I cnt wait any more, so many problems for me, i want my money, i have sent the bank statement please check.

    Initiated withdrawal request on 1st March, today is 18th, after several follow-ups processed 49000, still 41925 pending.

    You people are simply saying amount strucked at yes bank and asking me to wait, how many days I have to wait.

    You people are not taking any action on this issue, atleast guide me to take action against them .

    You people are intentionally delaying it, that is not small amoun to leave .

    I have so many prblms, bcz of rummycircle I spoils my life, so many people also spoiling their lives .

    Lost so much of money, but now I won only 41925 they hold it and making me tensed .

    Please I'm requesting to everyone who is playing rummycircle, it is a completely fraud company, don waste your time and money.

    Rummycircle team I sent an email with bank statement and one more screenshot for your reference

    Please do send my money, please stop making me tensed, I'm in the stage of mentally disturbed and in a depression mood, please don't make me tensed any more.transfer my funds .

        I have placed withdrawal on[protected]
        Transaction amounts of 49000INR & 41925INR, usually rummycircle process withdrawals on IMPS mode, I have not received both the transaction amounts, then I have reported rummycircle they informed to wait 48hrs for the reversal, I have waited but no reversal happened, again they told to wait for 1more day, I have waited like that they have delayed 10days, now some unfortunate situation they closed they account but still they are saying now worry we will do reversal and transfer the funds registered account but there is no update since 10days, earlier they said 48hrs again 5-7working days, they have given couple of false commitments regarding the withdrawal, they are not worrying about anybody like cybercrime complaints or legal action, now they are telling because of yes bank issue your fund got strucked, my bank is RBL they have transferred the funds on 2nd I DNT know how yes bank came into the picture now, I have only hope on consumer complaints to resolve the issue.please help me all the emails and false commitments attaching .

        Every time they are saying we are working it on high priority they are telling the same since 3rd March to till date no update, they are telling cashfree team is not responding, cashfree is the service provider for rummycircle for the payment solutions, as a tiedup company rummycircle having the rights to get the information from them and take the reversal from they but rummycircle circle team saying every time they are not responding and working on high priority.

        I'm sincerely telling the players that I'm an active player, they cheated me and blocked my account surely they will do the same for you stop using rummycircle, it's my suggestion because that much toruble they have created me and cheated me, it's all fake uodates they are not caring about anybody means cybercrime or legal action means they will not care about anybody as a normal citizen we can't fight with them bcz now it's a bit organization .suggesting you stop any rummy games they will work very hard to stole our hard earning money.please please realize, but my case I will start fight against them untill I die, such a prblm and tension they have created on me

        We completely acknowledge your concerns and we have already explained to you about the delay here. The delay here is completely due to the transactions being routed through YES bank. Unfortunately, we are not getting any update from YES bank about the status of your withdrawals and as highlighted earlier, we are in constant touch with the bank to clear your withdrawals.

        However, as discussed yesterday, understanding your situation, we did process an amount of 49, 000 in your account from our side, irrespective of the status of your stuck withdrawals with YES bank. And the amount of 49, 000 was also successfully processed in your account yesterday only.

        In regards to your account closure, our Fairplay team has actioned your account basis our Fairplay policy. Rest assured, about your stuck withdrawals of 41, 000 and 49, 000 we are continuously following up with the bank and the moment we have any update on these, the same will be either processed or return to your account.

          Hi, my name is nageswara rao and my user id is bonsterr.. I recently open this account played cash games and one fine day it says cannot play cash games. I didn't do anything wrong and upon writing so many emails to [protected]@rummycircle.com none of my emails were replied back.

          Kindly activate the account and let me play with a fair and good manner which i have done from the beginning.

          One of my friends who runs a internet shop sent me a link to open a account i clicked on it and open this account. I didn't know how to add cash or etc. He helped me adding cash. And rummy circle says payment matched or something and account blocked.

          They also mentioned dumping or something and they were never ever clear what exactly i did wrong which according to the best of my knowledge i didn't do anything wrong.

