      My account has been closed recently.
      I don't understand what security problems as if I have hacked the account or something.
      Also my Balan should around Rs 615 but theres only Rs 2.5.
      I don't understand why they've deducted the amount.
      I already contacted them several times but there hasn't been any reply yet.
      They could've atleast told me why they closed the account or deducted the money but no they didn't even bother to read my email.

        I'm getting messages of OTP from Rummycircle . I have written many mails to there support team but the support staff is horrible they don't understand my problem . I have not registered to Rummycircle then why I am geting these OTP message. Some one is given my mobile number . Kindly resolve the issue before I take legal action.

              It is been designed the system will shuffle all negative cards once you drop ur cards at ANY TIME of your play .even if you are at 100 points it will shuffle negative cards each at every time at that situation. Hoping with computerised person it won’t happen the same .even if they drop the cards at 99 points they will get brilliant shuffling cards knowing another person is at 21 points and they will run you out your money. I have experienced a lot bad 100 times the situation .please this game line is fraud generated and if we complain they will show the authorised certificate of shuffle checking all is ###.

                          Sir,
                          Iam the user of rummy circle, i want to update my kyc document, so i upload new document on last week, till now it is in under review. Without kyc verification iam little bit afraid of adding huge money and big games because even though i won also there is no provision for withdraw the money. Please verify my documents if it is incorrect i will upload another.

                                      Have entered my personal information before with my pet name previously. The name entered before is different from my account holder name. So i tried to withdraw amount through online transfer using the options provided. The name has been mismatched with the bank account id proof. I need to update the personal information to withdraw amount. I must know that whether it is safe to upload id proof including account number details. There are many scams going around.. There are easy way to deposit amount to play rummy through online transfer.. But why there are so many steps to withdraw amount.. Clarify shortly as soon as possible
