Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a fridge (Samsung model no. RT23AVMS1/XTL)in January 2008 and soon after I was attacked with Kidney failure and rushed to CMC, Vellore in March'08. I underwent a kidney transplant at the age of 32 and was there for a year. When I returned I stayed in different places to avoid pollution and I wasn't able to use my fridge. Now when I finally settled down in my flat I started using the fridge in September and it functioned well for a month and then suddenly stopped with complete stoppage of cooling. I called the engineers and they said it has to be taken to the service centre (Serial no. 030147AP901013L).They reported that gas was leaking and it cannot be repaired. I am surprised that the fridge which I bought for more than Rs.15000 is beyond repair and has to be sold as scrap. It is still in their warehouse and I am totally shattered. I have to keep medicines and other essential goods in it. My mother is also a heart patient. How can I afford to buy a new fridge? How can a company which I trust the most (I use your mobile phone also) can manufacture a fridge can be beyond repair. It officially lasted for 5 years (for me it it is only 4 months that I used it). It still looks new. I don't know what to do? People advised me to seek redressal from consumer court but I still have faith in you and want your intervention and fair justice considering my predicament.     i had bought new Samsung mobile GT-S5282. within one day from the date of purchase its touch screen&netowrk stops working properly. when i go to samsung service station mobile arena(howrah). they denied to replace it and require it. So if i buy product and it does not funtioning properly and i have to put it for atleast 15 days for repair then SAMSUNG should not lunch such dilapidated product. there is no right to cheat the consumers.

      Sir, i had purchased a battery no.-AB46365/BUC/NU[protected] from a shop(Bambi Communication, Faridabad) on dated 16.06.13 but now this battery is not getting charge or after full charging, back up is upto in minutes. I went to your service centre in Faridabad & they said, this battery is out of stock & you will get this battery after 3-4 days. Now you tell me, why should customer bear for your manufacturing fault, you have to arrange alternate for this type of problems. No body can switch off their cell for 3 - 4 days.       Respected, i purchased a samsung grand quatro 18522 on date 21.01.14. within this period battery condition is very poor although i maintain properly. i am very depressed abut grate brand SAMSUNG. so i kindly request you please help me about my battery as early as possible. thanking you.
      I purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 in the month of January 2015. I have got the heat and battery problem in my mobile. I visited customer centre here in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana within just 5 days when purchased my mobile but they format the mobile and said now problem is resolved. I don’t know who made them mobile repairer as when memory card is corrupt it doesn’t store anything and what is the relation between battery and memory card. Free space in my mobile is around 1GB in phone and 4GB in memory card, But still I am facing the same problem. I usually charge my mobile 3-4 times in a day. And when I use camera just to click one or two photos battery goes down 10-15% and mobile starts heating. I kindly request you to look into the matter. I’m facing a lot of problem.

        I purchesed this mobile on dt 7/6/12. Two time I repaired this phone from Kiran mobile care .when thired time this phone has a fault on dt 13/10/201 then I went to care centre. After the testing of set the reception madam says the mother board is faulty. The repair cost is Rs 2800/-. I ask her to any other fault in this phone.She says no othier fault in this phone.(For your's information that time I received the call, s from this phone set but the screen display was dead, I tell about this position to the madam.) Then I tell her to repaired the set. She give me a service request no.67 dt.14/10/2013 time 12:20:13. In this request the defect description was phone is dead(handset scratchey). I asked about this description to the madam s he says this is the office language. On dt. 26/10/13 when I ask about the mobile they tell me a new storey of mobile. they says mobile's mother boared changed but now your's mobile's LCD faulty & you pay more Rs1600/- for this.Now total repareid cost is Rs 4400/-only. I pay this amount if I received the answer the quastion given below.Otherwise I donate this set to your's service centre & going to consumers cout. 1. Your's engineer's are not capable to locate the fault/estimate. 2. Why a worldwide company's mobile created three major fault in 16 month's. 3. Why your's service centre ask each othier to how repaired the phone/fault' 4. Why your's service centre staff tell about the fault properley (after waiting 90 mintues) 5 .The cost of set is Rs7000/- & repair cost is Rs4200/- after 16 month's(two repaired free in this period.(1)display faulty (2) software faulty) Thanking you if my problem solved by you, Otherwise I don't belive in SAMSUNG products.

