Having booked online for campus2home services, i got a cal (21.07.2017) from customer care confirming the request and agreeing to give the boxes on a specific date (22.07.2017) and pickup was scheduled to be on 28.07.2017. I had repeatedly told the executive that i am on a tight schedule i was assured that the boxes would be delivered on time. Sat they didn't turn up. I called customer care repeatedly getting no response. The next day morning i called the customer care no again which was finally answered when i called the third time. The person on the line assured me that my boxes would be given to me by monday definitely. Today being monday, i have repeatedly spoken to the customer care executive about the delivery of the boxes from the morning. They keep assuring me it will get delivered and also gave me the no of the person who manages their bangalore pick ups-mr kulkarni-[protected]. I called him. He sounded completely disinterested but gave me his truck guys no-ramu-[protected] who kept cancelling my calls. Mr kulkarni asked for my request no (Req[protected]) which i messaged him. I waited the entire day for his call back or for the boxes to be delivered while trying to call him. He kept disconnecting the cal. After about 4-5 hours i called him again - this time he picked up and while talking he put me on hold. I waited for sometime after which the call was disconnected. I called him again, he cancelled my call. Then i called the customer care again - he again listened to this entire banter and put me on hold to check with mr. Kulkarni who was probably 'busy'. I was told they would call me in sometime. I waited for another 1.5 hours before calling mr. Kulkarni again. This time he got ramu (I think) in conference call who blatantly stated that they cannot give the boxes today since its past their delivery time (7pm in the evening) so i can probably take it tom that too it depends what time his labors would come.

It is highly unprofessional on the part of the company and its employees and it is disgusting how they harass their customers. They fail to realize that there are many other options in the market today. The reason i was considering them was cz i had heard good things from a friend about the service.

However, after this incident, i am never going to ever recommend such a incompetent service to anyone.

      As stated in the subject, I had sent a courier package of three boxes from hospet to coimbatore containing household items and clothes 3rd July 2017.
      Waybill number for the order was 52386227.
      Once the package was delivered on 6th July, I noticed one box was damaged and taped with extra safexpress tapes, but other boxes were fine.
      I opened the boxes the next day and found few of the items missing.. Including 3 dresses which were personal gifts and hold emotional values..
      I[censored] see the damaged box it is clearly case of foul play.
      I was asked to send the details and the price of the items., four dress items worth about 25000 were missing.
      I got a response after about a week asking if I had receipts for the items lost items..!!
      And now after almost 20 days they respond and tell that they can't find the items and want to compensate me with 5000 rupees...!!!
      This is absolutely unacceptable from their part claiming themselves to be the best in business and clearly contradiction to the name they hold "safexpress".
      I am not left with many options, I hope this will find some help.

        I had 2 cartons for transporting in the campus2home category of safe express.
        The concept applied is that by air it's rs. 80 per kg, but they don't weigh it. Instead they assume one carton is 20kg and i had 2 cartons, so 40 kgs * 80, which came out to be 3200+300 as waybill charges + 18% gst. So it was around 4500 bucks. But the actual weight was 21 kgs so 21*80+300+18% gst is around rs. 2336. More than twice was to be charged, according to them. Completely unfair.

        This man representing the Safe Express in Delhi (contact no. - [protected]) REFUSED to deliver my baggage from Delhi to Chennai on the pretext that they do not do "cash on delivery" for household goods!! Such a stupid excuse only for getting money at the doorstep.. Please, take action against him, I request.

          My way bill number is 52379478 dated 6.6.2017 for household goods transfer from jammu to mangalore. I received parcel on 20.6.2017 and on opening the parcel, i was shocked to see the led tv screen is broken.

          I have opted for the insurance of the goods worth rs 2.0 lakhs with 27nos boxes. I request you to refund me the amount of led tv for which am attaching my tv purchasing bill (Rs 24500), way bill receipt of safex, images of my broken led tv.

          Kindly do needful.

            My consignment contains a bike and a suitcase. I was told by the customer care that there is a hub at dindigul and i can get my consignment delivered home with no issues. Then i talked to the local executive at varanasi and arranged for pickup on 24th june. While during pickup, i was told that i would have to pay ₹1500 extra for door delivery as my home comes under safe extension. I checked the dindigul hub address online and found that i would be able to pick up my consignment, as it is hardly 5km drive from my home. On arriving at dindigul when i talked to the local executive, mr saravana kumar told me to pick my consignment from their hub at kodai road. I got to know that there was no hub at dindigul as promised by your customer care and as shown on the website hub finder. It is impractical for me to go collect my consignment 26km away. Also, i cannot pay ₹1500 extra for home delivery; i did not sign up for this. Complaints:
            1. My consignment was billed on 27th of june, which is three days after my pickup from my college. I am worried that my bike has been mishandled during this time.
            2. I had no idea why my home, which is well in the city as the hub, came under safe extension.
            3. The consignment arrived on fifth of july, which is again excessively long.
            4. Why have you not updated the change of your hub address, and why was i told that there was a hub at dindigul before my shipping?
            5. It has been nine days since my consignment arrived and clearly, mr saravana kumar is incapable of delivering my consignment.
            6. I tried explaining this to your customer care agent ms reshu, which was a complete waste of my time. She is unable to take any actions to help me. I have also emailed to your company; no replies yet.

