    I have bought my s21fe on jan 2023 . from the day one I am having the heating issue with your s21fe . I even have given to the service centre to solve my heating issue . And you all have been dening that its a normal heating . How can a new mobile have so much of heating problem that i cannot even put my mobile to my ear after 5 to 10 min talking.
    I have requested you to refund the money but you all have denied even that . I again asking you to refund the money .

      This is in reference to the complaint reference number - [protected] & service request number [protected]. I bought new Samsung mobile- Galaxy S21 FE 5G worth 40, 000/- almost 45 days back and the device got complaint after few days o[censored]se. I had given to the Samsung service center. Initial issue was phone not getting charged and they changed the pin of the charger. Since the complaint did not resolve after changing the pin, then they identified that phone board itself not working after taking so much of time for trouble shooting. Subsequently, they replaced with a new board. However, they confirmed that new board also not working, and they don’t have new stock. They asked me to wait for few more days to get the new board and unfortunately, issue is not resolved even after close to two weeks. It is very painful to see multiple issues for a new phone and that impacted my professional day to day communication.

      It is extremely concerning to see so much of complaints for a premium phone after few days o[censored]se. And there’s no surety that phone will be working fine after changing the board. And long delay in getting fixed from the service center is also equally concerning. I would humbly request you to kindly replace the current phone with a new phone considering that it is recently bought, and I shelled out huge amount for the same.

      This is regarding the complaint raised for my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. The initial problem was the phone was not getting charged. I took the phone to a nearby Samsung service centre and they said it was the charging port issue which needed a replacement. Since they ran out of stock for the part, they redirected me to another service centre which was 80km from my place. I went there and as per their diagnostic it was not only the charging port but the board itself was not working properly. I spent a whole day at the service centre to get the board replaced. After the board replacement the service team was not able to rectify the issue and the phone was not getting charged. I purchased the phone 45 days ago spending nearly 40K. A serious issue like this at an early stage I am afraid of the reliability of the product. I would rather request Samsung for a replacement of the phone to resolve my issue. Hope you will take appropriate steps at the earliest so that I would have a reliable phone for my personal and professional use. The absence of having a smart phone is seriously affecting my professional day to day job. Please consider all these and provide a stable solution at the earliest.

Due to this issue, I put compliant nearest Samsung service center. they said the problem with mobile phone fast charging pin and the pin is not available in the service center and currently in Samsung. It will take long time to get the defected part. currently this phone is dead and not able to use my daily purpose. it is very difficult to handle. kindly help me to resolve the issue at the earliest. This product was just purchased only 45 days before. As a premium customer we are expecting a better service from your end.         My Newly Bought QN90B 65" TV does not connect with Q990B Soundbar consistently. I bought both Samsung QA65QN90BAKLXL and Samsung Q990B Soundbar in the 2nd week of March 2023. Samsung representatives came and unpacked/installed the TV and Soundbar on different days as they were delivered on 2 different dates. On the first day (after about a week after purchasing) when Samsung’s installation team unpacked and installed the Soundbar, they could not make the soundbar connect to TV using eARC port option to successfully setup/connect the soundbar to my new Samsung QN90B TV. They plugged in the included HDMI cable to eARC port of Soundbar and HDMI3 port of the QN90B TV. They tried factory resetting the TV & Soundbar randomly multiple times for 2 hours but could not establish the connection. They left on that day saying that they would come back on the next day.

        Surprisingly, the next day when I switched on the TV in the morning, TV recognized the soundbar automatically and I was able to setup the soundbar using smarthings app. At this point I was able to power on/off both the TV and soundbar using TV remote, use TV remote to increase/reduce the volume on the soundbar. It worked for a day or 2 and then the TV stopped recognizing the soundbar again. I reported the issue to Samsung service and they tried resetting the tv, then soundbar numerous time over the period of next 4 days and finally they replaced the TV after about a week. The new TV did not recognize the Soundbar, the service rep did a factory reset of the TV and soundbar numerous times again. Failing to estbalish the connection using eARC, the samsung service rep then came back the next day. The service rep restored the tv and made some configuration changes using the Samsung service remote, he worked with some oncall Samsung tech help person and tried resetting TV and soundbar multiple times. They tried connecting eARC ports using 6 other HDMI cables, but they could not establish the connection.

