I purchased Samsung Qled 55 inch TV. After some days it started showing 4 green dots on the screen. Their visibilty is increasing day by day. We called samsung customer care they visited and examined the product and they said they don't have the spare part of that model so that they can't fix it and they can provide us with the 80% of the refund amount from the total amount. That means they will deduct 20% of the money. But as per the ethics if they don't have the spare part and can't fix the product then they should provide us with the full amount of the product.

    I am writing to raise a complaint about my recently purchased smart watch (Samsung watch 4), which was damaged by water. I am extremely disappointed that this has happened, as I have taken good care of the device and followed all the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

    I believe that this kind of damage shouldn't have occurred under normal usage conditions and I would like to receive a resolution to this issue. Since the manufacturer claims that fitness watch can be used for swimming and if there is a water damage caused due to defective or quality issues. Why is the manufacturing warranty not covered?

    Even after enabling the water lock mode for swimming and if water enters inside the watch. It is actually fault with device. Liquid damage have been caused due to fault in the mechanism. Even the service personnel agreed but they are helpless due to the company policy.

    They are actually fooling customer with false advertising.

    I would appreciate it if you could process a replacement or no cost repair for the smart watch.

        My Samsung Refrigerator was not working called service centre and they came next day to check what products needed for repair then I waited for 3days to get products and technician came and tried to fix. After 3 hours of service he said wait for 3 hours to check if it works but after 3 hours the Refrigerator still didn't work. Called technician and the phone was switched off. Called service centre and informed that repair wasn't successful they said they will send technician before 8PM but waited 4days no technician arrived even after multiple follow ups. I called them like 1000times and then no one picks the call. I have wasted my weekends because of this worst service by Samsung. I am raising complaint against Samsung service. Worst experience ever
        . No one bye Samsung products. The employee with I have spoken are Preetu, Kavita so called supervisor, Shilpa, Shivananda Sheik and Lohit so called technician head. Harsha so called supervisor again no resolution yet.. I raised complaint on 23rd April and today is 30th April. Even after multiple follow up no help received I have paid full amount. Atleast refund the amount.

            Samsung Issue with refund coupon

            I purchased Samsung S23 Ultra mobile offline.I got Motherboard issue so i submitted phone on 07th April 2023 but they told me that only solution is motherboard replaced. but i dont want to repair my mobile aftwer so many request after 15 days or harasment they provied me service refund coupon but many samsung store told me that they are not accepet my coupon and in chroma stores coupon shows invalid i already return my phone to service center....

            I have purchased a Samsung Side by Side Door refrigerator RS51K56H02A on 10.03.2019 by paying a huge amount of 122900.00. On 17.04.2023 I found that the deep freezer section of my refrigerator was not working efficiently. I called Samsung Customer Care and lodged a complaint. Thereafter engineer visited two three times and checked the unit. After checking they told that there is leakage in internal coil condenser and the same is not repairable as per samsung policy. Thereafter I contacted the service center where they informed that i will receive a call from samsung office very soon about what compensation i will get in lieu of the unrepairable refrigerator.

            Today on 28.04.2023, I receivead a call from samsung office and was shocked to hear that they will issue a coupon of 12000.00 in lieu of my damaged refrigerator. I am a middle class person and after paying such a huge amount for a refrigerator which gets damaged in 4 years and is unrepairable I am being offered just 10% which is completely unjustified.

            I request the company to replace the product and save the middle class people from being exploited who spended their hard earned money just looking at the brand name.

            Please give justice so that the faith continues with the SAMSUNG BRAND.

              Have purchased one AC of Samsung. Though they promised to install it within 1 day of delivery, it's been 8 days, AC installation is not done yet after delivery. They made false promises, took customer money and then just don't connect. Whenever I connected to customer care, they promised it will be done on a given date but never installed yet.                 Hi I am writing today with my deep disappointment and I am despair now. On 16th April 2023 I purchased Samsung 5star ac from Croma (near our location Store) and I received my product on 19 th April. After that day to till today I am begging everyone for my installation.
                Samsung installer are calling me but not coming. I have made several complaint and each time complaint team assured me that they will come but not.
                Last time one guy called and saying that he will not install my ac.
                I have no idea what to do now. I have my 9 month old baby and also parents who are not physically fit at all and during this terrible temperature hike It's really difficult for me to service.

                Now our life is in your hand.

                  We have been trying to get help for our AC Samsung for over 8 months. What we have experienced during this time with so-called Samsung technicians is unimaginable. Although this AC has a 10-year warranty, no one has been able to repair it. I am not asking for a complicated construction of a skyscraper or a bridge, just a simple repair of the AC Samsung. When we bought it for 51700 rupees, we were promised the moon. But as soon as the money is paid and a problem arises, no one wants to know anything more, they even deny that an AC was bought at all... this is how it is with Samsung India

                      I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 4 yrs ago which suddenly stopped working. I raised a case with service centre where a mechanic comes and says " copper pipes for gasing gets rotten up & eaten by insects. You will not receive more than 1200 rupees against Rs.12900/- I paid 4 yrs ago. I mean really??? Are these grains or consumables for them to be eaten by insects.

