      Hi Rummy Circle Team,

      my name is m venkannababu, my rummy circle user id is "maari2563",
      previously i used to play with different user id "venkanna8010", i forgot the login credentials and was unable to access my account, so i have created a new account with user id "maari2563",
      i have submitted(uploaded) my pan card copy as well
      Now, the problem is i am unable to withdraw the cash, it is saying something account merge so and so,
      so, please help me on this, please help me withdrawing my money.

            By today (20/03/2017 around nearly 12:15pm I added cash amount of Rs 490 and Rs 490 twice, a total amount of 980Rs for my game on our rummy circle, but I didn't receive cash on my game slot account, & amount has been debited from my bank account & I received message for that amount debited from my bank account.

            I am asking for long time ago but I didn't receive any further information reply from you.

              Fake web sites are cheating the customers. If somebody playing rummy in the street police file a case but thousands of players playing the same game online legally. Most of the websites are fakes sites and they are looting the customer amount. How the government allow the game legally where as the same game is not allowed to play in street houses etc. I am requesting to all don't play any online games because they are cheating the customer cleverly. only1% chance is there to winning the online games.

                            This is ravikumar and my userid marin. Ra7264 nd i played special jumbo tournment nd i cleared first round nd i qulaified for second round... And im waiting for second round. It shown second round will start in 8 mins... Suddenly aftr few mins the time changed and it is showing "please wait, the next round will start in 3 hours 35 minutes :47 sec"

                              Dear sir,
                              I have given withdrawal from my rummycircle after two days it has been refunded back after that I can't play any cash play from my rummycircle account. Then and there I can't withdraw my money also still my address proof is not verified and didn't play now.so make a note on this to make clear I am unable to play in cash play and even I can't put money in my account and withdraw my money from rummycircle.

                                  Sir today i have joined weekender winnings tournament and the game is about to start at 3 pm but they closed that tournament with out any proper reason are intimation.before the game to be started they sent messages its time to start the game and win big but the game has not been started and the weekender winnings has been dissapeared in the tournament list please i want to file against this cheating.and i want justice from them and want to know why they are playing with our emotions.

                                      Why you people blame customers,
                                      Why automaticaly withdraw from a tournment
                                      If you are conducting a tournment at 11 am for 10 rps... It shows till 10.59 but after wards nothing found to take seat...
                                      What is this??? Nonsense.
                                      Otherwise dont conduct faltuse tournaments.
                                      Moreover no refund for the failed tournament.
                                      I think u guys like only cash tournaments then conduct only cash tournaments, not for reward ppints and free cash tournaments
