    I played in rummycircle last 5 months. On October 14th 2020 suddenly they closed my account. That is you are not play cash games and cash transaction. After sending several emails they sent a reply that your problem solved. But the problem was not solved. As a Gold club member I am not able contact any phone or mobile number. My ID is Selwin2910. Please open my cash games or send my winning cash 302 rs. In my bank account submitted in the profile. Please contact by mobile. Thanks Selwin2910.

        Rummy circle is such a cheating company and they dont even have a phone number to contact.
        how can a govet let this kind of fraud company to set up and not publishing their phone numbers to the public

          In the past i used to play rummy circle and due to unknown reason they closed my account.
          Recently i crated another account and added around 12000 rupees, and when it is 17000 in an emergency i had to take out my money they said my account is closed ane not able to take back my money.
          For me this is very important and they simply looting the money and closing the account.
          If anything wrong happen rummy circle will be the reason as they eat up my money.
          If they have good system they shold have stoped me when i tried to open an account they didnt do any thing and i have added money around 12000 and they didnt have any problem.
          When i tried to withdraw thy closed my accout and looted 17000 rupees.
          Its very big amount for me and if i do anything wrong rummy circle will be the reason for it.
          I have maild them more than 20 times and no response and only computer is responding.
          They dont even have a phone number and its a serius issue.
          They take money and wont respond at all.
          Its high time for the government to shut down all rummy games as they simply loot peopl.
          I am also attaching the screenshot of my balance for your referance. If i am not alive when you all see this message please make a campaign to close this kind of inhumen cheating.

          What the hell are you doing to my money.
          I have received a call from your executive and he told me that company has approved the withdrawel and it will get credited soon. Days gone and you have closed my account and money didnt get credited to my account. Just now i have reciived a mail telling my wihdrawel got rejected .

            * Did you ever prove that my account linked with multiple I'd, if yes can you show me other linked I'd.?

            * If my account deactivate due to suspicious activity can you keep the outstanding amount with you ? Is that your norms say ?

            * Really your HELP DESK is working to respond related information about CUSTOMER concerns.? Or they also playing game with CUSTOMERs.. useless bloodys .. any concerns simply standard template response, , copy paste reply... ###

              Yesterday when I was trying to withdraw my money through browser it showed like 'Blocked User'.
              And also through app I can't initiate withdrawal.
              I have been a regular user, playing for almost a year and not involved in any fraudulent activities.
              Please rectify my account.

                They send a promotional message every half an hour basis on my personal mobile number. I have never subscribe for any promotional text messages from them or created one account on rummycircle. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

                  You are agree to open my account (kaykay1980) yesterday confirm through mai. Snap shot of mail attached. After that you detect my amount 650 rs in my account. Messages came, your account reactivate and you can play jumbo tournment like that. For tournment ticket also issued. (Snap shot of message attached). But still now my account was blocked. What the reason. I am sending continous mails but no response from rummy circle. I am very much upset and dipressed. Am very very dipressed, if any thing happened to me rummy circle is the only reason. Pls open my acvount immideately and allow to play. Am not threatening you. This is the fact.

                        I send u so many mails but no reply. I playing cash games so many years, but suddenly yesterday may account has closed. So Please reopen my account. 225 rs in my account. I dont no what is the reason of closing my account and how to re open my account. Pls reopen my account today. Otherwise i will go to court and put case on your company.

                        In previous mails i explained my problem. Purposely i didnt done it has happened without knowing. I dont have multiple id's. I have only one ID. Yesterday am login my id in my husband mobile. My mobile having some problem, so am download Rummy circle app in my husband mobile and enter my ID and play yesterday. This is the fact.

                                Dear sir /madam

                                I had an account in "rummy circle" i had a deposit and withdrawal difference amount of around rs.27 lakhs got stuck u with rummy circle. I kept on messaging them to transfer my money back to my account. Despite transferring my money back to my account, they have blocked my account without any reason and they are not replying to my mails also. I have sent them many mails but they are not responding. I request you to please look into this and please help me in getting my money back.

                                I have no violated any of their terms and conditions but still they have blocked my account for which i had a huge loss of rs.27 lakhs.

                                Please look into this matter.

And later i am tried to withdraw my money, but every time thats getting failed, and i am submitted my kyc, that is always shows under review. And that people saying my account permanently closed, i am cheated, how to saying i don't know, i am not played in private table, and not selected people, that is not possible in rummy circle, and i am played with my money. And their not giving my money back, and in future i don't want play in this cheater site.

                                      I deposited an initial amount of 200 rupees and was asked to enter my personal details. Upon doing so, I was notified that I don't qualify for the preconditions to play the game but yet the money was added. Now, I can't neither play the game nor withdraw the money. I had no idea if my state didn't come under the jurisdiction, also I'm working in another state where rummy circle is allowed but I gave my details to my permanent address.
                                      If it isn't allowed, you should mark it in BOLD letters, also one should be asked his personal details first and then be allowed to add money. This is a pure clickbait agenda, what would now happen to the deposit money which isn't accessible to the customer?

                                        I have deposited 2500 in rummy circle application. They have blocked my account subbu. Tpt from next day due to andhra pradesh banned rummy games. But i am playing from karntaka for the past 3 years. I have uploaded my new kyc as per karnataka address and it is not yet approved. They havent give option to withdraw my deposit balance
