My name is Austin Dasari, I'm having an account on rummy circle an I'm having 1200₹ in that, now suddenly account was blocked by rummy Circle don't know whats the reason behind this,
I mailed rummy circle team but no one is giving proper response simply closing tickets by giving your has been solved,
I mailed 23 times, then also they don't have any sincerity to solves customer issue an now I'm unable to operate my rummy Circle account
Please help me

Updated by Austin Dasari After few days they mail to provide my bank statement and cheque leaf to activate the account, I provide 6days before but still now they are not updating anything
And when I'm opening the application then it show one statement with showing " please upload bank statement and cheque" but in whole application there is no attachments to attach that bhot proof
