I purchased Samsung 32 GB Micro SDHC Card Class 10 from www.ebay.in on 04-Nov-13. Seller ebay id is elante_one, and he shipped a fake/unauthorized item. And also he did not ship any valid invoice bill for the same. The packing of the product was faulty. The card did not work from the day I received. I contacted ebay regarding this issue, and I was told to contact Samsung authorized service personnel. I contacted samsung service center where I was told that without a valid invoice bill warranty cannot be claimed and nothing can be resolved. Again I contacted ebay, they told to contact seller directly. I tried to contact the seller on phone and through ebay mailing, but of no use. The seller did not response to phone call and emails. yes i too received a corrupted 32 gb sandisk ultra class 10 sd card from him ...I tried to contact him for my lost invoice but with no success

I have faced many times of problems from the purchase date. about my SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 Minni handset. I bought SAMSUNG Mobile IN THE LAST Month from REHAN MOBILE CENTRE, SHIV COMPLEX, GURMANDI, LUDHIANA, CONTACT[protected], VIDE CM NO. 3668 on date 11/11/2013, during the period, I faced many problems in mobile like Hang problem, Network, 3rd class sound quality, etc. Last week i went to Samsung Moblie Care Centre at Avon Distributer near Sumitra Gas, KHANNA, Contact - [protected], vide Job SHeet No. [protected] dated. 27/12/2013 they said only software problem, after a software update the same problem was still. 2nd day i went there again then they told me the main problem is in [Mother Board] on your phone . i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. i dont want to change the mother board of my mobile phone, Please change my mobile Phone as soon as possible If, I got negative response.     This is regarding Samsung Galaxy A5 I bought on 30/06/2015. On july 10th midnight when i was sleeping i saw my battery was 13-14% only i thot of charging in the morning. But when i woke up i saw my fone dead, i tried chrging that but it was not getting charged and turning on.
    I request you to replace my cell and revert.

      dear sir/madam,

      This is the complain with the reference no. [protected]. facing a lot of problem due to non availability of cell phone. already mailed for this issue but problem has not been resolved yet now. as i don't have cell phone to use. in proper responses by service center. there were a lot of question where were to be answered.

      question were as follows..
      1) why my cell phone shows repair complete status whereas its not completed yet now?

      2) why service center authorized people fails in there commitment?

      3) what action were taken against the service center?

      4) why people were not co-operating with me?

      5) when higher authority will take action this issue?

      6) will i get refund or replacement of my handset?


      waiting for your co-operative support for this issue & i am really being sorry to say that i am being fade with this service.

        Jsut a brief of the issue:

        I own a Samsung LCD TV which I have purchased in September 2008 of 16500 Rs. Recently in November 2013 I faced an issue of video in my TV means no video was displayed. So I logged a complaint ([protected]) on Samsung Customer Support, Service engineer visited to see the TV and he suggested that it's power supply part need to be changed I agreed and pay him a sum of 2700 Rs which is the part cost plus visiting fees. I have also requested the service engineer to take the TV under observation and he dienied saying of clauses so I paid him the said amount

        With in a day TV have got the same problem, I again called customer support and another service engineer visited to and he suggested that now some other part (LCD panel) is also defected now if I need to fix the original issue I need to change the LCD panel which cost me arond 8000 Rs.

        As you can see that in the first visit Samsung Service engineer not provided the adeqaute information about the fault and even refuse to take the TV in observation before payment.

        Now I was constantly chasing this with Samsung customer support and with their Service Center but they gave the answers in round and round. Even their Service center offered me reduce the cost of LCD panel despite of refund

        Today[protected] Mr Amit from samsung called on my mobile and gave the same company process reasoning and said that refund will be not possible


        The details of one my email response from customer support is as below. I have sent them several email to customer support but they have till now replied only one

        I have been constantly chasing my complaint # [protected] regarding my LCD TV. Due to misguidance of your service support engineer I have paid a sum of Rs 2700. And it was agreed in my last conversation with Customer Support that My money will be refunded and a process will be initiated with in your company. And it was agreed in our last conversation with customer support that Mr Rakesh from your Gurgaon service center will constantly update on the status of My Refund process. I have sent the below mail to Mr Rakesh and also talked to him over phone and he assured me on phone that he will definitely revert on my mail. But he did not reply to my mail.

