Withdrawal all the amount

I am trying to withdraw all my amount as I dont want to play but in the app I cant withdraw any amount, till i win a game. And the amount is also very small compared to the amount in the account....

Did Not respond to my mails

I got this mail from rummy circle.com i updated my bank details but there is no option for wthdrawl and my balance shows only 6rs.
And after that they didnot give any confirmation whether i withdrawn my money from account or they transfer my money on to it.

I never created any ID on Rummy Circle earlier however error msz is coming your adhar card already associated in our data base.

I have sent multiple emails but no response yet and even they are showing complaint resolved every time. I am really frustrated because of this fraud.
