They are cheating ppl with bots and their own algorithm which makes ppl win only if they load cash.. If you win.. It will make sure you loose with in next 5 games. No jokers no touches nothing.. Why aren't any one putting block on rummycircle all over india. Some states like telangana and odisha have already banned this game..

Money is not my concern to play this game but cheating people with false and fraud motivation is my concern. I may have lost around 20 - 25 thousands. No big deal.. But i want to play a fair game. Why did some states ban this game. And why some are not??

            My account is blocked because of my fault but but i want to rectify this so so i give many queries to the respective department but they are not understand my problem and some other way they are treating as a in every time mislead my problem. I want to rectify my fault. My fault is that the bank details given in the my account it is also registered in another account so so i want to to upload my bank details to rectify the fault done by me. Because of locked account i can do nothing in the respective system i also attached some pictures that shows i am really in problem and my money is also struck in that app which is not a less amount for me

              I keep getting different spam with different link all pointing to rummry circle URL in the end after few redirects.

              I can no block the number since it keeps changing every time.

                Hi,
                I was frequently complaining about their cards distribution method and suddenly they closed my account without my concern.
                I was facing and finding there was some misleading in cards distribution as was continuously getting worse cards and without taking any single strike the deal was closed by someone.
                This was not one time and happened frequently. So i made complaint whenever i was come across that situation.
                I lost big money in that site and they closed my account since i asked about the details and to escape from my valid reasons.
                If anyone who help me how to handle this and how to get refund from that site since their dealing is not fair. Like me so many people will be suffered as i guess and we want to stop such illegal gaming activities in india to save our people.

                They looting our money and they using roborts for playing to cheating people's
                IAM going to fight against these things and I will go to court for ban the application at entire country and lock the culprits behind this.

                        Initiated withdrawal request on 1st March, today is 18th, after several follow-ups processed 49000, still 41925 pending.

                        You people are simply saying amount strucked at yes bank and asking me to wait, how many days I have to wait.

                        You people are not taking any action on this issue, atleast guide me to take action against them .

                        You people are intentionally delaying it, that is not small amoun to leave .

                        I have so many prblms, bcz of rummycircle I spoils my life, so many people also spoiling their lives .

                        Lost so much of money, but now I won only 41925 they hold it and making me tensed .

                        Please I'm requesting to everyone who is playing rummycircle, it is a completely fraud company, don waste your time and money.

                            I have placed withdrawal on[protected]
                            Transaction amounts of 49000INR & 41925INR, usually rummycircle process withdrawals on IMPS mode, I have not received both the transaction amounts, then I have reported rummycircle they informed to wait 48hrs for the reversal, I have waited but no reversal happened, again they told to wait for 1more day, I have waited like that they have delayed 10days, now some unfortunate situation they closed they account but still they are saying now worry we will do reversal and transfer the funds registered account but there is no update since 10days, earlier they said 48hrs again 5-7working days, they have given couple of false commitments regarding the withdrawal, they are not worrying about anybody like cybercrime complaints or legal action, now they are telling because of yes bank issue your fund got strucked, my bank is RBL they have transferred the funds on 2nd I DNT know how yes bank came into the picture now, I have only hope on consumer complaints to resolve the issue.please help me all the emails and false commitments attaching .

                            Every time they are saying we are working it on high priority they are telling the same since 3rd March to till date no update, they are telling cashfree team is not responding, cashfree is the service provider for rummycircle for the payment solutions, as a tiedup company rummycircle having the rights to get the information from them and take the reversal from they but rummycircle circle team saying every time they are not responding and working on high priority.

The delay here is completely due to the transactions being routed through YES bank. Unfortunately, we are not getting any update from YES bank about the status of your withdrawals and as highlighted earlier, we are in constant touch with the bank to clear your withdrawals.

                            However, as discussed yesterday, understanding your situation, we did process an amount of 49, 000 in your account from our side, irrespective of the status of your stuck withdrawals with YES bank. And the amount of 49, 000 was also successfully processed in your account yesterday only.

                            In regards to your account closure, our Fairplay team has actioned your account basis our Fairplay policy. Rest assured, about your stuck withdrawals of 41, 000 and 49, 000 we are continuously following up with the bank and the moment we have any update on these, the same will be either processed or return to your account.

                              Hi, my name is nageswara rao and my user id is bonsterr.. I recently open this account played cash games and one fine day it says cannot play cash games. I didn't do anything wrong and upon writing so many emails to [protected]@rummycircle.com none of my emails were replied back.

                              Kindly activate the account and let me play with a fair and good manner which i have done from the beginning.

                              One of my friends who runs a internet shop sent me a link to open a account i clicked on it and open this account. I didn't know how to add cash or etc. He helped me adding cash. And rummy circle says payment matched or something and account blocked.

                              They also mentioned dumping or something and they were never ever clear what exactly i did wrong which according to the best of my knowledge i didn't do anything wrong.

                              Upon requesting to activate or send my 900 they don't even reply. Telephonic support is not available. What should i do... Help me kindly

                                I have placed the withdrawal of 41925/- and 490000/- both the transactions showing as processed but the amount not credited to the bank, contacted customer care daily they are saying wait for 24hrs, I lost trust on rummy circle they are cheating players, if NEFT failed it will revert back within 24hrs but it's almost 4days still amount not credited or not sent back to the rummy account.

                                It's a digital world everybody knows the banking rules and regulations, if IMPS or NEFT failures it's should be returned maximum duration by 48 hrs, for my case it took already 5days, still no response, I feel that some thing meshed up in rummycircle not from the bank end, as I communicated with bank with reference o[censored]TR numbers which you have provided they said UTR number is the reference for the sender to communicate the sender bank not for the receiver, you can take this as high priority and resolve the issue, it's really worth of loosing the trust on Rummycircle.if you want information I will attach the information I get over the internet

                                You are sending the funds through cashfree right? I have attached the cashfree blog regarding the NEFT and IMPS failures and reversal details, they clearly mentioned that on next working day thy are gng to reverse the funds if bank issue, may I know for this case y it took more than 4days, tell me the reason

                                Could you please check the emails received from your team, one is saying that funds sent by NEFT, one person saying IMPS, if you really sent the funds why you are confusing to tell the mode of transfer, why changing the days since 3rd to till date, daily telling wait till EOD Like this 3days over .it's not really correct to trouble a customer, it's not a small amount to ignore, I too have some commitments, I have spent so much earlier, why making trouble to me when I won, it's really not at all good, please check the attachments for your references .given the false commitments
