Hello sir/mam,
I am Akshay S Shetty, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Electronic City, Karnataka, I passed the test on[protected], Its been 45 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. They have asked me to upload the signature and photo twice, I have done both times but still haven't approved my LL even though i cleared all my tests.

I opted for a contactless service but still I haven't received the LL. There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

Dear Sir,
PUC of my Car AS01BV4764 is going to expire on 19-Aug2023. Since I'm presently at Kolkata, I tried renewing the same at the nearest PUC center at "Chandimata Auto Emission Testing Center, Rajarhat, Kolkata, WB. However when the personal tried to do the same he got an error message as "Please contact rto to update fuel norms". My complaint is, as per process we can update our PUC at any place in India, and while is updated...

I passed my LL test on[protected] but my application is still under process of RTO. Its been 6 months now but still approval of LL by licencing authority is pending.

I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 12 july 2023.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending

It's completely being 8 month when I applied for driving licences but I didn't received it yet when I check status of my DL on sarthi parivahan website it showing same thing from many month "Application is under process at RTO level"
I EVEN VISITED RTO OFFICE MANY TIME BUT NO TRY TO UNDERSATAND AND THEY ASK EXTRA MONEY EVEN FOR VERY SMALL WORKS.
NOW I REQUEST @RTOINDIA TO PLEASE PROVIDE MY DRIVING LICIENCE OR KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY
HERE THE GOVT. TAKING MONEY FOR MAKING LICIENCE BUT NOT ACTUALLY PROVIDING IT AND ON THE ROADS THE TRAFFIC POLICE IS TAKING MONEY DAILY FOR NOT HAVING LICIENCE is ain't a scam.

At last I also want to add that the agent for DL TEST at RTO INDORE named RAJESH GUPTA asked me for extra 1000 rupees during the DL TEST

I have applied for IDL with Application no. [protected]. In-person verification at the RTO was completed on 25th of Jul and I was told that within a week I shall have my IDL but it has not been printed yet. I need to get the IDL by 5th Aug as I am travelling on 6th. Kindly help.

Dear sir/madam, my application no. [protected] for updation of adress in dl is still under approval from RTO Balrampur uttar pradesh and approval oF endorsement on dl is under scrutiny since 11.07.23. I have visited RTO office many times but not getting proper response.
