I have purchased a Ola Scooter since November 2022 but till now I haven't received my Registration card till now. I tried to call company customer care many times but they are not responding properly and automated answering machine cut the call. They fraud with me. Please resolve my problems.

I am Siddhant Gupta, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Pune Maharashtra. I passed the test on 12/02/2024, Its been 7 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

My application number is[protected].

Due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My learners license validity will expire in 7 working days..

I had applied for an LL last year 31.7.23 application number [protected], i received my learner license.Thereafter i applied for my DL online in January application Number [protected] but in the process we made an error of filling up PSV badge along with LMV. However we cancelled the PSV badge and proceeded with the LMV application at RTO yelahanka, I paid the fees and took the driving test at the respective RTO on 8.1.24 . I cleared the driving test and was asked to wait for a month to receive the DL by post .I did not receive my DL and in the meantime my LL expired. I received a call in February that my DL application was rejected and that I would have to redo the entire process of filling up the LL and DL applications again and then visit the RTO.

I have applied for the LL again on 2.2.24 against the application number[protected] i gave my stall LL test online and passed in the very first attempt but it has been a week and i am still waiting for my LL number to be uploaded.I have called the RTO office several times but they fail to understand the issue and do not give any resolution they only ask me to visit the RTO office.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had applied for LL for LMV and MCWOG categories using contactless service. My RTO office come under RTO MANGALORE, Karnataka. I passed the test on 27/01/2024. Its been 20 days but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
I'm unable to contact the respective RTO authorities or raise grievance via the official website.

Please help me by doing the needful.

Have submitted application no.[protected] for LL-LMV, payment also done. But the current status is shown below.
Please visit the concerned RTO Office with all original documents as you have changed address fields or uploaded Medical Certificate - Form 1A.

But I didn't change any address fields and not uploaded any medical certificate. You can check in system that no fields are changed compare to last DL application.

Harsh this side. I have applied for the Learning License for LMV category on 19th Jan, 2024 and opted for online Aadhar contactless verification. I attempted my online LL test on 5th Feb, 2024 and successfully cleared it the same day. It's been more than 7 days and status is still pending on "Approval of LL by licensing authority".

My designated RTO is - ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1)

Hello,

I applied for learning license using online facility with option for without visiting RTO office.

I gave the online test and passed. However, I got message post test that the license approval is pending at RTO office due to some already existing records. I have never applied for license before so how record already exists?
It says to visit RTO office. Then what is the point of all these online facilities when you have to visit RTO office anyways.

My RC card status says dispatched but I have not received it yet. When I try to track at Indian post office website it says invalid tracking number.

For Re-registration of my scooty UP16 DR 6575 in EC1 RTO bangalore, I have submitted the application will all the papers and original RC and got an acknowlegement from RTO guy Vasant that i will receive my new RC in 30 days, But i never received it. From past 50 days, I am chasing the RTO guy Mr. Vasant and he is fooling me from past 2 months that because of this, Its not done and alll.

I do not know what to do in this case, Whenevr i call this EC1 RTO phone number, The lady picks up the call and say that call after 1 hr. These guys are so unprofessional and someone has to investigate their way or working.

DL printing pending since 3 months of application

I gave the driving test for MCWG on[protected], in PUNE RTO. The scrutiny and record test results are completed since then it has been 5 days and the application status is showing "Approval of DL is pending". If I am atleast able to get the soft copy of the DL I can use it while commuting. I am urging to please look into it. Application no. [protected].

My Car Engine model is BS4 and RTO mentioned as BS3. Now I am not able to install CNG Gas Kit as The data in my bill and in RTO is not matching. Also RTO denied to look into this as they misplaced the FIles from the RTO office Ramganjmandi Dist kota Rajasthan.

Please help me.
