I have passed the LL test successfully. But my learning licence is still pending. Application status shows approval of ll by licence authority is pending. Please resolve this issue

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent application for a learner's licence with application number [protected]. I applied through the e-KYC process, which is designed to streamline and expedite the licensing procedure. However, I have encountered an unexpected hurdle that requires your intervention.

Upon submitting my application through the e-KYC system, I was informed that I needed to visit the RTO office in person due to my status as a minor applicant. While I understand the importance of adhering to the appropriate procedures, I would like to emphasize that there was no prior indication during the application process that minors would be required to make an in-person visit to the RTO office. This has caused confusion and inconvenience.

According to the information provided on the RTO website, applying through the e-KYC process is meant to exempt applicants from the need for an RTO visit. It is disheartening to note that despite my application status being shown as "verified" and the RTO visit being marked as "exempted" on the tracking application, I am still being contacted to visit the RTO office.

I kindly request your intervention to resolve this matter promptly. I have already paid the e-KYC charges of ₹200, and I believe that the exemption from an RTO visit should be honored as per the guidelines set forth on the RTO website. I am eager to obtain my learner's licence and commence my journey towards responsible driving.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I hope for a swift resolution so that I can complete the necessary formalities and receive my learner's licence without further delay. I assure you of my full cooperation and compliance with any additional requirements, should they be necessary.

I got a confirmation mail on 08/01/2020 that my DL is issued.
It been a lot of months even though I didnt receive my DL.

Dear sir / mam, i am given dl test on 08.06.2023 and passed the test, still now printing of dl from 7 status is showing pending, i logde complaints in parivahan website and they are reply to me addtional payment is pending, after that i pay the addtional payment on 23.07.2023 but still now status is pending, again i complain parivahan website and they reply to me for visit rto. my all payment & process is complete so why i am visit rto again and again, why they could not tell me first time to visit rto, i am work in office and i have not much time to visit rto again & again. please solve my problem. thank you...

I applied for the renewal of my Learners license on 10th July 2023 but did not receive any update till date(25th August 2023). The site says Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office.

Under the current status section I see - Approval of LL by Licencing Authority processing, and there are no pending actions.

How long will this take? It is already been over a month now. I would like to have my Learners Licence renewed as soon as possible so that I can further complete my Drivers Licence application.

On Saturday, I gave exam in Lado Sarai ADTT but the application is still showing as under processing on the portal. Its about a week now but there are no updates on it.

I have recently applied for IDP and completed all stages including fees and document upload. However, it's showing Allotment Information Unavailable for the past 10 days. There's no transparency about getting my IDP before my trip.

However its been more than 15 days, status is showing as "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY". PRINTING OF LEARNING LICENCE is shown as PENDING. I don't know whom to contact.

While trying to register my mobile number in the VAHAN CITIZEN SERVICES portal for vehicle registration renewal, I get the "Vehicle is registered in Multiple RTOs/States, Please contact respective RTO." message.

I have applied for MCWG + LMV license, But i failed in LMV so, I withdraw the LMV service. Because, I need only MCWG license for now. I'm waiting from last 3 months for the approval of MCWG license.

I visited RTO Office - L.A. SALT LAKE(WB07), Kolkata - 700091 multiple times.
They are not able to approve my MCWG as option is not enabled for them(as they told).

I paid again ₹340 again and withdrawn again...
