash the bike they said some technical issues. But at the same time one of the staff was washing his bike.in 2nd sevice by customer side we get only water service by free from the service centre, now i waterservice by outside the showroom.

                                        My bike is thunderbird 350 cc. Service staton is at kuvempunagara, mysuru district, karnataka. Name of the service station is - abhyudhay motors.
                                        Every time i leave my bike at service station there’s no proper response. Just after a week the problem starts again. Service provided is very cheap quality. No response even after complaining. Charges are too high even though service done is not at all good.
                                        Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        This is to inform you that after giving several knock don't getting my bike or response . My booking date is 30.03.2018. Id is BKNG[protected].
                                        Plz take necessary action.
                                        Today is 122 days of my booking.
