Rto India — wrong detail in my dl

Sir,
I request you that my DL no [protected] registered in (UP12) muzaffarnagar UP. I visit at RTO office today for replace paper DL to smart card DL. But this DL has all wrong details in my profile, Like father name, address etc. But this is not my fault. I can't visit day to day at RTO office, because I m a government employee at Punjab national bank. So please correct my details in my DL no. I attach my documents...

Sir chhindwara to narsingpur all bus's are taken so much time tha distance is 125km only bus are taken so much time so plz gave him proper timing schedule
