              Good Morning.

              I am not able to proceed to add cash as am getting this error " You cannot currently add cash to your account or play cash games. We have detected that you do not satisfy the preconditions to play cash games on the website.

              I was able to get ride of the location issue but now am getting this error and am not able to add cash into my account. Can you let me know why this error is occurring.

                  I have been playing a cash game for more than one month but suddenly 1 day back my account has closed so please reopen my account. 350+ rupees in my account. I don't know what is the reason for closing the account and how to re open the account. Please reopen my account today.
