I have deposited 2500 in rummy circle application. They have blocked my account subbu. Tpt from next day due to andhra pradesh banned rummy games. But i am playing from karntaka for the past 3 years. I have uploaded my new kyc as per karnataka address and it is not yet approved. They havent give option to withdraw my deposit balance

      I played so many time but everytime i'm loosing the money and repeated same players won the money. I raise a complaint regarding that person's they are might their employees that's y they ddnt respond properly. Like me in india so many youngster mistakenly went in this sites and spoiled thier lives. Pls do action on these sites make an amendment to gambling law and destroy in india.                 Hi Team,

                I stopped playing rummy circle long back. Recently, i wanted to play rummy. So, i created a rummycircle account. I started playing rummy and deposited thousands of rupees in my newly created account and lost most of the money i deposited. In couple games, i was managed to win some money and wanted to withdraw the balance 20k i have in my account.

                To withdraw from rummycircle account, one has to upload KYC documents and it will be verified. Generally, it takes 1 day or couple of days as i know. But KYC on my account was not completed and withdrawal request also. I had raised multiple tickets to rummy team, but did not get response from from them like till 1 month. After 1 month or so, they had responded to my query saying, you have another rummy circle account(i think its the account i did not use it for long time which i think was closed by me) and as per their rules, they transferred my withdrawal request amount to Old account.

                Since the old account not used by me for long time, i didn't remember credentials. So, i requested rummy circle team to share the mail ID that was linked to old rummy account to reset the password. i have been asking them to provide the mail ID, i did not even get a single response from any of the rummy circle support team. I had a commitment on the withdrawal amount 20k i made. Since rummy circle team delayed withdrawal and not yet processed, my commitment was lost. I had lost 10lakh rupees of money due to this.

                Rummy Circle team, not at all responding even till now. Because of rummycircle negligence, delaying my request caused me to loose 10lakh rupees. I heard from few friends that rummy circle is a fraud website, fake games will be there. But i did not trust them at that time, now i feel like it is TRUE. Because, if the team found out that i had multiple accounts they should have alerted me when i created a new account which they did not do. They allowed to me to add thousands of rupees and lost all of them and when i won less amount of 20k and wanted to withdraw they are not allowing and not even responding. Simply they said you have an old account and we transferred amount to your old account which is very rude and shows rummy circle fraud behavior.

                Now, i lost 10Lakh rupees due to the act that rummy circle has done, i would request you to please check with rummy circle team and please help me. I tried multiple ways to reachout to them but not able to. As a last option i am reaching out to you and i hope i would get the justice i am expecting, Since i have a faith in Consumer Complaints Board, India.

                One more point i want to made, in Couple states as i remember one is telangana and Other one is Odissa has stopped rummy circle activities in their states. I feel that would be because of this kind of fraud behavior by Rummy circle. So, i would request you to check this issue very carefully & thoroughly and find out fraud rummy circle is doing. After that, according to Indian Constitution law take the necessary actions against rummy circle. If needed please take the action that Telangana and Odisha governament has taken which stop rummu circle activities in Entire India.

                      my money lost

                      I lost my 150000 rupees in rummy circle. They cheated me with internal change of settings. How can we lost lakhs in a single day. I depressed a lot inside. Other than suicide there is an no option like that my situation is going. Kindly help me to half of the amount at least. Otherwise my family will grouply face a trouble.                               I have raised some users are cheating and got the money from me and I have the valid proof that some one picked the card and give to other user due to that I lost, I give this complaint with game id details for that they have blocked my account with the reason that I played together with some sarathking, I am telling this I dont know this person and I asked the proof in what basis they have blocked but for that without reading the email I am receiving a email stating that which is already resolved under ticket id 5870841 but this ticket id raised by me for other doing false play in the game but my account got locked with the same reason after a couple of emails actually the account they blocked me after highlighting where the users played together.

                              This is really a fraud company and doing fraud interms of their own players playing in the site and if you raise complaint they will block the account without any answer ( I know they do not have any answer ) I am attaching few of their illogical responses. and few visible proof why they locked my account
