Respected sir,
I m suresh patil currently employed as deputy superintendent of police in maharashtra state. The service provided to me by the gadhinglaj branch dealer (Pin code : 416502) was of extremely poor quality. Their response was arrogant and showed lack of hospitality. Such kind of service is not expected from a brand like royal enfield. To speak the truth i have lost the passion to ride that bike due to such service. The kind of training that is provided to the employees in such showrooms raises questions in our mind. I hope proper action is taken on the owner of that showroom.

I am kamal kishor from jaunpur up. I am purchase a royal enfield classic 350. I am not satisfied in a delarship in jaunpur up. Bike prise in 183027rs (all tax).
But only accessories 5970rs. Accessories item is not provided in the customer. Very critical condition in showroom in up..
Please my help and provide the accessories..

    Dear sir,

    Last week i have received a delivery of re standard 350 from south west moto rcorp india pvt ltd, kasaragod, kerala showroom. Before reaching home i felt an extra sound from the engine on 4th gear through rough road and vehicle pulls toward right automatically when we take hand from handle. So i called the sales team and said the complaint that day itself. But they told that they are done the test drive about 4 km and did not found any complaint. So if you have complaint please visit us on next working day. So as per there voice i toke the vehicle to showroom next day itself. But they did not resolve the complaint yet and did not accept there mistake. T is the fault of the sails department they could check the vehicle before delivery, but they didn't check. Now it's the 3rd day vehicle is in showroom, so what should i do?

      I m kalidass... I booked (12/10/18) royal enfield es 350 silver colour shoow room booking no 900580.. Initial amount 40300 paid.. Today (17/12/2018) is my delivery date... I reached showroom today evening... They gave my bike but my new bike looks very dirty and damage i was very disappointed... Very poor service they not gave proper response... Finally they said... They will replace that particular parts in bike but am not satisfied... Why they are doing like this... They makes bad name about royal enfield company. And that empolyees very care less... I want to escalate complaint against particular showroom...

        Hi,

        I have purchased my new bike from Whitefield Motors, Bangalore on 20th Mar 2018. Since then my bike is more in service centre than me. The engine is making so much of noise and i took to the same service centre so many times. Every time they will take the bike for 10 days and after that the same issue is repeating again and again with in a day. I told them, there is a defect in the bike since day one but they are not ready to replace the bike or at least the engine. Now also my bike is in service centre only. I need a permanent solution for this issue by replacing the bike. I am so much dis pointed with the bike after buying with so much exited. I need some ones help to get my new bike with replacement. Please let me know if any further information required from my side.

        I have purchased a royal Enfield standard 350 cc bike on 20/03/2018 from WhiteField Motors, Bangalore . But I had very bad experience about quality of bike in one month only. Some bad and very loud noise like tik tik tik is coming from Engine. Which is very odd and felt shame to ride in the city. I have checked from workshop also . Other bikes are not showing the same noise . This bike has some problems in manufacturing. The company is not checking quality control before selling. I can not recommend others to purchase the royal Enfield . My problem can be resolved at earliest by replacing the bike or engine. Till now i went to WhiteField Motors, Bangalore service centre more than 15 times. Most of the times they took 10 days to check the issue but handover the bike without proper correction. Now i got fed-up with their service. I need my money back or replacement of new bike. Please advice me.

          Hi..I purchased a Royal Enfield desertstorm 500 a year back...the crash guard which came along with the bike started rusting and I got it replaced from the company itself...the 2nd crash guard broke into half within a week..got it replaced ..the 3rd crash guard also broke at the same place...I complained regarding the poor material quality and asked for a replacement...I didn't get any..they r being very irresponsible..I complained many time to customer care..no actions were taken..yet...I regret buying this bike every day of my life..

