            Please change my registered name banugonda peddamallaiah. And use this new name (B uma devi). Because i upload my pan card for id proof but it was rejected because my rummycircle registered name and pan card name not same. My all id proofs have same name as rakesh ps. So change my registered name and put rakesh ps other wise i cant upload my id proof and i cant do any cash withdrawal so please make it fast thankyou.

                I have been playing rummy circle games for almost 4 years now. Recently, i had won a big amount of 10, 800 in 101 deal game. I had an amount of 16k plus amount in my account. When i requested for withdrawal of 10k, i was first notified with undergoing checks for the request. Later, they blocked my account for some stupid reasons.
                When asked for the withdrawal amount, they take time to verify and credit the amount to my bank account. However, they don't do the same thing when i add cash to play. Is this the way you treat your customer? It's not a trustworthy game anymore. Especially, after seeing so many complaints raised by the customers, the government should take in charge on these fraudulent company. This rummycircle company has not obeying to the rules they have agreed to the government. Instead they are making money from the people by cheating them.

                The rummy circle team is not replying to my mail and they sent an email saying refer to the old email id when asked for the reason to close my account. Please make sure you return my money first.

                  Nowadays if we are winning large amount then they will close our account and take our money.
                  If we put more amount they doesn't bother but if we win large amount they purposely cancel our withdrawal request and close our account.
                  I'm really disappointed about this app.

                  Recently i had played 2000rs 201 pool rummy and won 10800rs and i placed withdrawal request id[protected], but it got rejected and they closed my account. Since i'm playing rummy from 3years please take proper action and open my account.

                      My account is closed 3 years back.. I have 800+ amount in my account. Im a fair games and i didnot violated their rules.. But they closed my account.                                 Y its rejected.
                                This really disguisting.
                                When i add cash it gets add quickely but when i withdraw it, after 4 5 days it gets rejected.
                                I want proper e planation about this.

                                      From 5 years i am being with u. I will make sure all my 20 of friend will be closing the account with rummy circle.

                                      Its not all fair for being with u 5 years u treat like this. For complaining about ur card distribution just like that u cannot close my account. If refund all my money which i have deposited n played till now.

                                      I will just try an email to ur ceo and co founder to activate my account. And i will write n this linledln profile also.

                                      Its like u people are fooling everyone just like ur closing the account.

                                      If am complaining about some things for more 10 times its an issue from your side. Try to fix it and make the customer happy not like this u closing the account. Every time u send only the auto generated email.

                                      When we call the helpline the represtative just say verification team closed ur account. Write an email.

                                        My name is satyanarayana and recently i have opened a account in rummycircle.com with the username smart. Lol.

                                        It's was going fine and one fine day they locked my account and said they observed some irregularities and violation of terms... Here comes the point. If they obersverd so then they have to mention what exacrly it is.

                                        But i have written many emails asking them the reason and when my account will be activated they don't even reply.

                                        Atleast they should tell me the reason for holding my account and even inform whether it will be activated or no in future. But they are least bothered to give. Now explain me what kind of customer service is this when upon asking reason for holding my account they don't even reply. So its very clear that they wantedly held my account without any reason. If they had any they would have replied me.

                                        Finally i am asking one more time. What is this reason for holding my account and when will it be activated.
