I have been playing rummy circle games for almost 4 years now. Recently, i had won a big amount of 10, 800 in 101 deal game. I had an amount of 16k plus amount in my account. When i requested for withdrawal of 10k, i was first notified with undergoing checks for the request. Later, they blocked my account for some stupid reasons.
When asked for the withdrawal amount, they take time to verify and credit the amount to my bank account. However, they don't do the same thing when i add cash to play. Is this the way you treat your customer? It's not a trustworthy game anymore. Especially, after seeing so many complaints raised by the customers, the government should take in charge on these fraudulent company. This rummycircle company has not obeying to the rules they have agreed to the government. Instead they are making money from the people by cheating them.

Updated by gagankush The rummy circle team is not replying to my mail and they sent an email saying refer to the old email id when asked for the reason to close my account. Please make sure you return my money first.