          I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on[protected]. After using I noticed that it gets heat up even during normal use like browsing the pictures gallery. It gets over heat up during battery charging. And the battery lasts only for 2-3 hours after a full charge. On[protected] I went to 'The Samsung Plaza' from where I had bought this phone. They advised me to clear RAM after every use which I was already doing. They told me to do it for one more day, but it was of no use. I was facing the same problem. On[protected] I called them and then they told me to visit the Samsung Service Centre. On[protected] I visited the Samsung Service Centre where they reinstalled the Operating System, but even that didn't solve the problem. The company gave me a phone with a hardware defect. I invested my Rs. 48, 000 in a phone and I got a phone that is defective. Now Samsung is refusing to replace the phone. Please tell me what shall I do?

            l bought samsung s4 on 28/08/2013 in İstanbul, Turkey . l always used s4 with screen protector and case but on 09/10/2013 green strips appearaed on my screen after one hour all screen controls lost. Then i gave the phone samsung service, i was sure that the phone would be changed in warranty but they said that there was a milimeteer size scratch on the inner screen. I am sure that i never fell the phone or the phone never got shocks evenThere wasn't any scratch on the phone.I asked them how it could occur they only said the scratch could happen when the customer carry the phone in the pocket. But samsung never warned me the phone was sensitive and i never carried the phone hip pocket or tight pocket. I spent 1000$ for this phone to buy but now they want me 250$ for repairing. It wasn't fair i lost all my trust to samsung. Finally I want to report to samsung international because samsung turkey never trust the customer.

              Hi I made a complaint of the water dripping issue on 13 Sept 2013. The inside back wall of the refrigerator has water droplets accumulating and dripping. The trays and the vegetable basket too have water condensing on, as well as inside it, resulting in water dripping onto fruits, vegetables and rendering them stale. We have to keep small utensils all over the refrigerator to ensure it doesn’t drip on injections/ medicines and other eatables that become gooey because of this problem. Your engineer came on 14 Sept 2013 and told us to shutdown the refrigerator for 2 days and assured us the problem would be resolved. We did the same but to no consequence. We lodged another complaint and the engineer came on 7 Oct 2013, cleaned the drain pipe, asked us to shut down the refrigerator overnight and again assured us that the problem will be resolved. No change. Lodged a complaint again, the engineer again came on 9 Oct 2013 and same hollow promises. I thereafter submitted a complaint at your website, after which an engineer visited my house, took some pictures and apparently submitted it to Samsung. Thereafter another engineer visited us on 21 Oct 2013, took photographs of the refrigerater, acknowledged that there is “moisture” problem (when he clearly saw puddles and droplets of water dripping……..strange that he would call it “moisture”!!) and offered to refund the cost of the refrigerator after deducting 44%!!! It is clearly evident that there is a manufacturing defect and the engineers are just taking me for a ride. The refrigerator is maintained at -15 and 4 degree Celsius constantly. The refrigerator is only 2 years old, an expensive gadget purchased for Rs.46, 222 (VAT 12.5%). The one I purchased 15 years back is still functioning (God bless Godrej) and Samsung has become dysfunctional in 2 years!! I demand nothing less than replacement of the faulty refrigerator; refund after deducting 44% is not acceptable to me. How did Samsung arrive at this amount? What is the logic? Why should I as the consumer bear this loss when I purchased this refrigerator expecting it to function for many many years? I am forced to approach consumer forums to get a replacement for a very expensive gadget that has now become a headache, with no response from Samsung. The vegetables are rotting, there are more water collection utensils than food inside, there is no humidity control, water dripping all over!!! It's a joke!!

                Hi Team,

                I had registered a complain (No# [protected]) on 20th of Oct'13 for the replacement of my Samsung refrigerator Model#RT26FARZASP purchased on 2nd Feb'13 (Invoice attached) from Reliance Digital showroom.

                1st Instance: I had raised a complain in April'13 when I found that freeze cooling was not happening. I had requested for replacement that time as well. But service center people have convinced me to keep freeze after they did some repairing.