        The service representative then ordered for a replacement of the soundbar. After about 10 days, the replacement came in. Samsung service center guys unboxed the new soundbar and installed it. They connected the soundbar ( eARC port) to QN90B TV (HDMI3- eARC) port and restarted both TV and Soundbar, TV did not recognize the Soundbar, but Soundbar recognized the TV ( Soundbar display showed D-INTV ARC). I purchased 6 HDMI cables for my TV, and between Samsung service rep and myself, we tried using all 6 HDMI cables ( HDMI cables included both 2.0 and 2.1 HDMI versions), none of them worked consistently. So the issue is not clearly with HDMI cables. The service rep left that day and came back the next day with another person to take a look at it. when they turned on the TV and soundbar, the TV started to recognize the soundbar, they literally did nothing other than just powering on the TV and Soundbar. The next day again the TV did not recognize the soundbar again. Samsung service representatives came after 3 days and did the rest of the TV using service remote, the TV then started recognizing the soundbar. It worked for some time and stopped after about 1 hr. This was as of April 25th. Since then the TV and soundbar are randomly working. I believe these two products are not compatible with each other. I Spent a lot of money on these Samsung products for a good TV and soundbar experience. So far it has been a bad experience. After pouring in a lot of money for home entertainment, I am struggling to get TV and soundbar work. Every time the service rep visits our home to troubleshoot the issue, they reset the TV and I have to spend a lot of my personal time setting up my media accounts and settings on the TV. Samsung is wasting customers' valuable time. Samsung service representatives visited more than 15 times till date and there is no resolution.

        Since it has been 2 & half months since I purchased these devices and Samsung is not able to fix the issues, I requested Samsung to kindly take these unfinished products back and refund my complete money, or make both the TV and Soundbar work seamlessly.

        I sent email with all details to Samsung support email ID 6 days ago and so far except acknowledging to my email, there is no action taken.

        While researching for a solution for the issue that I am facing, I came across these blogs ( links shared below) where many people reported similar issue. It looks like these Samsung products have some quality issues that were not addressed before releasing the products in the market.

        You service representative stopped by on May 31 2023. He again did the same thing, remove the HDMI cable from TV and Soundbar, reconnected them, factory reset the TV using Samsung service remote, factory reset the Soundbar ( which eventually wiped out all settings, apps, accounts that we setup on the TV, another round of time wasting activity that we had to go through in order to setup all apps and settings).

        He was assisted by some Samsung specialist team on a video call this time. The Samsung specialist team assured the Samsung Service representative that things should resolve now ( The same exercise was done at least 6 times on different days till date). The Samsung service rep told us that if we experience the same issue again at a later time after he leaves, he asked us to give him a call so that he can ask the Chennai specialist team to stop by and reinstall the software on the TV and Soundbar using a computer that they will bring with them.

        No wonder the issue resurfaced today (after almost 24 hrs). Now when we turn on the TV using the TV remote, the sound bar does not turn on, and when we turn on the soundbar using Soundbar remote, the TV does not recognize that the sound bar is connected to the TV (even though there is a HDMI cable connected to QN90B TV HDMI 3 ( eARC) port and eARC port on the Samsung sound bar (Q990B).

        Question to Samsung company-

        Both the 65" QN90B TV and Q990B sound bar systems were purchased brand new in the month of March 2023 ( the manufacturing date of TV was around Sep 2022 and sound bar around Dec 2022). When we reported pairing issues between the TV and sound bar in the same week when they were installed by samsung team, they replaced both the TV and soundbar with brand new ones which had a manufacturing date of March 2023. That means the current TV and soundbar that I have in my home are atleast 3 to 6 months new. Even these replaced brand new devices are experiencing the same issue.

        With my experience that I had so far with these TV and sound bar models and some blogs written on world wide websites, it looks like your TV model QN90B and Soundbar Q990B are not compatible with each other. This completely defeats the purpose of why I purchase Samsung TV & soundbar system. I was expected seamless connectivity as they both are products of same company.

        I am leaving these updates here to keep a track of things and for your quick reference.

        I have reported the issue to the Samsung representative by calling him on his phone today. Will update you here on further developments.

        It has been over 75 days that I purchased these brand new samsung products and still dealing with setup issues.

