I had Rs.8000 and something in my [protected]@6:30AM on 30/04/17 and after 2 hours it's now showing zero balance, I haven't played a single game in that duration, I don't know how much money you guys loot from innocent people even after receiving 15% commission from every single game you guys have achieved to make so many complaints, and you don't have proper customer care facilities

        They are debited my 2000 rupees and also they cancelled the 300 and 1000 rupees withdrawal transaction so I compliant to that have to give against them and close that company. They are doing it illegally circket betting is. Ban and if any persons found in betting they are arrested by police so why not taking any action such fraud company rummy circle it 100 % fraud company government have ta charge them and close the company they are cheating to daily lot of people...Please take action and punish to them as soon as possible...

          Hi my rummy circle id is duddu6161i was placed a withdrawl request of 3000rs but it was canceled they replied that your friend violation and dumping into other account and my friend account zanuap was closed and it back 2000 rs and deducted 1000rs, and again i placed a request of 2000rs and again cancelled revert back 1000rs and deducted 1000rs again same problem told to me and again i placed 2000 rs and it was canceled and 2000rs revert back .i am asking several times but it was responding i mail so many times iam irriated got fratuated on them .i dont want any thing just i want to your manager give that number that's it.and friend account was closed saying that dumping money .

            Ordered books and stationery on 02 nd april-2017 & for uniforms ordered on 30th march-2017, made full payment also. The order confirmation says 10-12 days delivery shall be done today is 20 th april. No delivery done. Their customer care ppl are giving misleading info and arrogant answers, not giving any delivery commitment. Unprofessional. Liars, harrasing parents, utilizing money of common peoples, spoiling the future of students, being schools started and students have no books!!! Having been daily following up, no answers. Just misguided every time, every day. What is the status if my order there is no simple straightforward answer.

            This is completely not acceptable to anybody.

            I request consumer court as well the education minister to look into the matter.

              Few days back I have downloaded this game rummy circle with a deposit of 500. 2 days back I have made a request for withdrawal of 1000 rupees which I didn't got yet in my bank account. I have mailed you all the details regarding the transfer. And today my account is closed with no indication or intimation without a valid reason. I need to know a valid reason why my account is been closed and yet I didn't got my money in my account.

                    We see English, Hindi, & Telugu as a language option in the scroll down, this is a serious concern /hindrance to we Tamilans. I'm raising my voice on behalf of all Tamilans to include Tamil option as well. it truly hurts that we don't have our own mother tongue(Tamil) in the language option. Do include Kannada as well in the language option.Tamil is an oldest language in the world. and india's first classical language.so give respect to the language

                            They are manipulating people by doing they fraud things, on a game in 1st round i made 22 score instead of that they showed me that 59.. every other game providers showing last hand.. but here there they are removing it in jus 4 sec. even they are not giving time to make a screen shot.. and also they are not showing the dropped candidate cards on score board.. coz they are manipulating the game..

                              Sir Iam Rahul i was submitted my problem wht is in last complaint Now Iam Request You Please i Have 12000 in my smartr0391 account take acction to withdraw the money they said upload documents but the option in my account not working and also iam sending bank statement via mails iam loosing my hope in rummycircle this kind of frude in rummycircle ididnt aspects plz take action to acctivate my account

                                I have been playing a game on Rummy Circle web site for quite a long time, my account jassi20, And many times I've been withdrawal, But now I am requesting withdrawal in my request, I have not accepted the request, now the account has been filed even though I have sent all the documents in which the address has been sent to the address proof and now demanding a leaf copy of the bank's check book. While I have not issued a check book from the bank.

                                  Iam rahul username smartr0391 and also have a another one smartr039 recently i won 12000 in pool rummy in my smartr0391 account and took a option withdraw but idid a small mistake that is iwas use one bank account in two accounts so rummycircle team was hold my two accounts and saying upload documents iwas do that but it says rejected and the option not working idproof address proof so i dont know what to do exatly iam confuzed i was take option delete my one rummycircle account smartr039 why because rummycircle dosnt accept one bank account for multiple accounts so now iam a single account after this confuzeion iwas send messege to rummycircle team but they are not responding to my mail "HOW CAN I WITHDRAW THE MY 12000 ""plz help me
