I have purchased a new car from Karnataka in the year 2012. When i [censored]ed to my home Town chennai. I applied for NOC thru broker. This year i given application for rc transfer at RTO chennai, after verifying documents and vehicle, they issued new TN regn no. But in my smart card showing as 2 nd owner. We visited again rto and noticed the same, they told in application (Noc) it is shown as sale. Where as i am the ist owner from 2012. We asked them how to rectify the same. Rto replied there is no option. Want to know is there any option for correcting the same. Due to this i have visited lot of time visited rto and i am not getting best price while selling the car. Pls help

I recently passed the online Learner's License exam, and despite the stipulated time frame, I have not yet received my Learner's License. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in this matter and request your immediate intervention to resolve it.

I successfully completed the online exam on 15/09/2023 and received a passing score. As per the guidelines and rules of the Regional Transport Office, I expected to receive my Learner's License within a reasonable period after passing the exam. However, it has been 3 Days since I cleared the exam, and I have not yet received my Learner's License.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience to me as I need the Learner's License for educational and personal purposes. It has also hindered my ability to start practicing driving and eventually obtain a permanent driver's license.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to expedite the issuance of my Learner's License. If there are any specific documents or formalities required from my end, please inform me promptly so that I can provide the necessary information and facilitate the process.

I had purchased a new Honda Unicorn Black Bike from Road king located at Berachampa (Baduria Road More).
Purchasing Date :30/7/2023 with cash.

But till the I have no received No Plate. Vehicle no is WB 26BX 0416.
After so many reminder No action taken from Bike showroom.

Please put a complaint against RTO and Road king Showroom.

Please note that I am riding more than 80 km per day same has informed to Road king Showroom.

Pls look into the issue earlier and arrange my no plate..

I have successfully completed my driving test and my DL was approved on the same day on 07/07/2023.
Today is 7th August 2023, but I haven't got my DL smart card yet. I have already checked by logging in to the parivahan sewa website it's showing application is under process at RTO level printing of DL in form 7 please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have applied for NOC online n Apr 2023 with Electronic city RTO ( KA51), Karnataka as i have sold my bike in Pune Maharashtra.
No action was taken on that application since May 2023. After waiting for almost a month, i decided to apply for NOC through RTO physically.

But, it was not possible as the online application has to be withdraw first.
I tried withdrawing it but it shows the message " Application transferred to the RTO. Withdrawal not possible".

Since then, it has been 4 months and No action has been taken on that application.

Hello Its been quite long I have been waiting for CNG to be updated on RC.

From past couple of month it shows Pending at MLO side. DL14CE7014

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent application for a learner's licence with application number [protected]. I applied through the e-KYC process, which is designed to streamline and expedite the licensing procedure. However, I have encountered an unexpected hurdle that requires your intervention.

Upon submitting my application through the e-KYC system, I was informed that I needed to visit the RTO office in person due to my status as a minor applicant. While I understand the importance of adhering to the appropriate procedures, I would like to emphasize that there was no prior indication during the application process that minors would be required to make an in-person visit to the RTO office. This has caused confusion and inconvenience.

According to the information provided on the RTO website, applying through the e-KYC process is meant to exempt applicants from the need for an RTO visit. It is disheartening to note that despite my application status being shown as "verified" and the RTO visit being marked as "exempted" on the tracking application, I am still being contacted to visit the RTO office.

I kindly request your intervention to resolve this matter promptly. I have already paid the e-KYC charges of ₹200, and I believe that the exemption from an RTO visit should be honored as per the guidelines set forth on the RTO website. I am eager to obtain my learner's licence and commence my journey towards responsible driving.

I am a resident of Juhu, Santacruz West, Mumbai itself, as I am trying to get settle here in Naigaon East itself but these roads, the street, the smelling environment, some people, some shop keepers some are nice people & some are NOT.
The actual concern for me to express is specially the Auto Rickshaw Drivers who are very rude & abusive too. Many a times it is been observed that, these Rickshaw Drivers are using Abusive & Filthy Languages with the Passengers itself. Passengers some of them are coming back from their tiring day may be in their offices or may be in their own business. Travel standing or sitting in the Local Trains, get down at the Naigaon Station East, walking for long to get any transport to reach back to their homes. But, there is long queue to get an Auto Rickshaw & after getting in the Rickshaw the Drivers are only using Filthy & Abusive Languages like for an eg. "why you are coming to stay here" // who told you to buy a house here // After a tiring day how can we face questions like this ?? On top of that if we even answer then they will say " I will not allow you to sit in our Rickshaws at anytime no matter what .. WHY ??
It means after paying them their money is it really important to listen to all those that they speak out in an uneven languages. WHY ??
Please this has to be taken care of ASAP ..

Dear sir / mam, i am given dl test on 08.06.2023 and passed the test, still now printing of dl from 7 status is showing pending, i logde complaints in parivahan website and they are reply to me addtional payment is pending, after that i pay the addtional payment on 23.07.2023 but still now status is pending, again i complain parivahan website and they reply to me for visit rto. my all payment & process is complete so why i am visit rto again and again, why they could not tell me first time to visit rto, i am work in office and i have not much time to visit rto again & again. please solve my problem. thank you...
