    Same money adding problem.
    I added money from my Hdfc bank account but it's not credited to my rummy account.
    When I add money every time I face d same problem if I not got my money I 'll gve police complaint against u.

                Sir, today at 1:00 am when i am playing in this site, i have found an unfair game conducting by this site. this site is providing 13 card rummy game of 2 decks but when i am playing i have found three same colored cards of 9 autin .how this is possible in a 2 deck game.i have sent an complaint mail, but they did not respond to my question and they have sent an email that you have been permanently blocked from our site. this site is cheating people, and allowing an unfair play and earning crores of money.the reply mail given by them is this

                          Hi,

                          My cards stopped to move when I was about to make my game. it just stopped and the other players were moving. I couldn't lift the displaced card but the game allows me to pick only fresh card and it doesn't allow me to move my cards and allows me to discard only few cards but doo not give me choice to discard any.
                          In this game, It was my game if it had allowed me to do so. But other person has declared and my points has to be 9 points but has to give 63 points and in 10ps game it has deducted my 40 INR from my account.

                          The site/Game is acting in bizarre manner. Please look into it

                                      Hello. Sir... Before last few month i am download rummy circle app. Daily i play well the game on ur site. Last week i will try to first time withdrawel money in my rummy circle account. My user id is :karthick 4429 my name is karthick but i wrote account name is karthickarthi. And then cash play status displayed in (You cannot play cash games or do cash transactions on this account che your email for further information contact [protected]@rummycircle.com) withdrawel status also cancelled. So now i open the rummy circle app not working properly. So please help to found the problem.