              So while receiving it in pune my four pair of shoes were missing from the box. As my mom received my parcel she sent me the pics nd i saw that my four pairs of shoes were missing in the box it was worth 10000rs. As this is a serious issue and i have lost some valuable products from this parcel im very much disspointed with your services. As your name safe express clearly stands for safe service it is dissapointing to see such kind of behaviour from your side.
              I seriously request you guys to please do look into this very issue nd do solve it as soon as possible. Please do reply with the solution as i will be filing a complaint against the delivery person and your company soon.

                I have received my parcel but it shows that my package had been opened, and some of my goods has been stolen. It's frustrating since it is not taken with good care. Action should be taken for this.
                It shows that the courier service needs to be improved and since we are giving enough of amount for the courier, the goods should be taken with good care.

                    My waybill no. Was 51263927. My parents had packed 2 cargos and sent it on 15th june from meerut to mumbai. I had received it on 21 june 2017. After i received my package i found that it had been opened and resealed using safexperess tape. The thief had used safexpress tape to avoid any doubt, so that the theft could be ascertained only after opening the package. The thief has access to the tapes and cargos of the company which makes it sure that it is one of the company's employees

                    I had 2 cosmetic kits which have been stolen. All the items were new and expensive of more than rs. 5000. One of the cargos had my purse in it which contained around rs 300, even that is missing.

                    All my handbags were opened and checked by the thief and my new headphones packet was also torn and they are missing now.

                    The company did not check for weight when it was transporting my cargos from one place to another. This is heights of mismanagement where there own employees are stealing from the clients and company has no mechanism of even tracking them.

                        This was the worst experience i have had regarding couriers, they claim to be the best but nothing of that sort is evident! Initially i had to repeatedly call them to ask when they will deliver and they kept says it will arrive by tomorrow for 3 days! Once​ they finally did deliver my goods, they were mostly damaged which includes glassware which were all broken, led tv (The tv was brought from hong kong and costed 1 lakh) was completely shattered and some furniture was molded and had sticky residue all over it! When the delivery guy came, he left the back of the truck open and a box fall and would have been damaged if i had not caught it. Upon inspection of all the goods that were damaged i spoke to the contact and he threatened to send people to my home. And when i called the service center they said that it will take 1 -2 days for my compliant to register. I have called and emailed all the concerned people but still no action has taken place! I will be further taking strict action against the company through the consumer court if no steps are taken to address my grievance. I am very angry with the way everything has been handled this far and i will require compensation for all the mental stress and harassment.

                        I have never been so furious in my life and this company should not be allowed to carry on with their work!

                            My way bill no: 52945201 safe express providing worst service dont choose safe express.
                            For 30 kg they are charging 1500 rs. And actual price is 30*16=480 remaining amount unnecessary we are paying (1000).
                            And also they will take 15 days to deliver item. I raised complaint through email and telephone also sent photo of shipment but no one is responding. No body paying any attention. I talk to executives everyday. They keep saying they will send but nothing is happening. I have ever seen before india's worst courier.

                              We have received a waybill of safexpress on 3.6.2017 waybill or docket no. Is 53676482. After continuous follow-up with you on 5.6.2017 we get to know that our consignment was still in faridabad it was not even take in shipment and we call safexpress person for this ignorance they assure us that by today (8.6.2017) itself they will transit our material and on 7.6.2017 material will be in vadodara and 8.6.2017 material will be delivered at your place.
                              But today itself we have not received the material and safexpress online site showing that our consignment still in transit and it not even reach indore or vadodara. What’s going on here what is the service you are providing us after giving payment. But nobody is giving a proper answer to us.
                              We already mentioned that this material is very urgent to us but no one take this matter in priority. We want our material today itself at our works at any cost and make us assure that our material will be delivered at our work by today itself.

                                I have given 5 items (3 trolley bags and 2 carton box) to move from chennai to pune,

                                But here in pune, delivery made only for 4 items (3 trolley bags and 1 carton box),
                                My carton box is missing and it's been 4 days i have logged the complain but no such action take place.
                                They move out one small bag from trolley and made the total count as 6 and as per their calculation deliver 5 (3 trolley bags, 1 small bag and 1 carton)
                                Please assist me one this with priority.

                                  I had shipped my luggage from Anand on 28th may 2017. It is 6th June 2017 today and I have not received my luggage. When I called the customer care, the representatives keep blaming each other. No one picks up the phone before 11am and after 6 pm. They claim that the luggage can be delivered only between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm making it very difficult for any working person to collect the luggage and make the payment. There is no coordination between the people working at Mumbai office. Terribly disappointed by the service.

                                    I study in a college in Gurgaon and had to courier my goods from my home. So initially after the order it took very long for them to contact me and initially they told me they had some problem delivering my goods and instead come to their warehouse and collect it. After repeatedly forcing them they managed to deliver my goods after few days. But the real shock came when i saw the consignment. It was fully wrecked/ damaged, in fact half open. Although nothing of monetary value was present in the consignment but few things were damaged and one missing. I am really disappointed by their service and would never recommend this company to anyone.

                                        On 18/05/2017, 1 silver suitcase was sent by me from Hyderabad to Bangalore using the campus 2 home service. I signed on a waybill with waybill number 50015241. On using the tracking no 50015421 on the Safexpress site, it is showing that it has reached Bangalore on 21st may and is not showing out for delivery since that day, that is for last 5 days I have not received it and now I'm in urgent need of the suitcase and its items. There has been no help and no support from Safexpress in spite of many phone calls.
