Delay while issuing LEARNER LICENSE online [Application no 3085999021]

I have successfully applied for my driver learner license on 12th Sept 2021 via online[parivahan.gov.in] mode using my AADHAAR card. Since then I did see only "Application is under processing at RTO Level" with a message "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)", which is very confusing as to how long are they going to take to process this application. Also, there is no message send or displayed on the website to a consumer if he/she...

LL online test password not received. Documents uploaded and fees paid online. Application is under processing at RTO level.

Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 19/09/2021. But till now I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents) Counter- 48LL.
Please help me get my learner license.
I would be very thankful...

LL application status is under process from last 2 and half months

Address change pending CA verification for over 2.5 months

Hello,

Addree change request for my two wheeler is pending at Bangalore North RTO KA04 and application # KA210516V3674163 is pending CA verification for over 2.5 months with no communication from RTO to me. Is this the way a Govt entity to function and only act when the requestor is checking the status they should say why there is a delay?...

Error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this

Respected sir, l want to refund my money as i have submitted many application on one number and i forgotted all the those application number which got registered with my number and due to which I am unable to get LL slot.As it is showing with error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this application number''. Maximum attempts of face authentication has been crossed

Hello, I applied for the learner's license on 13th September 2021
But the server was down so I couldn't complete my LL test online.
when I tried to do face authentication again it showed 'maximum number of face authentication attempts has been crossed, kindly contact the RTO. when I visited the RTO office, AMINGAON. There was no one to help me not even a single officer. i am traveling abroad very soon and i need my license...

Unable to book DL Slot As error of quota not available

Approval of DL backlog entry

I was issued a license in 2012 from RTO Gorakhpur (UP53) since I needed to apply for renewal I had to submit a request with application number[protected] for backlog entry. But even after submitting that request, it is still pending and this is the reason I am not able to apply for renewal. Please support.

Non receipt of renewed DL even after more than 2 months since approval

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am holder of DL No. DL[protected] which expired on 5 Sept, 2021. I applied online for renewal of DL and received confirmation of approval of my application No.[protected], on 3 July, 2021 through SMS. Since then the status of my DL is showing as 'under printing' only.

My concern is that since my DL has expired now and there is hardly any hope that my renewed DL will be coming soon, should...

Slots are not defined

I have paid the fee to book a slot for my DL test. It, however, displays that the slots are not defined. The RTO of my jurisdiction is Zonal Office, East Zone, Surajmal Vihar. Refer to the attached image.

Face authentication problem

Hi,
I got a link of my LL test from RTO that I have to appear Online . Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed” and put the pin it said invalid and after some tries it says
" YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY"
Please resolve this.

Issue of learner licence scrutiny - (verification of proof documents) IMVCHAURE

I had applied for learning licence with Aadhaar authentication (e-kyc) after filling details in upload document section it ask me to upload photo id proof so I uploaded it my passport after that paid the fee and all but it is showing me scrutiny - (verification of proof documents) IMVCHAURE I am unable to give the LL test not password is send when I am clicking for resend password nothing is happening not password send to my Aadhaar registered...

Showing dispatched and not post RC after transfer

I had transferred my veichle No DL 9SBB 7467 on dated 01.08.2021 application no is DL210727X3420829 and received message on my phone RC has been dispatched on 23., 08.2021 with speed post no ED[protected]IN but not received as on tlll after confirmation from Post office that RTO has not booked RC on post he has only send dispatched message it’s totally wrong if you not booked my RC the why send me dispatched message pls look this seriously....

Complain about rto kashmir for not taking the driving license test as per dimensions mentioned by Government of India

I am writing this because I wanted to confirm the proper dimensions of the test drive track for the issue of new driving license as per Indian Government for LMV and MCWG.
This is because some days before I went for my driving test in Srinagar kashmir and saw they keep changing the dimensions as per there own will they intentionally keep the dimensions small so the applicant fails and then the applicant got no choice but to offer bribe...

Delay in RC registration

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Hyundai Venue car for personal use recently. I have made 100% payment on 12th April, and received the delivery of the car on 5th June. I have not yet received the RC book- digital or physical. As per the Vahan.Parivahan website, the dealer registration is done as of 6th May. The RC application is pending with Mr. Raju Suryabhanji Gotmare since 6th May. However, there is no progress since more than 3 months....

Not received original RC book from Pune RTO even after 2 years of purchase

Address: Flat no 23, 3B Mrudung, Nadbrahma society Warje Pune - 411048

I had purchased my motor vehicle in August 2019 for which I have not received the RC Book from the RTO, Pune.

I went to collect the same on 20/08/2021 to Pune RTO Office. Official person at RTO office told me that, RC is not returned to RTO by post office and sent me to GPO Pune to collect the RC Book.

GPO officer checked and found the records of RC book in computer but told me to check with regional/area post...
