                                Please change my registered name banugonda peddamallaiah. And use this new name (B uma devi). Because i upload my pan card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as rakesh ps. So change my registered name and put rakesh ps other wise i cant upload my id proof and i cant do any cash withdrawal so please make it fast thankyou.

                                    I have been playing rummy circle games for almost 4 years now. Recently, i had won a big amount of 10, 800 in 101 deal game. I had an amount of 16k plus amount in my account. When i requested for withdrawal of 10k, i was first notified with undergoing checks for the request. Later, they blocked my account for some stupid reasons.
                                    When asked for the withdrawal amount, they take time to verify and credit the amount to my bank account. However, they don't do the same thing when i add cash to play. Is this the way you treat your customer? It's not a trustworthy game anymore. Especially, after seeing so many complaints raised by the customers, the government should take in charge on these fraudulent company. This rummycircle company has not obeying to the rules they have agreed to the government. Instead they are making money from the people by cheating them.

                                      Nowadays if we are winning large amount then they will close our account and take our money.
                                      If we put more amount they doesn't bother but if we win large amount they purposely cancel our withdrawal request and close our account.
                                      I'm really disappointed about this app.

                                      Recently i had played 2000rs 201 pool rummy and won 10800rs and i placed withdrawal request id[protected], but it got rejected and they closed my account. Since i'm playing rummy from 3years please take proper action and open my account.
