My rummy account has been blocked by rummy circle.com. As i try to login it's displaying "account closed". I have my money of about 2000rs in my rummy circle account. I need to withdraw them. I had contacted the customer service of rummy circle about this regard and the issue was not resolved and no proper rply was given from them.

I playing cash game since onemonth but suddenly two days back my account has closed so please reopen my account. 200 rs in my account. I dont no what is the reason of closing account and how to 're open the account. Please 're open my account today. Otherwise i will go to court and i put criminal case on your company. I would request people to do not spend time with rummy sites, they are simply looting people money, they say its a skilled game but in reality skill dose not make win games, simply waste of time and money. Please change my registered name Venkyveda. And use this new name (Venkatesh P). Because i upload my aadhar card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and aadhar card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as Venkatesh P. Nearly 20k to 30k online players are there in junglee rummy and 2lakhs peoples are there in rummy circle. Actually i don't know how to explain about this issue. They receiving 200% profit. Kindly give awareness from these sites. Because i have faced many problems and it gives me mental pressure finally i have attempted for suicide also. Kindly close all rummy sites and also stop the advertisements. I know i won't get my money back. Its my mistake only, we won't give a chance to grow these kind of cheating sites. 3months back total online players is only 3k to 5k but with in 3months they reached 20k to 30k because of advertisement in youtube and all apps including of advertisement. Hi i am sharing what happened to me rummy circle no1 fraud game don't play this i have lost more than 200000 cards will not come to you correctly and it's completely fraud

Sir i playing cash game since one month but suddenly ten days back my account closed. Because my two accounts rummy circle account. So my new account transfer to the my old account but my old account is not working because his user id and my phone is loss. So i new mobile and new email id playing to rummy circle sir i request reopan my new account and transfer to my old account and money to new account today. My query was i did wrong kyc with my wife adhar details as rummy account was mine and by mistakenly given her and it showing kyc blocked showing existing details already with other account

Hence i want to revise the documents with my bank details and adhar but it asking to contact customer care

Moreover night my closing rummy balance was 555 something but in the morning it showing 304, deduction of 255 observed.

Pls help me out in both the issue