        When should I expect a response from you? This issue has been pending for past 2 and half months. I made numerous calls to your customer service center, They have created a case and it has been around 2 weeks since then, no one from samsung visited or called us for a resolution. I posed this complaint on this website hoping that you will prioritize my issue and resolve it in a timely manner.

        You should understand customer's issues and value their time and money.
        We should not pour Lakhs of rupees and purchase your products to waste our valuable time and energy in following up with you for things that you should own and fix in time. Kindly show some respect.

          I have been using Samsung both phones since 18 months almost, firstly I bought Flip 3 for 90k in pre launch and used it for around 5 months after that it had started giving me trouble as its display was not able to open completely and I had to visit the cust care service where I had the world’s bad experiance of cust care but I had bear your all harassments to get my phone in running condition. After that I had one more shock when I checked exchange price at Samsung site/store which was almost 70% down in 5 months. It clearly shows Samsung is not trusting in their own phones within 5 months and still I have to use it.

          Secondly I bought Fold 4 from Croma (Punjabi Bagh – Delhi ) in Dec 22 which cost was around 1.70 lacs now again I am facing the same issue as its display is not opening completely Now I am feeling very much annoyed with this phone I have no words to explain any thing I just want my hard earned money to give back.

            My family bought Samsung front load washing machine and it doesn't come up with a rat protection panel because of this it got damaged by rat. I am also looking for rat protection panel online but I couldn't find any so please do something about this problem

              I brought a Refrigerator via online Samsung Shop, they delivered a refrigerator which is having a one of the leg bent, due to which frige is tilting if we open doors.

              I requested for a refund or replacement, but since there is no replacement, i went for refund. I initiated on May 11th 2023, where i got an email that reverse pickup is initiated, but its since 2 weeks, no one showed up for the pickup of the item.

              I raised multiple times concerns with Samsung team, but of no use. Moreover, Samsung folks will say refund will only be done once pickup is done, but no one knows when its to happen or not.
              Its waste of time & money buying samsung products, its services is not upto par in india.
              Even when i try to reach their Shipping partner, ShippingRocket, they are the worst service, no response & complete neglect from Samsung & ShipRocket.

                I have purchased this refrigerator in 2014.. there was some cooling issue with the freezer so o called up customer care..
                the executive came and said has needs to be filled.. so next day another executive came, he said there is some internal leakage and some nitrogen test needs to be done.. but chances are we can’t do anything for internal leakage..
                I bought such an expensive defected product from Samsung…
                Who changes fridge every 8-9 years??
                Is this really Samsung ??
                He offered me 10% on the bill amount… like really??? Am I begging you???
                There is a 10 years warranty sticker on the refrigerator… so incase on internal leakage or defect is it not your responsibility … from. Where is it my fault??

                  I’ve been using samsung S10 lite since 2020 and never had any issues. However, recently after an update I started facing screen issues. My screen turns off automatically in between the usage. When I went to samsung service centre they asked me to replace the display which costs ₹13, 700.
                  Phone’s price is ₹40, 000 and now display charges are ₹13, 700. That too samsung asks me to pay when there’s not my fault for screen issues.

                      Our Samsung TV Screen Issue Occurs Again For The Second Time Within 1 Year And Their Customer Service Person Says That Panel Is Broken And It Does Not Come Under Warranty.

                      Actually We Are Facing This Issue Again And Again So There Is Some Manufacturing Defect In The Product Itself, Since There Is Not Any Physical Damage In The TV. It's Not At All Our Fault So Kindly Sort Out This Issue By Repairing The TV Or Do The Replacement Since We Cannot Bear This Loss.

                          मेरा फ़ोन Samsung Glassy M 13 रिचार्ज नहीं हो रहा था, मैं 11 May 2023 को Samsung service centre Plot No.323, Prem Nagar Ii, Old Delhi Rd, opp. Raj Cinema, near Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 में गया, वहा पर श्री Manish Verma, customer Service Engineer ने फ़ोन को चेक करवाया, उन्होंने कहा, मोबाइल का jeck और mother board का issue है, हमारे पास सामान नहीं है आप किसी दूसरे service center से change करवा सकते है, मैंने कहा मुझे कोई जल्दी नहीं है, मेरे फ़ोन को अभी 6 months नहीं हुए है purchase किये हुए, मेरा फ़ोन warranty में है,

