We recently bought a 1.5-ton Samsung air conditioner from Kanchanjanga Refrigeration in Alipurduar city, West Bengal. After installing it in our home at Santalabari Bast, Buxa Hill Forest, we noticed that the indoor unit was making loud noises when releasing cold air. We contacted Samsung India's helpline four times, and each time we were assured that a technician would visit. However, the first technician refused to come because he was located far away in Cooch Bihar. The second technician, from Birpara, was also too far from our location. The third technician, also from Cooch Bihar, didn't show up at all. Finally, the fourth technician arrived but refused to perform any checks or tests, claiming that our location was not covered under his service area. When we reported this to Samsung, they asked us to call the helpline again as they couldn't escalate the issue. It's frustrating to receive such after-sales service from a reputed brand, and we're unsure of what to do next.

    Hello Everyone,

    We bought an 75 inch Samsung Tv (Model : UA75CU8000) on Sathya Agencies at Hosur. During the purchase the Sales Staaff, they marketed that for this TV, we will also get a Samsung 43 inch for Free ; Based on which we decided to buy the 75 inch TV. But till today (10.07.2024), we waiting for free since 6 Months and no proper response from the Sathyas team in Hosur.

    This marketing offer of Free 43 Inch TV was also given by all their competitors during this time; Request to escalate this issue to the top level management (for this false marketing campaigns).

    They just blame, Samsung is yet to send the Free TV and so on for six months !! Still they are stating the same..!!

      I purchased SAMSUNG A35 phone on 15 july 2024
      SAMSUNG is denying to return the phone. Its a manufacturing defect... there is a dot / air bubble at the back side of glass of the phone.
      SAMSUNG is adamant and they are not returning the phone even when there is a policy of 14 day return policy.
      M mental peace is hindered. I purchased a phone to use but i cannot use as the phone is also heating .. and as there is an air bubble... there can be a possibility that it could blast.
      But SAMSUNG is not taking any interest and refusing to return the phone.
      Please look into the matter as it is serious.
      I visited SAMSUNG service centre and they refused to help me in this matter.

        Issue:
        I am experiencing with my Samsung S22, which I purchased in December 2022. The device is approximately 1.5 years old and has been maintained in pristine condition, with no physical damage or scratches.

        Recently, I have encountered an unexpected problem with the phone's display. A persistent green line has appeared on the screen, which was not caused by any known physical impact or damage. This issue began suddenly yesterday when I powered on the device. Prior to this, I had not updated the phone's software for over a year, but I have been consistently applying updates for the past two to three months.

        Upon conducting some searches, I discovered that this green line issue is not unique to my device; it appears to be a widespread problem affecting numerous users. This has raised concerns about a potential manufacturing or design flaw that may be impacting this model.

        I have already raised a service ticket with your team (Ticket No. [protected]) to address this matter. However, I have yet to receive a response or guidance on how to proceed. After this customer care executive called me and gave few tips

        As advised, I did a factory reset that didn't fix the issue, so I have been to one of the authorized service centers with my Samsung Galaxy S22, which I believe warrants your attention and assistance.

        Upon visiting the service center, the technicians conducted a detailed inspection of my device and confirmed that there is no physical damage. However, they suggested that the issue I am experiencing might be due to a recent software update. During this process, I was informed about a scheme for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, where customers are only required to pay for the labor charges in such cases. Unfortunately, this scheme does not extend to the Galaxy S22, and the service center staff were uncertain about any similar offerings for my model.

        This has led to a situation where I have been quoted a repair cost of 10, 700 INR, as detailed in the attached job sheet. Considering that my phone is just 1.5 years old and the fact that I purchased it for the full price of 67, 999 INR in December 2022—only to see its price drop to 37, 000 INR later—I am finding it difficult to justify the high repair cost for what appears to be a software-related issue.

        Therefore, I am reaching out to you with the following queries and requests:

        1. Could you please clarify why the labor-only charge scheme is exclusive to the S22 Ultra and not available for the S22, despite both being flagship models of the same series?
        2. Are there any plans to introduce a similar repair scheme for the Galaxy S22 that would help reduce the financial burden on customers like myself?
        3. Given that the issue may be related to a software update, what support can Samsung provide to address this problem?

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the response I received regarding the recent malfunction of my device following a software update. Had the fault been due to my own actions, I would have willingly accepted the repair fee. However, it is evident that the issue stems from the software update itself.

        The current exchange value of the phone with a functioning screen is approximately 12, 000 INR, as per my recent checks two months back on Flipkart and Amazon for an upgrade to the S24. It is unreasonable to expect customers to pay nearly the same amount—11, 000 INR—for a screen repair caused by a mandatory update that was intended to enhance security.