                2nd instance: I had found again there is lot of noise and cooling was not happening on 20th of Oct'13. I had reported out to customer care at Gurgaon[protected] on same date and they have told me Service engineer will visit your place and do the formality for replacement. Service engineer came on 22nd Oct'13 and inspected the product. He is the same service engineer who visited my place when I had this problem in April'13. He told me that "Sir I have told you last time also to go for replacement and you didn't do it" same problem is also this time. I will go and update at office you can go for repairing or replacement.

                However, I told upfront that I won't go for repairing this time as the product is defective. I can go for either replacement or refund.

                I have been chasing the customer care last 6 days and requesting them to look after the matter but no body provided any help. Every time I was put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes which very frustrating I received a call from this number today[protected], they forced me to go for repairing which I denied.

                Today I went to consumer court and met with my layer and explained everything. The kind of cheating and harassment I have faced for this. I will be sending a legal notice as I am being cheated and harassed by the Service center and customer care people. Even though I have many products of Samsung like Phone, LCD and Microwave. I will sale those off causerie of this worst experience ever.

                I will go tomorrow again to meet my layer to finalize the case and send the legal notice for this harassment and cheating I faced. I was forced to go through the legal route.

                  I have purchased a laptop (SL No. JCEG91RD301946E) on 21st July 2013 and was assured of an offer to have Galaxy Y mobile at 3800. I registered online on 22nd July at Samsung Estore and did the needful to avail the offer. After a follow up for almost 2 months received the coupon but no details where to go to avail this offer. I am fade up of doing this follow ups on a daily basis as i dont have any other work. They are just sending one liner reply that their sales team is looking into this. I am seriously looking into options to take this to consumer forum. At least let me know that you guys are a bunch of cheaters and dont want to help. I am really regretting my decision to buy your product as you are real froudsters.

                    Bill Number [protected] Dated 22/10/2013 GT-N7100WDINU Serial Number-[protected] I had to visit your services station at UG-26, A Somdutt Chamber-1 Bhikhji Kama place New Delhi-66 for the problem of charging and battery drain for the above mentioned Galaxy Note-2 (Serial Number-[protected]). I was delivered the set the next day with visible scratches on the screen (Guard) and on the front panel which was not present when I submitted the mobile set. On raising the issue the technician Mr Sonu at the centre not only misbehaved but also denied his negligence and ridiculed my concern and my humble demand to change the panel and the screen. I sincerely request you to take appropriate action against such employees and partners and change my mobile front panel which has been damaged by the negligence of the service station's employees. I also demand as a customer of Samsung that I should be informed of action taken and stipulated time to initiate action and procedure for change of font panel.                       I bought one split ac for my office 1 tone on 16/05/2013 Samsung MODEL ;ARI2FC2UAF RNNA;A/C THROUGH Their EXCLSIVE SHOW ROOM IN TIRUPPUR JUPITER CITY, We complain our a/c when on some bad smell is coming 1st they did not come for past 4 months theyafter yesterday they came and service but still the problem is repeating pls ask them to rectified it.

