    My account got closed for security reasons. What is the reason? Im not able to play or withdraw my cash. How can you close the account without stating proper reason? I dont mind closing my rummycircle account. But transfer my money to my bank account.

            Every time i click on my samsung internet browser on my redmi note 7 pro mobile, i get popup advwrtisement from rummycircle.com and then another popup asking to install the apk file..
            This is a serious hijack on my mobile without me requesting it.. Why is such sites annoying people like me who have never visited or searched such malicious virus sites..

              My mail id in rummycircle database has been deleted i have already sent mail from my mail id. But they are saying your email id is not registered send mail from your registered mail id.
              I am using this mail id since beginning now what happened i don't know. I can give proofs if needed. I am having nearly rs.2500 in my rummycircle user id vvm131.
              Kindly resolve my issue immediately.

                      Hi,
                      Why i can't able to withdraw my winning amount. Why my account has been blocked. If my account is not fairplay standard why u allowed me to add cash. Are u cheating everyone in the name of fantasy games. I have 506 winning money in my account. Please transfer that money to my account or otherwise i will give legal compliant on this cheating case.

After submition that shows this proof is already submitted for another account but that another account also me used in my old device... After i have bought my new mobile i forgot my older i'd and password so i create new i'd... So please rectify thish problem and proceed my cash withdrawal process...

                                      Hi,
                                      It was a dfb football match on my11circle between 'saar' vs 'leverkusen' last night i. E.[protected].

                                      'saar' team lost that match (0-3) goals. Even the match ends that point system shows defender and goalkeeper had the clean sheet points (I. E. +5). At that time i thought it is under review and they will short out it in final time. But, i was wrong they didn't change it and provided the money who were not eligible.
                                      I email them to reverify and also send them screen shots of their fantasy points. No reply has came to me. Neither they return my money. Where they clearly mention that if a loosing team lost by 2 or more goals they will loose 1 point and also will lost clean sheet points. But they didn't do that, i am confused and feel that cheated. I am playing on this app for long time. It was fine and they solved my problem within few hours. But this time they didn't even reply.
                                      I know there are so many eligible winning player who are also feeling the same. Please help to short out the problem for now and future.