          Upon requesting to activate or send my 900 they don't even reply. Telephonic support is not available. What should i do... Help me kindly

            I have placed the withdrawal of 41925/- and 490000/- both the transactions showing as processed but the amount not credited to the bank, contacted customer care daily they are saying wait for 24hrs, I lost trust on rummy circle they are cheating players, if NEFT failed it will revert back within 24hrs but it's almost 4days still amount not credited or not sent back to the rummy account.

            It's a digital world everybody knows the banking rules and regulations, if IMPS or NEFT failures it's should be returned maximum duration by 48 hrs, for my case it took already 5days, still no response, I feel that some thing meshed up in rummycircle not from the bank end, as I communicated with bank with reference o[censored]TR numbers which you have provided they said UTR number is the reference for the sender to communicate the sender bank not for the receiver, you can take this as high priority and resolve the issue, it's really worth of loosing the trust on Rummycircle.if you want information I will attach the information I get over the internet

            You are sending the funds through cashfree right? I have attached the cashfree blog regarding the NEFT and IMPS failures and reversal details, they clearly mentioned that on next working day thy are gng to reverse the funds if bank issue, may I know for this case y it took more than 4days, tell me the reason

            Could you please check the emails received from your team, one is saying that funds sent by NEFT, one person saying IMPS, if you really sent the funds why you are confusing to tell the mode of transfer, why changing the days since 3rd to till date, daily telling wait till EOD Like this 3days over .it's not really correct to trouble a customer, it's not a small amount to ignore, I too have some commitments, I have spent so much earlier, why making trouble to me when I won, it's really not at all good, please check the attachments for your references .given the false commitments

                          Withdraw request is not processing i am trying since saturday still now i didn't get withdraw in my rummy circle wallet... And i will send more than 20 mails but i didn't get even one reply.. And i call the rummy circle number it is also not connecting... Then how can i trust rummy circle..                             I'm playing cash game since 3 days but suddenly 1dayback my account has closed i don't no what is the reason of closing account.

                            My active account kyc verified by rummy team and i deposited 2000 rupees and playing cash games suddenly they closed my account.

                            I mailed to rummy team and asking about this issue. They said like am using multi account.

                            Am not using multi account. My old account is already closed. Currently, only 1 active account in my proof.

                            My hard-earned money stolen by rummy team. Am not happy with the way they are supporting to customers, their motive is cheating only.

                            If already am using 1 account means, how they allow us to open new account??? How they verified my proof???

                            I wish to reopen my current active account. Please help on this

                            I have a simple question,

                            if I have 1account means how my another KYC verified and how allow us to add cash and also I got withdraw .

                            once i added 2000 ruppes they block my account says some reasons.

                            Rummy team purely cheating here and cheating my money and not reopen my account.

                                  I have registered a complaint here added screenshots as well about their advertising policy which does not give full information and only after that. To my previous complaint here they just replied to email them on their support i did and they did not replied even then and they do not reply here too and no one seems to take note of that and resolve or take action even on this complain forum. What is one supposed to do if the service does not reply and they keep on providing incomplete information just to fraud customers?

                                    I added the 3300 as an offer on the screenshot to get 990 bonus which is 30%. I serached for the information on their website for bonus amount credit and expire policy but did not get any. Clicked on the offer link to see the details of how it will work but there wasn't any information other than this. When i got the bonus amount it is showing as unreleased bonus with just a expiry of 2 days. I contacted their suport and after that i was able to know how the bonus will work with no information on the website about how it works and with only 2 days of expire. To get this bonus you have to spend 9900 on their app in just 2 days to get it which is fraud as in 2 days there is no way to get that amount and that is totally incorrect information and fraud. The support stops replying after they do not have answer to their false advertisement or scam ideas. Tried to solve it with those guys but it did not helped they do not help with that. It has been the thing in past as well where the reveal how to use it and end date after the offer is taken not before that and only with such short expiry. Will take all the possible to stop them for scamming other people in future.

                                    Already done that after the initial response they do not reply at all. My issue was why give just 2 days to release the bonus amount of 990 for 26 jan offer and to get that you have to play for 9900 in just 2 days. Hoe does that seem fair at all and just in case if it does to you why there is no information provided about this that there will only be 2 days for it to expire. This is totally false and incorrect advertising by not displaying the correct information and only getting to know the expiry date after the offer is taken.