                        own Samsung Galaxy S4 purchased on 16th June 2013. After 3.5 months o[censored]sage, I came across a problem where phone was getting restarted at any time and at any battery level. Once it was coming back, it was saying 0% battery and was again going for a restart. After opening the back of the phone, I cam to know that the battery has been bulged. I went to Samsung Mobile Service center situated at BTM Layout (Nr. Water Tank). They gave it back the other day saying that they have upgraded the firmware in a way that the phone won't restart now. Moreover, they said, you have to change your battery since the battery has been bulged. When I said that's what my complaint is, they simply said that you must be charging it overnight and hence it has been bulged. But, I sweat to God, I was not charging the battery for more than 1.5 hours a day and was regularly discharging-charging it at full extent to increase the battery life. When I told them so, they told me to drop a mail at support.[protected]@samsung.com. I mailed them and got a call from Customer Experience Executive Ms. Meenakshi Arora. She told me to drop my mobile at service center once again and to provide her the job sheet number so that, she can talk to the Manager of that branch in order to resolve this issue at any cost. I did so and mailed her the job sheet number. Since then, she is not replying me back. When I checked with service center guys also yesterday, they said that, they have not received any such call from anyone. I again mailed her but, no reply till date. All this is after an authentic report that more than 30% customers of S4 are facing this problem and hence Samsung has given a word to replace such faulty battery free of cost.                           I had purchased of Samsung S Duos (GT-S7562) on 01.05.2013. The Phone faced a problem of auto Shut Down in the Very First month. I doubted it to be my own mistake or not charging the phone. In the second month, it occoured more often. During the Third month, It happened on every instance of standby. This time i submitted the phone at the Service Centre (Phonecity @ Kalbadevi, Mumbai), with a STRICT WRITTEN INSTRUCTION on the Job Sheet mentioning, NOT TO MAKE ANY HARDWARE CHANGES EXCEPT ANY SOFTWARE ISSUES OR SOFTWARE CHANGES OR RE-INSTALLATION. Despite of such a Strict written note over the JOB Sheet, They replaced my MotherBoard without my concent and without informing me. My Phone was a BRAND NEW PHONE, and I expected to maintain it in the same way. But these guys at the Service Centre ignored my instructions and Replaced the MotherBoard of my Brand New Mobile Phone. It has been 3 Months that i am asking an explanation for their act, which they are not replying to. The Mobile phone still lies with the Service Centre. I want to take Strict Consumer Action on this act of theirs. HOW CAN THEY PERFORM REPAIRS ON ANYONES ASSET WHEN THE OWNER DOESNT WANT TO DO SO. Please Advice the Best Person and the Best Possible Way to handle this Issue. I WANT MY PURCHASE VALUE BACK. I DONT WANT TO GO FOR A SAMSUNG HANDSET ANYMORE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO SPIT ON THEIR PRODUCT. Samsung has no proper Contact Details of various Departments except for the Call Centre, where you get one simililar answer, that they will arrange for a Call Back. Due to this, I have spoken to various Executives (around 12 by now), I have send various Emails (around 15 by now), but not a single reply to my Question or an explaination of who has given them the rights to perform repairs over my phone even after my written Instruction to them. Every time they call and say, that my phone is ready, please collect it. without a reason to their negligence and ignorance. Kindly, Provide me with the Best contact of Consumer Lawyer who can positively handle my issue and get all my expenses paid by Samsung.

                          Samsung must be shown their way to Punishments for harrassing Consumers who spends good amount thinking that they are buying a Branded product and not any chinese product. Whereas the Fact is that a Cheap Chinese road side product lasts much longer than a SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

