misplaced consignment in own warehouse

My waybill number is 54331393. Shipment from bangalore to gurgaon. On the date of delivery, i get a call saying shipment is misplaced and they cant find it in origin city. They never shipped it. The shipment contains valuable items and also it should have been delivered in time. Such irresponsible and bad service was not expected. I raised the complaint multiple times and every time i get the response to wait for 48hours...

We are regular customer of safexpress but sorry to say this we have complaint regarding our courier material tracking no[protected] boxes containing it has been shipped on 25/8/2017 and arrived on 29/8/2017 and still its not delivered yet. If this kind of situation arise we have to loose our clients just coz of not providing goods on time to them..

I thought u were a brand in logistics but I had a misconception. At the time of booking my consignment I told them that my consignment had to be delivered on the fifth floor which was agreed by Safexpress staff in Lucknow. It took 19 days for my consignment to deliver and that too with regular follow-ups as ur team does not bother to respond. And at the time of delivery ur staff member in Angul Mr Pramod refused...

lost items during transfer of items

As stated in the subject, I had sent a courier package of three boxes from hospet to coimbatore containing household items and clothes 3rd July 2017.
Waybill number for the order was 52386227.
Once the package was delivered on 6th July, I noticed one box was damaged and taped with extra safexpress tapes, but other boxes were fine.
I opened the boxes the next day and found few of the items missing.. Including 3 dresses...

wrong way of calculating charges

I had 2 cartons for transporting in the campus2home category of safe express.
The concept applied is that by air it's rs. 80 per kg, but they don't weigh it. Instead they assume one carton is 20kg and i had 2 cartons, so 40 kgs * 80, which came out to be 3200+300 as waybill charges + 18% gst. So it was around 4500 bucks. Utterly useless courier (damages, harassment and delay)

This was the worst experience i have had regarding couriers, they claim to be the best but nothing of that sort is evident! Initially i had to repeatedly call them to ask when they will deliver and they kept says it will arrive by tomorrow for 3 days! Once they finally did deliver my goods, they were mostly damaged which includes glassware which were all broken, led tv (The tv was brought from hong kong and costed 1 lakh) was completely...
