I am Krishna Bose, I opened a account in rummy circle and played and won some amount when I placed a withdrawal they won't even send the money. They won't even reply to emails. In their web site it's mentioned as 4-6 hrs withdraw will be credited to bank. But they won't send it. Wrote around 10 emails and they didn't even reply. Lost every single game played after that. This is not a genuine site. Take immediate action.

              At first i attempted to withdraw money from my account through a bank account but the account was already registered. The account was registered in my father rummy account. I didn't know the rule. Now i have given same account and same kyc so kyc is blocked i can't sumbit new account. Kindly help me so that verification may complete first. So kindly solve problemm

                    for that they asked me for KYC verification process.
                    but for my surprise they told me that document was already being used with some other account.contact customer care.

                                  Friend's bank account number: [protected], indian bank, Palani Branch.
                                  Only through my friend did I know about the rummy circle. So I asked him to add my friend's bank account.
                                  Please release my bank account and my friend's bank account.
                                  You released the bank account in my rummy circle and I will add my bank account.
                                  I promise I told him with all my heart to add my friend’s bank account.
                                  But not response customers care. Plz help me

                                      I have some unutilized balance-Rs 907. My11Circle is not allowing me to play because of Govt. Regulations. Inspite of several emails, they are not returning my money and auto generated email comes, that has of no use. The default method of withdrawl shows a lesser amount- 575.34, that too is not withdrawable because of branch lies in Restricted state. Help me getting my money.
