I have applied for renewal of my Driving License on 12th May 2023. I have completed all the payment, biometric of fingers and photo clicked on 12th May 2023. I am still awaiting for my driving license to get delivered. I have tried contacting the RTO Andheri West, Mumbai MH 02. But no one seems interested to reply. I kindly request you to follow up on the matter and get my Driving License issued at your earliest.

Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when I enter my details it shows that " Entered application number is approved. Slot booking is not allowed." Please help . Still 5 month validity for learners licence.

I am Nikita Khemani, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Cuttack Odisha, I passed the test on 19/08/2023, Its been 1.5 months now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

Hello,
Recently, I had transferred my vehicle from KR PURAM RTO to ELECTRONIC CITY RTO. My RC is also generated.

But during POLLUTION RENEWAL the system shows registered to multiple rtos, and later due to this problem I am also unable to renew my VEHICLE FITNESS. And now the pollution and fitness of my vehicle is expired.

I resquest you kindly to look into this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I am waiting for almost 10 days now and I have yet to receive my LL. The RTO team is very slow in issuance of Drivers license hence people are forced to drive without license.

Our country is progressing yet the process of getting things done is still not updated.

Even after all online self service facilities provided by the government for smooth functioning of RTO work yet there are so many hurdles where the common man has to go to the RTO office and pay hefty amount to agents to get a simple Driving license.

Requesting your team to please look into the matter and help me get the LL asap. It's a humble request

It has been more than 10 days, I didn't get the LL yet.

Current status of LL is "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY".

I applied for the learners license and passed the LL test on 12/09/2023, but haven't yet received the LL. The status always shows that the application is under processing at RTO level and approval of LL is pending by the licencing authority i.e. RTO. It's been more than a week and they are taking such a long time for just approving the learners license which earlier took a few seconds to be done.
I try to call the respective RTO many times a day, but they never pick up the call. Shame on them. There's time constraint, so kindly treat this application as urgent and do the needful asap.

I had applied for learning licence and passed the LL test more than a week ago, but it has not been approved by the RTO yet. The status is always that the application is under processing at RTO level and printing of learning licence is pending. I call the respective RTO office many times a day, but they never pick up the call. I will go for higher studies next year, so I'll not have time to apply for licence. Please treat the application urgent and process it asap.

I have purchased a new car from Karnataka in the year 2012. When i [censored]ed to my home Town chennai. I applied for NOC thru broker. This year i given application for rc transfer at RTO chennai, after verifying documents and vehicle, they issued new TN regn no. But in my smart card showing as 2 nd owner. We visited again rto and noticed the same, they told in application (Noc) it is shown as sale. Where as i am the ist owner from 2012. We asked them how to rectify the same. Rto replied there is no option. Want to know is there any option for correcting the same. Due to this i have visited lot of time visited rto and i am not getting best price while selling the car. Pls help

I recently passed the online Learner's License exam, and despite the stipulated time frame, I have not yet received my Learner's License. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in this matter and request your immediate intervention to resolve it.

I successfully completed the online exam on 15/09/2023 and received a passing score. As per the guidelines and rules of the Regional Transport Office, I expected to receive my Learner's License within a reasonable period after passing the exam. However, it has been 3 Days since I cleared the exam, and I have not yet received my Learner's License.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience to me as I need the Learner's License for educational and personal purposes. It has also hindered my ability to start practicing driving and eventually obtain a permanent driver's license.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to expedite the issuance of my Learner's License. If there are any specific documents or formalities required from my end, please inform me promptly so that I can provide the necessary information and facilitate the process.

I had purchased a new Honda Unicorn Black Bike from Road king located at Berachampa (Baduria Road More).
Purchasing Date :30/7/2023 with cash.

But till the I have no received No Plate. Vehicle no is WB 26BX 0416.
After so many reminder No action taken from Bike showroom.

Please put a complaint against RTO and Road king Showroom.

Please note that I am riding more than 80 km per day same has informed to Road king Showroom.

Pls look into the issue earlier and arrange my no plate..

Today is 7th August 2023, but I haven't got my DL smart card yet. I have already checked by logging in to the parivahan sewa website it's showing application is under process at RTO level printing of DL in form 7 please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have applied for NOC online n Apr 2023 with Electronic city RTO ( KA51), Karnataka as i have sold my bike in Pune Maharashtra.
No action was taken on that application since May 2023. After waiting for almost a month, i decided to apply for NOC through RTO physically.

But, it was not possible as the online application has to be withdraw first.
I tried withdrawing it but it shows the message " Application transferred to the RTO. Withdrawal not possible".

Since then, it has been 4 months and No action has been taken on that application.