        It is concerning that the product's reliability is in question, especially when updates are being pushed with assurances of improved security.

        Furthermore, I must reiterate the inconsistency in acknowledging the problem across different models. If the S22 Ultra has been recognized for having this issue, why has the S22 not received the same acknowledgment? I can share the pictures on my phone. I have been using it with utmost care as i said there is not even a scratch on my phone. Or you can ask the same service center professional who inspected the phone she has the pictures. As i said i have already spent 67K for a phone that is worth 37K now and 11K extra is too much.

        It is unacceptable for a flagship phone to become unusable within two years. I urge you to provide a solution that is fair and acknowledges the widespread nature of this problem. Either send an update that fixes this screen or replace my screen.

        I look forward to your prompt and professional resolution to this matter.

          This is a update of previous complaints that ID- is[protected]

          Samsung care has provided 25% discount on repairing but he considered damage as physical damage without any valid reason.
          He denied any consideration that the damage of internal screen without any scratches of glass over there, how it is physical damage. He simply denied that this is a case related to manufacturing defects or something else but not to physical damage.

            I purchased a phone samsung A15 on 16th April 2024 Model Name SM-A156E/DS Serial Number RZCX11KE59W IMEI (Slot 1) [protected] IMEI (Slot 2) [protected] and same After some time the screen started working on its own and started trembling, I thought it was a new phone so maybe it might be hanging but again the next day its screen started working on its own.Then I went to the shop owner and told him about the problem and I said replace the phone and give me this mobile. This mobile is bad. I complained to the shop owner Mr. Sanjay yadav (The Mobile hub Chomu, Jaipur 303702) and he said please Update your phone when you update it then it will work good, I updated it but then after some time the situation was same and then I went back to the mobile shop after 2-3 days.Went back and told them again to replace this mobile, it is bad and I requested the shop owner to change the mobile, he said you give us the mobile, we will change the mobile in a few days, after 2 days I will get the mobile. I went to the shop to get my mobile and they gave me back the same mobile and said that it should not be replaced, we have got it repaired from Samsung service center (SHREE RAM SERVICE CENTER CHOMU JAIPUR PIN - 303702 )Your phone is noware right and now it's good Then I took the phone from the shop and left from there, the phone worked fine for 2 days, then from the next day it started having the same problems, I again complained to the shop owner on 28th April and I said now I want another phone, he said now. We do not have bags with the name of our shop when they come we will forward your phone to samsung center, then I went back around 2nd may and theyThen they asked me to replace it and kept the phone, after that I went on 6th May and they said that your phone is kept at Shree Ram Service Center, Chomu - Jaipur (303702), you go and get it from there, I went there and saw that They were giving me the same phone again and the staff there said that now it is absolutely correct, we have repaired it. When I took the mobile in my hand, I saw its back protection original cover.I had damaged it and also damaged one of its side lines. I had also complained to them about this but I was in a hurry, so I took my phone from there and came home, then within 8 to 10 days The same problems were visible inside that phone. The screen of the phone started vibrating on its own and the screen was not working. I recorded it on another phone and sent it to the shop owner and then this time II went straight to Samsung service center and asked them what is this, they said that this phone has no vibration activity in front o[censored]s, so we will not give its job sheet nor will we repair it, we just have to correct its cover, I recorded them. Showed the video with time and serial number of the phone but still he flatly refused me then I went from there directly to the shope owner as IWhen I reached there, the phone screen was vibrating and even the touch was not working. The shop staff itself recorded its video and sent it to a manager named Khan in Jaipur. Like every time, I requested for a replacement. And they said this time they will replace it, you give us the phone, I gave them the phone and they said they will replace it in a few days, then I went back after 7 days to get the phone.After changing its display, he gave me the phone back and said that now it is absolutely correct and whenever I gave him the phone, I used to reset it but this time when I logged in to WhatsApp, I did not have the option to restore data, due to which My entire WhatsApp data had disappeared, including many important files or photos, all this happened because of Samsung staff. And when they told meI had given the phone with the promise that it would not get damaged again, but now it got damaged again. I have wasted a lot of study, time or money because of Samsung service staff. I paid the expenses of visiting him daily from my own pocket, yet today I am feeling worried.
            And show it to any other service center in City Mall Jaipur on 16/07/2024. They did not accept the experiment or the staff there asked them to show it at the same center where it was shown. they say to me We couldn't see it because they had opened it.

              Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 I have faced the problem of Samsung recovery and automatic scroll hurdles in my laptop. When I opened and started my Samsung Laptop Book 3 360, Samsung Recovery mode occurred and it got stuck in infinite loop when i tried for the possible option available like factory reset the process get completed but instead of starting the window the Samsung recovery mode started again...
              I have purchased the laptop, investing a huge amount in this not to face such iss...couldn't even use it.
              Are you providing the warranty period for the damaged Laptop?
              Is this what your services are for?
              I am entitled to a full refund under these circumstances.

                I filed a complaint with the above Samsung Washing machine not working. The service tech from Samsung visited us and adviced that the washing machine will ve picked up by samsung agent and taken to the service center for repairs and delivered back. But it's been 5 days and every day Samsung customer care are giving excuses that the washing machine will be picked up today or tomorrow but no one turns up. This is going on for a week now. This is unacceptable. The team leader is irresponsible and not answering my phone call. What kind of customer care is this? This is nonsense. I'm sending out a legal notice and file a complaint with the consumer court if my problem with the washing machine is not resolved immediately. Please call me at [protected] immediately and resolve the issue.

                  Samsung a22 4g variant was submitted in working al Beit damage condition with a screen that was damaged and needed replacing. Prior to being sent for repaired a quick diagnostic test by calling the device from another phone revealed that internal components of the device were in working condition
                  the device is old bought in 2019 and was damaged its back panels was not attached due to the glue being degraded but the internal components including the motherboard were functional this was further validated by the repair center when asked they checked the phone to evaluate the scale of damage. This was on 24th of July 2024 today 26th July 2024 the repair center called and said the mother board is not functional and the phone cannot be repaired in light of the facts its believed that the device was damaged and tampered with by the repair center and then promptly the repair center covered up its mistake by making such a calling alleging the blame on the consumer. This not only unfair but also highly unethical and a case of malpractice i urge Samsung India to take strict action and please compensate me the consumer in damages and inconvienience

                      I have wanted to order online TV for my home, so I try select the Samsung tv form there official website I have done the payment but the order id was not generated or no order was received. I had filed complaint in Samsung support that day ticket #[protected].
                      Support team mentioned that there some some issue at Samsung side and they will refund the money. But as it turns out 15-20 day they are just saying they will process the refund.but no action has been taken from them. And now the support as well not taking my calls. They are keep on delaying refund.

                        I purchased samsung s23 fe on 08/05/24. This month i went to swimming pool on 09/06/24, accidently my mobile fell into water. I take it out with in 1 min, i observed that it get damaged. Next day i went to nearby samsung customer service. They are claiming that there is some water inside the mobile and thay didn't accept for free service and they asked me to pay amount for mobile repair. I contacted samsung helpline and i raised jobsheet, first they also didn't accept my proposal. Later after 2 days they again contacted me and asked me to submit mobile to service center. They took pictures and mailed to samsung helpline higher authorities. They told me that i will get call back and mail from them but there is no response from them. Again i contacted helpline, daily i used to contact them. From last 2 days i'm unable to contact helpline number... My call get aborted that means they are cancelling my call or else blocked me. This mobile is water resistant with ip68 level and upto 30 minutes. I am claiming that i got damaged mobile, i want refund or repair. Please help me i am helpless now.

                          Service Center Visit: Following their instructions, I visited the authorized service center after a frustrating wait of 20 days.
                          Service Denial: Despite their initial assurance of support, I was denied a free screen replacement. The reasons provided were arbitrary and unjustified given that the issue occurred immediately following a software update, clearly not due to any mishandling on my part.
                          Impact: This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better service and accountability from such a reputed brand.
                          Resolution Sought:Immediate free replacement of the faulty screen.A thorough investigation into the cause of the issue.Assurance that similar issues will be handled more efficiently in the future.

                            Dear Support Team,

                            I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know my frustration and ask for help with the continuous issues I have been having with my Samsung TV, which I bought three years ago. I purchased the TV on 28.08.2021.

                            Despite being a loyal customer and choosing Samsung for its reputed quality, I have encountered multiple problems with my TV over the past three years.

                            Here is a brief summary of the issues I have faced:

                            1.[Motherboard issue]: I faced a motherboard issue in July 2023 and changed this through the Samsung Authorised Service Center at A K Engineering Company by paying around Rs.8000
                            2.[Backlite pannel issue]: After changing the motherboard, it has not even crossed one year. Now I am facing a Backlite issue. Its estimated cost will be around Rs[protected].
                            I purchased a TV for Rs.70000 and I have to spend another nearly Rs.25000 for service cost within 3 years. How a person will be able to afford this much cost for service? It clearly looks like I received a defective product. I am not getting any support or proper response from the purchased Furniture shop and Samsung service center.