                          Manish Verma जी ने कहा, आप 2 दिन का टाइम दीजिये हम पार्ट मगवा लेंगे, ऐसा बोलकर उन्होंने फ़ोन मेरे सामने रख दिया,

                          मैंने बोला, न आपने कोई जॉब कार्ड बनाया, या मेरी कोई request सिस्टम में एंट्री नहीं की, न मेरा फ़ोन नंबर लिया, आप मेरे से कैसे contact करेंगे, इस बात पर मेरी उनसे थोड़ी argument हो गयी, तब उन्होंने सिस्टम में मेरा नाम और मोबाइल नंबर लिख लिया, कहा आपको inform कर देंगे समान आने पर, मुझे कोई request number नहीं दिया, मेरी उनसे फिर थोड़ी argument हुयी, मेरे मांगने पर उन्होंने फ़ोन के बिल पर request नंबर लिख दिया, अंत में मैंने उनसे visiting कार्ड ले लिया।

                          13 may 2023 को मैंने फ़ोन किया तो किसी मैडम ने फ़ोन pick किया बोला अभी सामान नहीं आया, उसके बाद मैंने 15 may 2023 को फ़ोन किया Manish Verma जी से बात हुयी उन्होंने कहा, सामान आ गया है आप कल आ जाये

                          16 may 2023 को उन्होंने बोला की आपके फ़ोन में red signal show हो रहा है आपका फ़ोन out of warranty माना जायेगा, इसमें खर्चा रुपया 5000 आएगा, मैंने उनको बोला जब मैं पहली बार 11 May 2023 को फ़ोन लेकर आया था, उस टाइम आपने यह बात क्यों नहीं की,

                          मोबाइल तो पानी में गिरा ही नहीं, तब मेरी समज में आया, लोगो से पैसे कमाने के लिए, या किसी और कारण से, ये सब कहानी हो रही है।

                          उन्होंने रुपया 177 सर्विस चार्ज का लिए, जब की मेरे फ़ोन को लिए हुए 6 months भी नहीं हुए थे,

                          इस तरह से samsung सर्विस सेंटर लोगो को परेशान कर रहा है।

                            Hi Team,

                            I have ordered two product on May 3 2023 and delivery date was given as 6 May 2023 and today is 15 May 2023 and product is yet to be delivered.

                            Also kept talking to customer about the issue and they kept mentioning that issue has been escalated but my question is if it escalated why it was not resolved. Because team was not aware of the real issue.

                            When I have ordered the product delivery PIN code was give as 560083 and when the shipping was done PIN code was wrongly entered as 560043 by Samsung team. This was informed to customer care but they said you don’t worry product will be delivered on Monday 8 May 2023.

                            Because of Samsung team mistake customer should suffer and pay penalty of delayed product/refund after 7 days if canceled. Ultimately whoever does mistake customer should face the consequences.

                            I have requested cancellation 10 May 2023 and that was also not processed as the predicted is not sent back to Samsung India as undelivered product.

                            I am calling[protected] Samsung support every day but they are only giving commencement of 24 to 48 hours but not able to solve this issue till date.

                            For you mistake take responsibility and pay the penalty so that you don’t make same mistake in future.

