rto registration issue - shows multiple rto during pollution check

Hi Team,

I have transferred my Maruti Suzuki Swift car from Bangaluru East RTO to Barrackpore ARTO in 2008 under the same owner as me (Mrinal Sarkar).
I also have received my registration copy from Barrackpore ARTO.

But my problem is that I am not able to get the pollution certificate because of the following error -
"Registration number more than 1 rto, please contact RTO office"

DL Backlog entry pending for approval

I was issued license in 2001 from RTO Mainpuri (UP84) since i needed to apply for renewal i had submit a request with application number[protected] for backlog entry. But even after submitting that request on 21st January 2020 my approval is still pending and this is the reason i am not able to apply for renewal. Please support.

DL address change request issue-DL not received after 80 days

Dear sir/Ma'am,

i would like to inform you that i have send a address change request through online on 26 sep 2020.and i have also submitted all required document along with my original DL to RTO -Siwan(BIhar).RTO executive communicate us that within 10 days i'ii received my DL on my address. but after 80 + days i can't received.too many chances i was visited RTO office, every time they told me that it will taken some time...

Application No - UP201011V1146656 , ONLINE TRANSACTION SUCCESS ON 11-Oct-20 BUT NOT INWARDED

I purchased second hand WV Polo car (UP16AR3160) from Noida. The application for ownership transfer was submitted online on 11 oct 2020 . I checked the status today and it is showing ONLINE TRANSACTION SUCCESS ON 11-Oct-2020 13:09:26 BUT NOT INWARDED. It’s been two months it’s pending . Driving licence status still showing pending for approval after 45 days days of passing test

Hi,

It's more than 45 days now I passed driving test but still application status shows on parivahan.gov.in is that Application is under processing at RTO Level and following three actions are pending at the rto level:
1) approval of dl
2) printing of the dl in form 7 (Smart card)
3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge .

Driving Licence Number and Date of birth are not Matched

I already having two wheeler licence now I am applying online four wheeler driving licence.I am using below link

but getting below error

Color blind Driving License

As per the new changes, a partial color blind person can get a licence now but the information pertaining to this is insufficient on the transport department site . I believe no Rto office is following this rule and they are rejecting the application on the basis of old rule. Jankpuri Rto officer behaviour is very rude they don't explain the process at all they just look to reject the application so that the person can contact a third party...

RC not delivered since last 1 year

Hello,

I bought my bike in December 2019. Registration no MH05EF4696, since last 1 year my bike RC has not been delivered. I have been to Kalyan RTO, they ask me to check with post office and post office team said that the RC has been sent back to Kalyan RTO.

I have attached the receipt no.

Please help me get my RC as most of the traffic police are not accepting mParivahan RC proof.

Did not receive my DL after 30 days of my test drive

Bike was Stolen and Challan filed on my bike.

Sir my Bike was stolen on 19 July 2019 in which my RC got stolen by the thief's and got issued with 2 traffic challan 1st in Varanasi UP and 2nd in Azamgarh UP after the investigation by the police my bike was founded i received my bike in March 2020 and paid one challan through online but the second challan was transferred to the Azamgarh Court UP which i am not able to pay through online method i also have complete FIR copy and all necesary...

Unable to attend Learners test due to Sarathi Parivahan site maintenance & Issue

Dear Sirs,

I have applied for learners test (LLR) vide application no. [protected] and received a slot for online test on 6th November thru sms on my registered mobile number of [protected]. I have tried several times to get it login in your site but it's showing wrong credentials and system under maintenance. I have tried till 12'O O'clock and the message I received always!

Delay on issue NOC

I have applied for NOC for my car on 19th Oct 2020, still I have not received any update on it. There's no any single update seen on the status on vahan.parivahan.gov.in site, from day one its showing "PENDING AT NOC-VERIFICATION".

On 19th Oct itself, I have submitted Police report issued by Commissioner of Police, Bangalore City.

Error "As the specified application number is not for issuing driving licence no need to go for DLTest SlotBooking".

To the concerned authority,
I had applied for a driving test in the early 2020 which I had failed in my first attempt. My old learners license PB65/04445/2019 expired before the news declaring that all licenses will be extended up to 31st Dec. As a result I had applied for a new learners license. DL stuck in scrutiny-document verification

Hi, i gave the DL test for bike and 4 wheeler on 22nd September 2020, and I had passed both of them.
This is with the Jammu RTO
