I am not albe to join any contest or withdraw my money and i haven't done anything wrong or any suspicious activities from my account i have just logged in my account in web after that i am not able to join any contest they are saying that my account is linked with multiple ID's i don't know about that how my account is linked with multiple ID's so please help me to activate my account

        Hi,
        I have been using rummy circle from last 1 week while playing rummy circle i win some amount and I would like to transfer to my account but before that I need update the KYC.
        But when I am trying to add my Aadhar card front & back side images
        "Due to some technical reason the files could not be uploaded at the moment" error is appearing.
        I wrote so many mail to them but I received. computer generated reply.
        There is other option like take a picture of your ID, But thing is while i am capturing the image of any ID the picture quality is really worst as its taking blurry image and when we upload the picture for the KYC Application its been rejected due to unreadable address or text.
        by the way I am using high end Samsung s10 plus smartphone so there is not having any issue in my smartphone camera.
        So its clear that they put purposely glitch in there app so KYC Should not be done & amount would not be transfer to my bank account.
        Kindly take Legal actions on this app owner so they will not fraud with people.

        i have been playing rummy on your app from last week and I found that When you first invest you will win with good margin with low points and once you invest your profile will be moved to robo players bucket where you will be playing with computer means robo players means players created by the software.
        Once in next level once you pay 750 or 1000 rupees you will never get a origional sequence on deck..you will also never get a jocker or you if you get lot of jocker with hand game you will not get sequence for the show game and trapped there my big points.
        You will be keep losing all your money instantly, that how software is designed not you to win but ofcourse
        the software Owner to win.
        And about the withdraw transcation - Citing transcation under process and not doing instant transcation.
        they want the money to be stuck with them for 4-5 days, there by leving the player to be forced to play so that they can earn more commssions.
        if there is a technical problem for withdrawal, is by cant't You put a pop saying the same at the time of adding cash?
        If we send a email, you wil send a reply via robot.
        So, i am interestegly investing more proofs and Hired some software team to investigate your software.

                                    I have created new account because they have Closed my old account without any reason. The reason my that t had asked something on rummycircle FB page. I want to clear my doubt but they closed my old account and blocked my money.
                                    After I created new account before two days and they closed new account without any reason or notifications and blocked again my money.

                                      Hello sir I am sumit alladwad..
                                      I am playing rummy circles game since 2 years ..
                                      Last time I was changed my bank details..
                                      But when I am change my bank details the company put my account on hold..
                                      This is for seriously I don't know..and today I got money from my referral but the company dedicated my balance bcoz of baf..
                                      Actually I am not doing any wrong thing but still they are not solving problems..
                                      Till now I'm sending more than 20 mail..
                                      But everytime they said something different which is I can't handle..
                                      So sir please take something strong action ..
                                      I'm sending my original bank details but again they are finding something new trick to hold my account..
                                      Today they deducted 150 rupees ..I don't know why ..
                                      N number of people playing this game I don't how much people facing this problem ..
                                      So sir please take strict action on rummycircle.com...