                      He sent some video to central number who after multiple follow ups came back to same service centre. They said we will refill gas and give you 90 day guarantee of the gas. But what about the pipes which will hold it? - No answer. Isn't it ridiculous and harmful for such gas leakages in a household?

                      When I raised it to their social media, I got a call first offering nothing then 1200rs and then 11 days ago ₹5641/-. Till date I am either sending emails ( with no response) or ridiculous responses.

                      how harmful products are and how poor is the quality of the product and pathetic service.

                      It seems like following up with Samsung for a mistake of buying a product is a life sentence.

                          My phone screen has recently been freezing and getting switched off on its own, with only logo on the screen and it remain like that for hours.

                                A defective product delivered and from day 2 the issue getting floated, and we started to report with the customer support team.

                                They have visited nearly 5 time and took almost 30 to 20 photo and the issue, which has been reported. But still they are not able to accesses and even the guys, who come to our home are not technician trained as the central team is not happy with the guy who comes to our home.

                                It is almost 24 days, still the technical team is taking the evidence of the defective, which are raised.

                                The customer support is clearly a no go for a customer, who worry about the reliability of the product, I did have high hope but it is literally equal to what we buy in small shop.

                                I have lot of Samsung but did not have any issue, but this one had a issue and shown the true face of the customer support and after sale of the product, which is literally no - no . I will soon move from all the Samsung product i have to other products

                                Good Evening, As discussed on call today, it was communicated to me that the evidence, which was taken for a second time [ Samsung technician - xxxx], is not good as it was taken in a dark background as per customer requested . But to our knowledge, we asked him to take all possible ways, with light on and off for both video and photo. Hence we don't know why? you are saying again that you did not get proper evidence. It is a clear issue between your Samsung technical team. I don't know what more support to be provided by a customer for this, if it helps I can carry the TV to your office directly that the max as a customer i can do to get the TV inspected

                                I did reach xxxxx, who took the proof. He clearly said he took all the possible ways and shared it with his management. So it is clear an internal issue within your team. So I cannot help out here. I suggest you come to the conference once they visit my home and ask them to send the video and picture directly to you from my home, once you are satisfied then, he can leave.This will clear the issue of gathering the evidence, then going in loops between your team and me, which will avoid, unnecessary wastage of our precious time in this.
                                File case in National Consumer Helpline, as not getting any resolution for my issue
                                It is almost 40 days now, raised in all levels but the response are dead slow, as they think if they delay the customer will fed up and move ahead.

                                Wow wat a great policy Samsung's have.

                                  After about 1 and 1/2 years o[censored]sing my Samsung S20+ 5G phone, , i wake up to see a green line on the screen, now there is 2, , searching online other users also reported lines on screen and apparently its after the Samsung update.

                                  I had called Samsung Customer Care and also went to their repair centre. They are asking me to change the display, the original costs about 15K, where the problem is from Samsungs side, ,

                                    I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile phone about 1.2 years back on nov 2020, since from 1 day my mobile phone started facing auto restarting issue but it resolved automatically, as the time passes this issue increases nd resolving time also increases. I tried trouble shooting steps from samsung care on call somehow it resolved but came back again after few days, i nver vistied service cntre as service cntr was 200km away from my home, now this phone completely switvh off md freezed on the logo,

                                    I visited Samsung Service Centre for reporting the issue and it has been informed to me that restarting issue in my mobile is due to the mother board fault and it requires replacement which cost approx. Rs 3600.

                                    Then I started researched on it and I came to know that this issue of mother board is not specifically facing by me, even every single user having this model is facing the similar issue. This can be witnessed on the community page of the Samsung website and other websites also where number of people had submitted their complaints regarding the same mother board issue. It clearly indicates that this is totally fault at the end of Samsung. Also, I noticed that this is the common problem occur in 3-4 samsung models.

                                    Thereafter, I wrote email to Samsung head office for issue, they asked me to submit mobile in the service centre for checking. After passing of week’s time, I didnt any call from samsung, my ohone is in the service cntre from 1week they dont have part they have to order the part whne my problm resolved told them to replace mother board Free of Cost (FOC) at the end of Samsung. In my case, all the internal components are working fine except mother board.

                                    Further just after the day I demanded FOC replacement from Samsung for fault at their end, This is unfair practice of samsung and cheating with the customers.

                                    I request Samsung to arrange FOC replacement of motherboard fault at the end of Samsung . Consider it as a manufacturing defect. Nd replace my motherboard free of cost.

                                      I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on October, 2020.
                                      Since last week i have been facing auto reboot problem,
                                      I contacted Samsung support team they suggested some temporary measures that worked for that day. From next day reboot issue continued.
                                      Recently the phone got turned off and got struck at Samsung logo screen
                                      I took the mobile to service center they informed that there was motherboard issue and needs replacement which costs almost[protected] rupees.
                                      Many people of various models of Samsung have been this facing this issue after a software update pushed by Samsung.
                                      They have been raising their issues in Twitter.
                                      Company hasn't even accepted this issue.
                                      Due to a faulty processor and a bug filled update, the phones are to be repaired.
