Unfortunately during the time of registration i have entered the wrong date of birth and i have added the cash to my account also i. I have never played or tried to withdraw from my account, on 1st august late night or on 2nd august of 2017, but my balance is only 42 rs when i sent a mail i got reply mentioning that i have utilised my money, that is utter nonsense when i have slept by 11:30 pm on 1st night how can i play, not i played on 2nd august, there is a misuse on my account and i want to enquire and revert back on it, if not i have make the issue public and take legal action,

        1) Bank account evidence in the form of Bank Account statement

            Rammy circle online gaming site is complete cheating. Me and my friends faced following said issue multiple times. I lost more money. I could collect screen shot this time so attaching same.
            Issue was when game started there was no sort option for me and not able to draw any cards as well. Internet was fine as i could see live of other player drawing and leaving cards. And i could check and operate main page of game but only the gaming page
            After 3 continuous play game ended i lost 1600. I have collected screen shot same is attached here.
            See the screen shot where no sort button to play and u ca see other person playing.

            Its purely your software problem. I am facing this problem lot when i played higher amount game with single player. Need my 1600 money back all because of your bad software.
            Also see my card they were winning cards.

            You can check the timing there in screen shot and check your recorded data. Kindly revert me soon

                  I have withdrawn an amount of 10, 650 from my rummy circle account and i have got a message that your transaction is cancelled. After some time i got a alert that the money is reverse and after time account is blocked though i played fair.

                  We have observed the collusion related fraud (wherein the players exchange cards and win the game unfairly) multiple times in your account. Hence we had to close your account (Login ID-buddhagandhi) permanently.

                  On 14th May 2017, similar fraud was detected and subsequently your account was blocked and then reopened after a warning. However, the fraud was again observed, due to which we had to close your account. We did send you an email on 5th July 2017 and informed that you have violated the terms of service of RummyCircle.

                  As per the process, due to the repeated violation of terms of services, we had captured the funds from your account. Funds were refunded back to the players who had dumped these in your account. Remaining amount of Rs 616.75 has already been sent to you.

                  Please review our email, sent to your personal email ID (from our customer support team) for further information.

                    I have requested for withdrawal of an amount of rupees 1800. The request has been cancelled and only 800rupees has been credited to my rummycircle account. The remaining amount has been captured by rummycircle. What is the reason for that. Return my amount. The same problem has been happened to my friend account twice. He also mailed rummycircle for the problem to be resolved but no response came from rummycircle. I think rummycircle is totally fraud. It has started to capture money from innocent customers. Please resolve my problem

                          Please change my registered name KARTHIKEYAN T. And use this new name (KARTHIKEYAN T). Because i upload my pan card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as KARTHIKEYAN T. So change my registered name and put KARTHIKEYAN T other wise i cant upload my id proof and i cant do any cash withdrawal so please make it fast in a urgent basis...

                                Worst customer care service

                                I have never seen such a worst customer service center. Hire people for better salaries who have sound knowledge on technology. For just a simple login issue your support team has been working on from more than 10 days with templated email. If your able to solve the issue solve it or delete the accounts of customers by depositing their money back even if it is just 5inr....

                                Without any prior intimation and proper reason my rummy circle account has been blocked. So far i have sent many mails regarding this but i havent got any proper reply from them. My transaction is also blocked and my money is on hold.