        Below is the mail attached that I have sent to him (puniya.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) on 5th Dec 2013.

        Please look into this matter as a matter o[censored]rgency as I am not having proper response from your team

        As you are aware of the issue regarding the complaint # [protected] regarding my samsung LCD TV (serial No: 07863ZCQ700738A). Because of your service engineer misguidance I have paid the sum of Rs 2700 and now I want my money refund.

        We already had long discussions over phone about it several times. Last on Monday 2nd December 2013 where samsunsg customer care executive take you, me and Mr Sushil in conference and it was agreed that you will progress my issue for refund. And it will take around 4 to 5 days. And it was also agreed that you will provide me the feedback about the progress

          I purchased a Samsung laptop (NP300E5X-A0BIN) online through snap deal . WORST LAPTOP never recommend Samsung laptop selling fraud product not has technology on sep-2013, after many issues with snapdeal I got there laptop,
          As I received laptop its driver dvd not in working at all complained snapdeal but still not no solution, so I decided to download it from Samsung website,
          My problem with Samsung customer care are

          I using windows 8 as OS but here was no driver for win 8.
          DVD drive hardware issue
          Headphone jack has issue not working properly
          Laptop is very slow hanging,
          Battery performance losses considerably.
          Well when I contacted to Samsung customer care they arrange a call back from their technical team. They assit me and said all above problem will solve by our service center engineer visit you soon
          But after waiting of 15 days there is no visit of their engineer I called them again, again technical team called me back and assure me that this time they will visit and give the driver for windows- 8 and also check for hardware issues

          But surprise that is still here is no visit I download driver from Intel site and thorough many cites but no response. Called many times but no solution, finally I stopped calling .
          But because I am not getting drivers and this third quality laptop creating many problems
          I again called Samsung customer care and their technical team senior mr santosh called me back, and said your complain is closed, I asked how it could be close while here is no visit from you engineer

          After one hour long conversation they taken in line responsible customer care but that customer care said my cell number was unreachable, due to this we closed the complain, I replied that my both no running I am receiving call in both number ever if I my number is unreachable than how your technical team calling me back, but those fraud not ready to accept
          Even that much delay they are changing there statement now they telling you purchased a DOS based laptop so we can not warrant about software.
          I asked why they assuring me from last 4 month that your problem will be solve driver, we will provide you driver, I downloaded about 10GB driver from there, Intel, amd and many sites even from their software update but still driver showing incompatibility issues
          Now I asked that as per their pervious statement give me driver and solve other problem, they said who gave you those statement give me name of person, I noted the name to whom I talk.
          But they not ready to help me said that this service will be chargeable to me,
          So what is compensation for my problem and their fraud from last four month
          Closing my complain without assenting me.
          Changing their statement again and again.
          Why their service center not visiting to me.
          I asked whatever they said not cover within warranty
          Service engineer not visited after of 4 month of complain.
          Mailed many times also.

          What is compensation and solution for my problem?
          Today 28 December I received the call from service center no-[protected], that rude person behaving as I did a very big mistake by complaining about laptop.
          I said my to him
          He said they cant do any thing and we are cancelling your call, we don’t care that what you are facing from 4 or 5 months, its not my issue .
          And at the time of call he said someone to cancel my call as ye no pe call cancel karo
          And behaved as he is very vip who called me, and I should not argument with him

          Please don’t purchase any laptop of Samsung they have poor quality and not having technology laptop has many issues can be comparable with established laptop companies
          They just looting customer

            I HAD SAMSUNG GALAXY 3 CELL PHONE, WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH NO IN CUMING AND OUTGOING CALLS WERE NOT WORKING IT WAS SHOWING ERROR AS EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY EXCEPT THAT THERE IS NO ANY PROBLEM.