                            I bought new Samsung Smart TV (LED)Rs. 1 Lac 29 Thousand on 9 September. After two three days TV got damaged and I lunched complaint in Samsung Customer Care and They said You will get the call from our concerned department. But I did not get any call from Samsung after three four day again I called Samsung Customer Care again they update my complaint number. Then after 2 days I got the call from Service Center, Samsung Guys came at my home at checked every thing then he said you will get call from Samsung regarding this issues. But I did not get any call from Samsung Again I called Samsung Customer Care and Tell them Entire Story again then they Okay Sir I am forwarding your issues to my head office. After ten day I wrote email to Samsung CEO in India and Hong Kong. After That I got the call from CEO Office. He said you will get refund or replacement but nothing happened Again I called then Samsung Guys Came to my home and Collect my entire documents.Again I got call from Samsung office and she said you will get your within 4 days but its not 4 days It will take 5 days to replace. Finally I got the replacement. Then I am waiting installation. Again after 7 days I called Samsung Customer Care and Tell them my entire story. it will be done as soon as possible finally I get fed-up I decided I want my money back still I am not getting my money Please check mail "Dear Mr Roshan Sonkar, Thank you for writing to us and regarding the recent purchase of your Samsung LED TV. At the outset, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience you had to face regarding the replacement and installation of this TV. We have reviewed your case at the Samsung Head Office and we would like to inform you that a refund for this product won't be possible. However, we would setup the installation of the TV as per your convenience. Please do reply to this email with your decision so that we can arrange for the installation accordingly. Then I replied "Dear Mukesh, I do not want installation. I will planing to go consumer court with my entire Hospital documents. This is final decision for that. If you are not able to give me refund How can I take refund I know very well and one thing I will promised you Samsung will provide double money.                               I own Samsung Galaxy S4 purchased on 16th June 2013. After 3.5 months o[censored]sage, I came across a problem where phone was getting restarted at any time and at any battery level. Once it was coming back, it was saying 0% battery and was again going for a restart. After opening the back of the phone, I cam to know that the battery has been bulged. I went to Samsung Mobile Service center situated at BTM Layout (Nr. Water Tank). They gave it back the other day saying that they have upgraded the firmware in a way that the phone won't restart now. Moreover, they said, you have to change your battery since the battery has been bulged. When I said that's what my complaint is, they simply said that you must be charging it overnight and hence it has been bulged. But, I sweat to God, I was not charging the battery for more than 1.5 hours a day and was regularly discharging-charging it at full extent to increase the battery life. When I told them so, they told me to drop a mail at support.[protected]@samsung.com. I mailed them and got a call from Customer Experience Executive Ms. Meenakshi Arora. She told me to drop my mobile at service center once again and to provide her the job sheet number so that, she can talk to the Manager of that branch in order to resolve this issue at any cost. I did so and mailed her the job sheet number. Since then, she is not replying me back. When I checked with service center guys also yesterday, they said that, they have not received any such call from anyone. I again mailed her but, no reply till date. All this is after an authentic report that more than 30% customers of S4 are facing this problem and hence Samsung has given a word to replace such faulty battery free of cost.                                 Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini from Estore India. With in the last 2 months the phone has developed 3 cracks on the screen. I was not able to take it to the service center when the first crack developed as I was out of station. for 3 weeks. But with the 3 another 3 cracks developed on the screen. Today I took it to the service centre at Pune and the center told me that this is a external crack & therefore will not be covered under warranty. To my shock the service center at Pune made me feel that I was lying to to them about the cracks and they said it was my fault of not properly handling the phone. As a customer I would mot lie and would have kept the phone with me with out a complaint if there was only one crack. The cracks are slowly developing one after another and after some time between each crack. The phone now has 3 cracks on the screen. The service center has point blankly refused to consider this manufacture defect and nor does the Customer service Centre of Samsung care for the product they manufacture. There are a few arrogant CS service reps on the phone who are hanging up the phone when you request to speak to a Customer service manager. Mr Vikas was the rudest of them all at the CS center India. NEVER AGAIN A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. WE SPEND A FORTUNE TO BUY A GOOD PRODUCT AND FINALLY IT IS DEPRESSING WHEN YOU GET A DEFECTIVE PIECE AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO DEAL WITH PRODUCT AND LOSS OF HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS IS A PIECE OF ADVISE TO ALL ELECTRONIC BUYERS SAY NO TO SAMSUNG THEY HAVE NIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CAN EXPECT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO HANG THE PHONE ON YOUR FACE IF WE ASK FOR ANY QUERIES. TOTAL LOSS OF MONEY & TIME WITH SAMSUNG. THERE ARE BETTER PRODUCT THAT IS MUCH BETTER & DEFECT FREE WHEN WE SHOP ONLINE. NO SAMSUNG THEY CAN CHEAT YOU AND THEN DO NOT CARE.                                   I have bought my Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile on 25th March 2013. Mobile Serial No. [protected] Model No. GT-I9300RWDINU One month after my phone started restarting itself. After 3 months my phone's Back and Option buttons became invisible. I have visited Samsung service center. They told like this problem is not under warranty and they charged me 340 Rs. to fix this problem. After 6 months from purchase date, My phone began to show error as "No Sim Card Error". For this problem Samsung Care employee told that motherboard of this phone would be replaced and asked for 7000 Rs. I have not repaired my phone there and sent an E-Mail to concerned Samsung E-Mail Support. In reply they sent one Mail asking the Invoice and all other receipt for proof. I have Emailed them all the documents but I did not get any reply from Samsung side after that. Now my phone's screen is also giving problem like it is pure black now. My phone is pretty much under warranty even then i am forced to face all these from Samsung side. Please ask Samsung to repair my phone ASAP without any charge.
