terrible experience at rto dahisar

I went der to remove hypothecation from my rc card.
A. There is no instruction on the process
B. The person who is in charge gave me half information. Told me to get documents without even taking my case in hand. I reach der after collecting all the things and doing and my payment which he instructed me too. When i reach its lunch and he refused to touch my papers. application status pending for approval from a month

I have applied for change of ownership on 20 NOv 2019 to bangalore NORTH RTO, after few intial process the final process APPROVAL, is still pending from 26 NOV 2019 till date and is still the same showing PENDING FOR APPROVAL . its been a month now and the ownership is till not transferred . I have been waiting for NEW Transferred RC book all these days .

entered application approved but not slot booking allowed

I am getting error while booking four wheeler driving test slot. I completed two wheeler test and approved but unable to book four wheeler slot so how to book the slot. Is there any procedure to book this type error occurs . Please help me as soon as possible
I am waiting for reply. I think it is bug in website it should not show until two test done...

learner's licence payment failed but money deducted from the bank account.

I had submitted all documentation online for the learner's licence. The online payment was done as well. But during the process a message about failure due to external issues was shown, the entire site refreshed and all information was lost.
My bank account shows that rs. 201 have been deducted and paid to parivahan transport. But so far, no money since the payment has been reverted back.

choice number scam

I’ve bought a choice number which is MH14HX3600. I have a receipt of RTO as well. But RTO has registered my vehicle with a wrong number which is MH14HX3483. I have that receipt of MH14HX3600 which is valid till 1 month. How can be one vehicle have two numbers and now RTO is stating that I will have to purchase new vehicle and then I can use the choice number on it. What rubbish. So what can be done. Please help. Or else I’ll have to complaint...

payment is successful but status showing failed in parivahan

I have paid learning licence fee of rs. 201 and money has got deducted from my bank account but i am not able to proceed further to for booking ll slot.

I have also attached msg which i receive from bank after transaction that payment was successful.

Secondly whenever i check transaction status on parivahan portal it shows document verifying from bank end.

This is no acceptable i have paid on 29th...

I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting a error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No KA51/xxxxxxx/2019". Please let me know why i am getting this issue i got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no here as this is a public forum.

Please resolve this ASAP.br...

deducted from my bank account but rto hasn't received my payment.

not received the renewed driving licence

I have submitted my driving licence renewal form and completed the fee payment, photo and signature capture digitally in the rto kasturinagar, bangalore on september 25, 2019 but till date have not received the renewed licence. It still shows as pending for "scrutiny - (Document verification)" in the sda-1 counter. Can the concerned official seriously work on this and dispatch the licence asap...

worst and very slow process to avail license

This is regarding rto tardeo mumbai i. E. Mh01.
Date : 25th oct 2019.

So the process here is like.
1. Fill application for license online and book an appointment slot.
2. Visit the rto and submit online generated application and all required documents attached.
3. Then go through different counters and wait outside until they call you for giving test.
