But your jorhat - assam safexpress make mistake and mahesana-gujarat consignment reach karnal - hariyana and karnal-hariyana consignment reach mahesana-gujarat. Both consignment exchange each others. After this issue no further action do from safexpress. Please make action and send both consignment at right location.

Hi sir i booked a lauggage in safeexpress my way bill no 81783698, all my items packed in cartoon boxes in proper condition but at delivery time i recevied in gunny bags(loose) and rest boxes in damage condition soo pls solve the problem