                            Even though this is my very first Samsung product purchased and it continues like this, how I will suggest to anyone or I will purchase any product from Samsung in the future? I will accept this issue in case happens like this after 5-7 years but it has not even crossed 3 years. Facing different issues every year and I do not know what issues will come in the future.

                            Showroom/Service center persons are simply and easily saying that this is out of warranty and you have to pay for it. They are not even thinking about their loyal customers and money. It is not a small amount to spend on purchasing a TV and for service.

                            I am really disappointed with the Samsung brand for these many issues.
                            Each time a problem arises, it disrupts my ability to enjoy the TV and results in additional time and expense to resolve it. Given the repeated nature of these issues, I am concerned about the reliability of this product.

                            I believe a replacement is justified due to the persistent and unresolved problems that have occurred within a relatively short period.

                              I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Model Name: SM-G990E/DS, SM-G990EZAIINU Serial Number: R5CT428K17K) in April 2022, through Reliance Digital in Hyderabad location.
                              Unfortunately, With software upgrade on 06TH February 2024 . My mobile started seeing below issues
                              Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, hanging, rebooting, battery draining, touch not working after software upgrade.
                              Software upgrade will impact the mobile this much is not at all acceptable.
                              Being a samsung product customer, i am deeply disappointed.
                              I went to near by Samsung center and they simply told its a hardware issue, This software upgrade is recommended by Samsung to install and instead of improving and adding new features it has completely ruined my phone .

                              Kindly fix this problem and make your product name accountable and creditable to support customers for software issues.

                                The Support executive mentioned that the display replacement for free would have been done, had it been given before 30 April 2024. But since, I have raised the request now, I will have to pay for display charges.

                                I mentioned I was not aware of such communication and till 30 April 2024, I did not have any problems with my display. Why should I be penalised for a problem that occurred after a software update. She said that is what the guideline have stipulated and would have to be followed.

                                Please note that I had paid Rs. 70, 000 in September 2021 to acquire this phone. I had planned to use it for at least 3 to 5 years.

                                My complaint/Grievance:

                                I was not aware of any such scheme of one-time free replacement on the S21+ model. There was no communications in any form, from Samsung or its representatives, in the past on such one-time replacement.
                                I did not have any issue till 30 April 2024 with the above mentioned phone. It cropped up 2 days back. I do not understand why should I pay for replacement of display, for no fault of mine? There are no physical damages on my phone. It was be shared for inspection, whenever demanded.
                                Why is the policy guideline given that replacement would be done only till 30 April 2024.? If I was not informed and did not have problem with my product, how will I replace it.
                                In view of the above one-time free replacement and the persistent problem with S21+ display, this is unjust and unfair on the part of Samsung to charge me for a display on their 2021 Flagship model.


                                My request/ask:

                                Replace the display and all other components that cause this problem on my phone, free of cost at the earliest.


                                Lastly, in the past many years of being loyal customer of Samsung products, this is the worst and unfair experience I have had.

                                Hope you understand that is extremely embarrassing that I am using your flagship phone with such fault, when I am at official meetings and conference. The green line is easily visible and am sure people will start noticing this. Needless to say, this will result in an erosion of your brand value of your products.

                                Look forward to your prompt action and a satisfactory closure to my request.

                                I was told to replace the display but I have to bear the cost, which is unacceptable.

                                I requested for an escalation of the issue but the Samsung support team was unresponsive. It's almost 3 weeks and Samsung does not seem to care.

                                I would expect the replacement of display To be done free of cost.

                                  I bought online sansung ac on 4/4/2024 from samsung app store. After installation product started with big noise like auto, next day i called customer care and registered a complaint.
                                  After several calls and complaints a service man visited me and he inspected the machin and did some repairing.
                                  Then he switch on ac the noise is minimised but not totally stopped since then same problem is there. Later on i mail to ceo office and they requested me send videos.in next mail i send the video in which anybody can clearly hear the abnormal noise but they said ac is working normally and the noise is normal thing and we cant help you any more.

                                    I have ordered this product from Samsung India corporate store (Order id - [protected]) on 29th May, 2024. The product which is bound to Jamshedur was shipped through Delhivery and promised delivery date initially was 4th June. But the package is now lying in their West Bengal warehouse since last 2 days and there is no movement. Delhivery guys are conveniently increasing delivery estimates by 1 day and saying your package is on time. I logged a complaint with Samsung India dedicated delivery team (Complaint no.[protected] but team there also is pathetic and don't even bother to respond. It seems Samsung doesn't take end to end responsibility of its product. I will surely think twice before buying Samsung in future and won't recommend anyone to buy from you.