            I am very regret to inform you that your gautam service centre in muzaffarpur having very pathetic conditions.
            As you know we spend much money to buy a royal enfield at the same time expect good service from your side but here situations are very different. The staff of service centre is not even bothering about your brand and also not keeping time which they written in receipt even not to inform customers about the delay and reason
            They have practised to delay the customer and only wash the bike and handed over to the customer so that they are not able to identify whether sevicing is done or not. This is my fourth servicing and always i got same results
            Please investigate the matter otherwise i will take a legal action

            I have bought a Thunderbird 350x on last 14 sep. But till today the showroom did not delivery my bike. Bike registration done on last week. They told that leg guard is not available. So the didn't delivery my bike. The salesman are so much misbehaving and cheating with customer.

              Royal enfield; an international brand for bikes which is expected to provide the best of everything to their customers has drowned our expectations and trust towards the company.
              We have paid them the asked price on time but in return the company is not providing with the promised services.
              Also hospitality that is expected from the company was not shown. Behaviour of employees was not respectable and was quite harsh. I am really disappointed by overall services of the company.
              I really doubt it’s existence as a competitive company in the international market in the near future if same goes on.

                I have my re chestnut 350 for servicing in i speed motors service center purasavakam. They charged me 4000 rupees and said that they have change the rear break shoe and the charged me 300 for that. But within two days the break spring got cut and started giving an irritating sound along with vibration. Also i informed them that there are dust particles in the front disc caliber. But they ignored that as well. Very poor level of service. Did i pay 4000 to come back aging with a complaint in my bike with one day loss of pay to my office.

                  I purchased my royal enefield himalayan bike in june and everything was fine then.
                  3 months later i come to know about the himalayan with abs that was hidden from all royal enfield customers.
                  Now i have started to have problems with my bike as it makes lots of noise and the brake makes a lot of noise as well.
                  My tube of the back tyre has torn as well just within 3 months and i had to pay to get that repaired as well.
                  As a owner of a royal enfield i expect much more and not this kind of service that i have got and the most annoying part is that the details of the abs version also was hidden from the customers.
                  I could have waited if that was informed to me.
                  Really disappointed.
                  I would like to be compensated for this in some way as i am really unhappy right now.

                    It's the most third class efi unit and it's fuel injector block in every 3 months and after 6 months it has to changed... Pls update it in carb version... Efi versionis worst you give... I bought it in 2015... And i am suffering it like most ever fault i does.. Pls indian government take some action... They are fooling their customer... Only making new models and fooling customer

                    How can a bike like Royal Enfield come without Leg Guard. They provide a compulsory helmets but unlike most other manufacturers, the bullet comes without a legguard. Why is that? How can a bike manufacturer be allowed to sell bikes of this capacity without basic safety measures like a legguard?

                      Defect in handle i have re classic 350 but in handle or in fornt area i didn't find the exact problem but the handle was not in extra location or in right way i don't know the problem either it was handle prblm or may b any other prblm and when i reached to service center they don't check bike properly and say that u bike have no problem it was fine but when i ride the bike i feel that the handle was not straight

                        The reason i am writing today is to seek help in the removal of the royal enfield service center from a residential area.

                        I live in golflink (Mawpun)-shillong, east khasi hills district, in a residential colony. Unfortunately in the mid of this residential area, the dealer for royal enfiled has set up his service center here. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to all o[censored]s lives in this area. Due to the constant coming, going and testing of the bikes there is a constant noise created through out the day and more so in days that they have a service free clinics. The noise created due to the presence of this center is now becoming a health hazard to residents of this area

                        We had taken the initiative to request that they try and test the bikes somewhere else and have the office in this area however this has unfortunately fell on deaf ears

                        I am contemplating a legal approach / action however i am reaching out to you the company first to see if this can be resolve without resorting to this.

                        Can i expect a response form the Royal Enfield team . I have had no response what so ever and no action.

                        I s this how the organisation work ?
                        On my first servicing I found that ur servicing dealer agents are didn't pay attention to me.. I waited around 3hrs but they didnot even ask properly.. I left out without servicing my bike. Please take some necessary action on this.we are your customer.. Serving dealer is chirag Enfield at Adabari..
                        Royal Enfield showroom kurnool Andhra Pradesh pincode(518003) here in showroom sales man feeling like owner and not giving details in good manners
                        I am still waiting for a response from Royal Enfield and no action taken so far .