            WE VISITED THE SAMSUNG SEVICE CENTER AND HANDOVER THE CELL PHONE. OVER PHONE THEY INFORMED THAT MOTHER BOARD HAS TO CHANGED, WE HAVE TOLD THEM WE WILL CONFIM SHORTLY.

            NEXT DAY THEY CALL AND INFORMED THEY HAVE CHANGED THE MOTHER BOARD AND FOR WHIHC I HAVE TO PAY RS.8000/-.

            WE ARGUED THAT WITHOUT OUR CONFIRMATION WHY THEY HAVE CHANGED THE MOTHER BOARD, LATER ON VENKAT (EMPLOEYEE OF SOMSUMG SERVICECENTER WHO MADE CALL FOR CONFRIMATION BY PHONE) HAS EVEN CONFIRMED BEFORE HIS MANAGER THAT WITHOUT OUR CONFIMATION THEY HAVE CHANGED IT. LATER ON VENKAT CHANGE HIS VERSION NOT HE WAS TELLING THAT WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT WHY THEY HAVE CHANGE IT.

            NOW THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE REPLACE IT WITH OLD MOTHER BOARD.

            NOW THE CELL PHONE IS NOT AT ALL WORKING, WHEN WE HAVE GIVEN THE CELL FOR SERVICE THAT TIME CELL WAS VERY MUCH ACTIVE, ONLY PROBLEM WAS INCUMING AND OUTGOING CALL WAS NOT GOING ..

            NOW THEY TRYING TO HANDOVER US DUMMY PHONE, WHIHC IS NOT AT ALL WORKING, HENNCE WE HAVE NOT TAKEN THE PHONE.

              Hello This is regarding the defective screen of my samsung 40" LED. The screen has already been replaced twice and the defect came again.Its'a horizontal Line which has stated appearing on the screen covering almost 40 % of display area. I have been requesting samsung to properly check all other components of LED but the technical team overheard it and replaced the screen second time without doing proper diagonasis of the defect. Result is that I am sufferring as my LED is out of warranty now and I have been asked to pay 26000 for the screen. The case has already been reported to customer care after which engineer visit was done and no response is there from samsung after that. Request your attention on the matter.               There is no positive signs shown by Samsung to replace the screen. They have given the offer to pay 50 % of the amount to replace the screen but I am not convinced by their offer as the Led TV itself is faulty. If I pay 50 % of the amount then chances are very high that I will loose all my money in another 6 to 8 months as the screen has already been replaced twice by Samsung for same fault in past and same problem has re-appeard again.

              Kindly look into the matter

                I went to Samsung showroom @ Express avenue on 25 dec. I just want to enquire about Samsung galaxy note 8 n5100 & experience its features in showroom as this product has very good review, Not only that my cousin bought the product & gave very good review. I asked a person (lady) who is working in the shop. She said, there is no such model in samsung and she said, in 8.0 inches, only samsung tablet is available. I was just shocked. I told her that my cousin bought that product and to make her more clear, i googled the model name in my mobile & shown it to her. Later she said, the model is not available in India. I told her that if you doesnt know the information, please dont give wrong information. Immediately, she replied harshly "you should not say like this. we will know about the product which is only available in our showroom". How can a person in the showroom can say like this to a customer ? There are lot of media available to see the information about the product such as internet, news paper etc., we are going to showroom to experience the product. As a customer, then only i can decide whether to buy or not. Basically the thing is 1. Customers should be respected ! 2. should not make them fool (very important) i had very worst experience in the shop and immediately i came out. Please dont prefer the showroom @ express avenue. Then you will be dis respected :(

