My courier was supposed to be delivered on 26th of oct from amazon.in in kolkata. However, its 8th nov now and the product still remains not delivered even after repeated complaints and requests.
Formaly lodging a complaint against safe express for zero customer satisfaction and lackuster services.
I have approached safeexpress customer service from website and from social media. But in both the services they have zero performance.
Please lodge a complaint against safe express for gross negligence of customer service.

    I booked my consignment (3 boxes) from hyderabad to bangalore on 9 october 2017. The consignment was important for me, so before booking i enquired with safex experts for time duration they need for the delivery. They promised that they will deliver it within 4-5 days. The consignment reached in bangalore on 14 october as shown by their online tracking service. The waybill number is 51201502. But it is still undelivered to the mentioned address. After contacting so many times to their customer care support, i didn't get any satisfactory response. Moreover their executives provided me with different responses regarding my consignment and false promises for delivery. On 28 october, i came to know via one of thier experts that one of my consignment is missing and they need to time to track it. Moreover they were reminding me about the money i have to pay as the payment mode choosen was cod. Every time their customer support has a lame reason that their bangalore center is piling up with the consignments and they are not able to deliver it on time. This is not a customer's problem, if they don't have the workforce and can't provide the service on time. Then why to make fake promises and why to run the service?
    As far as service is concerned, i having the worst customer experience and their customer support is not at all satisfactory in any way. I would have choosen any other courier service at cheaper rate. No courier or logistics service provider takes 1 month for the delivery.

    That consignment is important for me, if it's still undelivered for more 1-2 days. Then i will be forced to take some legal action.

      Waybill no 85420415 and 85420474 were shipped from new delhi to mumbai and they reached safexpress mumbai hub on 14/10/2017 and 19/10/2017, they were send by industry buying an online shopping sites to me anuj sharma even after 12 days the consignment is still undelivered contacted their customer care but did not got any satisfactory response, i even told them that i can arrange my own pickup from their office but they were unable to provide me contact details of their mumbai office i am very much frustrated at their response

        My complaint number is [protected]. This is with reference to an online order from flipkart.com dated 20th september 2017. As per flipkart the said item was supposed to be delivered by 13th october 2017.

        I had made several complaints to the filpkart customer care. But the problem didn't resolve.

        On last 25th october 2017 i had received a call from safe express in the morning that due to non availability of vehicle they are not able to deliver the product.

        They ensured me that it will be delivered by 26th oct 2017 before 12:00pm.

        After contacting the safe express customer care executive. The status is showing that safe express couldn't deliver the product at my place due to any reason..

        Kindly look into the matter the delivery the same by today itself.

        We United Laboratories India Pvt Ltd received two packages of Waybill No. 56598441 & 57083924 on 05 Jan'18 & 12 Jan'18 respectively.This is to inform you that while downloading the GST bill from Safe Express's website then we facing certain problems.

        After speaking with your customer care no we got to know that our GST no. which your team had entered at their end is 19AAACV3899C1Z2 which is wrong, and it should be 19AAACU3899C1Z2.

        After several follow ups with customer care team the issue is yet to be resolved.

        So request you to please do the needful. Your solicitation will be highly appreciated.

          Sir, i booked my luggage/goods (Qty-08) from srinagar to (J&k) suryalanka c/o bapatla (Andhra pradesh) way bill no. 55854082 on 05 october 2017. During the time of booking, they promised me to deliver the goods with in 14 days ie by 18 oct 17. However, same done partially. After my repeated approachings, they delivered 07 items out of 08. When i contacted through customer care, the response was poor and they are asking 2 more days to track the 8th item. When i tried to track the luggage, the same is not showing about the 8th item. Request interfere..

            This is seriously the worst service i have received from anyone till date. A package from jodhpur to bangalore was sent on 28th, september and it still hasn't reached. The package reached bangalore on 4th, october and i honestly fail to understand the reason for this delay. I have been calling the customer service for the past 10 days and i haven't been getting any constructive solutions for my problem. One of your customer care representative went on to tell me that i will receive the package within a year for sure. I am tired of reaching out to your representatives and i seriously doubt your ability to make the delivery now.
            I need my package at the earliest. I will never ever use your services again and make sure that no one in my close circles does so as well.

              I had placed my trust in safe express and sent my personal belongings from gurgaon to bangalore, when i received the consignment, i received 8 out of the 10 boxes i sent. One box contains an amplifier worth 12000 and my dresses, while the other missing box had clothes.
              I have been calling their offices since a week and still they only say they are trying but are still unable to find the location of the boxes.

              I want to get in touch with the person who can help me track my boxes, they should be able to find where the boxes are.
              If not worth case, i want to claim for lost boxes. The way these guys have handled the whole situation is just appalling.

                This shipment was booked on 30th september from vapi to delhi.
                Material reached delhi warehouse (Asaf ali road) on 4th oct n still is pending for delivery.
                My delivery address is in bhagirath palace chandni chowk which is hardly 2-3kms i. E. 10-15mins max.
                Moreover no one is replying for pickup as well.

                  I have order a furniture from insaraf.com from rajasthan to moradabad the product reached at location on 9th sep, i found the product damaged and opened as the moradabad branch dont have proper vehicle to send it to my house so they opened it, i refuse to take delivery. Now the company insaraf is waiting fr the damaged product so they can reshipped the new product but its now more than a month that the product is lying with moradabad branch due to which my money is stucked with these two unethical companies.
                  Daily i call moradabad brand head nitin to ask them to ship the product but he did not have any ability to ship it back to company.
                  I mailed to safeexpress also but they are not responding.
                  I call/ mail to insaraf.com sometimes some one say that they do not send until they receive and some time they say the product is ready and ship it in evening.
                  I am stuck between these two unprofessional company neither i get my money nor product.

