We had recieved Demand letters for additional fungible and re-registration. Runwal Group's CRM team just informed me about the discussion on the demand raised. I appreciate the transparency shown by the team with respect to this matter. Meeting with Runwal has successfully sorted this issue that was pending since couple of months...
I own an Apartment in T2 at Runwal Greens. Runwal Group's CRM team just informed me about the additional fungible applicable and that a demand would be raised for it. I appreciate the transparency shown by the team with respect to this matter. I visited Runwal Office at Sion to sort out this Matter. And I am happy to say, things have been sorted positively. Now awaiting for the possession...

I have also bought 2.5 BHK in Rosewood in 2010 and was charged for 1300 saleable area. Agreement for sale was executed in 2012 stating only carpet area 787 sq.ft. I received a letter in July-2015 from the builder asking to pay for the increase in carpet area 138 sq.ft extra because of Fungible FSI. They have already charged me on super built-up area of 1300 which includes the utility+flower+deck area and now charging me again?
This is totally unacceptable and a deliberate attempt by Runwal Group demanding for extra money from customers.
Be aware when dealing with such builders who are not professional and delaying projects to gain in finding ways to overcharge the customers.
