I by mistakely gave my old adhar card for verification and I want to give a new one! I want to give my document for verification so it matches the player name and bank account details....

I am Krishna Bose, I opened a account in rummy circle and played and won some amount when I placed a withdrawal they won't even send the money. They won't even reply to emails. In their web site it's mentioned as 4-6 hrs withdraw will be credited to bank. But they won't send it. Wrote around 10 emails and they didn't even reply. Lost every single game played after that. This is not a genuine site. Take immediate action.

I closed my account on 11 oct 2020 but till date 22/11/2020 you not refund me my deposit balance Rs 5000/-, I mail so many times rummy circle customer care but not any share reference number of refund amount, so plz share me reference number of reversed transaction...

At first i attempted to withdraw money from my account through a bank account but the account was already registered. The account was registered in my father rummy account. I didn't know the rule. I have submitted same bank account details in different two rummy account. I never known that same account details could not be link with another account.

For that my rummy account having user id-nims1807have been temporarily blocked. Now I want to change my bank details for unblocked. Please help me so that I can play again smoothly.