                    The most horrowic experience in talking to concerned person in chennai vanagram brach, nearly 100 calls we made to know delivery of above consignment, we were given mobile nos [protected], [protected].
                    We called nearly 50 times to each of the above mobile, but no response.
                    I doubt this company hypes and say we are the largest logistics service provider.
                    You dont have properly trained staff in your office as of how to handle the situation and give service response
                    In meanwhile on 12th, 13th oct, we also made toll free complaint, but there also no response
                    When you take so much of money, is it not your duty to deliver the goods in time and more importantly attend to customer problem
                    I called nearly 100 times to your vanagram office
                    But the result is big big big zero
                    Hats off to safe express for claiming the largest logistics company

                      I sent my parcel via safexpress thinking it's the most safest courier service. But when i received the box, the entire edge of one side was brutally torn and my electronic items like toaster, hand blender and many more were missing.
                      This is beyond tolerance.
                      Look into the matter and help!

                        I have booked for a supreme wardrobe & a nilkamam wardrobe from vijay deals an online platform & remitted full amount of my purchase online on 07/09/2017. I received a communication through whatsapp from vijay deals that the products are shipped by them through safe express vide way bill number 82716049 on 26/09/2017. However, the tracking report of safe express courier does not have any entries after 28/09/2017. When i contacted vijay deals, they are not replying properly. Safe express is also do not have a phone number to contact. The toll free number asks me to key in the way bill number, but gets disconnected once way bill number is keyed in. I am in a fix now, and sad to find my rrs20, 000 investment of goods is not received my hands. I suspect vijay deals & safe express are playing mischief through their online platforms.

                          After repeated delays in picking up request for 3 days continuously and after third complaint to the customer, i was put on a conference phone call with a person named nilikanth who is looking after vizag operations. During the conference call, he assured me of pick up at the fastest possible way and gave me his cell number. But when i called him in his private number, he told me to hire an auto and bring my items to be shipped to his office. When i question him that is now safeexpress works, he threatened me by saying he is not afraid of me because he is the branch manager here in vizag. When i protested his unprofessional and rude behavior, he told me do anything i want. First he delayed my for 3 days and now instead of doing his job, he is acting at the most unprofessional and unethical way of threatening a customer. This is the least i expect from a reputed company like safe express. Now my pick up is still pending and i hope the company management teaches this employee named nilikanth some lesson.

                            I have placed order via olive tree trading, they have decided to dispatch via safexpress and thats where the problem started! Package was out for delivery since 27th of september. No phone calls were made, only messages attempt unsuccessful! Finally on 4th of october they decided to call for directions which were provided. It took 20min on call to explain landmark, but how does it help if delivery people! Which suppose to know streets or use gps still doesnt know main streets of bangalore! After i received my package and refused to sign for it, delivery guy starting mocking me and laughing!!! Wow!! Just wow!! I hope this company will bankrupt or whatever!!! I just never want to see this company anymore!!! Dont use it!!! Its cost so much of stress.

                              I m a vendor, we have deliver some items to safexpress in july at PO date 13 june 2017 we have delivered all material in last week of june . I was trying to call contact Person who deal with us for payment but not getting ay responce from him they are not picking our call or not giving any reply to our mail.. what will i do ?? On present date[protected] I m waiting for him since 1 hour at reception nh8 mahipalpur but again got no response from him I m continuesly calling him but call is not pick by him one of them who introduced to Safexpress is sitting inside in the office and I clearly able to see that person but he is ignoring me and not picking call what we do now the amount is about 7 lakh and I have not got a single penny from Safexpress please suggest me a better option

                                    Cash on delivery case amount of 1049

                                    Dm-strhpo supplied wrong wrost non working products. I have ordered samsung 2500mah powerbank, 2.0 bluetoot, samsung 128gb memory card but dm-strhpo supplied 25000mah samsung duplicate non working powerbank, damaged earphone instead of 2.0 bluetooth, and old non workable memory card.

                                    I had collected this courier from safe express office (Kuct-bhuj, madhapar) and also opened courier infront of safe express person...
                                    And i requested to refund my money 1049/-
                                    He repllied - we are not responsible for this..

                                    So many complaints against dm-strhpo, after that why safe express delievered this dm-strhpo company products...?

                                      My waybill number is 54331393. Shipment from bangalore to gurgaon. On the date of delivery, i get a call saying shipment is misplaced and they cant find it in origin city. They never shipped it. The shipment contains valuable items and also it should have been delivered in time. Such irresponsible and bad service was not expected. I raised the complaint multiple times and every time i get the response to wait for 48hours

                                      After multiple complaints and esclations, they shamelessly admitted that the item is lost in their own warehouse and is not trackable. It had brand new books worth 12k and jacket worth 3k aprt from other items.

                                      Cant believe myself that safexpress did it.

                                      Not sure on how they will reimburse the loss of time and money.

                                      Now they are not even responding to my mails for reimbursement. I have written to [protected]@safexpress.com but all effort is in vain.

                                      They have no regret not responsiblity. All they do is tell you that they are looking into it.. And they have esclated it to the relevant department. But no results

                                      Not received any call from Safexpress. Also dropped a mail to [protected]@safexpress.com but no response yet.
                                      I was book my bike from Chennai to naliya, kutch (Gujarat) and my bike have large scratches over tank, what can I do now?
                                      I have sent pictures of my bike.
                                      Please make some solution as soon as possible.

                                        Hello sir/ mam,

                                        We are regular customer of safexpress but sorry to say this we have complaint regarding our courier material tracking no[protected] boxes containing it has been shipped on 25/8/2017 and arrived on 29/8/2017 and still its not delivered yet. If this kind of situation arise we have to loose our clients just coz of not providing goods on time to them..
