I have purchased Samsung TV on 25th March 2023 from Samsung e-shop and unfortunately we have received the defective product.
As per their guidelines installation should take place. FYI, The same day installation team came up for installation and installed the TV and left and they not even provided demo just install the TV and went off.
When we start using TV in the evening we saw many white patches on the black screen.
We have raised the concern to the samsung team they are not listening to us, just forwarding the calls from one team to another. From last 2 weeks i am waiting for them but didn’t receive any positive reply..

Samsung India is doing a new scam these days, sending defective products to their customers. If you directly buy products from their website, their service center won’t be able to help you as per their policies. They will not handle our request as we have bought directly from Samsung center. They are delaying from last few weeks and now they are saying that they will not replace or return the product.
I am going to take a strict action towards Samsung.

I raised for replacement, but it is the same treatment they are closing the defect saying it is part of the design.
I am surprised to hear that from a electronic giant, who have a separate R and D team.
It is almost 7 days, I am following up, but no proper response yet.
We should avoid buying Samsung TV .