                  respected sir, i bought a samsung refrigerator on 30.11.2012 from pankaj electronics 36, palika bazar, rohtak-124001. in april month, we started to use the refrigerator. Before this we were using our old refrigerator. but in April we started to use this refrigerator. but after 10-15 days, the refrigerator was out of order. i filed a complaint and the engineer came to us and said the compressor will be replaced as it has been damaged. and you will have to come at our service center with this refrigerator. so we went to service center at that time and we had to borne the expenses of carriage by ourselves.the company denied to pay.but we didnot take it seriously because our complaint has been resolved. now again, since last one month i.e. around 10.11.2013 the refrigerator is producing some sound. we ignored the sound for some time but the sound was increasing so i filed a complaint again on 14.12.2013 ((out of warranty period) then the engineer came and checked the refrigerator and told us that the gas in the refrigerator is more than it should be and that why it is producing sound and you will have to take it to service center and we will repair it. But sir, why should we pay the carriage again to get the refrigerator repaired because this is not our fault. this is company fault totally and company should borne all the expenses. sir, i think this item is defected and i want replacement of this item. please solve my complaint as soon as possible.. please reply me on my email- [protected]@gmail.com

                    I bought Samsung galaxy grand quattro. I had some problem with LCD but It was in good position o[censored]se I was using it and touch screen was working very fine then I submitted my phone on 16 Nov at Tirumala Communications Samsung service center. Kukatpally PIN 500072, Phone:[protected]. At time of submission they said that there are only LCD problem and approx charge will be within 4000. as written in attached receipt. They didn''''''''t said a word about touch screen because It was working very fine in front of him.(Raghu at counter no. 1) After few days I got call from Service center that new LCD is not working with touch screen so I have to pay more. Then in this regard I submitted request here. then I got call from Neha on 22 Nov. She referred to some senior Pramod singh who called me on 23 Nov. in eve. He take Anand[Lier] from service center in conference call. then Anand said that when phone was submitted complete screen was black and it was in no position o[censored]se. I said when phone was submitted I used this and only few percent LCD was black. then Pramod said me to give him some proof. I said I can prove it but phone should be repaired. Pramod said the you get phone repaired and tell again after you got some proof. that when phone was submitted It was in position o[censored]se. and touch screen was working . Then I paid 7196 Rs. and repaired phone. So when I last called I already got token. Pramod said satisfactory solution will be provided . But few days earlier he call me and first he try to denies that my proof is wrong and it can be made after that he accept that the phone was in working position he said he cann''t do anything then I want to ask why he told lie before ????????????

                      Dear Sir I hv purchased one samsung galaxy star pro GT 7262 from Singhwani telecoms Somdutt plaza kanpur on 20.12.13. same day it creates problem with a note : unfortunately process.googles.processcom stopped working; i spoke to Singwani telecoms immediately on mobile no - [protected] then i was suggested to restart the set. restarted the same and it's started but process become slow. as of now it touch pad not working as it looses working some time and process is very slow. since the problem persists since purchase, thus needs replacment with new. Pl also note that i have faced same problem with my earlier Samsung galaxy duos. it is apprehended that there is some manufacturing defect in touch pad of each product of samsung mobile.                         i bought a samsung core 8262 and i have not even used it for a week it started creating problem, the phone is getting switched off automatically, for this i have visited service center almost 6 to 7 times, but didnt got any permanent solution. And the way service center people behaves it ridiculous. For further review contact me on [protected]. But this is my personal suggestion to customer plz do not buy any samsung core 8262.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Samsung LED 46 inch TV in march 2012 and had paid a handsome amount of money approx 1.10 lacs for the sam. Since last 2 days, which is even less than 2 years since the time i have bought the TV, there are some line appearing on the screen (Have attached Pic of the same for your reference). When contacted your support numbers, they had send an engineer to visit the place who also charged me a handsome of Rs 1000 for visiting. After checking, he said it seems there is some issue with the screen most probably, but before that he will replace some part and check if that resolves the issue. Also, he recommended why have we not taken the extended warranty. But since we were not told by any one we never had taken and if i was told Samsung product won''t work for more than 2 years I would had definitely taken the extended warranty. As a consumer, it is such a disappointment that as a Samsung brand the product does not last for even 2 years. A product which cost more than 1 lac and that does not work for even 2 years is disappointment.                               Hello, I purchased Samsung 40 Inch LCD TV on 15 AUG 2012 from Reliance Digital in Phoenix Market City Bangalore.It worked fine for 1 year and then in 18 AUG 2013, it developed a problem of Horizontal Lines on screen. I called Samsung service, they said panel has to be replaced. Cost = approx 20000 Rs. It is just 1 year guys and I bought the TV in 40 K and now it is worth nothing. On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 1 year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.                                 Dear Sir, I bought samsung tv for 60, 000 INR and tv started giving display problem(part of screen is coming in black) in just 4 months. Then I registered a complaint calling samsung customer care, local executive related to samsung came to my home and checked my TV. He said he will come back with some other executive and went off. Then I repeatedly called him and visited local office but there was no response. Now they reply back asking me to pay 25, 000 INR as warranty period is over. I registered the complaint during the period of warranty they voluntarily prolonged the issue and now they want me to pay money. I have all my complaint details with me. And the worst part is that the reason they gave is issue got closed it seems without my confirmation when I registered complaint first time. Really I feel very badly for buying a company's product which provides service of this kind. Please take necessary action and resolve the issue as early as possible. Thanks

