I have a classic chrome 500 cc which i bought in 2014. I recently came to know that the chassis has broken bear the side stand beside keeping it we'll maintained. My bike has always been timely serviced and is single handed ie no one has ever driven my bike except me. I contacted royal enfield by many ways twitter mail and directly to service centre and always they said they won't do anything because it is a 4 years old vehicle. My question to them is whether the life of a rider is so cheap that they are making sub standard products which might take someone's life.
Chassis has to be the strongest part of a vehicle and no matter vehicle is 10 years old, it cannot break in any chance.
Right now i am in bangalore and when i saw the crack i was in mysore. I immediately got it welded because i had to return to bangalore and can't ride with a broken chassis.
Re has lost its charm of making the quality product and is just making profit by making sub standard products.
My love for re has changed to hatred. But i will fight for my rights. If i am paying 2 lakhs for a good product i except the same.

Complaint marked as Resolved Soon after this complaint was filed, royal Enfield area manager and area service manager contacted me . They assured me that the chassis will be replaced free of cost within 15 days . To a surprise, the company fulfilled there commitment and that too withing 15 days . Special thanks to CVS motors who took this matter with utmost priority and and repaired the bike beyond my expectations .
Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But only accessories 5970rs. Accessories item is not provided in the customer. Very critical condition in showroom in up..
Please my help and provide the accessories..