                                SIR/ MA'M, There was a software update released by SAMSUNG INDIA for updating the software in mobile phones. I updated my phone after the update there was green line appearing on my phone. I raised a complaint on Samsung care ref no. [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]. from my phones and family members phones. Request you to call upon all the call recordings to understand the problem. I was told by helpline to visit the nearest store and to get my phone checked for any harm on the screen and if there is no problem in the screen and only because of the update the green line error is persisting the screen will be replaced free of cost by SAMSUNG because of the update error. I reached out DEEP ENTERPRISES in Model Town Karnal on my way to Mumbai . They opened my phone and the back cover was removed, they told that screen replacement can be done in 2 days. I was travelling to Mumbai from Punjab having no more time to stay in Karnal i decided to give phone to service center in Navi Mumbai my place of residence. I reached Navi Mumbai went to Samsung Service center Ghansoli they checked the phone confirmed its Samsung Fault but told the screen could be replaced in VASHI Railway station service center. (I must update my phone is properly working and only have a green line on screen because of a bug released by SAMSUNG INDIA), I went there and given my phone but without admitting the fault of the SAMSUNG INDIA FOR RELEASING A BUG they put it on me that the phone back cover is open which is not my mistake but got open by SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, DEEP ENTERPRISES KARNAL but DEEP ENTERPRISES told that this is a common problem as the phone is having this as a common problem . BUt SAMSUNG VASHI told that it is may fault and the screen couldn't be replaced and i have to get this done at my cost. Sir, When the issue has arisen because of SAMSUNG SOFTWARE UPDATE then how could the back cover could be considered as a eligibility for the screen problem. The internet is full of complaints against the same problem where it is stated that it is because of BUG released by SAMSUNG INDIA. I am feeling like cheated and a fraud is being done by SAMSUNG to corrupt al, the high end phones as this problem is with high end phones only . they know that the customer is having potential to buy a new phone or replace the screen. This is a new scam for charging cost to the loyal customers. Yesterday only i have got a SOFTWARE update on my SAMSUNG s22 ultra . PLEAE HELP GETTING MY SCREEN REPLACED.                                   I am not getting any Cooling and the same was reported to your Toll free no 11.05.2023 but no one has visited our premises
                                  to my shock and surprise the call is mentioned as closed without any one visiting our premises.

                                  This is a new product - Samsung 1.5ton AC and how can this not work. ??
                                  NO Cooling at All.

                                  I want you to take this back and replace with another AC Like Mitsubishi. Your Ghatkopar Sales Person Mr Hussain Convinced me to go with this
                                  AC and Cheated me.

                                  Also installation money was taken with GST TAX but no invoice is being provided. This is against Law and you have to give me invoice if you have taken GST from me. Informed your Installation team but no one has responded.
                                  Your installation team cheated by overcharging and extracting money for which i had raised a complaint earlier.

                                  I shall file a Case of cheating against Croma for giving me Wrong Product and not willing to RETURN back my Money..

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 2 years back, recently my phone started freezing and auto-restarting frequently.

                                    I googled the issue and observed that most of the M31s users facing same problem and they have visited the service center with the solutions advised is to change the motherboard.

                                    Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

                                      This is my very big mistake that in my life I took very wrong decision that I after leaving the best mobile phones I gone with the Samsung Company in Mobile Industry, In January 2022, I purchased the very highest range mobile phone of your company i..e Galaxy Z Fold 3 with great happiness and enthusiasm. But now I am feeling ashamed on first of all on me and then your reputed organization. It was just October while doing my some work on phone I got a single line in the side of the screen then automatically it increases on the screen and in few minutes the black portion reaches upto the half of the screen. It is pertinent to mention here that the phone is neither fall any where nor touch or hit by anything. There is no single mark on the screen or body as well. After seeing that problem immediately I visited your Samsung Service Center located “1st Floor, Mittal Tower, Bhuteshwar Rd, Azad Nagar, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281001”.After inspection they almost every customer is facing same problem in this model, but company is not supporting, and we cannot support you otherwise our rating will decrease, If we give you claim our performance will decrease, so we have to deny claim making any excuse, I was thinking all the time that Samsung service centers and customer support are for customers, but it is not so, Samsung does not care about there customer at all. I have spend almost 1.5 lacks INR and feeling like I have been conned by the Samsung company. After that I called to the customer care and they told me that the service center has remarked that your phone is broken your screen is broken that is why your phone will not repair under warranty while if your reputed organization engineers will check the phone there is nothing like that. your service center employees mentioned the lie statement in the record, so that there performance does not decrease. Now you are seeing that how your organization is working on ground level. There target is not to resolve Customer problem and maintain good relationship, but to harass them. Yes you heard correct If someone trust your company and spend 1.5 lacks in your product and service, and gets this type of response he/she will feel harassed and conned. Respected CEO, for this day I have spent all this money.
                                      I am not the only case I have heard from many other Samsung Fold 3 users who are going through the same issue.
                                      This is really disappointing and disgusting how Samsung is working at ground level. Customer cannot visit your service center and cannot call customer support every day.
                                      Hope you will take an appropriate action against your culprit staff who are willing to make this type of bad image of Samsung in the market of your organization or will solve my issue also.

                                        Samsung is not helping locate bill copy of 6 yr old fridge. Without that compressor can't be replaced. They are the owner of their products. How can they not have those details??