                                  I had purchased Samsung LED TV D6000 (32") close to 2 year 3 months back which now has issues with the LED Panel as per Samsung technician. Almost 6 months from original date of purchase the TV went through Motherboard replacement and now another issue with panel. I have been trying to follow up with customer care for past 1 week and there has been no efforts from Samsung to update on the status. What I hear from the customer rep is I have bear to expense of 70, 000 rupees for panel replacement as its out of warranty. What I fail to understand for the original cost of 57000/- .. i now have to pay 70, 000 for panel replacement. Another customer rep tells me tentative price is 20, 500 rupees for panel replacement .. eventually leading to chaos with no resolution. Another aspect which I fail to understand how can the panel of the LED TV (which was top of the line when purchased 2 year back in 32" range) deliver faults ... which raises question on the quality control of the product. Within 2 years .. LED TV developing 2 major faults is a serious concern and on top of it .. I am getting asked to pay for it since its outside warranty.

                                    i'm sulekh thakur, , , i buy a hendset samsung galaxy pro duos, model no. 7562 in 2 month ego... but i face many problem in this handset, , , , after screen lock my handset is not connected any calls, , , , my sim set automaricaly diavert mode... i go to samsung service center but i'm not satisfide because my problem not solved... the man problem is connectivity sencer, , , , i request please as soon as solved my problem, otherwise i have no option to go consumer forum...

                                      Respected sir / madam, I brought a SAMSUNG GALAXY STAR (GT-S5282) mobile phone on the dated 08.08.2013. After brought my said mobile phone & start 1st. harassment for battery back-up & softwere problem till now, after 2 times service but they can’t recover to solve the problem. I cannot use any smart application for low battery back-up & I lost more times of my important contract number for re-installing software. So, aloso known to you that I facing big problem please help me out from this problems.

                                        HI, Just 2 yr old Samsung LED full HD 5 sreies TV display issue. Lodged complaint with Samsung, after 1 month engineer came and suggested to change PCB unit. Changed it but still image problem persisted. Then lodged complaint at CEO office. Another enginner came and said that LED panel issue. Took TV to Goregaon Service centre for in depth diagnosis. A day later service centre informed me that i need to pay 17K for LED panel as it is defective. Immediately wrote to CEO's office for LED panel issue in 2 yrs which is very early. Next day got call from service centre again & they are now saying that LED is ok, mother board needs to be changed. Three times diagnosis has happened and every time i write a mail to CEO's office it changes immediately. My TV is at service centre for last 15 days. No body even from CEO's office bothered to ask if my comlaint has been resolved.
                                        Complaint no.: [protected]. They are just not taking it seriously. I am absolutely tired of writing mails to CEO's desk also. Its just for name sake. Plz help.
