I ordered 2 items on Samsung Shop app, and paid through paytm wallet. But the next day I saw that I was getting a better deal, so I cancelled my order, and cancelation request was approved the same day. But refund is not initiated till now, and customer care service is refusing to acknowledge my concern. Please help me get my refund and resolve this matter smoothly and as soon as possible.