                          Service not done properly even they didn’t touched air cleaner, chain service.
                          Even they didn’t touched bolts of stands of bike
                          They stole some part
                          Parts are missing after serving and another are replaced.
                          Can i go fill a case in a legal way
                          Either do a way to make my bike serviceable

                            I have a classic chrome 500 cc which i bought in 2014. I recently came to know that the chassis has broken bear the side stand beside keeping it we'll maintained. My bike has always been timely serviced and is single handed ie no one has ever driven my bike except me. I contacted royal enfield by many ways twitter mail and directly to service centre and always they said they won't do anything because it is a 4 years old vehicle. My question to them is whether the life of a rider is so cheap that they are making sub standard products which might take someone's life.
                            Chassis has to be the strongest part of a vehicle and no matter vehicle is 10 years old, it cannot break in any chance.
                            Right now i am in bangalore and when i saw the crack i was in mysore. I immediately got it welded because i had to return to bangalore and can't ride with a broken chassis.
                            Re has lost its charm of making the quality product and is just making profit by making sub standard products.
                            My love for re has changed to hatred. But i will fight for my rights. If i am paying 2 lakhs for a good product i except the same.

                            Soon after this complaint was filed, royal Enfield area manager and area service manager contacted me . They assured me that the chassis will be replaced free of cost within 15 days . To a surprise, the company fulfilled there commitment and that too withing 15 days . Special thanks to CVS motors who took this matter with utmost priority and and repaired the bike beyond my expectations .

                              I am facing lots of difficulties due to this. If the company dont want to avail the spare parts then why he sales the product.

                                This is chandra from hyderabad.

                                I had a bad experience at re company service center, sanath nagar, hyderabad.
                                I gave my thunderbird 350 bike for servicing on 21st september (Friday) with some repair work and part changes.
                                I got an estimate of 3k and i expected another 3k for rear disc change. The contact person informed me for clutch plate and few more parts changes.
                                I expected the final bill to be around 9k.
                                I collected my bike on 23rd september (Sunday). To my surprise the actual bill was 17k. This included various parts changes and charges. The major one being rear caliper change for 6k. Which was not informed to me.

                                Even the bike delivered to me was not washed, dont know about servicing if they did or not. When i asked, the person informed me that there was some problem with washing pipe set due to which they did not do the washing.
                                I am attaching a copy of invoice and some of the bike pictures.

                                Though i paid full amount but would definitely not accept such a high bill. Could you look into it and refund the extra amount paid.

                                I reached out to re customer support and responded that they will look into it, its been 11 days now, have not heard anything from them.

                                  I complaint about jerk and tak tak sound in rear chain sprocket assembly but service center told me it's not a serious issue. It was my third service. Then again i asked them to resolve the same issue on 4th service but no solution. I thought they may be correct but again on 5th service same problem. Now after fifth service they told me your sprocket assembly needs to be changed which will cost around rs 4000. My question is that i drive my bike very carefully and drive only on plain road which is a highway in chennai, then why this problem came so early. I went for every service before time because they kept calling again and again for servicing, my fifth servie was done at 8000 kms only on 21/09/18, which means i m going servicing my bike before time.. Still problems are there and they are blaming me for this damage. It is not my fault at all but low quality parts of royal enfield. I want to complaint against this issue. I want resolution for this issue. I hope my issue will be take care of in time. Otherwise i have to talk to my lawyer to file a case against them.

Two days back i've purchased my latest brand new royal enfield from the chennai thirumullaivoyal dino motors showroom which is a authorised royal enfield outlet.. While displaying the model, they've said that they will be providing the vehicle color helmet which is a complementary product... Later they r refusing to give me that and just throwing away a normal low model helmet.. When i asked them, they r behaving rude and said i[censored] need u collect or else no helmet for u.. I've been a series hurt from that showroom. So i request you to pls take necessary action against the showroom and make me provide the desired helmet for that bike which i purchased..
